The young lady who assisted us was very pleasant, and not pressuring us to buy anything. She wasn't following us all around the store instead she lead us around and found the perfect dining room set for us.

About 2 weeks ago my son decided he wanted all new furniture. We went to Regency thinking we would look there and they try another place. Well, 4 hours later, he had picked out a beautiful bed, mattress and box springs and two new couches!! We never had to go anywhere else. The name of the Regency associate that helped us is Jeana Ferdig.To just say she was helpful is an understatement. My son changed his mind 3 times!! She was patient, funny and oh so helpful. Half way through, we all needed a drink of water which she happily supplied for us. This was without a doubt one of the best experiences I have ever had spending money!! He loves all of it. The delivery men were awesome, they set everything up and took the empty cartons with them. Most important, Matt really liked Jeana. She answered all of our questions, and he asked a lot! We are going back to get some tables and things for his walls and we will go when she is there. She made a lasting impression on us as being very good at what she does and somehow keeps her sense of humor. All in all, it was a good experience and we are both glad we did not have to go anywhere else!!! Thank you.

Sales associates met us at the door asked if we were looking for anything in particular and led us to exactly what we wanted. She checked inventory on all the chairs and found us one that was not on the floor but in stock that matched what we wanted perfectly and then the checkout process was fast with delivery scheduled for less than a week with our schedule. Great price too for the chair we picked.

I was very pleased shopping at your store. I told Debbie, the sales rep, what I wanted and didn't want . She took me through the whole store showing me the different pieces I could choose from answering very professionally any questions I had. The last item I looked at was the one I chose and I'm very pleased. Debbie was very patient while I looked at and sat on each item making sure I was going to be certain of my choice and I appreciated her kindness.

We went in looking for a rocker recliner chair and the sales rep walked over asking how he could help us.. We told him and he showed us around, left us for a few to do a complete walk around and found the exact type and color we were looking for. He even dropped the price for us too. We were very happy customers.

Our experience with Ashley Furniture was Superb. We were looking to replace our 20 yr. old leather couch, and our home furnishing consultant, Jeanna, was welcoming (not at all "pushy"), professional & knowledgeable about their inventory. She listened to our needs and led us to the right section of couches - then left us alone to take pictures and try them all out - fielding questions when necessary. We returned the following day to finalize matters - in less than 15 minutes. Jeanna arranged for me to Pick Up the couch from their local distribution center - so, within 2 hours I was driving back home with our beautiful Next-Gen Dura Pella sofa! I went to Ashley’s looking for a couch, me and my partner found one we both liked, but the lady up front was not very clear on the stock. She waited until we paid and gave our down payment and payment plan to tell us the couch was out of stock and backed order for more than a month. This was very disappointing and now we are just waiting for “a call”. Terrible service.

Nice people, but, I received damaged furnature and im done going in and calling. Received an obviously used couch cushion and the ottoman has a deep dent like it was pressed against something in transit. Repair guy showed up and basically said just sit in different spots and that the ottoman wasnt on his order. Called numerous times and went into the store TWICE, and they just dont appear to want to fix my issue. You can see the dents in the ottoman and notice the corner cushion looks flat, not even with the rest.

The salesman, Asher, and the manager were very helpful. Compared to their sister store in Waldorf, they were awesome. The guys in Waldorf do not care more about customers. I went there to view a wider furniture selection and came back to Lexington Park to make my purchase. Everyone in Lexington Park was helpful. So happy to find this in a local store.

Went into just to look around and ended up buying an entirely new bedroom set along with a recliner sofa and chair. Got great deals and our sales clerk Catherine Healy was very helpful and not pushy at all. She allowed us to do our thing and kept herself available to answer all of our questions.

I recently went to Ashley Store in Lexington Park, MD and had the best experience. I ordered new furniture for my new apartment and had the pleasure of working with Asher and Kristina. Asher was extremely attentive to detail, very kind, patient, and was willing to accommodate my wants and needs for my purchase. He made the experience very easy and nearly seamless. Kristina was also very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I was meeting my price point. As a team, you can tell they work well together to ensure their customers are satisfied and well taken care of. We visited to look for furniture for our new house. Vanecleus helped us and was so amazing! We saw some pieces we liked, but wanted to go home and sleep on it first. He didn't pressure us whatsoever. From the moment we entered the store, we were impressed with the variety and quality of the furniture. We had an associate there named Andrew who went out of his way with our measurements to show us us a modular couch that would fit our needs. We selected it and got the color we wanted and it was delivered last week. The quality and comfort of the couch is outstanding but more to the point. The service was great! + It came in a time frame that was much faster than we expected. Thank you Andrew for getting us the couch that we needed for our home.

