While not my first time purchasing Ashley furniture, this was my first time in the Hunt Valley store. The store was bright and welcoming. I worked with Justin and he was great from start to finish. He was not pushy and paid attention to my needs. He was personable and I loved that he spoke directly to my toddler, as the purchase was for him. The experience checking out was seamless as well.

I attempted to purchase a couch from this location. The order was never fulfilled and the delivery date changed numerous times. Ashley has failed to refund the purchase although I cancelled it over a month ago. Numerous calls and attempts to resolve the situation have not been successful. I don’t recommend shopping at this location.
As everyone knows, furniture shopping can be extremely stressful and overwhelming, but from the moment we walked in, my sales associate Cardier made the process effortless. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I am extremely indecisive and he was so patient the entire time while I asked crazy questions! He even gave me his card with his personal information and answered other questions I had, even after I purchased the sectional. I will return to the store and refer others here just because of that incredible service.

Don't order furniture from Ashley Hunt Valley. I ordered bedroom furniture and a sofa sectional on Tuesday October 29th. I was told that the order would take 2 weeks and arrive at their warehouse on Wednesday November 12th. That never happened. When nobody had called me on the 12th to give me an ETA for delivery, I ended up calling Ashley Furniture myself around 3 PM and was told that only the bedroom furniture had arrived and not the living furniture. That is why they didn't call me. I clearly told the salesperson Cardier who was very courteous and professional and the store manager that I needed the furniture to be delivered before Friday November 22nd because I was having family from out of state staying with me and that they would be arriving on Friday November 22nd. The delivery department couldn't be bothered about my concerns about delivery date when I spoke to them. The man with a Middle Eastern accent said Wednesday November 20th is the expected arrival at the warehouse, then he would call me and schedule delivery for Friday 22nd or Saturday 23rd!! I called the Ashley Hunt Valley store, and the lady that answered the phone said my furniture would arrive on Friday 15th. I asked if I could speak to the manager. She said that he was busy with meetings but would give him my message to call me. He has not called me back yet. I called the salesperson Cardier who was very empathetic. He looked into the delay issue and told me that my furniture would arrive on the 17th. Today is Wednesday November 12th. Furniture has not arrived at the Ashley Warehouse as contracted. I have been given 3 arrival dates of 15th, 17th and 20th. Arrival date at the warehouse is not the same as delivery date to my home. Store manager has still not returned my call. If you need furniture by a critical date, DON'T ORDER from Ashley Furniture, go somewhere else!

While the service at the location in Hunt Valley was great, the ability to get in touch with the store was HORRIBLE!!! I called and no one answered and it went into "call you back" mode. When I finally got called back, it was corporate not the local store. They connected me and it was the same damn thing all over again! D+

I came into the store a few weeks ago looking for a recliner for my tall husband. I found one that I thought may work but I told the associate I wanted him to sit in it to make sure. I went back with him today, it is hard to get him out sometimes since he has cancer and I need to bring him in a wheelchair since he can’t walk very far. After getting him there and in the store, he liked the chair but none of the recliners were working for him to try. We were ready to purchase and I even commented to the associate that we couldn’t buy a chair we can’t try but no one seemed to care.
3 people at the store sold my brother and I the wrong chair, we asked them 3x if it was a rocker recliner and all said yes including the manager, received the chair was not what they promised they just wanted to make a sale and of course no refund just store credit beware of what you purchase ,then went back to the store for store credit brought the right chair and said they would give me a deal, when I got home went on line and chair was $100. Cheaper than the deal they gave me so had to go back to the store a third time to get that price wasted my whole day

My husband, my sister. and I went to Hunt Valley Ashley furniture. Met Sterling and he was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and did I say patient. He dealt with every question, criticism from my husband and our indecisiveness. When it all boiled down we left with 2 mattresses, 2 beds frames that lifted the head, and my sister got an entire new bed. We were grateful for such good and efficient service from the entire team. They were so nice that I looked for more to purchase but didn't find exactly what I wanted.
Selection in the showroom was good. Shopped for new sofa and love seat during Labor Day sale. We selected a sofa and matching loveseat that had special sale pricing. Salesman came back and said sales pricing only applied to sofa. We made the purchase anyway but got home and looked online to see both pieces had special pricing. Went back the next day to confront the salesperson who blamed his district manager who was filling in for the store manager. Their story changed throughout the discussion. I got a refund for the overpayment but the whole scenario seemed very dubious Do your homework before you go. It’s up to the buyer to keep the salespeople honest.
Went to Ashley in Hunt Valley for my 3rd purchase from this store! We have been looking at mattresses for a few months now! We decided we wanted the purple mattress! We had been to the purple mattress store a few weeks ago. However, We still had a few more questions and wanted to look at a few others to make sure that is what we really wanted. Especially because it’s quite a big purchase for many years to come. Well I definetly went to the right place. Our salesman Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and really helped us to make our final decision with a great deal of confidence! Once Nicolette ran the numbers and helped us with the paperwork I felt that we saved a good amount with the way they set everything up. It won’t be the last time I shop there.

