I purchased a 3 piece reclining sofa set this weekend for my sisters. Roy, the manager, was fantastic, efficient, prompt, and made the entire purchase process seamless. I live 2 hours away and drove down to buy this set for my sisters. Roy had the paperwork ready and on time. I highly recommend ASHLEY in Easton.

After weeks of looking online at sectionals, we decided to go into Ashley to actually sit on some furniture. That was the best decision because we had the most wonderful sales associate, Shay, who helped us find exactly what we were looking for and we were able to order the sectional that day and be done with this huge decision process. Thank you, Shay!

Dominic and Kyiasha did great in getting us what we were looking for with a new reclining chair. It was a quick, smooth process getting us in and out in under a half hour.

We were assisted by Roy and he was such wonderful help we had our quote made and he even sent our 1 year old home with a balloon. When we came back to make the purchase we were assisted by Emily and Kyiasha! They were just as wonderful! What a great team to work with and so personable and fun! We felt like part of the family! Our one year old got another balloon in that visit from Kyiasha and a sticker from Emily! She was beyond thrilled I think it's her new favorite store! We will definitely be back for all furniture needs!

Amazing customer service everybody that works here is very kind and helpful… But we went in about two or three weeks ago and ordered a couch and a loveseat. They told us then that we would get a call in about 2 to 3 weeks asking to schedule delivery. So now that that time is passed, we gave them a call. And it turns out “ Our couch has been sold to somebody who else who ‘MAY’ have ordered before us” which I guess is fine but now they’re telling us that it will take another 2 to 3 months for it to arrive which is just unacceptable . very disappointed!

The whole team went out of there way to help us pick put what we wanted. Price was great..Ordered a recliner that I wanted to return and ordered something else, they picked it up and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

I wasn't sure what I wanted in a new sofa. Keys met me at the door, asked the right questions about my wants and needs. Told me she had an idea of what I may like. I was sold! Normally, I have to look at everything in every store to be sure I made the right choice. She was awesome. My delivery was early, like I requested, so I didn't need to miss any work or phone a friend. The 2 guys that came were fast, polite and professional. I am extremely pleased and will definitely recommend this store.

Excellent experience. Tina and the team were super professional and helpful. We actually came in back in early May and Tina helped us, but we live in Delaware and just figured we'd end up buying closer to home. After visiting the (unaffiliated!!) Ashley stores in Delmar and Millsboro Delaware, we came back here to Easton to buy our mattress and couldn't be happier. Plus, since we got it delivered, we still got it tax free. So we got the best of both worlds, no tax and great service!

Hard review to write because the sales person, Tina and store manager were great, however, the product that we received was complete crap, it was broken upon arrival, we told the delivery person it was broken, they did not seem to care and left.... We went to the store next day and told the manger, showed her video's, she laughed because she said she has never seen anything like that before and that it was clearly broken, and that we would get our money back, she actually put the claim into the corp customer service people at Ashely for us.. When the customer service people called 2 days later, we told them to come and get it, they said we should have read our contract, that all we would get was a store credit, now, why would I want a store credit for something that was broken. I feel bad for Tina/and manager, but be very careful buying from Ashley, and make sure that what the people in the store tell you is ACTIONABLE by the corporate side of Ashley, this is the side of their business you should be very wary of!. Now we have to get an attorney to fight something that was broken the second it arrived... Terrible experience, try anywhere else before buying from Ashley

Roy at this store was a complete sweetheart. The end of the selling experience was not so good later on. Was given a number to have my old furniture removed. Was told the person was out of town. No one to step in?

