We never once felt like we were navigating this alone. Hasty then partnered directly with Abdul in shipping, and together they went above and beyond to expedite the delivery. Abdul showed the same urgency, compassion, and attention to detail, ensuring everything moved as quickly and smoothly as possible during an incredibly stressful time for our family. This experience was far more than good customer service—it was genuine human care. We are deeply grateful to both Hasty and Abdul, and we want to thank the store for employing people of such high character. Employees like these make a lasting impact and earn lifelong customers.

This place is a scam don’t waste your money their warranty is bullshit haven’t had the bed for lest than a year and it’s already Broken and know their claiming they do not cover the damages wen they guy who sold it to me Herman said “if it breaks tmw we will replace it not to mention the people who installed which I paid an extra hundred bucks for installed with this screw sticking out

My family and I visited Ashley Furniture in Avon, MA yesterday to purchase a new recliner for my mother. We were fortunate enough to have Ashley Furniture sales person Mike B walk us through the numerous recliner choices and the features of each recliner. Mike B was extremely knowledgeable about these recliners and very patient in answering all our questions. Finally, he made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and delivery options. My fiance and I went into Ashley Furniture in Avon. Michael Litchfield was our salesman today and he was super nice, very accommodating and very patient. After he walked us through vaeious optiona he alao helped us look at new ideas and sold us on a beautiful couch. Great experience and tons of great optiona if youre looking for a couch, a bed or any othef furniture you may need!

Omg today I went to Ashley’s for the first time I was excited to go in to find a glider and a loveseat. But as soon as we went in a nice man asked us if we needed help and if we did to call him over. But this second older guy was following us around did not let us look and was making us feel very uncomfortable he was annoying. We decided to leave and not buy anything. If your looking for furniture beware of the older guy in the store

Mike was awesome! Got in and out and saved a bunch with his help. We got the bedroom set and some other furniture that we needed at a great price, especially with the financing, and a set of pots and pans thrown in as well!

I had an absolutely horrible experience. My pullout sofa broke after only six times and it took over 3 months to settle the problem with the entire hardware being shipped to my house, then installation being forgotten and rescheduling taking 3 weeks. I have this stupid massive box in my living room for 3 weeks till these dummies come. I'm literally never buying furniture here simply because it's poor quality and repair although available is worse than pulling teeth. Now I understand why spending a little more for actual quality means something. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE

Nice store, see what happens after your $1000 sleeper couch bars snap after 10 uses. 2 months of waiting, weeks of scheduling, don't show up. On phone for 30m. Fml

Came in for finalize purchases and was greeted by Mario who was exceptional in his service. Since I already knew what I needed, I simply had to point and he helped confirming that everything was available. There was no pressure or upselling tactics, just good customer service and being helpful.

My partner and I just bought our first house together and came to Ashley Furniture for a specific idea in mind. The team did not disappoint. Mickey was excellent to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable and allowed us time to look and presented us great options. Then the GM Mike was friendly, attentive, and very reassuring and down to earth. Great team

Have you heard the song, "2nd time around...so much better"?!?! My husband and I were on the hunt for some furniture and had experienced a not so successful visit to Ashely in the past but decided to take another look...Talk about a night & day experience! This time our experience was a "text book experience" on "how to wow a customer, make the sale, cement brand loyalty, and create exceedingly satisfied customers. Mr. Hasty Valentin (be sure to look and ask for him) was at the front of the store... as if he were expecting us...Big smile, warm welcome with a friendly expression of salesmanship and or customer service. As we went about our visit, he was well informed about offered products. He was close at hand without the "hover mode". I can't say enough positive words to encourage you to shop at this store. They not only have an extraordinary salesman, but also have some really gr-8 products. We bought what we were looking for and going back in a couple of weeks to buy more. Thank you for an amazingly gr-8 experience, Hasty and know that hubby and I wish you continued success!!! You are a keeper!

Save yourself a time and skip the store. I went to buy a sofa and swiveling chairs and I finally decided what I want and Michael took his sweet time to get the invoice and shipping. He talked to his boss about shipping that he confirmed that day with me and told me it's going to be included and they will be sending invoice that night because I had to get back. I had to call and follow up the next day and he told me that shipping is actually not going to be included. I was really disappointed but still asking to send me the invoice so I can try to figure out the shipping. No one sent an invoice or follow up and they just ignore me. Really poor customer service and not knowing what they do. Affordable furniture is right next to Ashley's, probably should check that store.

