Michael was incredibly helpful in helping us find a couch for a reasonable price. He took his time in helping us explore the store and the options within it. Great experience from walking in the door to finalizing the sale of our new couch.

You are only getting a one star because I can't give a negative star. You deliver the wrong furniture to my elderly parents, tell them that they have to pay more for the correct furniture, tell them that you are going to take the furniture that you delivered and now they have to wait 8 to 12 weeks WITH NO FURNITURE until you get them what they actually bought. What is wrong with your company?! Is this the way your company treats an elderly couple and yet A VETERAN?! I was with them when they purchased this furniture so I know all the details. This is obsurd!! Shame on you!!

If you come to this store ask for Dwayne. He was the most professional salesman I’ve ever interacted with. He was patient and knowledge and knows what it means to be customer centric. It was all about pleasing the customer. PS I am a New Yorker and I gave him a hard time and her he never faltered.
If you come to this store you must ask for Dwayne. He was knowledgeable, patient, creative and extremely professional. He did not hesitate to accommodate all our requests which weren’t always trivial as we asked him to move furniture around the store. Hats off to a job well done.
Nikko was one of the most attentive, patient sales associates I have ever met. Rearranged furniture to fit my space for a full visual, gave very respectful oppnions and so easy to have conversations with. I only by furniture at Ashley's and now it has to be with Nikko

Awful experience!! Went in to purchase new furniture for our new home. Once we found the sectional we like the sales associate informed us that he would look to see if it was available in the smoke gray color we wanted. Geoffrey stated there was only 1 in stock and rushed us to purchase, although we were still shopping for other furniture. When the sofa was delivered it was the wrong color so i sent it back to the warehouse. Immediately after the delivery guy left, i reached out to Ashley furniture to let them know that is was not the color i wanted. The sales guy geoffrey stated i could come in today or tomorrow to see if there was something else we wanted. We looked around but didn’t see anything we wanted so we asked for a refund. The front desk associate stated there would be a 30% cancellation/ restocking fee which we felt was unacceptable because we knew what we ordered was not what we received. As we were waiting for the manager to arrive, Geoffrey walked over and asked what our decision was then proceeded to say we “misremembered” what we ordered, which was very disrespectful. Once the manager Emoni came out he stated that it was a “he say she say situation” and we would still have to pay the fee without hearing our side of the story. After explaining our story he went to talk to the general manager. Once he returned, he spoke with the front desk associate about processing a refund. He never acknowledged or spoke to us directly to let us know what was going on. While processing the refund the front desk associate needed assistance from the manager and he was not knowledgeable at all. We stood there for about an hour and 30 mins in order to get this resolved.Worst experience ever I will never order from Ashley again!!!