I want to thank the entire staff at Ashley Furniture Easton. Mistakes happen in life. no one is perfect and everyone will end up messing up something at some point in time. even the person reading this review has made a mistake. Its about how you react to a mistake and identify a solution that benefits all parties. My 79 year old great aunt with dementia was helped by Roy with furnishing her new property and they did an absolutely wonderful job. on move-in day the 3rd party delivery company failed to pick up her mattress and pieces of her bed frame. Without those pieces she was potentially going to be sleeping on a couch for over a week or on a mattress on the ground (not an option due to a bad hip and limited mobility). We arrived back at their store and asked if there was anything they could do. Now at that point in time it was no longer their problem the warehouse messed up they had no need to assist us.... but they did anyway, they went the extra mile. They sprang into action and delivered us with a perfect solution. Now my 79 year old great aunt is sleeping comfortably in her new bed and they have just gained another life long customer. I have nothing but the utmost appreciation and respect for everyone who works at that storefront. Their customer service goes above and beyond standards of 99% of the businesses in America. My husband and I visited Ashley/Easton in search of a super comfortable sofa. Roy O. was our sales rep. The sofa we loved unfortunately did not come in the size we needed to fit our LR space…Later that week Roy sent us pics and details of those that would work. We returned on March 29th and found the perfect couch and matching chair. Roy went above and beyond…no pressure… just great advice and product knowledge. He allowed me to explain what I was looking for and he broke it down to a few options that met my needs. Along with LaTisha she helped find the color I was looking for. Overall they were great and explained step by step the process and what to do when my furniture arrived. Thanks again Ashley team and big thanks to Roy and LaTisha. Although I have had my furniture for only 10 months the arm rest is broken and the whole sectional cushions are sunken in. Big dips in the cushions. Paid too much money to not had it over a year with damages. Just a little unhappy and disappointed in the quality.

We had a wonderful experience at the Easton location with Sarah and Kyiasha. They both went above and beyond and worked together for well over an hour to find a bed that my husband and I both loved and was actually in stock and able to be delivered prior to the Holidays. We went into the store shopping soley for a king size bed and night stands and left with that plus a new GORGEOUS counter height kitchen table with 4 chairs and bench. Kyiasha went out of her way to work up an attractive package deal that we could not say no to. Thank you so much to both of you lovely ladies! We absolutely love showing off our new bedroom and kitchen set to family and friends!

I walked into the store and Sarah was there to greet me she was very friendly and helpful I told her exactly what I was looking for size,color and price wise and she found me exactly what I was looking for. The reason I'm only giving the store 3 stars is not because of Sarah my experience with her was 5 stars and I would recommend anyone to please ask for her when they go to the store but the woman that handles all the financial part of it I was not impressed with we went over my address name number ECT before I even left the store to make sure everything was correct so my phone number was wrong and I gave her the correct number well about 4 days later she calls me to thank me for my purchase and tells me that she tried calling me but it was not the right number Sarah had to give her my correct number thankfully but I mean wasn't me going over all my information before I even left the whole point so they had the correct information

While our initial experience was great, starting with our salesperson who took care of our needs and was patient while we explored our options at different stores, we picked a couch and love seat combo that we liked, delivery went without issue and all was well for about 6 months then we noticed the couch was sagging and was making a creaking noise then after inspecting it we then realized the decking that holds the cushions was tearing on one side. We reached out to Ashley for a warranty repair and they sent out one of their contracted furniture repair companies, the tech inspected it and said he couldn't fix it because he didn't have the decking material woth him and told us they would order it and then come back and replace it. Two weeks went by without any communication then we received a very short and abrupt email Ashley stating that the tech reported the couch was customer damaged and they wouldn't repair it. We tried calling to get more clarification on this but weren't able to talk to the person who emailed us and the customer service representative who we did speak to just reiterated what was already stated. We asked to speak with a manger to discuss why this determination was made, as there's no way we damaged it, it was clearly a failure in thw decking and a quality issue. Unfortunately we were told there was no manager we could talk to and we were only getting responses by email at this point saying they weren't able to help us. It almost felt like we were being scammed by the cold response we got and all without any recourse. I reached out to this store to see if they could help me and they told us that there really isn't anything they could do as it wasn't up to them. The only thing that was offered to us from Ashley was they would send us the replacement decking material, but we would have to replace it ourselves. Now they won't respond at all at this point. This furniture continues to fall apart, the chair now sags even more and will likely fail completely and now the pillow is also falling apart. Now with no options we are disappointed and frustrated with a couch that will soon be unusable and out over $2,000. I don't blame this particular store, they aren't the issue, but I can't recommend Ashley furniture to anyone in good conscience due to the quality issues and warranty support.