Went to store to get 2 new queen size mattress for my teenage boys.The sales team was friendly and informative and very helpful finding a good mattress in our price range (good quality but not a million dollars) both boys are very happy with these new mattresses

The staff here is great. We shopped with Tim who was knowledgeable and helped me pick out the couch I wanted and could afford without being pushy. I would highly recommend Tim when shopping here though I’m sure the other staff is just as great! I have limited space and Tim was nice enough to go through my options. Then he let us roam the store to test out and find what we liked and met up with us later after we decided to get the paperwork completed. They were short staffed at the front desk to check us out so we waited ~10 minutes but I was okay with it given the experience up to that point. Excited to see how the couch fits in my space!

Ashley promised a certain delivery date at purchase and failed to follow through on their commitment. Not the customer service I was hoping for.

I had a great experience shopping at Ashley Furniture. The store had a wide variety of furniture to choose from, which made it easy to find something that fit both our style and budget. The prices were very reasonable, and they had some sweet deals that are definitely worth checking out! One of the things I appreciated most was the staff. They were friendly and welcoming, but never pushy. We were able to browse at our own pace without feeling pressured or followed around, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Whenever we had questions, they were right there with helpful answers. The purchase process was seamless from start to finish. After buying our couch, I needed to adjust the delivery date, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. It was a smooth and stress-free change. Overall, Ashley Furniture exceeded my expectations. Great selection, great prices, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Avon has the best employees. They listen to what we were looking for and helped us find it. From beginning to end a very enjoyable experience. Delivery was on time and white glove service was excellent.

Delivery was awful and I’m still waiting for someone to come out and put the furniture together correctly The Store manager did assist me when I went down there And he was very responsive to my concerns- however I don’t feel I should have had to wait this long. Required telephone phone calls to customer service and the next available Appointment was about two weeks away. Therefore, after about four weeks of having the furniture delivered, I am still waiting for someone to come out and put the furniture together properly.

The experience was absolutely awful. I tried to find the couch somewhere else with a different company and I couldn’t so I had to buy it there. The salesman “Mickey” was extremely unhelpful and he had no personality. He made us feel like he didn’t even want to sell us a couch. He did not mention anything about warranties. Didn’t tell us anything about the couch if it we can wash the covers. Nothing. I am so upset he made commission off of me. He was so miserable and rude. Not only that I took work off to wait for the delivery and they waited until the night before to tell me it wasn’t coming. I tried to call the store and no one answered. Place is so awful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. It has been an unmitigated disaster from day one. From sending furniture with missing pieces, to taking over two months to send a bed, to sending items that had already been cancelled, it was a comedy of errors. Except I can’t laugh because it consumed dozens of hours of my time during my constant calls to Ashley’s deplorable customer service. No one knows what anyone else is doing in this company. Customer service agents all over the world that do not know or care about you receiving the furniture you paid for. It was an absolute disaster from day one. Do yourself a favor and get your furniture anywhere else.

Excellent customer service! The Salesman that was on duty the night we went to select our dining room set, went above and beyond to help us pick our set. He even stayed a bit past his scheduled time to do so. The options were endless as well. I would definitely recommend this store!

We worked with Mario who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind! We appreciated him working at our pace of decision making. He also went above and beyond making sure we got the best price for the items purchased! We shopped around a few stores after to compare inventory and ultimately felt most at ease making a purchase at Ashley Furniture with Mario!

Update: I am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars, since I posted this originally Ashley Furniture contacted me and repaired the broken couch. The store itself and the staff are good. My bad review is because of my experience with a sofa ($1000) I purchased there. Purchased a sofa, 2 ottomans, and 2 chairs in Nov 2024, delivered in Jan 2025. By Feb, the sofa cushions had lost a lot of life, very saggy. In May, one of the armrests broke. I called Ashley (which was challenging because my call kept getting answered by Cardi's Furniture for some reason) and they told me this type of defect is not covered under warranty but as a one-time courtesy they would send out a technician. The technician came and was unable to repair the damaged frame. He said the wood used in the frames is very poor quality and he sees it break often. He said he would report this back to Ashley and I would hear from them in 5 days. It's been 3 months and no one ever got back to me. The fabric of the armrest will tear soon because we are using it without the support of the frame underneath. PS I tried to post this review on the item page on Ashley's website but it is still not visible on the site even after 6 weeks - I tried to post it again and got a message back "Thanks! We already have your review of this item!"

