Ashley Store | Easton, MD 21601

Buyer beware. Furniture is cheap. I had a hard time getting it replaced. For the amount of money you pay for this furniture , I would expect it to be made of quality materials.

I have made MANY purchases from the Easton Ashley Furniture in Easton. February 2020 we purchased several thousand dollars furniture for our home, a table namely for our kitchen area is the issue. It arrived damaged as noticed by the delivery person. I was offered a repair or replacement, I choose a repair as we had already sold our old furnitire and it would be months before we got a replacement. The repair person came, I was informed by him it was not able to be repaired.. I requested a replacement. After numerous calls and visits to the store, the Manager John brushed me off to a warehouse representative. We are still waiting on resolution. This last purchase has been a nightmare. I refuse to buy from this store location EVER again. Service and follow up are horrible. James B.

John was great for helping me get the furniture I need AND the financing. We ended up needing more than just a couch and he was very helpful with picking out the new bed and mattress for my daughter's room. I would recommend him to help any of my friends in the future!

Our salesperson Inaleen was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She cared about our needs and understood our budget. I will return to Ashley's store whenever I am in need of furniture. I will also let my family and friends know about Inaleen. She knew where everything was, knew prices, and about all of the sales. She was just REMARKABLE! The rest of our experience with the customer service personelle was also great. They were very easy to work with. This store really knows its stuff.

Me and my mom visited the store and was greeted by John. He was very helpful during our stay. We bought a bedroom set and new living room set. Everything was still on sale from their Labor Day sale. We were very satisfied with our experience and will be going back. Financing was fast and easy.

Went to our Easton store to check out mattresses for a home we are purchasing in GA. Ida was very helpful in pointing us to the type of mattress we were interested in and answered all our questions even though she knew we had to purchase our items in GA due to their policy (unless we wanted to ship from here, no thanks). She was also kind enough to point out other furniture we might need that has extra storage not readily visible.

This place is terrible they did not honor on line pricing even though when my husband and I went into the store they guaranteed they did. We spent an hour there signing our contact just to get a call the next day saying the on line price was to low for them honor even though the price was through Ashley.
