If I could give more stars I would. It was a buying pleasure working with Roy, Kyiasha, Ms. Linda, Ms. Charlotte, and the rest of the team at Ashley Furniture in Easton, Md. Everyone was professional, courteous, and very attentive to my needs. Kyiasha had very good ideas. She and Roy listened to me and presented ideas based on my style and budget...felt like I had personal shoppers! And, they were patient, too! The store was also well laid out and tastefully decorated.
I was greeted upon entering the store by a salesperson who was polite, and inquired as to how he could assist me. I told him that I was looking for a particular type of mattress. He directed me to a display at the back of the store, however, I was not impressed with the selection. He then took me to the front of the store and presented another variety of mattresses which better met my requirements. We discussed the particulars of the mattresses, and I decided to make a purchase. The salesperson assisted me through the entire process. I left the store very satisfied with my purchase.