I went in with 4 kids at like 6pm and the sales guy Mike was amazing! Took the time to understand our needs and wants and took us through the entire process. We ended up getting quite a bit and he was very patient and nice! Highly recommend him!!!

Do not ever ever ever shop at any Ashely furniture. The quality is terrible. I bought a furniture less than 2 years ago with warranty. Guess what even with the warranty they try their best to not cover anything. The couch that I purchased was about $2000,, it looks 6 years old already, piling up, horrible fabric. Waste of money and huge scam. You’re better off ordering your own couch from China with better quality and less of the price than buying from this company.

Great experience! Ordered a couch and on delivery day realized it was the wrong couch. I should have checked my receipt but I just assumed the correct couch was ordered when I went in to specifically buy that certain couch (I researched ahead of time so already knew what I wanted. Anyway, the service and delivery department were so helpful and friendly. I had the refund for the difference in price next day and the correct just a couple days later. They made everything so easy and very pleasant experience. Would definitely buy from them again. I also LOVE my couch!!

Aubrey was very helpful and we were able to purchase want we were looking for w/o any pressure. Checking out took little time and the delivery date was perfect for us.

My sales rep, Aubrey in the Avon store, was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable (and patient). Really, I can’t say enough good things about him. I am being a little daring and bold with this purchase and the designs I am putting with it, and had it not been for his design knowledge and assistance, I probably would have chickened out... and now I am excited to use my creativity in my decor. And honestly everyone in that store was friendly and helpful, from financing to being excited with me the entire process was pleasant. I will definitely shop at Ashley again and plan to refer everyone and anyone I can to Aubrey. As for the furniture, it has not been delivered yet so I can’t speak into that, but my shopping and purchasing experience was topnotch all around. I'm posting this review even though I did NOT end up purchasing from this store. A shoutout to Justin G., the sales associate who knew the ins-and-outs of every L-shaped pullout sofa on the floor. An encyclopedia of knowledge! Even though we ended up finding a couch that was slightly more to our liking elsewhere, I was impressed by his salesmanship.

I would never buy from this store again. I’ve been with bed in my room that can’t be assembled because the wrong screws came with the bed. I’ve been calling customer service and the store with no answers or even a call back. They have emails out to the service manager, warehouse manager and district manager and not one phone call. It’s been a nightmare.

Adam, in particular was very helpful in helping us locate an item that has been discontinued. He not only helped us try to find the item at Avon store, but also went above and beyond to look at its availability at other stores.

Purchased couch,chair and ottoman on 10/29/2024 delivery date was set for 11/6/2024 unfortunately furniture was unable to fit in my unit. Items were immediately returned to store. Same day I go over to the store to try and choose something different but wasn’t able to. I opted for a full refund. I originally put 1300.00 cash as down payment. I was then referred to there cash policy which states all cash refund will be returned via check in 14 to 21 business days. As of today I still have not received anything. I’ve spoke with several people at the corporate office. Only to be told it was sent out on different occasions. I asked was there away to track refund check but was told there wasn’t. This is very unacceptable.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I ordered a bed frame end of November and the wood showed up with holes in it. Called customer service numerous times to get a new bed frame and they said a manager will get back to me in 48-72hrs and never did. Been about a month of back and forth of trying to get a hold of a manager. Very unhappy will never buy from here again.

We ordered bed sets in mid of October, was told to be delivered in mid of November, before mid of November, we called them and were told the delivery was delayed to end of November, nobody called us the delivery will be delayed. Before end of November, we called them to confirm and we were told the delivery will be delayed to around mid of December. Same nobody called us. Last week we called them to confirm the delivery, again the delivery will be delayed again to end of December. Still nobody tell us.they just let us wait and nobody follows my order. No guarantee for on time delivery. Who would like to buy furniture with delay delivery again and again. very bad experience!

