Please don't ever buy furniture here. In the last 2 years I've purchased a mattress and recliner. Mostly out of location not reputation. The sale prices are equal to the quality of the product. They gave me a fake customer service phone number and when I went in to question it they told me to research it myself. Save yourself please. Thanks

We went to look for a new couch today at many stores in the area, and we were so lucky that our first stop at Ashley we met Susan!! Right away she was welcoming while also giving us space to look around. She was very detail-oriented as well which is appreciated. We checked out other stores for good measure, and nobody came near to matching the quality of Susan’s customer service. We ended the day purchasing a super-comfy couch we are very excited about, and appreciate that she went above-and-beyond. And most of all, treated us with respect. I purchased a console from Ashley’s. It came with some damage on the side. I tried to get service and was unsuccessful in getting anyone to change/reschedule the service date and time window of 6-9pm after already waiting almost two weeks! I contacted the store, and my salesman had the day off. I spoke to another sales associate by the name of Juan Almonte in the Chicopee store who said he was with a customer, but would call customer service asap. Within ten minutes I had a call back from customer service and was able to resolve the issue. In this day and age of poor customer service, it’s refreshing to find an individual who goes the extra mile and values customers and wants to help. I received exceptional customer service from Juan (and Amanda at the customer service dept) and want potential customers to know there are still individuals around who take our customer issues seriously! Way to go Juan at the Chicopee store! So appreciate you!
I purchased two lamps from Richard DeCusati in the Ashley store in Chicopee MA. Even though I only wanted two lamps Richard treated me with respect and provided seamless service and never made me feel like my purchase was too small. My lamps are at home and look beautiful. We needed two narrow recliners and some bedroom furniture. We were greeted by a friendly sales lady named Deb. She really knew her stuff. After Deb showed us some options, she gave us plenty of space to walk around and explore on our own. This Ashley store has an unbelievable amount of choices, all with excellent pricing.

Bought a bedroom set. Was given a delivery window of 7:48 AM to 10:48 AM. I was home for that window and never received a phone call that they would be late. At that point in time you would imagine we were the first people of the day. Of course had to take time off from work and rearrange schedules, but apparently Ashley contracts out their delivery service. They showed up half an hour after the latest time with no apology. I figure if I wasn’t there and they had to re-deliver. I would be charged the second time and that I should be owed my $200 back for a waste of my time and waiting. I was quickly sent to. Werner enterprises complaint center. My claim was very quickly rejected. Makes me never want to deal with a place like Ashley or Warner ever again.