Mixed Experience with Returns at Ashley Furniture Cockeysville Review: I recently had an experience with the Ashley Furniture store in Cockeysville, MD, that I feel is important to share. I purchased two mattresses and two mattress covers, but unfortunately, the mattress covers were oversized and didn’t fit properly. I returned the covers to the store just two days after delivery, expecting a straightforward refund. Initially, I faced some difficulties as the store manager refused to credit my credit card for the returned merchandise. This was quite frustrating, especially since I had expected a smooth return process. However, after escalating the issue to Ashley Furniture headquarters, the matter was promptly addressed. The headquarters intervened and instructed the store to accept the returned merchandise and issue a refund to my credit card. I am relieved that the issue was eventually resolved and a refund was issued. This experience underscores the importance of following up with customer service and not hesitating to escalate issues when necessary. While the resolution was positive, the initial refusal and the need to involve headquarters was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the store's return process and customer service. Thank you to the Ashley Furniture headquarters team for stepping in and resolving the issue.

I selected a sofa in the store, but the salesperson told me it would take 2-4 weeks to arrive. I waited for 2 months, and signed for it without checking it carefully. Then I found that the sofa was damaged, and there was a marker covering the damaged part. I called after-sales service, and they told me that it was because I had already signed, and it was not a problem with their company's products. If I wanted to return the product, I would be charged a pickup fee. It was a very bad experience. I hope you will be careful when buying things from this furniture store in the future.

This is my third time buying furniture from Ashley. I bought a living room set from Joe Vines. He was attentive but didn’t overwhelm me while I was looking around and checked in on me occasionally. I picked the furniture and he gave me a good deal.

Very poor experience at Ashley today. Came in looking for some new furniture for my newly purchased home. Man at front named Joe Vines stopped us and seemed kinda off at first. Throughout the whole time me and my girlfriend were looking for stuff, he treated us as if we weren’t supposed to be there, or if we couldn’t afford the furniture there, using multiple sly remarks and demeaning conversation. I made my way to the mattress section where I fell in love with a $3500 mattress. As I was about to make my way to see an associate Joe Vines had found his way to me and my girlfriend and started his strange remarks again (I thought you were here for living room furniture) almost seeming to kick us out. I will not be purchasing any furniture from this store especially not Joe Vines if I am going to be treated different for no reason. Maybe it was my age, skin color, or clothing but it was absurd. I don’t usually write bad reviews so that’s how you know this experience was bad
The wood on my 1200 dollar table warped and apparently I’m not eligible for any warrantee because I didn’t pay 250 dollars for them to come deliver and install for me. Scam artists. Getting everyone in my family to leave 1 stars. They are not worth 3.9

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I came in this store and bought a mattress that was a little over $1600 and left feeling like I just made a really bad decision. I went somewhere else and got a way better deal for a great price. Their cancellation policy states that you have 72 hours to cancel after you make a purchase. I called within 24 HOURS to cancel my purchase and recieve my refund. I came to the store and they processed my refund. The next day the manager calls me and tells me they are voiding my refund because I paid using my Google pay. FYI I only have one card which is the same one on my Google pay. I came in the store and showed proof the purchase was made from my same account using my same card. They still refused to give me my refund. Thankfully I have proof of everything and will have to now file a legal claim. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. They don't get much business and really just want to take your money!
Wouldn't recommend furniture from this place started having defects in my headboard I just bought and they declined the fix.