Ashley’s is a very well stocked showroom with furniture for your whole home. I purchased furniture from the store in Avon, ma. They worked with me to pick out items that I wanted and arranged for delivery. Though it took some time getting the furniture I was happy to be receiving it. The day of delivery one item couldn’t, a dresser drawer was oversized and wouldn’t fit up my staircase. Because it was a suite I refused the whole delivery, which the delivery drivers were unhappy with but took everything back. To make a long story short, I went back to the store pick out another set and I’m waiting on delivery of that suite. This ordeal began in September it is know November.

This store prices are higher than online. Check before you buy.

The sales manager from this place sold me a bed for my toddler in MAY, it’s NOVEMBER, my baby sleeps in a mattress on the floor. They lie about delivery, they came with broken pieces, they pretend to try to help, no one has helped out yet. I’m heartbroken, I paid $800 for a product, a delivery and assembly, and I have pieces of wood, that’s it. It’s costs us every dollar to work for it, and people and businesses like this, will take advantage of you. DONT PAY FOR ASSEMBLY OR DELIVERY. Look at what they have done with us, nothing. Except for sales people to commission.

Aubrey was a sales representative who was very professional and had some good advice to fit my decorations ideas. He was not interjecting his own opinions but his approach to what I was looking for was highly appreciative.

Aubrey greeted us almost immediately. He was wonderful to deal with. He answered of all our questions quickly and with a smile. Overall a very pleasant experience. I am sure we will be back in the future.

Tim was such a great help, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was very friendly.

We ordered a 2-piece sleeper couch with attached chaise on a Sunday. It was delivered on the Thursday. The 2 delivery guys were fantastic! They called about an hour prior. They set it all up & removed the trash. Later, I realized a toss pillow wasn’t correctly sewn on the seam. I took pictures, emailed them & I received the new toss pillow on the Sunday. The delivery & customer service were fantastic! We love the new couch!

Mickey was amazing. Very patient while we asked the questions we had and took the time to make the right decision for us. Was attentive when we needed it and gave us space when my wife and I needed to chat through everything.

We had a wonderful experience working with Herman while picking out our furniture. He was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable guiding us through all the options until we found exactly what we were looking for. The furniture we choose is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the style and quality.

While my experience with the salesman was great a purchasing the item was seamless, the delivery process was anything but. The first delivery was scheduled a week after purchase which I was fine with. The dresser is dropped off and is incorrect: right label wrong product. We tried to tell the delivery drivers but they only saw the right label and left it. I immediately called back and was told that the delivery warehouse would be calling to schedule a pickup of the incorrect dresser. After a week of radio silence I called Ashley back and the representative didn’t seem to know what I was talking about regarding my case and couldn’t see the photos I sent in previously for proof of the incorrect delivery. I was told that my case was forwarded to the store manager. A week later there was still no correspondence from Ashley so we drove down to the store to talk to someone in person. At that point, we were told that they were in the processes of refunding us which is NOT what we wanted, we wanted the dresser! They finally tell us that the dresser is out of stock and wouldn’t be back in stock until the end of the month, about six weeks from initial purchase. Annoying but fine we’ll wait. Well, as it turns out, they decided to leave us with the incorrect dresser this entire time as we waited for the correct one it be dropped off. We were so relieved to finally receive notice of a scheduled delivery a few days out and were given a delivery window of 3pm to 7pm. When it hit 8pm I assumed that the dresser would not in fact arrive today. To my surprise, I received a call around 10:10pm to tell me that they were 5 minutes away. The late delivery was completely disruptive to myself as well as my neighbors and they didn’t even debox the item. I regret ever walking into an Ashley furniture. I was hoping to purchase more pieces to this set but I will be taking my business far away from Ashley.

Great service

Service in the store were EXCELLENT. We just got our delivery done. We ordered a California King bed. Everything were perfect until the driver brought up the dresser which wasn't what we ordered. What we ordered top of the dresser is brown and the rest is gray. The second issue we're having is the frame from the base can not adjust so the driver told my girlfriend to call customer service to ask them to send an extra legs or change the frame. We did speak with customer service and they told us someone is going to contact us within 3 to 5 business days. I'm very frustrated with all the situation.

When I get my chair and it is delivered to my 2nd story apartment, brought in and set up, then I will have some feedback . Thank you

Worse customer service. I have been calling every week. They just keep lying about my delivery. They keep saying that it will get delivered next week and it’s been 3 months still the same.. customer service is absolutely insane. I have called 100 times and they have been of zero help. They need to stop with fake promises while trying to sell products. I have emailed support care with invoice and still no response….

