I haven’t even gotten my order yet but if you are reading this, do not place an order online with Ashley Furniture! Terrible experience, 0/10. So far, I’ve been on the phone with about 4 sales representatives because they keep placing my order on hold. I ordered a bed set on June 19th and since then, I’ve been told that since the order is placed online, the finance team has to take out 2 holds from my account in order for my order to be properly delivered. I’m going on the 4th hold on my account and my order keeps getting placed on hold which pushes the delivery date back. BOBS FURNITURE WOULD NEVER!!! Very inconvenient, very annoying and honestly the dumbest online system I’ve heard of.
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We got a night stand, it came with a misaligned cut for the drawer. We were told we had to donate it for a refund, which we couldn’t do because who would accept a nightstand that can’t be put together? Then no answer about where to donate it, wouldn’t let us return it. I’ve called 3 times and they’ll always get back to us in 5 business days. Trash company selling trash product’s apparently.
cardi's deliveries service is awful the people they have delivering your furniture has no respect at all. We make sure these couches were measured and they go up the stairs to a second floor. The first thing the kids said oh I'm not bringing these couches back if it doesn't fit, he's very rude. They do not cover your furniture to go up the stairs so it hit the stairs. They didn't care. He was very rude. It was a young Spanish kid. There is so many people looking out for work out there and they have these dumbass people working for them . Please I think they should be trying how to deal with people.
Stay clear of their junk. 1900 for a couch that's falling apart after 8 or 9 months and no response from their service people. Told us they would reach out in 7 to 10 days 21 days ago.
This review is based solely on service call. Mo mmm had a broken chair that was 3 months old. Prompt service call.. they came out quickly. Our service technician was Harley and he was awesome!!! So kind friendly and knowledgeable! I'm so happy to see a great person like this!!! Shout out to HARLEY! Great hardworking American!!!
I had a great experience furnishing my house. The sales manager Billy Pettito was honest and helped me find everything I was looking for didn't push for a sale and recognized our style easy and fast. By far best man for the job. Check him out!!!
i bought a dining table with warranty about 2 and a half years ago and recently all my chairs were no good and i was told that they were going to order everything and have it fixthey ordered everything early September and the parts didn't come thru till early November i kindly asked if someone can fix it before Thanksgiving and they said yes fast forward to the day before the repair i got a call saying that nobody can come fix it now i have to have my family come over for the holidays to sit on some broken chairs i repeat i will never buy from cardi ever again save you time and go somewhere else
My boyfriend and I bought a couch from Ashley’s clearance and Brianna and Billy were incredibly helpful. They were able to get us an even better discount as the couch was missing some pieces. They were wonderful!
Nice clean well organized store, friendly no hassle helpful staff. Was quiet on a weeknight so easy parking in their large lot right off rt 95. Pleasant shopping experience....only "surprise" was the $200.+ delivery charge....for a sectional 2 towns away🤔 . Am a repeat customer too...oh well.
TL;DR - I had a terrible experience getting my furniture delivered. Communication at Cardi's is horrible. I will never give them my business again. Should have gone to Jordan's.Purchased a living room set that was back-ordered. I waited several months for delivery only for the delivery date to come and go. No furniture. There was no communication from Cardis or the third party they use for delivery (who they take no responsibility for). I had to make several phone calls to find out my furniture was still not in stock.I had to go back and forth with their customer service several times (including being put on hold for 30 minutes while I was at work) to get a new delivery date booked and to be told it would cost an extra $20 to schedule a weekend date. Even though the original delivery date that I paid for was, in fact, a weekend. They didn't even offer to cover the extra charge considering the inconvenience.
