We had a great experience here, it took us a long time and a lot of visits to find the right couch. Jazmin was very helpful and patient with us, but she also gave us our space to browse on our own. She’s the best!

We are long term clients for Ashly Furniture in Frederick. my husband And I had very bad experience with there customer service inside of the store , with rudest ,Unpleasant and childish attitude after refusing not to buy couple of Items which we pick couple of days ago . We are very unhappy with that particular store and there Management.

I want to start by acknowledging the excellent customer service I received prior to my purchase—your team was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. However, my experience after purchasing has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was very clear about my delivery needs, especially considering my recent PCS move from Europe and my scheduled move-in date of July 31st. I called every other day to confirm the bed would arrive on time. I was reassured multiple times that all items were in stock and scheduled for delivery on August 5th. Imagine my disappointment after sleeping on the floor for over two weeks, only to receive an incomplete delivery—no mattress. After a 30-day international move, the lack of stability and rest has taken a toll. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy and accountability from your staff. Business Manager Michelle showed no compassion, repeatedly stating that it wasn’t her fault. Rather than taking ownership as a representative of the company, she deflected blame. When I asked if the mattress could be delivered the next day or at least looked into, she shut down the conversation and said, “That’s not what we do.” To make matters worse, I had taken time off work for a new job orientation specifically to receive this delivery, and the service fell short. I’ve been a loyal Ashley Furniture customer for years, across multiple locations—but this experience has been by far the worst. I am beyond disappointed and expected much better from a company with your reputation.

We recently bought a home and stopped by Ashley Furniture for a dining table—what we found was an absolute treasure! They had an amazing sale going on, and I ended up getting so much more than I expected—beautiful vases, flowers, pots, table décor, and of course, the perfect dining table. A special shoutout to Sue, our sales rep—she was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we found what we needed. She’s the kind of representative everyone hopes to get! Highly recommend for both furniture and stylish home accents!

Experience was professional by all staff members I encountered and knowledgeable about each product I had a question about. I had such a wonderful shopping experience. My first shopping experience was for a bed, and I was greeted by Suad, very warm and welcoming. She made my day, showing me all the beds I described to her that I was looking for, and she excorted me around to show me exactly what I was looking for. I was able to find my bed. My experience with her and the check out staff was wonderful. Everyone 10/10. I definitely will be back for a sofa soon and I know where I will be buying it at! Quality, style, variety, price, and excellent staff is a win win in my book. Thanks again everyone involved in making my shopping stress free. Thanks again Suad for all your help and time.

I would give a 4.5 out of 5. I purchased the Isanti bedroom set. My first time in the store I met Suad, she was friendly, kind and helpful answering my questions. After I left the store she was responsive with communication. My second time visiting the store to finalize the transaction, GM Candice assisted Suad. Candice was very helpful and efficient. I have a 4.5 because there seemed to be some miscommunication to me and between staff. However, to finalize the transaction I felt valued as a customer.