My husband and I went into the store. And we were greeted by a nice gentleman named Herman. I explained to him. I was looking for a kitchen table. A small one and he took me right to it. It was the perfect one I described to him. Everything in the store was excellent. I think the prices are great and right to the sales desk they were very nice as well. everybody was nice in the store.Just wanted to give you a nice kudos. We would recommend Ashley's Furniture.

We have had so many issues, from getting the wrong mattress, to being lied to about delivery upon purchasing, broken mirrors being delivered and also a constantly moved delivery date (went from a couple of weeks to 3 months). The store managers and customer service does not care and there is little to no communication. Buyer beware! Do not shop here.

Such a terrible experience with this store. Would never recommend buying anything from here. We were promised that our dining table will arrive in a week and we were made to order an expensive table. There were no calls made to inform us that the delivery was delayed. We had made plans based on that….. when we kept calling they gave another date 2 months later… seriously such a bad experience when the store and Ashley cannot live upto the promises they make. And cannot even keep us updated about the delay. When I call customer care all they had to say is unfortunately the delivery is delayed.

We were very pleased with our experience at Ashley. Michael and the rest of the floor staff were extremely polite and professional. They answered all of our questions and help us make choose the right kitchen table for our home.

We were apparently sold a lie, and customer service has been anything but helpful after speaking to about 5 different people and transferred to incorrect departments. We went into Ashley in Avon, MA and told the sales associate that we couldn’t purchase our furniture that day, because we were in the extremely stressful process of closing on a new home and could not make big purchases or hit our credit before we close. When we asked if it was possible to place furniture on hold (Jordan’s furniture, while significantly more expensive, offers a really easy and convenient $100 down to hold your purchase and ensure it won’t hit credit when buying a home. Obviously regretting going with Ashley…) the sales associate said it’s easy and we can just apply for SNAP, acknowledged that it is a total rip-off, but that it wouldn’t hit our credit and would essentially “hold” the furniture. Then once we closed, we just would have to come in before 3 days of the delivery and switch off of SNAP to the 12-month financing option. Made this seem like the total norm and a really easy process. We came in to the store (not very close to us btw) right away after closing and the person at the desk was somewhat standoffish and seemed confused why we would want to switch from SNAP, as if this was very outside the norm, which immediately gave us pause, though she did continue to help, but it would be a complicated process. So we hit our credit & got approved for the 12-month financing (this wasn’t a concern, we just couldn’t hit credit while in the process of closing on the new house). She then said she had to “move fast” so we wouldn’t lose our delivery dates & times, which again we had no idea that was a risk with this option. Then, after all of that, she said she would have to call us back within 2 days (Friday or Saturday) because the switch from SNAP to regular financing required sign-off from a different department that she needed to email, and then we would have to again return to the store. Saturday rolls around and no call backs. So we call. Again, absolute confusion on their end. Finally spoke to someone else at the store, who said they needed to send another note as a priority to get a response and would call us back the same day. We asked for a time to expect a callback but she said she couldn’t commit to a time- terrible customer service skills (and my literal job is a customer experience specialist where I review surveys submitted by customers, so I live in the world of customer service). Again, no callback. So, we call again after giving 6 hours, and get passed around to multiple representatives and departments, at one point somehow they connected us with Cardis who was as confused as us. Finally got another person who just said the same thing- we have to send another “note” as a priority. Come on. Get it together. 3 days before delivery is TOMORROW which we were told will lock us into SNAP, which again even the sales rep told us was an awful option and a total rip off. We are currently on hold for about 20 minutes with someone who is identifying as some level of management who is literally just as bad as every other person (20 minute hold is beyond unacceptable, I truly think they just want us to hang up). We just made one of the biggest purchases of our lives, buying our first home. We then were excited to furnish our new home, but instead are sitting here amongst boxes as I work to move into this new house, feeling more stressed, frustrated and disappointed than ever. Ashley, recognize that you are dealing with people making big purchases and should handle your interactions with care. It feels like we have a bait & switch on our hands. You’ve now hit our credit, we are feeling stuck, and not a soul at your company seems to care. I hope you read these reviews and are horrified at the treatment your customers are getting, bc I’m seeing this isn’t unusual. I can only hope this will be resolved, since our credit is already on the line and we are about to move into an unfurnished house. Please help.

