Delivery workers impolite, mean to my wife, failed to take furniture upstairs. The store wants to disclaim any responsibility and take 30% restocking fee.

This store is the definition of terrible customer service. Made an appointment for delivery, had to call back 15 mins after to change to the day before originally planned. The day of my delivery i get a notification from the delivery service i have a delivery scheduled for the next day after already taking time off work for the delivery i knew of. Called the store and was told an accident was made and an item was left off so another delivery date had to be set resulting in another day out of work. Will not refund delivery fee for gross negligence in following through with an agreed upon delivery date and the store manager will not return a call or speak to me himself, but can hear him in the back ground talking to an associate. What an absolute money grab with no intention of creating repeat customers.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever encountered. While they were very pleasant during the sales process, their performance took a nosedive when it came to deliveries. I made a substantial order worth over $5,000, and it's been repeatedly delayed for several months. Each time I inquire about the status, they blame a missing piece from a manufacturer, which is understandable for a few weeks but not for this extended period. What's even more frustrating is when I requested that they send the portions of my order that were already available, they insisted on charging me for a split delivery. Why should I bear the cost when they're the ones who have been months behind schedule? Their response is always to direct me to contact "Corporate," but the provided phone number is perpetually busy. I've even contemplated canceling my order, but they impose a hefty 30% restocking fee. Frankly, I've had enough of this ordeal.