Purchased a sofa at the Ashely Furniture’s Easton location and our sales rep was Latysha…she was awesome! She was very helpful and patient with us as we took some time to decide on a purchase. Edit: Even though online said our items would be here a certain date we have yet to receive our items that we purchased in store. Here I thought that by purchasing them it would still get here the same time frame. The attitude I received when asking about this. We called twice and never got a phone call back till now and once again it was nothing but attitude from Ms. Linda. Seems like they are only nice to you when you are purchasing items anything after that they show you their true self. This place may be hidden but it’s a gem! They answered all of our questions and they were extremely helpful!! The kids loved being able to find “the fake spill” on certain areas while we looked around. These ladies were extremely helpful and friendly, made you feel like family! Definitely will be back to get our entryway table. 😊

We had a great experience purchasing a new mattress. Latysha and the manager were both extremely helpful and friendly. They walked us through our options and gave us plenty of time to consider our choice. We were not rushed or pushed into a decision, and everyone was so friendly. They clearly know their stuff! I bought a set that cost a total of $3,200. I had it delivered, signed off for no damage (to the furniture)on the paper. The delivery guys shut the screen door when they finished, so I had no idea that they had pulled the frame of the screen door apart when bringing in the furniture. As soon as I discovered it, I called the storeit took over a week and 3 employees (one was the manager) before I heard anything from regional office. After almost 3 weeks of this, they then decided because I signed saying that the furniture had no damage, they weren't responsible for the damage to my screen door. And will not respond or refund my money for it all

UPDATE: Never again! While we had a great sales experience and were happy with the sofa we purchased, the sofa decking broke in less than six months. Feeling comforted that we were still within the warranty period, we contacted the store and opened a case. They send someone out to review the damage and make a repair plan. The next week we were contacted that they had deemed our damage was "beyond normal household use." (Which is bizarre, because this couch has only been in one place in our house since it arrived.) If I could go back in time, I would avoid anything to do with Ashley Furniture at all costs. Shoddy products with poor workmanship, customer service that provides no service, and dishonest warranty policies.

I was so impressed with the Sales Associate Kyiasha Hood who greeted my daughter and me on 4/14/23. I took my daughter there to start looking for a bedroom set for her birthday. I was thinking this is going to be a long and torturous process, because I was limited in my head on spending, and we have different taste in , well everything...lol. Kyiasha asked Vicki the right questions and took us to this bedroom set that the back headboard had LED lights in it. The price was well below what I was prepared to spend and we had ordered her new bedroom within 15 minutes and was out of the store in less than 40 minutes. Hi, Ashley Furniture of Easton is doing me wrong. My couch broke around Oct 4th 2022, repair man came Dec 29th 2022 and here's how they left my couch. Can someone help get my couch right? Customer service doesn't call back after multiple 72 business hour waiting periods according to them.

Found some good items at the store, pretty good prices for new furniture, Kyiasha was very helpful! UPDATE: They delivered the sofa broken, and it took two weeks of calling every day before they scheduled a time to replace the broken piece. The headboard we ordered, which we were told multiple times would work with our metal bed frame, did not fit our metal bed frame. They know how to facilitate a sale, but the follow-up is significantly lacking.

probably one of the best experiences I've had at a furniture store. the employees were very helpful with what I was looking for and found something within my price range.