I received the wrong furniture and getting no resolution. I keep being told by guest services that the only person who can help and issue refund is our sales rep who we cannot get to call us back.

Stacey, Adriana, Shawn, and Mike K were phenomenal. Outstanding service and good personality’s. They know what they talking about and knew everything about every piece of furniture.

I am only giving a one star because there isn't anything less to give. My sister and I initially took my mother to Ashley Furniture in Avon, MA on 12-10-23 to purchase a sofa. Our mistake was, we never looked at reviews which would have told us how horrible they are. My mother purchased a loveseat and sofa which totaled $2015.43. A few weeks later they were delivered but didn't fit through the door, so the delivery guys returned it. My mother and I returned to the store on 1-6-24 and this time purchased a sectional which would better fit through the door since it comes in four pieces. The sectional was a little more expensive, so my mother paid an additional $548.32. The sectional was delivered on 2-10-24 and by that time my mother had travelled out of the country, and I was out of state and my sister went to let the delivery guys in the house but because she wasn't there for the purchase of the sectional, she didn't realize the wrong sectional was delivered. I didn't get a chance to go to the house until the following weekend and noticed the mistake and my sister and I went back to the Avon, MA store to inform them of the mistake. After showing the salesperson Jeremy the picture, he confirmed that it was in fact the wrong sectional which was delivered. The store manager Mike Kimbro indicated that because it had been past 72 hours since the delivery, he needed to send an email to the company to see if they would do an exchange and he stated he would call us within 48 hours. After 48 hours had passed and we had not heard from Mike Kimbro, I called the store and he stated that they would need to inspect the couch before doing an exchange. On 3-13-24 they went to inspect the couch and exchanged it for another; my brother went to let them in since I was at work. The picture my brother sent me was of a different color three-piece sectional. My sister and I returned to the store that same day and learned that Mike Kimbro took it upon himself to put that order into the system without speaking to us. We also learned that he added a 5-year protection plan which we did not ask for and put in a store credit for $311. His staff called him via telephone, and he agreed to take off the 5-year protection plan and now there was a difference of $588.18 which we informed him we did not want in store credit because we will not be purchasing anything else from their store. Longer story short we agreed to keep the sectional due to all the confusion, but they have yet to reimburse the money for the difference. They claim the bank will not allow them to put the money back on my mother's bank card, and it has now been two weeks where they keep telling us their system is down and they cannot view the email from their payment department to see if they approved sending a check. Mike Kimbro has been unprofessional through this entire ordeal; he has taken zero responsibility for the mistake he and his staff made. He has blamed us for "choosing the wrong couch", thrown his staff under the bus, and given us nothing but attitude. We even spoke to the district manager Jeff during one of our visits to the store and he gave excuses for Mike Kimbro's behaviors, stated he would follow up with us himself within 48 hours and it's been a few weeks and we have not heard from him. Also, when we showed Mike Kimbro a picture of the couch, we thought we purchased in the store (light brown/tan), side by side with a picture of that which was delivered (light blue) which is clearly a different color and his employees agreed to it, he stated that it was the same couch, and the difference is the "lighting". Please take a look at the two pictures and tell me if that's the same color?! I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone, especially the Avon, MA location.

Came in 20 minutes before they closed and we received an amazingly warm welcome by Stacey. Stacey helped us right from the beginning. Stacey was kind, accommodating, and personable. The establishment is neat and well lit. The whole process was easy and, with Stacey’s help, we were in and out within 37 minutes! Thank you Ashley Furniture Avon for this great experience! Went on a mission to find a chair that was unfortunately discontinued at their store. However, Stacey was extremely helpful, patient and professional in finding us the perfect chair and never pressured us to buy, which I loved. Definitely ask for her for quality and friendly service!