I want to express my disappointment in Ashleys Furniture and Cardi’s sales practices and return policy. Over Memorial Day weekend 2023, I went shopping for a mattress and adjustable frame at the Ashley Furniture store in Chicopee. MA. My salesperson was Jeffrey. After viewing the mattresses over three days, I picked the Beautyrest. Jeffrey informed me that I had 100 days after purchase to decide if I wanted to return the mattress. I was also informed that if I didn’t like the adjustable frame there would be a 300 dollar restocking fee. There was no mention of any additional fees/return policy on the mattress other than I had a 100 days to try it. I purchased the Beautyrest Black and an adjustable frame. Sadly, the mattress was very uncomfortable. I called Jeffrey on Sunday at 1PM and informed him I would like to return the mattress. He said ok and would arrange pickup. I then received a call from Mark the store manager who tersely informed me that mattress can’t be returned and that it would impact store profits if they accepted a return. He continued to say, did I know how they had to deal with it after it was returned? How they have to be recycled and how costly that is for them? He said I should have read the back of the sales receipt (after purchase?) and that there was a sign in the store that I should have noticed (I said I noticed no sign). There was no concern for myself as the customer or my lack of satisfaction over the purchase. When I protested that the sales person had not shown me the policy, in writing or verbally except for the 100 day returns, Mark the manager then said I could do a one time exchange for a mattress. I rejected this prospect as he said it would cost me the same price even if it were a cheaper mattress or greater if the price was greater and there were hardly any the same price. Later I checked the Cardi’s receipt. It says “comfort assurance” policy in a small section on back of the receipt—again not seen until AFTER I paid. I had to search for “* See website for details” which is listed at the bottom of the page. Cardi’s website said the return had to be of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference) and a 10% fee as well as an additional $99 fee would be charged, and in addition that the delivery area for the mattress must be in their “red zone” delivery area. Which I have no idea what that would be. I would not have made a purchase if I was informed of the sales return policy either by pointing it out as the discussion ensued, pointing to the return policy sign in the store (wherever that was posted) or on the back of the sales receipt before actual purchase. The manager did emphasize that what they did was, and I quote “totally legal.” FYI, donations are accepted in Massachusetts so he was incorrect that the only option was to recycle. Cardi’s apparently isn’t much better with their draconian return policies that require a customer to go through so many hoops and spend so much more money that why would anyone do that? I’m sure most people do not because “comfort assurance” is anything but. Simmons Beautyrest the company, actually does do a 100 day return/refund policy on it’s website but only for website customers and that their authorized dealers “may” have a different policy. There are many mattress companies out there that will honor what I consider a real “comfort assurance” policy, put their customers first, and not tout their bottom line as a reason to not allow you to make a return of a mattress. They offer full refunds as well. Ashely Furniture in Chicopee is actually part of Cardi’s which was not known to me when I shopped there until I got the receipt. Upon some research I have found that Cardi’s is not accredited by the BBB however I found many complaints on there which they have responded to. It doesn’t mean in and of itself that the company is bad, but it does mean that they didn’t take the extra care to become accredited. My issues in no way reflect on the Cardi’s delivery team which were more than adequate.
Any review that has newly purchased doesn't count because you haven't had the furniture long enough to know that you've been dooped. Only buy from here if you want to have to buy again in a year. Our $400 chair lasted less than a year! Cheaply made, no better than Bob's Furniture. I would include a picture of the base that cracked because they use thin metal.
Yesterday around 11:30 am I visited the store in hopes of making a purchase. I got attended by the seller John Jacobs who I informed what I was looking for in purchasing and that I've been also guided by another Ashley staff member about a 10% Ashley stores offered clients today. John kindly let's me know that they couldn't honor that discount since they weren't a corporation store but either way he would make his best effort and would talk to his manager. His manager arrives with Mr. Jacobs and asks me in what store have I been oriented as I answered he starts laughing in a mocking way and tells me to go back to the state I told him from and get what I wanted from there but at the end of the day it would still be more expensive. For a customer we don't pay attention if it's a corporate store or not for us Ashley was one. Unfortunately I couldn't do my purchase and I would never recommend this store since I don't think it's okay for a manager to teach this mocking and humiliating behavior to his employees. I wouldn't want someone else go through this.

I visited Ashley's Store in Chicopee yesterday and was greeted by a young gentleman named Juan Almont upon entry. Right from the go he said Good Afternoon and offered to help me, I told Mr. Almont what I was looking for and I was very impressed with the quick information and knowledge he had on the furniture I was looking for. I had a budget to work with and instead of trying to steer me away, he stayed on focus and seemed genuinely concerned with my needs. He proceeded to take me to an area of the store that had the Bedroom furniture I was looking for for my son. He was very professional and courteous throughout. Being a military veteran it gives me great satisfaction to see young men like Mr. Almont treat people with the utmost respect and because of him my visit was a pleasure with no pressure. I would definitely recommend anyone to go visit him. I will be returning there in the future because of him. Thank you sir

Stay away from this company they will screw you I purchased a expensive sectional from them and purchase the warranty it broke about 9 months ago and took about three months to get a hold to customer service only because the store manager emailed them multiple times they finally came out to look at it and determine they wanted to try to fix it instead of replacing it it would have to go back to the shop and be picked up and the copper needs to be replaced because it is torn from the nails they called me in schedule the time to pick it up and that was in July I've called them and they told me nobody's ever called me to make an appointment what's that was a lie she said she would call me back at the end of the week and I've called her multiple times and it is now about to be Januarythey get you to pay for the warranty but do not want to go what needs to be done to fix it only want to charge you extra for there cheaply made products that they won't fix when they break
Me and my husband went to this store for the first time and felt very unwelcome during our visit. No one greeted us, no one even attempted to approach us during our visit. There were some sectionals we were interested in and prepared to purchase. We waited several minutes for someone to approach us and still no one came over. We are very sure our simple & younger appearance is part of the reason we were not even greeted as we did see them greet several other customers who entered after we did. They lost a sale today & our future business as we will be taking it elsewhere.