I purchased a sofa and oversized chair in October 2021 by March 2022 I started reaching out with concerns of the sofa looking like it was 10 years old and losing the shape . They send me stufffing for the pillows and told me to reflux them to which I have already done numerous times , they also ended up sending a new cushion as well but told me this is normal wear for a 4 month old sofa . Worst customer service and factory warranties . I’ve seen 60 yr old furniture hold up better that the new stuff . Totally dissatisfied! I’ve purchased numerous pieces from Ashley and furniture land , but I have never had an issue like this in 20 years .

My last review got “mysteriously” removed. We bought a couch less than a year ago with a premium on warranty. Little did we know when we need to claim warranty on the motor which broke soon after delivery, Ashley furniture store did everything they can to NOT help us. They managed to stall over a year after the warranty expired to tell us that they won’t cover since it expired. Absolutely disgusted by how they do business comparing before and after you bought something from them. What a disgrace! Suggestions: 1. Go anywhere else but Ashley 2. See above 3. Just don’t

We received very poor service during a warranty claim. Buyer beware if you are buying anything that might need service after the sale - even with the extended warranty - you are not going to be happy. I've received better service at Walmart! We won't be returning.

Friendly faces of the sales team cycle thru every visit- makes me wonder how good it is to work here. Buyer beware, all sales are final and do not buy the warranty because it doesn’t cover labor, installation/haul away, or shipping. Paid over $6k for a leather couch and nearly $600 for the extended warranty then within the 1st year the recliner mechanism broke and it takes months to get a repair plus I have to pay shipping and for someone to connect it. This should have been explained up front but they are in a hurry to book the sale and I imagine with the turnover I’ve witnessed they don’t really train the employees to explain details. Bottom line is I don’t recommend and I won’t be back.

We ordered a kitchen table from this store where we were promised it would be delivered and set up for us, that was apart of the price. It was delivered (with a family member there to open the house for them) and just dropped off. They did not set it up and left us with a bunch of pieces AND NO BOLT KIT. We noticed it wasn’t set up and thought, “oh well, we will do that when we’re moving in.” When we moved in a few days later is when we noticed there was no bolt kit for us to put it together ourselves. We called the store and they not only didn’t help besides send us to customer service, but they made a comment that it was weird we were just pointing this out a week after the delivery… not only is that not a concern of theirs when we decided to open the box, but we didn’t attempt to put it together until the actual move in day… and it was promised to be delivered and put together for us! It’s now been a week since and we still haven’t heard back on when we will be getting a bolt kit. When we call we get the run around. We will not be using Ashley ever again.

Very disappointed with the service! We were told to be home during a 6 window of time! Truck supposedly broke down and will return in 72 hours! We tried to call the driver back to find out if we could meet them at warehouse and get our purchase and it’s just gone directly to vm. No answer! I asked the store manager if we could come get the couch we purchased off the show room floor since we sold our couch today expecting we’d have a couch to come home to! The manager said no, I asked her why and she said because they needed to couch to sell! Umm hello, take the one that we have now not coming to show on your floor! Good customer service would go above and beyond to make their customers happy! She straight said “No!” Ashley furniture was dead when we went in there shopping! I’m sure having that couch on the show room floor is not going to make them miss any sorta sales in the next 72 hrs! Very displeased! I knew this would happen! Furniture stores never keep their word on delivery dates! Beyond disappointed will never shop here again! Very poor customer service as well! If I were that manager I’d go above and beyond to turn a customers disappointment into a happy experience! I realize it’s not their fault when it’s a delivery issue, but the way she handled it when I asked if I could take the one off the floor was inexcusable!

