I recently bought a fairly expensive piece of furniture from Ashley home store and within four months I am having some problems. I went in to get assistance and the first two people I talked to were very unprofessional with their demeanor and treatment of me, almost like it was a bother I was there. Eventually, Ro came to my assistance and was a complete 180 from the other associates. Professional, courteous and willing to hear me out and provide solutions. She is the ideal employee to have at the store and can certainly provide valuable training to others in the store. Thank you Ro!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered our bed set in January delivery set for Febuary. Delivery got pushed out to March ( it happens) but received no update WE had to reach out to them. When the march date was coming up WE called again to find out it was pushed out again to April no calls nothing. They said our bed was on back order and you just have to wait no apologies, let us fix this, just excuses. After fighting on the phone with them for days they finally gave us something comparable. Delivery day comes and no boxspring.... So then we had to drive back to the store again and pay 200 more dollars to get something for our bed to rest on. Just go to Bob's to save yourself time, money, and headache

Extremely disappointed with this experience. We spent upwards of $10,000 on brand new furniture and the entire delivery and quality process has been a mess from start to finish. First, they unexpectedly moved our delivery date up, and when the bedroom suite arrived, they didn’t even bring the bed slats — leaving us with no usable bed to sleep on. That alone is unacceptable for a purchase of this size. It gets worse. When we went downstairs to check the dining room set, they delivered the WRONG table entirely. On top of that, 3 out of the 6 chairs are uneven and wobble, and one of the nightstands is also uneven and poorly assembled. For furniture at this price point, the lack of quality control is shocking. The furniture itself does not match the level of craftsmanship or durability you would expect after spending this much money. Pieces feel cheaply made, unstable, and rushed through production. The delivery team clearly didn’t verify the order, and there was zero attention to detail in setup. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and inconvenient experience — from incorrect items to missing essential parts and poor build quality. For a $10k+ purchase, customers should not be dealing with wrong deliveries, unusable furniture, and uneven pieces right out of the box. I would not recommend unless you’re prepared for delays, mistakes, and disappointing quality. Update: I want to add to my previous review because the situation has continued to get worse. After the initial delivery issues, I reached out to the store multiple times about the missing bed slats. It was extremely difficult just getting through to someone, and even harder getting anyone to actually locate the missing parts. Eventually they delivered the slats on Sunday night — but the delivery still didn’t include the hardware or the bed support posts needed to assemble the bed. So once again, we are left with a bedroom set that we cannot use and several more nights without a bed to sleep in. Today we received a message saying they would be coming Thursday between 8:00 and 12:00 to deliver the hardware, but still no bed support posts. At this point I’ve called the store repeatedly, attempted to reach the store manager, requested the district/regional manager’s contact information, and even contacted corporate. Now I can’t get anyone to return calls or provide any real answers. Because of the complete lack of communication and resolution, I have had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company to try to get our money back. I made it clear to them that if we did not have a usable bed by the end of Wednesday, we wanted to return all of the furniture and receive a full refund. Now it’s complete silence. No response, no solutions, and no accountability. Spending over $10,000 on furniture should not result in this level of frustration, inconvenience, and poor customer service. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Rodneya Nash was so great! I’m such an indecisive person but she went over all my options for beds and talked about pros and cons of each option! She gave me multiple quotes for the options I looked at. And she didn’t pressure or make me feel like it was all or nothing. I left went to eat and came back with a decision. I decided on a larger and upgraded mattress and platform bed. She’s really a great sales person and I’d highly recommend my friends and family to her!

Had bad experience .Buy bedroom set was supposed to deliver in 2 months toke 8 months and got wrong back board and wrong end tables . Then we buy king size mattress that had 10 yrs warranty .we went back 3 yesterday later Ashley send to call manufacturer for warranty and manufacturer said Ashley was responsible for the warranty. Ashley ask for photos we send then in .Now asking 150 inspection charge. This was never said to us from beginning but yes when sold 10yrs any problem just call as long no stains on mattress it has warranty. Now all this round a round . I will never buy or recommend anybody here .

He answered every question thoroughly and made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and stress-free. Beyond being great at his job, Ethan is just a great guy all around.