I was at Ashley in Waldorf last night, they have great quality inventory. I was helped by an representative Venezia who helped me as soon as i walked in the store. She was so flexible, easy going, professional, patient, and knowledgeable on all the product in the floor. Venezia gave my mom and I the best deal that we couldn’t find anywhere else in the DMV area. I recently moved to California, MD, and visited Ashley Furniture to furnish our new home. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the store manager, Shane, and spent some time looking around. After careful consideration, we decided on the Cresswell sectional and a dining room table. Shane introduced us to Katherine, a sales associate, to finalize the details. Katherine was thorough and professional, going over the sectional's configuration multiple times. She even drew a diagram to confirm the exact arrangement we needed and had us sign off on it. Feeling confident that everything was in order, we left the store assured, despite knowing we would need to wait several weeks for delivery. We picked up the dining room table from the Brandywine location a few days later without any issues. However, after waiting for three weeks, we received a call informing us that the sectional would be delivered on a Saturday. I rearranged my schedule to be home for the delivery, missing my son's football scrimmage to ensure everything went smoothly. To my frustration, the sectional arrived, but it was the wrong configuration. We refused the delivery, as it was clearly not what we had discussed and signed off on. Confused and upset, I drove to the store to speak with Katherine. Surprisingly, she initially tried to steer me away from speaking to the manager. After insisting, I was finally led to Shane. He admitted that the order had been entered incorrectly but offered no real solution for the mistake or compensation for my wasted time. He informed me that they couldn’t process the return immediately and that I’d have to wait another 72 hours before they could even start the process of reordering the correct sectional. This meant I would be left waiting weeks once again with no furniture, despite their error. What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. At no point did I receive any email updates or proactive outreach about the order or the issue. I had to call the store myself at every step just to get basic information. For a company that I had spent thousands of dollars with, it was clear that my time and business were not valued. After this complete failure to resolve the issue, I decided to cancel the order for the sectional altogether. Unfortunately, even the cancellation process was a disaster. I had to visit the store four different times just to finalize my refund. On the last visit, the assistant sales manager struggled with their equipment and couldn’t process the refund. She had to call another employee to assist, and even then, their printer malfunctioned, dragging out the process even longer. This experience has been a series of unprofessional missteps and a total lack of respect for the customer’s time. I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture after this ordeal. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I suggest shopping elsewhere. I certainly won’t be back.

Great customer service!

Just be aware when you buy from Ashley, their return policy is so much worse compared to most other furniture and mattress stores. Bought a $7K bed suite, the base doesn't work as advertised, and they won't exchange or refund. You buy from Saatva you get a 365 exchange or return. You buy from Bob's Discount, you get 90 days. You buy from Ashley you don't get the free delivery and the return policy is like 2 weeks, not enough time to really get a feel for what you buy. Don't buy from Ashley if you want decent delivery and to reasonably return/exchange your purchases. They'll never get another $7,000 from me, let alone a penny. Only giving another star instead of just one bc the sales staff were friendly

This is my second purchase from Ashley Furniture from Lexington Park, MD, my first experience wasn't the best (bed base was not working properly), and it took a few weeks to get it replaced. But the customer service there is AMAZING! 🤗💖I was lucky enough to get the same sales person on both visits (Andrew/Bruce 😁), is a very respectful, friendly and thorough salesman and he makes your shopping experience fun, easy, and less stressful. He spends the time you need and is very knowledgeable about all of the pieces of furniture in the entire building. I highly recommend him as a salesman while you shop. All of the employees there were very respectful and super nice. Thank you all

Lots of furniture but super pricey!

Amazing. We just had our house finished and we are getting ready to furnish it. I started looking at the furniture stores in the area and reading the reviews. Heads up folks, if management only comments on the 5 star reviews, that only gives more credibility to the 1 to 3 star reviews. Which, because they are being ignored, tells me to shop elsewhere. Sad that companies refuse to stand behind their products and service. I don't buy from the cheapest guys in town for that exact reason. If you don't charge enough, when it comes to resolve issues, you'll lose money fixing the problem. Figure it out, Ashley's because you are not getting my business based on your poor reviews.

Great customer service team! I worked with the best- Kristina was professional, helpful, extra patient and nice- she did everything to make sure I was satisfied! Great management staff on both days I was there and also I want to shout out Angela for her great help- they are amazing!

I’ll start off with this, I appreciate the efforts from the manager to keep my business but when you’re told 1.5-2 months for furniture and I’m not actually going to get the furniture until 5-6 months after the purchase date, I’ve lost faith in your business completely at that point. Once the two month wait was over, March delivery turned into May and May turned into June. If you need or want furniture soon or in any timely manner, this is not the place to go.