My wife and I were on our way to go shopping and checked the mail after leaving the house. Inside was a flyer about a deal going on at Ashley furniture so we figured we would stop in to look. Perfect timing because our couch was becoming uncomfortable. We went inside Ashley furniture store in Easton MD. As we were walking around looking JD approached us and we told him we were just looking then he let us be. So it was really nice not feeling pressured. After looking around the entire store my wife and I were looking at a couch and loveseat set. We had a few questions and JD was able to provide every bit of information that we needed. He was very professional, he was not pushing anything on me and really worked everything out to where I felt like he was trying to make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. He got us set up to get approved through synchrony, ordered the color of the couch that we wanted and then we went to the nice woman that handles payment information. The women there was very nice and went over every bit of information I was going to need to know about payment. I wish her card had her name on it because sadly I cannot remember her name and I can't find it on my paperwork. She was great. I like the employees that I met when I was there. When it came to the showroom it was set up to look very nice and there was so much to choose from. Being there was a really good experience and it's given my wife and I many ideas on future purchases and staging of our home. I do plan on going back for future furniture purchases. Also will let people know about the great people and sales the store has. So the advertising works to bring people in, having awesome employees makes customers feel comfortable and having a big selection gives customers many options. This store has it all. Gone back over a year later to get a mattress and Latysha was extremely helpful in finding the right mattress for us and getting us set up for financing. So I've returned to the store and would definitely come back for a third purchase. Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful.

We recently visited the Ashley Home Store in Easton, Maryland to get ideas for our new home we just purchased in Georgia and I must say that the staff was beyond courteous. Ina was a complete doll and was extremely resourceful. A lot of the furniture appeared to be very well made and we were impressed with the number of options that were made available to us. We will likely be returning to purchase new furnishings for our home in the upcoming months. Thank you for making me and my family feel so welcomed.

My mom and I went in over the weekend to browse furniture for a very specific room in my house and we walked away with multiple pieces all because of the customer service of Brad. He was absolutely phenomenal, not pushy, very knowledgeable about all the items, and willing to help in any way possible (regardless if you were making a purchase that day or not). If you are looking for great service, quality furniture, above and beyond courtesy, and good deals- do not wait and visit Ashley on Dover Rd this weekend. I know Brad said he works Wednesdays- Sundays, so please ask for him if you want the extra experience and to feel valued! So hard to find in chain stores usually and I rarely write reviews because customer service is an expectation of mine, but the level we received this past weekend was too good not to want others to feel the same way we did walking out of the store. Brad- You are an asset to Ashley Furniture and the Easton community is lucky to have you in our area.

Bought a sectional sofa August 15, 2020, delivery date was estimated last week of October. No delivery, called was told it would be November 13th. Date came and went, no delivery, called again delivery date moved to January 13th. Called yesterday to confirm delivery was told by lady who stated manager was unavailable that delivery date is now end of March. Asked to have manager call she stated he would, again no call back.Let me say this is the fourth time the manager has not returned our calls. Turned this over to the Better Business Bureau in December due to the lack of communication to anyone! These folks are the worse!

We had a great experience with their sales person John. He acknowledged us as we walked in and let us be to look around and checked back when we had questions. He was honest about delivery being delayed a bit and was not pushy or aggressive at all. Highly recommend them! They were great from beginning to end! Thank you!

Would give zero stars if i could. Went in showed saleman picture of mattress i wanted. He responded i dont have thst exact mattress i have upgraded version showed it to us in firm soft and medium i said ill take firm one . Pd no where does ir say anything about no returns. Got mattress is not even same brand i asked for in pic . Will not return or exchange.i feel like saleman played me into thinking i was getting what i asked for but upgraded version. I asked for simmons beauty rest and got ashley funiture brand mattress how is that upgraded from what i shoed him pic of beware!!!!!

John was great to work with and really helped us out when our delivery times were longer than expected due to Covid. He made sure that despite the estimated setbacks, we could still get our furniture on time and at a better price! Thanks John

Our sales person was Ida Heelon at the Easton store. Ida did an excellent job of presenting the furniture we were looking for. She was very attentive and had strong knowledge of the furniture in the showroom. We would highly recommend Ida to potential buyers.

