My overall experience was wonderful! From the moment i walked in our rep Kevin did an amazing job supporting all the required needs we were looking for. While being patience and calm as we were indecisive. In the end the pieces of furniture we purchased resulted being a great deal, and exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommended checking this place out if looking for particular furniture pieces. And in addition the white glove services they offer was also a great deal. Legit the furniture pieces were built in about 30 mins! The team did a phenomenal job.

Don't pay for their warranty for 5 years is a waste of money,they make it difficult for you to get the warranty back on whatever you bought,the fire place I bought started bubbling & according to the paper I got the bubbling is an issue to get the "money back or in store credit" aside from that customer service in this place is awful literally I think 1 person was nice to me in this place. Cero stars they deserve!

We wanted to purchase a leather recliner with delivery. It also said they have close out prices. Their prices are double their competitors and they charge $250 delivery fee. Sales person didn't show us the closeout, also he said Cardi will NOT deliver any close out furniture. We went to Bobs found the power Reclining sofa for under $1000 and $50 delivery.

I haven’t even gotten my order yet but if you are reading this, do not place an order online with Ashley Furniture! Terrible experience, 0/10. So far, I’ve been on the phone with about 4 sales representatives because they keep placing my order on hold. I ordered a bed set on June 19th and since then, I’ve been told that since the order is placed online, the finance team has to take out 2 holds from my account in order for my order to be properly delivered. I’m going on the 4th hold on my account and my order keeps getting placed on hold which pushes the delivery date back. BOBS FURNITURE WOULD NEVER!!! Very inconvenient, very annoying and honestly the dumbest online system I’ve heard of.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We got a night stand, it came with a misaligned cut for the drawer. We were told we had to donate it for a refund, which we couldn’t do because who would accept a nightstand that can’t be put together? Then no answer about where to donate it, wouldn’t let us return it. I’ve called 3 times and they’ll always get back to us in 5 business days. Trash company selling trash product’s apparently.

Stay clear of their junk. 1900 for a couch that's falling apart after 8 or 9 months and no response from their service people. Told us they would reach out in 7 to 10 days 21 days ago.

Nice clean well organized store, friendly no hassle helpful staff. Was quiet on a weeknight so easy parking in their large lot right off rt 95. Pleasant shopping experience....only "surprise" was the $200.+ delivery charge....for a sectional 2 towns away🤔 . Am a repeat customer too...oh well.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a nightstand and matching bureau. The nightstand said it would be delivered via FedEx, ups, one of those. It also said assembly required. I chose to chat with a rep to ask why and she said it world come assembled except for the usb hookups on the back of it. Well, it came with the shelf pushing through to the back of the board that was previously stapled on, plus, I had to install the handle on it. Ridiculous. Then, I got 1 email saying it world come on the 24th. Didn't get another email until the day before saying it was coming between certain times. I asked for it to be brought up into the hallway in front of the bedroom so we could put it in later after we finished moving other things out. They didn't offer any protection for the bottom so we could slide it into the room without a problem. My son tried moving it and it scratched up my floor. I had ordered a nightstand and matching bureau through Jordan's furniture for my daughter's room and the service was great! They had both things put together and delivered them at the same time, then, it was 7am and my daughter wasn't up for school yet, so I asked if they could put it in the upstairs hall, they said no problem. They even put protection on the bottom so when we were ready to slide it into the room, no scratches on my floor. I'll stick to Jordan's until Ashley updates their quality of service. So disappointed, i wish I never gave my son the option and just stayed with Jordan's. Completely unacceptable!

Ordered a tv stand a dinning table and both came missing hardware it’s been 2 weeks and still waiting on my hardware needed it’s been nothing but a pain contacting customer service back and forth Unfortunately will not order from here again and would not recommend it

I’ve been waiting for furniture ordered in September due to “Covid”. Many other companies have figured things out. We’ve been living/ working through Covid for almost two years. 3- month delivery delays are unacceptable. I call the store and I’m told to call Ashley’s furniture. I have no real ETA nor do I receive updates. Before I made the purchase my phone rang a few times a day. Once the order was placed I hear absolutely nothing. I’d suggest shopping elsewhere.