I made a purchase that was delivered in November 2022 and the delivery guys damaged a wall inside my home. At the moment, the delivery guy just looked at my wall then me and said "O my bad" and kept going. Aside from that they left a mess with packing materials inside and outside. I've been trying to get a response from Regency Furniture about how they will resolve the damage they did inside my home for four months now and they are completely ignoring my complaint and the damage that they caused. Regency is pretty much forcing my hand to make it a legal issue to get a resolution.

According to Ashley Furniture in Lexington Park, and their corporate offices, the pictures depict normal wear and tear. The sectional is only 4 months old, and cost approx $3k. When first brought up, their customer service submitted a repair ticket. Two weeks go by, and I’ve heard nothing. I call the store again, an am told that corporate would take no action and stated normal wear and tear. I wonder how long it would have taken them to call me if I hadn’t contacted them….I then spoke to the District Manager, who was friendly, but the results were the same. So the end result is that Ashley Furniture does not stand behind their product and lack customer service skills. Please learn from from very expensive lesson, and stay far away from this company. Their motto is “Every Guest Counts”. It should be modified to “Every Guest’s Money counts toward substandard product and poor business practices”.

Our purchase and delivery went smoothly. The protection plan that they hawk is essentially worthless. It sounded worthwhile considering we have young children but our claim for ink damage was denied. Be mindful of this when they push this additional purchase.

Alot of selections to choose from, actually two floors! Would have giving g the 5 star if the salesperson(s) were knowledgeable and could do simple math.

The delivery man carried the reclining loveseat by himself and dropped ìt one end. My husband has Alzheimers and didn't notice the frame was bent until they left. Instead of replacing the loveseat, the policy is to repair the one they dropped and broke. I am not happy. Customer Service is gone.

The service was excellent at beginning, but after pick we ran into issues. I do not highly recommend. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere! The management is horrible!

I have been shopping for furniture for my new home and decided to drop in on a random weekend. My family and I were greeted promptly as we entered. And had the pleasure of working with a wonderful gentleman named Andrew. He was very patient, sweet, kind, and knowledgeable. He was able to pick out pieces similar to what I was looking for. Oh and did I mention he’s great with kids. Will definitely be back.

I personally am not a fan of the prices of most major furniture stores but this review is based off of my experience at this store. The customer service was great, most times people try to upsale you to make more money but at this store they certainly will work with you and your budget. I needed a new mattress and Mrs. Glenda not only found me the perfect mattress for my back problems she got me a great price, especially considering how expensive mattresses can be. The staff was amazing and very helpful thank you for helping me with this process.

Spent a lot of money here. Was told one thing then after my stuff came in was told another thing. Store manager is trash and two faced. All nice in store but after you get your stuff take a hike. Never spending money here again. Tempted to just return all of it!

Recently visited Ashley’s in search of furnishing my apartment. Immediately as I walked through the main door I was greeted and helped by Shane. He is a super down to earth guy that is knowledgeable of the furniture in the store, and he caters to customers needs. I highly recommend visiting this location.

Staff was a little pushy and prices were high

Matthew was wonderful. We were buying furniture for my stepsons first home and we found the perfect pieces and Matthew helped us modify our choices to find items in stock.

Thank god we now have a reasonable price furniture place in town. I had a great experience in store picking out my furniture. I bought a sofa and love seat for my living room and a sectional for my basement both sets are beautiful and good quality. This is a combination of Ashley and Regency’s furniture so there was plenty of inventory. The reason for three stars is their delivery company is horrible. My couches were due for delivery may 26th the delivery driver came to my door looked at the door and said sorry couches won’t fit. I was a little flustered because the men didn’t even try to move any of the couches into my home. I could understand maybe the sofa but how could a sectional not fit? Keep in mind I live in a single family home with standard doors. I have never had any trouble getting furniture in or out my house. I politely asked movers if they could at at least try and they refused and left with my furniture on their truck. I went to Ashley with the intentions of getting a refund but the sales staff talked me into looking for smaller pieces which I couldn’t find because all the pieces I wanted was basically the same size. I had to reorder same furniture and with the intentions of just instructing the movers to leave my furniture in my drive way and I’d figure out how to get them in house myself. Fast forward a week later furniture came with different movers and they moved every piece in my home with no problem took them less than 20 minutes. Ashley really needs to look into getting a new delivery service. On the bright side of this experience was the sales team everyone there is really nice and tried hard to fix my problem.

Great store. What is on display may be out of stock which was the case for everything I was looking to buy at the time. There are friendly people here. If you are willing to wait anything can be gotten that is displayed.

I will never go back to the Ashley furniture store in LexingtonPark, MD anymore. ,Because, the managers along with the sales person will straight up lie to your face just to get your business. There is no professionalism nor good customer services when you walked in the door. The so called Managers will go out of there way to.put any blames on the customers lnstead of listen to the customers . BUYERS BE WARE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE until upper management can train new staff to replace the incompetent ones they have working for them now.