I wish I could say something positive about my experience with Ashley home furniture but I can’t. Not only did we get the incorrect mattress which caused me to have sciatic nerve issues to the point that I could not get out of bed for several days. The guy had suggested their Ashley mattress, when I decided I wanted the Serta he said that was okay that it would be more (which I was completely fine with) yet they charged me and shipped out a incorrect mattress. They charged me for pillows and a mattress protector when they said that it was going to be free, not only did they charge me for a 2 set of pillows but they charged me for an additional two. We had ordered our stuff on November 5 and it did not arrive until December 22. I only slept on the bed for three weeks. We tried to get a refund or something in exchange and they said that the grace period of return is only 30 days, can you believe that 30 days?! Most of these companies give you 60 to 100 days to try out a bed and if you don’t like it then you can return it. What a joke, now Im stuck with a mattress I never ordered or wanted and back issues

Tamara was really helpful and kind, Mitchell was my salesperson for a pair of chairs, unfortunately the chairs did not come with the tools to assemble, but Tamara demonstrated sense of urgency and addressed my concerns. Thanks for the rapid solution and response. Today, I got an email stating my tool pieces were shipped.

Today I worked with Tamara. The customer service representative, Alba was my salesperson and Mitchell another salesperson. They were nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Rafael -the manager was in meetings all day however took a minute to greet and acknowledge me. Which I thought was an extra added touch of customer service. I will return to this location for my next furniture purchase.
Since Black Friday I bought Sol sofa and to date they have not been delivered and they said 2 weeks bad service

We visited the store on 11/12, the salesperson was very helpful and attentive. We purchased two couches the day of and were told that they would be delivered to our home by the end of the month. A couple days after, I decided to read some of the reviews and became concerned that we would receive the couches much later than expected, however, this was not the case. They called me on 11/22 informing me that they were ready to schedule a delivery date. They delivered the couches today (11/29), the two gentlemen were quick and efficient. The couches look great and we were very pleased with our experience!

I ordered furniture from this sore on October 7th. Paid cost, shipping and handling etc on same day. Was told half of the stuffs will come on 16th and half will come on 17th. I did not received any call on 15th as promised nor did I get any stuff on 16th. So, I called the store and spoke to customer representative who said my furniture will come on November 1st week. I asked to speak to office manager because I was told 16 and 17th for the delivery dates. Called was transferred to office manager who was nice enough and said she will expedite my order and I will get half of the stuff on 19th and half on the 20th October and I will get call on 18th for delivery time. Since I didn’t get a call until 6 pm on the 18th, I decided to call the store. Costumer representative, Nichole, said my delivery will be on 26th, and I again asked her to transfer to office manager, she said office manager is at lunch. I was surprised and questioned her lunch or dinner at 6: 19 PM, or avoiding to transfer the called. I was kept on hold multiple time and finally given number of the corporate office. Called the corporate office no one picked up the phone as it is now 6:40 PM. I then called the store back and spoke to Nichole again and asked her to speak to manager and questioned her manger should be done with lunch as it is now 6:55 PM. My called was transferred to Ariyana (office manager, I guess), who now told me she can see if someone can deliver half of my stuff on 20th or 21st. Since there is no clear answer I said I want to cancel my order and requested the refund; apparently I was told I can’t and she will give me a call tomorrow. I STRONGLY SUGGEST EVERYONE TO AVOID GOING TO ASHLEY, IF NOTHING SAY NO TO THIS STORE.

We just bought a sofa yesterday at the Huntvalley MD store. The salesman told us that there were a bunch of these sofas in the stock and that would take like 1/2 days for them to call and schedule the delivery. I called today to confirm and they said that eta is two weeks for the sofa to go to warehouse and then they will schedule! If we knew about that, we would not have bought. This is straight misleading and bad faith. The company has to comply with what the salesman told us. Absurd!
Great experience at the store! Staff was the perfect balance of friendly and helpful without being too pushy/aggressive. We had a bad experience at an Ashley Store in a different city a couple years ago and this store more than made up for that. Excited for our new couch to arrive!

I could not speak more highly of Sterling at Ashley here in hunt Valley. My man was extremely friendly but not overbearing at all like other stores salespeople. We got to do our couch hunting but needed a tape measure after doing a round in the store. As we walked back he saw us and said "Tape measure?" as if he read our minds. Gave us space but when we were ready answered every question, tried to help us with every angle, and didn't miss a beat. 10/10 experience, if you're going here look for him.