I am editing this to add details to experience. Mark, the manager of this store and Melissa, an employee (an angel) if this company from a complete different store did do their very best to right my experience. Were things perfect? No. I did feel heard and the tech who handles their warranty work in the area is phenomenal. My best advice when shopping for furniture here or anywhere from now on is to triple check that all is as it should be and communication is king. I feel assured that they will be working on that there in the future. As a customer I did have to burn through hours of my personal time but due to their reciprocation I am not returning my furniture. Thank you Mark and Melissa for your help. I am highly considering returning the furniture that was delivered to my home today. Had a problem with my purchase and delivery. Finally reached a human after calling the store for days and I was told I sounded upset and hung up on. Yes I was very much upset that the aftercare and customer service is frighteningly terrible and rude. We left thinking we had purchased an ottoman with the rest of our furniture, we weren't charged for it and cannot get a human to answer any questions. At this point I would say to stick with the website. They answer the phone! I have never had such terrible customer service buying furniture in my life. I will be contacting Ashley corporate. I would be EXTREMELY cautious purchasing from this store.
I went into the store and felt totally unwelcome. I asked the sales person to verify the color of a chair and my husband was asked to carry it out to check with outdoor lighting. ( totally unprofessional) I would give this store zero stars if it were an option. Terrible customer service

What a joke of a place purchased 3k worth of bedroom furniture they came to deliver it and didn't have the hardware delivery driver promised us to get it taken care he didn't manager mark at chicopee laughed at my wife threatened me came back week later to assemble and didn't bring the parts AGAIN promised us today and still nothing nobody helping us nobody cares this is a joke!

Update. After our first experience in the Chicopee Ashley furniture my wife and I were really put off by the sales woman. However after my last review corporate reached out to me and wanted to help us have a better experience. So my wife and I went back today we spoke with the in store manager on 4/26/22 and he was amazing sat and talked with us about our experience and then set us up with a amazing salesman. David (the salesman) listened to what we wanted and really was awesome letting us have time to ourselves to find the mattress we wanted. Thank you for a great experience

Went in to look at couches for our new home. No pressure from anyone unlike other stores. Kind service. Kevin Collins asked if we needed any help again no pressure easy-going. We went ahead and ordered a couch and picked it up from the warehouse. I would highly recommend Kevin and will return for more funutire thanks.
They had the exact table and chairs we spent months looking for. Very friendly staff that greets you when first entering but allows you to look around without any pressure to purchase. Susan was absolutely amazing and the reason we returned to purchase verses ordering online. She was so kind to provide us with her card that included the days she was working along with her cell number so we could text her with any questions. We had a great experience with our visit and Susan, thank you for making it memorable and price matching the website.

Highest recommendation for services and the bed and frame we ordered for my daughter in Northampton. Susan was prompt, professional, reliable and went beyond all my expectations for ordering our bedframe and getting it delivered for my daughter’s birthday when we live in California and had only telephone contact. Susan arranged everything as if we were family. The bedframe needed to be special ordered and when it was available earlier than the expected January date she contacted me and patiently worked with my daughter’s changing schedule. Susan also promptly applied a return credit for the metal bedframe we used while the ordered bedframe was delayed ( which is beautiful!) The excellence of Susan and Cardi’s Homestore goes beyond the five star rating!!

I am very happy with my nectar mattress. To be honest, I don't know that I've ever laid on a more comfortable mattress. Ashley Home Store was selling it for less than the manufacturers. I ended up purchasing it for around $1,150, after taxes, which was about $200 less than Nectar directly. I am, however NEVER supporting this business again. One month after I purchased this mattress through Ashley, Nectar was offering a free quilt with the purchase of any mattress. I called to ask if Ashley would honor the sale (as most retail stores would do within a reasonable timeframe of purchase, especially since this was a high ticket item). A manager by the name of Mark asked me to email him the promotion and he would get back to me. I did this. He got back to me a couple days later to let me know that he would in fact honor this promotion. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances at the time I was in the hospital. I told him I could not come by to pick it up until after I was discharged in a couple weeks. He said, "No problem" and to stop by the store when I was feeling better and it would be there for me. "Great!" I thought. Yesterday I hobbled into Ashley's (on crutches) to pick up my quilt. Two employees looked for my order, as Mark had left for the day. They said that it was odd because they saw the order ticket for the quilt, but could not find it. I was pretty disappointed because I was told that this would be at the store awaiting pickup. My mobility is limited, so having to return would not be convenient. I called today to speak with Mark directly, who told me that Nectar would not honor this, due to the fact that the promotion happened a month after my purchase. It was as if we had never spoken in the first place. This was the very thing that was in question all along, considered, approved!When I tried mentioning this, he spoke loudly over me and said something about the fact that I was already saving money by ordering the mattress through Ashley. I asked him to please not speak over me while I was talking and mentioned that his tone was unprofessional. He replied loudly, "We are just not going to honor this sale for you, Ok?!" Then he hung the phone up! Having owned a business and been in sales and management for many years, I was disgusted with the way this was handled and the way that I was treated! I will never EVER shop from this store again... Initially I felt good about supporting a local business, instead of going through the manufacturers directly. Not anymore. I also had plans for purchasing (within the next few months) a second mattress for my guest room. Never ever again!