Purchased the gaming desk with the cup holder that cools drinks that is centered right above the shelf for your tower…. Guess what happens condensation builds up and drips right into your tower and when you contact customer support they accept no responsibility and tell you if you want a refund to donate the defective unit to charity so it water damages another poor souls computer tower run from these products as fast as you can

Don’t bother with Ashley. Placed an order online for a coffee table and end table set and they have ZERO return policy. There’s barely anything online about returns. No where in the email to return either… wonder why. I finally get through to customer service and she tells me I legit have to bring it to UPS or FEDEX myself and pay for return shipping MYSELF. It’s 65lbs…. It will cost just as much to return as it did to buy it! Not to mention I am a small girl and can’t even lift that myself let alone carry into a fedex but thanks !!!!!! Oh and you can’t return in person to the store because “they like it going back to the warehouse it came from” lmao yeah i bet they do. Not sure how they can even do this to people seems like a massive scam to me but trust me I will be going further with this.

Once we found the general direction an item, everything we found was inferior quality at ridiculous prices, even the so called "Clearance" area. Management may want to speak to the issue of employees on their personal phones while on the job. Thought that would have been a "NO BRAINER " Waist of an hour of my day😔

After waiting at customer pick up for abour 20 mins they brought out the wrong table that I purchased. Went back in to get the correct table and after another half hour was told it was already sold. The guy that sold it to me didn't even tell me himself. Sent another sales associate to tell me. First and last experience for this place!

If I could give less stars than 1 I would. I’ve been trying to get a couch delivered for about a month, and every week I’m given a delivery date and every week it gets pushed back to the next. I have called multiple times a week to try and figure out the issue and every time they have no knowledge of conversations I had legitimately the day before. I finally organized a delivery date and was told I would be called around 11am to set a delivery time, and I get a call at 8am, day of delivery, and wasn't able to be there due to a prior commitment. Their communication is absolutely horrible and I would never EVER try and buy something from them again.

VERY unprofessional I ordered my bedroom sets June 1st for my New Apartment figured 2-3 week wait definitely would NOT have pay’d AWHOLE months rent to not even be able to sleep in my house , Here it is JULY 2ND and there still NOT ready , i asked for my money back a week 1/2 ago to go elsewhere because when I went to get an update where my furniture was they couldn’t even provide that & police ended up on the scene because unfortunately they couldn’t do that neither , This is RIDICULOUS all I can do at this point is write a review & it’s so unprofessional & such a waste of money , if you can order elsewhere that would be your BEST bet !!!!

Absolutely the worst experience buying furniture from this place. I ordered a bedroom set and when it arrived I was missing the footboard. It took about a month and a half to receive the footboard. After waiting a month and a half I finally get to actually set up my bed (I’ve been sleeping on my mattress on the floor) but it turns out that none of the pieces actually came with the correct amount of hardware. The customer service was even worse. Rude and condescending every time I called about my missing footboard. If the item isn’t available at the warehouse it shouldn’t be listed for sale on the website, that way it won’t take a month and a half close to two months to actually receive your order. Never ordering from this company again.

Ordered a dining set from this place . Call first to make sure it's a set and comes with the chairs. Was guaranteed that it was a complete set. So placed the order and had a note out in to call when the delivery person arrived as we live in an apartment building. Well the day it arrives we receive no call and had a neighbor tell us we had a box out front on the sidewalk for anyone in the city to steal. Never got a call. Then carry the box upstairs to find no chairs just a table and now the online ad has changed to just say table . Called them and are being told we have to wait 72 hours for someone to call us back. Big problem as now our family has nowhere to eat since we sold our previous set this morning. Worst service ever.

I was able to walk around the store and just look at the merchandise. It was great. So many times I have gone into a furnishings store and been bombarded by sales personnel. Then they keep popping up and asking questions or will take you to only certain parts of the store. While looking at something they will come tell you how popular that item is or how much they like it. They did not do that in this store. I was able to look quietly, measure things, sit on sofas. I left and came back later with other people and then, after looking around again, we interacted with a salesperson. He gave us information about the products and was very pleasant. We didn't felt pressured or pushed at all. It was great.
