We had a very pleasant experience with Gregory Tancer. He was so patient with us as we tried to decide which sectional to purchase. He walked with us and showed us different pieces of each sectional. He is hands down the greatest salesman. He is very kind and polite.
Buying furniture is exhausting and very time consuming but Alesia was absolutely amazing, helpful, and also kept my kids from dying of boredom and thirst (very dramatic kids). She wasn’t overbearing and came back to check on us and answer our questions exactly when needed. Originally I was going to buy a mattress from another store but she was able to get me the same one with a better warranty and gave great advice on which pillows and mattress protectors, advice not given at the other store. She also problem solved by getting a different kind of box spring when I was worried the bed would be too high. It’s rare to have such a great experience but this was an amazing shopping experience that actually made my day better. We ended up getting a bed frame, night stand and the mattress which was delivered and set up within 30 mins. So easy and so beautiful I love it so much. I will definitely be back next time I need new furniture!