My family and I visited Ashley Furniture today to buy a "big boy bed" for our youngest son and worked with Ameer. He was great, he helped us find a bed and mattress for a very reasonable price. Our family is looking forward to receiving the furniture within a month, which doesn't seem bad for the current market. Everyone was very friendly and the Manager RaFael was also very helpful. We will by all means return in the future for any furniture needs.

Ordered a bedroom set from ashleys in hunt valley and the delivery was from 2-6 pm, received no call or otherwise to let me know it would be late. They showed up at 745 and left the front door open the whole time even when they were upstairs working. This is in contrast to Bob's furniture in hunt valley where they notified me of delivery window, then sent a text telling me what time in the window I would be (first half) and then a call when 30 minutes away. They were friendly and wore shoe covers and reviewed the furniture instead of just giving me papers to sign. The furniture is good but the process was lam.

Our Salesman Sterling Moses, Showed what a Excellent Salesman he is, his knowledge his people skills his customers service skills and very attention to detail with his customers. Extremely disappointed with my experience with Ashley Furniture in Hunt Valley. Bought a sectional in March, after sitting on it the first night after delivery we noticed one side made a very loud creaking noise when getting on and off and that the arm rest was loose. Sent videos to the store manager - it took 3 months to get a service technician out to look at it. After 2 hours of tearing the couch apart he told me that it couldn't be fixed . Called multiple times to talk to the store manager about offering a partial discount on the purchase. Was always assured she would call back when she was "back from lunch". Of course, never heard from her. Another month gone by and I am stuck paying full price for a defective, poorly put together couch. I would rather sit on a cardboard box then buy something else from the Ashley Furniture Store in Hunt Valley. Customer service and quality products not a priority.
What a joke. Found a great dining set we loved. Was talked into the joke of a "PROTECTION PLAN". Get it they said. Little scratches and rings are covered they said. Its great they said. BOLOGNA!! Unless you contact them within 30 days of anything that it says it covers- you are out of luck. And if you go to cancel the protection plan -what do they do? They tell you they will CHARGE YOU to cancel. Cancel something that in the first 9 months of owning my furniture did me no good. BUYER BEWARE- be sure you understand the "RULES" or don't bother with the extra expense because its garbage!! NEVER again Ashley!

Make sure you check online before you go to the store and pay more money for the same thing you can get online but cheaper.

