The main thing the Sales Agent did, was to allow me and my wife to do our sopping and talking without Sales Staff following us and giving us a Sales Sell on any item. I am a shopper who does not like pushy Sales Staff. I explained to them what we are looking for and they directed areas where I would find these items. John Kelly 031626

We were met at the door by a salesperson and she gave us her name if we needed anything, but she didn’t bother us or push us into anything. When we decided what we wanted, she was very accommodating with price matching and even got a coupon added on for us! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Thank you for a great furniture shopping experience!

Three weeks after our furniture delivery, we are still waiting on the correct items with no clear resolution from Ashley Furniture. We have spoken with store management, customer service, and corporate, yet no one can tell us where our furniture or replacement parts are. Because of this delay, we have had to purchase parts ourselves from Amazon just to make the furniture somewhat usable, and we even had to pay out of pocket to have unusable pieces removed. We have also requested refunds multiple times due to the incorrect items and missing parts, but those requests have been refused despite the ongoing issues. To make matters worse, the delivery team left trash and loose staples scattered throughout our front yard, and one of the major furniture pieces delivered was completely incorrect. This was not the "white glove" service that was advertised when purchasing the furniture. At this point, we have paid for furniture we still cannot properly use and are still missing parts, and the lack of communication, accountability, and refusal to issue a proper refund has been extremely disappointing.

I recently bought a fairly expensive piece of furniture from Ashley home store and within four months I am having some problems. I went in to get assistance and the first two people I talked to were very unprofessional with their demeanor and treatment of me, almost like it was a bother I was there. Eventually, Ro came to my assistance and was a complete 180 from the other associates. Professional, courteous and willing to hear me out and provide solutions. She is the ideal employee to have at the store and can certainly provide valuable training to others in the store. Thank you Ro!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered our bed set in January delivery set for Febuary. Delivery got pushed out to March ( it happens) but received no update WE had to reach out to them. When the march date was coming up WE called again to find out it was pushed out again to April no calls nothing. They said our bed was on back order and you just have to wait no apologies, let us fix this, just excuses. After fighting on the phone with them for days they finally gave us something comparable. Delivery day comes and no boxspring.... So then we had to drive back to the store again and pay 200 more dollars to get something for our bed to rest on. Just go to Bob's to save yourself time, money, and headache