Called them and they said it will be pushed all the way back to August/September!!! I’ve waited 3 months just to be told we’d have to wait even longer!? I was also told a sale manager would call me back and I never got that phone call. I called 7/15/21 and left a voicemail, absolutely no response or call back. I called well over 15 times today (7/16/21) from my cell phone and work phone, my husband called from his cell phone many times. FINALLY someone picks up! And finally we canceled the order and are being issued a refund! I shouldn’t have to deal with this stress while pregnant!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! I will take my business and money somewhere else!! Do NOT go to this store if you truly want something for your house. I don’t care how great the price is, it is not worth the stress or headache and unprofessional customer service.

Probably one of the absolute worst experiences we’ve ever had with any company. I would categorically never, ever, order online furniture from them. The level of miscommunication at this company is absurd. - My fiancé visited an Ashley home store and was told a sofa and love seat were in stock, and it could arrive as and when we would like. - We sold our home furniture two days prior to arrival. TWO DAYS before it was supposed to arrive we were informed that it was delayed 6 weeks. — We were moving, so that left us with no furniture at our current and future residence. - The individual dealing with us told us “That online and in a store are completely separate, so what they tell you in a store isn’t true to the online stock”. Overall, awful experience, never consider them if you’re ordering online unless they have it and can deliver it from the store that day. Terrible company.

Horrendous experience. The issue is with Cardi’s delivery service. The first day they come to our apartment and look inside and without even attempting to bring the couch inside, they tell us there’s no way it’ll fit and they’ll have to use a pulley system to hoist it up on our back deck (on the second floor) to get it in. The second crew comes back the second day and they were able to get the couch inside within 5 minutes no problem and said the last team was just lazy trying to go home because they’re paid by the day. Just as we are about to be happy that everything is finally over and done with, we were informed that the other half of our couch wasn’t loaded into the truck. Now I have to take THREE days off work instead of one because of laziness and incompetence and we’re sitting with half a couch. I do NOT recommend you buy from Ashley’s due to their delivery partners terrible business operation
I was just at the Chicopee store and felt our sales person, Colleen, was outstanding. We have been looking at a lot of furniture places and ALL furniture stores have long lead times for delivery due to the pandemic. The manager and other sales people were friendly and helpful. I feel we got a good value for our money. We knew what to expect upfront and they treat Veterans with respect and offer free delivery for them. Can't wait to get my furniture!
My Wife and I just bought a home, and we were ready to furnish it and decided to go to Ashley's in Chicopee.... We are so happy we decided to go there, Chris is the absolute, most thorough employee we ever came across. He never beat around the bush, and never made us feel overwhelmed with anything, he knew when to leave us be and when to contact us again inside the store (we all know those pests who never leave you alone)but Chris was amazing about that. He told us when things were on back order but promised us he would try his best to get them in early, and would keep us up to date. Let me tell you,this was the first salesman who actually kept in contact with me and let me know when things had come in early, and wanted to know the best time to deliver..and delivery was FLAWLESS......All in All 12 out of 10, if i could give more stars i absolutely would.... Thank you so much Chris, we will definitely be back soon and can't wait to see you again.....
We were at the Ashley in Chicopee because our son wanted a new bedroom set . We were helped by Sammy and it was a great and easy day for us . Our son is a teenager and really didn’t know what he wanted but Sammy answered all of our questions and suggested a wonderful bedroom set for him which is beautiful. Went there never been able to purchase anything I tried to do it on their site on the web and found what I was looking for but nothing else was able to materialize so do the frustration I actually went to the place which wasn't open so I went elsewhere don't like hassles