Over priced

Highly recommend. Ida greeted us at the door and worked with us for over an hour to ensure that we found just what we wanted. She was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable. Ida showed us several options and helped us determine the best fit, form and function. We then had the pleasure of meeting Linda, the accounting pro who went through all the paperwork in detail. She was extremely thorough and asked us throughout the process if we had any questions. The following day, we had a call from Linda, thanking us for our purchase and letting us know when our furniture was scheduled to ship to the warehouse. A decidedly different shopping experience, we are sure to return to Ashley HomeStore.

I always have the best experience at Ashley Furniture in Easton, MD. The first time I went, I got a dresser for my bedroom. Ida was the salesperson and was so helpful. The next time I went in it was for a bigger purchase, a sectional for the living room. I immediately requested Ida when I walked in but she was with a customer. I decided to wait for her because of how great she was before. It was definitely worth the wait. Ida had me try out multiple sectionals and we went through options with each. She helped me sign up for the Ashley credit card to help pay for it. I love my dresser and sectional! I’ll be coming to Ashley for future purchases and I hope Ida is there to help again.

Inaleen was an absolutely wonderful salesperson. I told her my budget and what I needed and she took me directly to the best deals. We were able to purchase a couch, 2 bedroom sets, mattresses, and a dining room table and chairs. I would recommend her for anyone needing furniture. All of the other employees were very nice and knew what they were doing. It was a fantastic experience.

Started out good, but come delivery time everything went south. Lots of additional chgs. Wound canceling all purchases. . Warehouse sent delivery truck out and they added an additional $100. Chg Wound up getting my furniture at Value City..

Inaleen is an excellent salesperson. She listens and gives honest feedback. She searched for the best deal for me; and she's knowledgeable about the product. Judy was also very polite and very professional as she handled the paperwork. Overall , a very positive shopping experience.

Over all the staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. However I found the prices and practices to be quite predatory. They list all their furniture at over double the retail price but then tell you that everything in the store is 55% off, to make you feel like you're getting a good deal. I almost bought an "800$" coffee table for 435$ but once I check on Ashley Furniture's website I noticed the very same table was being sold at 280$! Over 150$ more! Also when I ordered online I got the table a day sooner then this branch could even deliver it. Definitely will be sticking to online shopping

We decided to look for a smaller couch on the 4th of July. We went to the Easton, ,MD showroom and was greeted immediately by Ida. We told her what we were looking for and she told us and showed us what was available. No pressure and very helpful. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money as we have animals. But my Mom and I both felt it was a great buy. Looking forward to seeing it in the house. Thanks Ida!!!!

Ida Heelan is the best Dale's associate I've ever dealt with when I it comes to Ashley furniture. Shes nice and kind. Not overbearing like most associates when it comes to selling furniture or the (evil car dealerships) highly recommend coming here and seeing her.

Worst customer service ever.. i was told over the phone that they would accept a online purchase price .. upon my arrival after a hour commute i was told that thet would not comply with prior said agreement and would not deliver the furniture if i was to pay the in store price..look elsewhere

The service is very non professional, they are very disrespectful, they take my money and I sign a contract so they say I'm not getting what I paid for, this store Is horribly outrageous and do not deserve to be in business

This place is awful my husband and I went in to purchase a mattress set were told they could match online pricing through ashley. Signed all the paper work just to get a call the next day saying the online price was to low that we would not be getting our new mattress set unless we paid full price . I will never go to this store again and I will let everyone I know looking to buy to take their money else where. Also I'm noticing that they only respond back to good reviews not the bad ones not very good customer service.

The sales assist Latino lady was very witty,and helpful but I want to see her in two weeks when I'm ready to do business but Im still shopping and comparing sum of the other great finds to compare to at other near by stores in Dover. Overall a great presentation and layout for such a smallish location.

My husband and I were shopping for a mattress for our bedroom and decided to try Ashley as it is our local store. We found the one we liked and the salesman gave us a price which we thought was rather high but he checked with his manager and that is best he could do! We still had taxes and an ridiculous delivery charge but we agreed. When we got up to counter to pay, all of sudden sales man forgot to add some $100 charge and were then adding that in. Manager was there and he said sorry we can't do anything about it because of our margins! We walked out of the store and we will not be doing business there. Meanwhile we go to Macy;s and found one (great price) and no delivery charge!! It was so easy and smooth!