The service at Ashley Furniture in Avon was EXCELLENT! Everyone was so professional and Jeremy was awesome . We purchased a king sized bed frame last year during July 4th sale. They ended up sending us a Cali King sized bed frame. We tried to reach out to get it changed, but did not get any response or help from the sales department or anyone. Now it’s been 6 months and we simply have to give up, get rid of this Cali king sized bed frame and buy another one. I’m very disappointed with their service

We moved to MA and were in need of household furniture. Went to Ashley in Avon, MA, and we were very satisfied by the customer service that we received. We were welcome by a black young gentleman( forgot this name), after which Kyna Carney took over. When I say she went above and beyond, she really did. We ended up buying bedroom, dinning and living room furniture, which took way more time than we anticipated. Kyna was extremely patient with us and clarifies all questions that we had. Besides being helpful, Kyna and her colleague Shawn Wiggins, worked with us, past theirs working hours, literally left the store at 11:00 pm, which was one hour past the store time. Even after placing our order, Kyna, Shawn and her colleagues followed up with us to keep us updated on the progress, and to let us know of the next steps, something that we really appreciate. It’s rare to find dedicated employees who value customer satisfaction, and our experience in this store proved that, we still have a few excellent employees out there. If you are in this neighborhood, and are shopping for your furniture, please give them a visit, you will not regret.

Most all furniture these days is garbage. Bought and Ashley couch. Opened up the bottom to take a look. Compressed fiber board. Any real wood? Nothing in there. Engineered down to nothing. And you end up paying through the nose. Hard pressed to even find a real hardwood dining room table. It’s gross.

On Sun. Nov. 5, 2023 My wife and I went to the following furniture stores to find a Sofa Sleeper & Recliner for our 3-season room that is the right size and color at a reasonable price. Ashley's furniture, Avon / Affordable Furniture, Avon / Jordan's Furniture, Avon / Ikea, Stoughton / Bob's Discount Furniture, Stoughton. At Ashley's furniture, Avon when we meet Stacey Lamarre Sales Rep. along with the help of Junior Thelus Backroom Asst., William Johnson Backroom Asst. they took the time to show us numerous Sofa Sleepers & Recliners that might fit in our 3-season room. Because of the way every employee at this store treated us we decided to return on Tue.7, 2023 to this Ashley's furniture, Avon to meet with Stacey Lamarre Sales Rep. again to finalize our order for a Sofa Sleeper & Recliner for our 3-season room. Both times that we visited this Ashley store we received the same type of service-oriented / friendly / helpful / non-pushy customer service from every employee. Both my wife and I are retired from the retail business and it was a pleasure to be treated the way we had treated our customers. Terrible Experience with Ashley's Store in Avon City, MA I must say that my experience with Ashley's store in Avon City, Massachusetts has been nothing short of a nightmare. Two months ago, I made a significant purchase from this store, which included a couch and a coffee table that I was really looking forward to having in my home. However, the excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The couch that was delivered to me was not just damaged; it was ripped, and the quality of the item was abysmal. It's beyond me how Ashley's store could allow such a shoddy product to leave their warehouse in the first place. But, it gets worse – trying to rectify the situation has been an absolute ordeal. I've been trying to communicate with their customer service in this store as well as with the store manager for two months now, and I've made countless calls and sent numerous emails. Yet, the response from Ashley's has been utterly inadequate. It's as if they don't care about their customers or the quality of their products. Their lack of urgency and responsibility is infuriating. I understand that issues can arise from time to time, but the complete lack of effort on their part to rectify this situation is inexcusable. I paid hard-earned money for a product that was supposed to enhance my living space, and all I have to show for it is a ripped couch and endless frustration. In addition, they sent me a wrong coffee table, similarly no action so far has been taken to replace it. My advice to anyone considering shopping at Ashley's store in Avon City, MA is to think twice. If something goes wrong with your purchase, don't expect any help or resolution from their customer service. This has been a disheartening and infuriating experience, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. I hope this review serves as a warning for others and that Ashley's takes a long, hard look at their customer service and quality control processes. They need to do better, much better.

Mike Litchfield took amazing care of my mother and I! We came in looking for a couch and ended up browsing around for a couple hours. Mike was very patience with us and offered us multiple layouts to assist with the area we’re working with. He’s very pleasant and friendly. We love our couch and are looking to come back for future purchases. The store offers many options too. Great experience. Thank you :)

We purchased a chair back in August (!!) and still do not have it. The wrong chair was delivered so we had the delivery guys leave with it and were told customer service would be contacting us. It never happened. We called three times without getting any answers. Finally we were told beginning of October. Just got a call that the chair will be delivered October 18th, not the beginning of October. Two months to get a chair after a mistake on the company’s part. Awful customer service. Better off going to Jordan’s

We just visited this store in Avon instead of Jordan’s Furniture and I’m sure glad we did. We ended up buying two beautiful recliners and table at very reasonable prices. We worked with Stacey and she was very personable and helpful. The store is nicely laid out and very clean. Also appreciate that we get free delivery right to our home.

