I initially went into Ashley’s looking for a sectional I saw online, but then the sales rep Teresa showed me the Elissa Court II and I immediately fell in love. I ordered the furniture in 2/14 and it wasn’t delivered until 3/18 but that’s a warehouse thing not a reflection of the store. Please go shop at Ashley’s from the customer service over the phone to the in person customer service it’s all top tier! You won’t be disappointed.

Sales staff at store was helpful but not pushy. Delivery was sooner than expected and delivery team was polite, professional, and provided notice of delivery time. I am very pleased.

Amazing customer service from the manager, Nancy. She was so wonderful to work out a issue when I learned our furniture wouldn't be available for 2 months. I explained our situation and she quickly found alternatives that could be delivered asap. She was busy sending me pictures of the furniture and answering my questions. The furniture is absolutely beautiful and they say everything happens for a reason, because I love the set I got with Nancy's help rather than what I originally picked out. ALL WAS GREAT!!!

I've bought my bedroom set, living room set, and now modular furniture for my rec room from Ashley Furniture which I purchased through the Waldorf store. Nicole was very helpful and patient while I took weeks to decide. She provided valuable input into my color selection which I truly appreciate. During my research I found a cheaper price for the same items, and Nicole and Mike (manager) ensured they beat that price to earn my business. Thanks Waldorf team!

I wish I could say my experience was better due to the in store experience we received which lead us to decide to purchase a sectional at this location. We were told that we would receive a call when the couch was in stock on a specific date. A few days past that date and we still didn’t receive a call so we called and we’re told that our couch wouldn’t be available until almost a month past the date we were told. We are really looking forward to this couch and disappointed when being promised an early turn around and have to call constantly to find out when we will receive our purchase. The salesmen was very accommodating and helpful besides the front desk that checked us out. They were rude with any questions we had about the purchase and protection plans. If the salesmen wasn’t with us while we were checking out I probably wouldn’t have completed the purchase due to how rude the front desk was.

Nicole was so helpful. We bought furniture for the living room and our bedroom. There are so many great pieces at Ashley that it can be overwhelming, but Nicole was there to help and guide us through the process.