I visited Ashley Home Store in Easton today to walk through and get some ideas for my home. The displays laid out were fabulous and you could tell a lot of designing efforts went into them. There are a lot of great furniture and decoration items here that can definety transform your home into your dream home and have the envy of your friends and family. They have a huge selection of mattresses and they something for everyone. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to provide assistance. Ashley HomeStore has a ton of sales going on all the time and is the best time to buy to make your home beautiful and comfortable. Please see my pictures...awesome.

Helpful and not overbearing

I stopped in to Ashley Home Store in Easton last Sunday looking for a new mattress. I was met upon entering by Ida who welcomed me and asked how she could help me. She devoted as much time as I needed, asking questions and suggesting different mattresses for me to try. Throughout we also carried on a friendly conversation that did not impede my mattress search, but rather made me feel more comfortable with Ida who was knowledgeable and seemed to really care about helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Happily, I found a mattress that was just what I wanted and I feel that I really have Ida to thank for her kind assistance. Additionally, the other employees I interacted with including the store manager and a lovely woman in Customer Service whose name I regrettably don't remember, were equally friendly and helpful. Thanks to all at Ashley in Easton for a great shopping experience.

Hi! Recently Ida Heelan guided me with excellent skill and detail of knowledge of Ashley's products. We spent nearly two hours walking and pricing merchandise all in a joyful non pressured experience. I will and you should definitely ask for Ida upon entering for possible viewing and purchase. She's a talented, bright and a pleasure to help you in anyway possible. Out of five stars... I give her 14!! Go see her if you need!

Advertised pricing online is not the same in store. I was told each store is independently owned and do not offer the same pricing. That makes sense, however if this is the case why would you advertise a sale online and then direct the consumer to visit their local showroom to purchase?? I visited your Catonsville location, and after 10 minutes wondering around I had to hunt down a sales rep. To say your sales people are underwhelming and uneducated on store protocol would be generous. Three men sitting around a dining display all playing on their phones. I left and after searching online for 60 seconds pulled up 5 other competitors who all had the item for less than you were advertising it for. Third party companies selling Ashley furniture for less than Ashley. How are you still in business?

Please beware of making any purchases with this retailer. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales representatives are uneducated and lack basic etiquette. They deserve a zero rating. I spent over two hours in the store ordering 3 mattresses and two box springs with delivery. The store told me $99/ delivery fee, writing this on my receipt. Then they phoned the next day to say it would be $300! When I asked for them to please cancel the order, they insisted that I drive back to the store for the refund of tax and delivery fee that I had paid the evening before, when they were in fact the ones who broke the agreement. The whole episode, start to finish, was a fiasco. They pressured me to do the purchase of box springs and mattresses and a total of three staff took hours to close the deal/ prepare paperwork and even determine if they delivered to the destination zip code (Linda and Brianna, plus another fellow who had time only to play video games on tablet the entire time ...2 hours.) The manager was super inconsiderate of the time I wasted with the staff and store, seemed not to care at all.

Walked in was treated by nice friendly staff. John ? Bought 2 queen size beds. Now have to wait 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. That I was not happy about. Update. 10/30 finally received the 2 queen size beds that I order. Was happy with the delivery people. But the wait time for the 2 beds was a little long.

If you shop at Ashley Furniture DO NOT PURCHASE THE “PROTECTION PLAN”! It’s a total SCAM! The salesman talked me into it when I purchased my sofa last year and told me I could file a claim if anything was spilled on the sofa and the company, GBS Enterprises, would send a technician out to clean the sofa. After I called to make a claim, it took them 3 weeks to schedule a technician to come out and when he arrived he barely looked at the sofa and said the cushions would need new covers and that it could not be cleaned. When I called GBS back to follow up, they were incredibly rude and said they don’t cover stains!! That’s the only reason I purchased the plan! I ended up having to call Stanley Steemer to come out and they did a wonderful job cleaning my sofa, but it cost $150. So, save your money and don’t let the salesmen at Ashley Furniture talk you into buying their useless protection plan.

