Had a horrible experience from the moment I walked in the store with the sales rep. Then nothing but problems with delivery. I had someone take off of work to wait for the delivery, and the item never showed up, I had to call the store only to find out they needed to reschedule and knew it needed to be rescheduled several days prior. The item still hasn't been delivered and I cant get a manager to call me back to discuss options. To give an update. I was promised by 2 sales reps, (at 2 different times) that the store manager would call me back, but I still have not gotten a call several days later.

I initially visited the Frederick store just to look around. I was greeted by a friendly associate, and we let her know we were only browsing. I understand that following customers is part of the job, but it was noticeable enough that it made us a bit uncomfortable. She did provide some helpful information and eventually gave us space, which allowed us to actually enjoy looking around. Purchasing an expensive item like a couch takes time and consideration, so having that space was appreciated.Later, the manager approached us. I politely explained that we were just looking and not planning to purchase that day. Despite this, he continued asking multiple questions while I was trying to read details about the couch, including repeatedly asking whether we planned to come back. It became frustrating, as I was simply trying to figure out the dimensions and whether the couch would work for our space. Afterward, the associate returned and gave us her card, but overall the interactions didn’t leave a great impression. A few days later, I tried to get more information by calling the store because the website was showing confusing pricing. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was unhelpful, had an attitude, and provided incorrect answers, as if she wasn’t really listening to my questions.I then called the Hagerstown location, and the experience was completely different. They were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They explained that the website can sometimes show incorrect pricing and even offered to match the online price. In just a few minutes, they answered all of my questions and gave me an even better deal than what was listed online. We ended up driving to Hagerstown and purchasing our couch there. Based on my experience, I highly recommend the Hagerstown store. The Frederick location, unfortunately, felt uncomfortable in person and hostile over the phone, while Hagerstown made the entire process easy and pleasant.

I went to Ashley's looking for some bedroom furniture to convert a kid's room to an adult guest room. I was looking for 2 pieces of furniture, lamps and decoratives. Pricilla somehow zero'd in on my rambling and directed me to a perfect BR set! I came back the next day and made the purchase, a process that was simple, clear, and quick. Delivery is set for two weeks. Painless!