Bought a 3 piece living room set in 2019. Bought the protection plan. Rocker/swivel chairs both broke. Had one fixed a year ago. Good for 1 year. Now both have issues. The claim to have put in an order for both chairs (new base) and new cushions (sagging). That was 10 weeks ago. Haven’t heard a word from them. Called several times. My husband finally called and said look, if your not going to repair them then we want new ones. They agreed to the new chairs but charged us $190 for a new protection plan. The furniture looks nice and is reasonably priced but NOT high quality. Will not buy from them again.

We have purchased multiple pieces of furniture there and will continue to do so. Sammy is a tremendous help and is always very quick to reply when we have any questions. We’re very happy with the service they provide and the quality of their products. I receive compliments all the time on the couch, oversized chair, and dining room set we bought there and are in the process of purchasing an outdoor set of furniture thanks to the attentive assistance we receive from Sammy!

I was referred to Ashley's by a sibling and specifically to work with Chris Purkerson. I was in the search of a King Matress with adjustable bed frame. After being quoted at Raymour for a standard mattress and placing my order I communicated with Chris and he right away found me exactly what I needed with a better quality mattress! He communicated promptly, he is knowledgeable and genuinely interested in what fits your budget and needs. I canceled my order from Raymour right away and placed my order with Ashley, also we were given an estimated date of delivery and he couldn't make promises that it would arrive sooner due to the pandemic but it actually did and he immediately contacted me to let me know the items were in. Good experience overall in this store. The delivery staff were a bit unprofessional and messy. But what can you do not everyone takes their job as serious as others.
I purchased my bedroom set back in january of this year and i finally got it delivered today. But thanks to the delivery guys, they dropped it and broke the headboard, the dresser & the bed is chipped, they were rushing on setting it up. Im very disappointed. Customer service is taking forever to tell me whats going to happen to the damaged furniture. Never again will i purchase anything from this store!!

SCAM!! Ordered a bedroomset from here in AUGUST OF 2020 it is now FEBRUARY 29TH OF 2021 and I still don’t have it and I called today and it’s not even at the warehouse yet. Initially I was told I would have to wait 6-11 weeks from august which I didn’t mind because I really wanted it and I wasn’t supposed to move till January so I figured I would have it by January in my new apartment. WRONG it’s been months every time I’ve called to complain about the time I’ve been waiting and if I could have my money back they say they could only give me have because the order was already placed. Like they would lose no money they could just sell it once it actually gets there so I would get no furniture and not even the full amount oft the money i paid for my bedroom set back. This place is honestly a SCAM!
I worked with David, who was absolutely amazing at his job. We put him through a lot of work looking for the right couch set and he was as patient as can be. We changed our mind about 59 times, and even after purchasing we changed our mind on the color. He handled everything quickly and efficiently. He truly cares about the customer. Ask for David, you won’t regret it. As for the store itself, so many nice pieces to choose from at affordable pricing.
Disappointing! Found a piece of furniture online that I liked from Ashley and went to the store to look at it in person. There I found that they had the brand but not the actual piece. The salesgirl brought it up on the computer and it was $200 more than the online price. She claimed that the store was a subsidiary of Ashley and therefore had their own prices. What???!!!No price match, nothing. Not going there again!
Made a purchase from Ashley Furniture (Cardi’s) in Chicopee,MA, Richard was my sales associate. In store I had a reasonable experience but the delivery has been a nightmare. I called the delivery line to get an update...VOICEMAIL and no call back! After waiting 5 hours for the delivery I decided to call the store where I made the purchase, my sales associate Richard answered. I identified myself as a customer that he worked with and had made the sale. I told Richard of my issue related to the pending delivery for the day and I said this customer service for delivery is awful, I am considering canceling for my refund and making a customer complaint online. The response from Richard was “Do what you gotta do!”. I said “Excuse me, how is it that you were so nice when you were chasing me around the store trying to make the sale and now that you have your commission on the way you are being so rude! He went on to tell me they have no way of reaching the drivers.” I told him that I want to speak to the manager, Mark was his name. I will refrain from making this post any longer but let’s just say he wasn’t the greatest with his customer service either but at least he sent an email on my behalf. Never again will I purchase from this location. Most of my issues are with the delivery folks but Richard’s response definitely doesn’t sit well with me either.