I purchased a Beautiful Porter Bed from a wonderful sales person named Ida Heelan. The entire process was easy and my Amazing bed was delivered and set up by a great crew on time.

The woman kept following my wife and I around like we were going to put a piece of furniture on our back and walk out with it without paying, what's up with that? Then after we picked out what we wanted she wanted to charge us $68 to deliver one chair to East New Market from Easton, needless to say they kept their chair! Never again will we shop for furniture there!!!!!!

All Ashley stores are not the same. I want to say "Thank you" to the Ashley HomeStore in Easton. I shopped around and decided what I wanted to buy. First I visited the Delmar store and worked with a professional named Anthony, nice guy, knows his products. He gave me a price for their special sale that was going on, on the pieces I picked out. Not a bad price but I had my own price that I wanted to pay,, my price was not that far off from his, $240 lower to be exact. Well needless to say between him and his manager they would not budge. Then I visited the Ashley Home Store in Easton and worked with very nice lady named Nancy. Told her what I wanted to buy and the price I wanted to pay. Her response was lets sit down and see what we can do. She did not say "no". Between her and her manager Matt, I got my deal, papers signed money paid and out the door in 15 minutes. The staff at the Easton Home store are all rock stars, not because I got my deal but because they know how to do business with the public. Their support staff that we meet were very professional and polite also. Now all my wife and I have to do is wait until we get our furniture. If the delivery process is any thing like the buying process then I know my wife and I will be very excited. Thanks again for starting out our New Year in a positive way. Peteris and Ruby

Normal furniture store. Sales people will hassle you continuously while you are looking and not give you the time to just check out the furniture.

Great staffs!!!!! I order the Willowton bedroom set and some of the items were missing and damage.. Thanks to the team, leaving no one out and store mg. Joshua Potts who made sure everything was correct.. Joshua order all the replacement parts the same day my furniture were deliver, even while being on vacation.. sad to see him go but great experience with this guy and his employee !!!!

Sales people were very helpful. Answered all questions we had and gave us direction on best ways to go about purchasing our furniture. The lack of stars in coalition to how long delivery was, that we had to pay for delivery event though after matching online cost, shipping was free online not in store. And that it was said we approved these extra fees yet did not sign any papers or receipt express our consent to paying shipping.

Can't say enough good! I think it was chris that helped us at the store he was great. Then when we realized we messed up we went back in to adjust the size of the sectional and that employee was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product as well. Staff was great and I can't speak for durability as it was just delivered, but the couch was well worth the wait. Speaking of delivery the two men that brought it inside and assembled it were very nice and profession it took them no time and all and before you leave you speak with a company rep and they will ask if they did ok and a few other questions about the delivery. A+!

My sister had bad experience with them. Paid for chair and was supposed to be there in 4 to 6 wks. 10 weeks later no chair. Got her money back. Would never recommend them.

Haven bought furniture from many stores, I have to say that Ashley in Easton Md is by far the greatest store to buy furniture from. Starting from the store manager Josh Potts,to the incredible sales associates. Josh will go out of his way to satisfy every customer. I have made several purchases there, and will continue to do so!

This was such a pleasant experience, not at all the "big city" hard sell I have encountered elsewhere. John and Nancy could not have been more patient, friendly and helpful. When I returned to the store trying to decide on wall paint colors Nancy sat down with us and gave us the benefit of her education and training as an interior designer. Even in scheduling the delivery, "Miss Linda" was sweet and accommodating, listening patiently to my convoluted instructions, making notes for her driver... Real Eastern Shore treatment!