They had good furniture collection
Here is the rundown of the horrendous experience I and my family experienced with Ashley Furniture store(s) in Pasadena, Maryland, Hunt Valley, Maryland, and with Ashley Corporate. We attended the grand opening of the Pasadena store 10/29/2022. We purchased a new center and side table set, plus the extended warrant for $1,600. The assembly guys broke the table during assembly and the store nor corporate will replace it. The warranty company which supposedly “covers anything, even hitting it with a hammer”, per the sales associate named Liz O'Brien, will not cover it. Initially we met Liz O'Brien, the general manager of the Hunt Valley store while she was assisting as a sales associate during the grand opening of the Pasadena location. Here she made us feel welcomed and we then drove to her Hunt Valley store (80 minutes and 65 miles away from us) just one month later and purchased a $5,000 bedroom set. At this time the center table had not yet arrived and when it did arrive it was broken. I contacted Liz and was told I had to come to Hunt Valley from Pasadena, MD. I did so and when I arrived Liz's initial sweet, charismatic, and friendly attitude which sold us over and gained Ashley a grand total of more than $7,000 become cold, bitter, antagonistic, and rude. She became irate when I told her I wanted a new center table or a refund and said I was “being petty about a some damage that could be fixed”. I told her with this type of customer service I wanted to cancel my $5,000 order from her store without the 30% restocking fee because I'd already waited 6 weeks for the delivery of the bedroom set. Their contact guarantees a delivery within 14 days. Ashley breached their contact more than once during this experience. Every time we inquired about cancellation and or the status of the bedroom set it wasn't even in their warehouse, so how can they threaten a 30% restocking fee for something that hasn't even been stocked to them? The answer is they legally cannot, yet Liz was holding my money hostage. After waiting 16 weeks for the bedroom set to be delivered, they brought in a damaged bed frame, headboard, and drawers. It looked liked it has been run over by a tank and left in the rain. There were countless scratches, warped wood, chips, and a handle installed on the interior of the drawer. The two dressers, side tables, and accessories were all fine; the bed was the only damaged piece. The delivery guys said if I refused the bed itself they had to take everything back, including the new mattress. They then attempted to convince me that the warranty company would cover their shotty assembling and factory damage, which it will not. The delivery guy then tried to trick me into signing for the furniture and not refusing it by saying if I sign an accept it that they'll send a technician to fix it. I told them I'd only do this if someone representing Ashley would sign a contract that acknowledged the damage; which of course they refused to do. They took all the pieces back. Meanwhile, the guy then began cursing in Spanish, stomping all over my house without regard to my property. At this point we had donated the old bedroom set to charity the day before and were left without a mattress or anything else. Magically, the next re-delivery of all new items came on the last day of the new 14 day window. The new set was in excellent condition and we accepted it. Meanwhile, throughout every issue I had with Liz O'Brien, the Pasadena store, and the Hunt Valley store I attempted to involve Ashley Furniture corporate who was unwilling to get involved. Each time I got a canned response about how all Ashley stores are Independently owned and operated, and how Corporate provided the Ashley trademark name, but does not support their stores. This leaves customers at the mercy of con-artists like Liz O'Brien and whomever own the Hunt Valley store.
We will NEVER buy anything from Ashley again! It’s a shame for them because we need more furniture for our house. Last March we went to Ashley just looking for a new sofa. We found one we liked and PJ and Liz were amazing! We ended up getting the sofa and the matching recliner chair, we paid same day. The receipt said our furniture would be delivered to our house within 8-16 weeks. 17 weeks later we still didn’t have our furniture. I called probably 10 times and no one could give me an answer as to where my furniture was. Finally in August I got a call saying our recliner chair was being delivered but they still didn’t know where the sofa was. They wanted me to pay an EXTRA delivery fee to have the sofa delivered when it came in. Finally weeks later the sofa came, I went to the store to see if someone could reimburse us for all the trouble we went through, they refunded us $150. Less than 3 months later the reclining foot rest on the sofa snapped in the middle. We went to the store to report a claim and were told we would be contacted within 72 hours. Also one of the employees in the store said because it broke within a year of having it, Ashley would cover it not our protection plan that we paid an extra $200-$400 for. A week later I still hadn’t received a phone call. So I called the store twice and they told me to make a claim with the protection plan. So I called the protection plan for them to tell me that Ashley should cover the damage not them. But also that “structural” damage isn’t covered by either company but they would have one of their managers call me. Of course I never received a call. This has been the worst experience with a company I have ever had and will never recommend them to anyone. So my fiancé ended up fixing the small piece of wood that snapped on the foot rest. Such a shame to spend over $3,000 on 2 pieces of furniture and go through all that we went through. Never again

I bought a bedroom set about 15 weeks ago and paid full amount on purchase date. They said it will deliver between 8 to 12 week. After 15 weeks they send wrong bed and a broken drawer so they waisting one day of my time and left a mess at my house and I got nothing because they have to return everything!!! Several time I call to store to talk with manager but they said manager is not here and she won’t back. God know how long more I have to wait for them to deliver right stuff
I ordered more than $4k furniture from this store on Oct. 30, 2021. After waiting 6 months, they were finally delivered on Mar. 25, 2022. However, two pieces came in damaged so they were brought back to the warehouse by the delivery company, and we were told that Ashley will replace them asap. There was no follow-up calls or emails from Ashley after one month, so I went to the store and checked the order status with the manager. I was told that the system shows all the furniture has been delivered, which is absolutely a lie. The manager said she will email the corresponding office/agent and ask about the status of the returned furniture and will call me back. After waiting another 3 weeks, no response, so I went to the store again. The manager told me that the office hasn't replied to her email yet and they will follow up. After another 3 weeks, still no response. I went back to the store again and was told that there was still no reply from the office, and they will escalate the case to a higher manager. I asked for a refund or to reorder the furniture that was damaged but they refused because the system shows the furniture has been "delivered". It has been a nightmare experience in the past 9 months. I will never buy furniture from Ashley again. The entire company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and irresponsible.

I bought sofa set from Ashley on Friday the 29th. before I paid them they told me sofa set is available to deliver next week so I purchased it. paid in full $2500. After they received payment I ask for delivery date. the manager and two different sales person was involved in my order. all of them told me they have to call me back for delivery as they need to get invoice approval from cooperate. today I called to find out as I didn't receive any call from them. person name Nicholas who has no manners at all. she gave me all confused answers for my order. i asked to speck with manger she said manager is busy with interviewing people. then i ask to speck with sales person Dimitri as he did my order along with his manager. she put me on hold for 15 mins. I hung up and called back she put me on hole for another 12mims. and while I was asking question she put phone on side. I just finished wrote email to direct Ashley caproate and I am on my way to their store. They cant play with people money and time like this. very unprofessional . This particular location is giving bad reputation to Ashley. we have been shopping with Ashley last 15 years always had good experience. They don't even deserve one star.