I had a great experience with Pam Oakley at Lexington park store and she was outstanding. She wasn't pushy, super polite, and candid to my wife and I in helping with what we need.

After looking at several other furniture stores getting a good idea of styles and prices, my wife and I went hoping to find an office desk and perhaps a chest. The selection was great. Salesperson Pam Oakley helped us find a floor model desk and credenza in almost perfect shape for nearly half off and a beautiful chest at a very reasonable price. Being a floor model, the desk could not be delivered per company policy. The chest was delivered on time and looked so great, we ordered a second. Pam took care of that over the phone and made sure that paperwork was available when we came in to pick up the desk. She also advised that the desk was very heavy and we would need extra people to help us get it onto the trailer. We are new to the area and did not have people to help us move. When I got to the store to explain my situation, manager Hakeem as well as salespeople James and Matt showed kindness and flexibility in helping me get it safely loaded. would give zero stars if possible, the sofa I purchased was different than the one I chose in the showroom, it was a simple fix to swap out the pillows to make them match, after NUMEROUS calls to a manager I was told nothing can be done and that if I want to return the sofa its my responsibility to deliver it to their warehouse, NEVER EVER AGAIN! HORRIBLE customer service. In regard to the response below I am less upset that my request couldnt be filled it was the sorry bout your bad luck attitude of the manager that has me upset. Just completely unapologetic

The size of this store and options of furniture is amazing. You would think you would only find this size store in big cities and not little ol Lexington Park. The prices were pretty good but even made better by our sales associate. Lacey Pratt was very patient with us as we moved furniture around the store and went back and forth on several choices. She was very personable and gave us very useful advice in making our selection. I would recommend this be your first option for furniture shopping and we will definitely be returning customers.

Nice looking furniture, but holy smokes is it expensive!

There's a lot to see here, but it's sort of hard to enjoy your shopping experience when there's a worker nipping at your heels the entire time. We thought it would be nice to look at a few different styles or materials for a future purchase, but ended up basically trying to get away from the sales people the entire time. We had to say we were REALLY REALLY just looking, not AT ALL interested in buying at least 10x. Very annoying.

Lacey made our day! We’re starting to help furnish our recent College Graduate with his first Apartment…, We needed a specific size for his bedroom and Ashley Furniture in Lexington Park was a convenient choice. We were immediately greeted, allowed to walk the floor at our leisure, and came “to the rescue” when needed. She helped work with our budget, our options, and took care of us efficiently and professionally. Needless to say she will continue to have our business! Ps- The store & facilities were spotless. Amazing stuff we'll recommende

Bought a living room and bedroom set and a media chest from here and everything is wonderful. Only complaint is the delivery times. We have been waiting for our media chest since August. We are finally supposed to get it in October. We have got the bedroom and living room furniture already.

Justyce Is the best salesperson. Very willing to help you get the best deal or any free promotions that may not me publicly offered. The only reason for the 4-Star is the lack of communication with shipping department so make sure you aren’t in a hurry for receiving your order.

The delivery service is horrible. Do not use them! When they delivered my furniture, they tore a shelf completely off my wall and broke my front door. I told the drivers before hand, that the furniture is usually delivered out back through the French doors. I was ignored and they forced it through the front door instead causing damage to my home. I called corporate office, e-mailed them and sent pictures of the property damage. I received zero response from them. They will never receive my business again.

Terrell was amazingly helpful in our task to find new furniture for our new home. We explained what we were considering, however we had no clue what we were looking for or expected to find. Terrell took all of our desires for furniture and showed us exactly what we needed in our space without taking us around the entire store. We’re extraordinarily grateful for his patience and expertise.

The sales and finance were more than helpful. The time window for delivery was between 8 and noon. They were here by 820 and the set up was accomplished in about 17 minutes. The whole evolution from shopping with them to delivery could not have gone better!!

Terrell, our sale’s guy, was a great asset to us during our hunt for a bedroom set. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well informed and getting a great deal. The team handling the checkout was great as well with good communication amongst themselves and with my husband and I. We will be back when it’s time to furnish our other rooms!

This store is a nice store. If I could rate something with negative stars I would. Some of the staff is uninformed and lies and the General Manager is arrogant, rude, and doesn't know his job. If you have a synchrony account or card IN ANY WAY YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP FOR A NEW ASHELY ACCOUNT! I encourage new people NOT to shop in this store simply because of the GM. We have a synchrony store card and we were told we were not ALLOWED to use it in their store when we were able to use it online at Ashelys. The salesmen did nothing but lie to us the entire time, but the Sales Manager was probably the only one that was helpful and nice. I will never step foot in this store again.