Customer service with Diamond was fantastic. Then once I made my purchase that was the end of good customer service. I spent a month asking for a call back. Never getting an answer from the warehouse or the store. Sofa was delivered a month after I paid for it. But after 5 minutes of rude delivery men they reloaded the couch and took it back because it was too big to fit. I guess no one could have said that before I purchased. Furthermore, now I have to go all the way to the store for my refund. Will never shop here again. Once they get your money they treat you like you don't matter.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Customer service is horrible. They say they will call you back and they do not. I was lied to and was told Saturday delivery was possible. SO SO sleezy they made the sale and then told me Saturday delivery was not possible and that they "e-mailed the warehouse to see if they could accommodate it, but did not hear back". Horrible customer service! I won't buy from them again.

Our salesperson Diamond was excellent! She was courteous, super helpful because we had many question's about a couple different items. We found the perfect couch because she heard we had a dog and told us about a couple couches that had durabella fabric that was made to resist stains and scratches which is exactly what we needed! Excellent service!! We've had ashley furniture in the past and that's why we returned to look for our couch here! Thank you Diamond!

Staff were great. They didn't helicopter over us to buy products but were helpful when we had questions. The items look great, some a bit pricey but will definitely look nice in our space!

If I could give a zero star review, I absolutely would. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this store as humanly possible. It has been one level of disaster after another and when I finally thought we had the situation resolved - surprise! The current sales manager (Mercedes) has made the last of a string of errors, refused to listed as I clarified the issue, rudely muttered under her breath at me over the phone and finally disconnected our call. I reached out to customer service and have received no response. At this point, I have no intentions of ever doing business with this company again. BUYER BEWARE.

(Ashleys Avon)Absolutely Terrible store! and especially management! I paid for a a sectional with a chaise and a kitchen table set, the kitchen table set is fine, however upon delivery of the sectional they brought the wrong side facing chaise, so I had to wait an additional 3 weeks for the right order to complete my sectional upon arrival the chaise was a different shade of grey like a knock-off and was completely different from the rest of the sectional hard as a rock or defective And after all that the set was to big for my living room. The delivery company driver from a third party for the first delivery guaranteed me my sectional would fit but he was 100% wrong but more importantly I gave the measurements if my old set and living room to the guy who sold me the set and he guaranteed me it would fit and said I could exchange if it did not fit Except he was lying the manager and General Manager both told me to go to corporate that they can't approve an exchange, I didn't even want a refund just an exchange but they basically said I was out of luck and to call corporate and corporate then said to call them because I paid cash in the store If you shop here and need to return or exchange your item your SOL these guys are terrible and very unprofessional especially Jose in management. Never ever shop here

Brittany was wonderful!! The store is fantastic. We found exactly what we were looking for at a great price and took advantage of the interest free financing. We will be shopping here from now on. *edit* I have now been trying to get in touch w the store for several days to check on my order. Today, I finally got someone to answer the phone.They said, they were with a customer and asked me to call back so they didn't leave me on hold. I asked if I could speak with someone else and they said they weren't busy enough to have other people working. They did not offer to take my info and call me back. It was very odd and not the same level of customer service I received during my sale.

This store has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. We bought a bedroom set from there and we opted to pick it up at the store. When we got to the store they loaded it into the truck very roughly. When we got home and unboxed it before even bringing it in the house we found damage. We called the store and they said to email the store manager, his last name was Jesus, with the info and pictures which we did. We never heard back so we called the store 2 weeks later for someone else to tell us we needed to call corporate to tell them and that we wasted the time calling the store. Once we called corporate they said the store isn’t even supposed to handle any damage claims. They also asked if they opened the packages in the store to inspect for damages before we accepted the furniture and they will then rebox it. The store never asked us if we wanted to inspect it so we did not know that was an option. The store basically messed up the whole process and mishandled the whole process from start to finish. Now we have damaged furniture and only a very very small refund for a very expensive purchase. We will not be shopping there again and you should definitely learn from our mistakes to ensure this doesn’t happen to you.