I just bought my outside sectional furniture set from Ashley's and we LOVE IT. The ordering process was seamless, they delivered and put it all together for me in less than a half an hour. I also bought my entire basement furniture from them 2 years ago and we are in-love with our sectional couch and the customer service that we always receive from them. Leroy Lamotta was my sales agent and I used him again for this purchase. I went to the Hunt Valley Store which is gorgeous and he and his manager Liz gives A plus service. Love shopping at Ashley's.
Do you know what’s worse than furniture shopping? Nothing. Nothing at all is worse than furniture shopping, and if you disagree, you’re a sadist. That being said, furniture shopping at Ashley Furniture in Hunt Valley was relatively easy. One might even say it was fun! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the store manager, Elizabeth, and was immediately asked what I was looking for. I gave a brief description and, thanks to the variety of gorgeous floor displays in the store, was able to visualize the furniture I’d only ever dreamt of owning! With Elizabeth’s knowledge and willingness - no, desire - to help, I am now eagerly awaiting my brand new, stunning living- and bedroom sets. Thanks, Ashley Furniture Hunt Valley!
Wow! This was the best buying experience, start to finish. The staff really knows their product and the showroom is beautiful. We worked with Leroy, he was excellent and manager Liz was attentive and extremely helpful! We will be returning for our future furniture needs and recommend others.
Get ready to be ripped off. 6 months wait on the piece to be delivered. Half the order was missing. Apparently, the missing pieces are discontinued. Manager offered to swap out the set with a new one. Signed the finance forms. Ashley is now trying to deliver the new set, while the old set is still here. Manager, Liz, has ghosted us entirely. No returned phone calls, no returned emails. She always somehow seems to be in a meeting or out of the office everyday for 3 weeks. Now, we are stuck paying for two sets with apparently no recourse. You are better off flushing your money down a toilet.
Decent selection but a bit pricey - don't go if you're just trying to browse. Staff won't leave you alone. We were asked every few minutes if we needed help and it was really annoying.
Went to the Hunt Valley location two weeks prior to my son and his girlfriend moving into a new apartment. Liz and PJ were awesome. From the moment I entered, they were friendly, engaging and resourceful. Liz was able to help me find ALL of the furniture needed. And she was able to have it all in one place for me to pick up in such a short time. I'll go back to this location from now on.

Despite the construction going on around it, the store is actually open, and it's a good thing because they really helped me. Without going into a long winded story, Eric and Liz went above and beyond to help me. Having a General Manager that cares and tries to help their customers makes this store and the sales staff a cut above the rest. I wish every Ashley store was run this well. As with any furniture store, things can go wrong. Items go out of stock, item lead times are longer than expected, mistakes are made during transactions and wrong items are ordered, and sometimes the quality is not what you think it is. What makes this store different is the people that are willing to help you through that and make it right. I cannot emphasize enough how much they have helped me. Colorful and entertaining, these staff members are all rock stars.
One particular staff member knew absolutely nothing about anything in the store. She was helping me and then basically pushed me to the side to help someone else and just left me hanging there. Everything was out of stock and she unable to help me look b/c they were understaffed. The new building was beautiful but this particular sales person was useless and lost 2 sales.....
Had a great experience here! Been looking for furniture everywhere and was told crazy shipping times/dates. Ordered from a company online and had to cancel due to shipping date being changed 3 times.. Walked into Ashley and was helped by Desiree, she is very sweet! They were definitely short staffed but she gave us her full attention and we are satisfied with our purchase! Our new couches arrived in THREE DAYS. Don’t bother going online, go to Ashely!
My wife and I just left willing to spend $1,400 on an oversized chair and ottoman, and were told it’s not in stock even though it says it is on their website. We had initially gone in to get a chaise they had labeled in stock at this store online, which again we were told it’s not in stock. They have really nice furniture, but turn it around on you and force you to have it delivered for an extra $150-$200. The other option is to pick it up in middle river. So I suppose it’s more of a showroom than an actual store.