I ordered a couch from this location for my new apartment. I was told by Tony all I had to do was call a week or so before we got there and they would schedule a delivery for the day and time I needed. Between the time I ordered it and the date it was to be delivered they sent me multiple texts saying the couch would be delivered before we even had the apartment! We were not even there yet. Additionally, we were not moving in full-time yet, as we are students and mostly wanted to get our furniture moved in and ready for when we are there full-time. I was reassured multiple times the couch would be delivered between 8-11 AM. My family from PA was helping me move and needed to be home for something in the evening. I get a text the night before it is to be delivered that it won't be delivered until sometime between 2-5. I called in and they said they had no record of a time-slot request (Thanks Tony!). I told them I would gladly forward my e-mails from Tony that stated my delivery time would be between 8-11, but they didn't care. They said there was nothing they could do now because it was the night before and delivery truck schedules were set. They did not offer any sort of store credit or discount or gift card. I told Tony before we got there we had a U-haul and would gladly pick it up on our way, but he insisted the couch would be delivered between 8-11. I was supposed to get a call today from a "manager" about getting some sort of money back or discount, but they never called. Shocking. I also sent Tony an e-mail asking what happened with my time slot, and again no response. His e-mails were also extremely short and he never answered the questions I asked. I will absolutely never buy from this location ever again. It has been the biggest hassle, definitely not worth it. Extremely poor communication, response time, organization, and customer service. If you as a company screw up you should make up for it, simple as that. Never again.

Purchased a bedroom set for my son on tax free weekend in august it’s November 8th and still nothing. The service i got was amazing upon purchasing. The problem is my delivery date wasn’t told to me till my receipt printed out. At that moment i was like oh no this can’t happen i need it before that for sure. The sales person then reassured me that there’s no way I would have to wait until that date to receive my purchase so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I have had countless back-and-forth with them and still know nothing about my delivery date nor have they done anything to try and make me happy this has been the worst purchase I have ever made. I get this covid mess has things backed up but I would’ve already had it if id just gotten where i first saw it but figured buying straight from ashley would be better all together and boy was i wrong. They offered me a loaner set till mine came in and then manager said no. Sent me pictures of a hideous bed set that looked like a crib and was less money then my purchase so i can get that one instead since it would be here faster. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Never again

I have been assisting my parents with purchasing new furniture and yesterday we went to Bob’s, Raymour and Flannigan, the Raymour outlet, and another store in West Springfield ( can’t remember name). Ashley was our last stop because we were so impressed with the quality, value, selection, and customer service experience at this store. I recommend going to go see Sammy the furniture specialist when you are ready to buy. He made the process transparent and easy for my parents.

Went to Ashley Home Store in Chicopee, Mass in desperate need of new furniture but on a budget. I was online shopping when I came across this 60" round table that I fell in love with, when I found out Ashley Home store had similar table I had to go to the store to see it in person. Chris Purkerson was there to help and answer every question or worry that I had, to my surprise the table was less than all the other stores I was looking into. Chris was confident that his sales were the best price out there, yet I still felt the need to keep looking, (waste of time) because he was right! I called him back not only to purchase the table, but I also purchased a sofa from him because he was able to get it for me at a better price than the outlet I was looking into. I was so happy with his service that I spoke to my family and friends who also ended up purchasing furniture from him. We are all glad to find someone that not only is confident with his sales but that also tries to give you the best deals out there. My first experience was about a year ago, which was fantastic, but the Rep who helped me now works at another location. Therefore, Alyssa helped me and she was fantastic!! I needed a mattress asap for a family reunion and I didn't have a lot of time to wait for it. Alyssa went above and beyond to help me to get my new mattress delivered quickly and I appreciate it! I will never order anything from Ashley again first this store ( Chicopee Ma) have the rudest sale people!! Then we order our Tv sand the sales guy ( Tony) says 2 weeks delivery 8/22 4:15pm that day comes no delivery I call I talk to Cardi she promise us 8/28 11-1pm I call today because I’m waiting they say no we said 8/31 no time!! not only don’t they call you to tell you things they make up their own delivery dates with out telling you anything!! Their rude, horrible customer service and if my family member didn’t want the Tv stand so bad I’d tell them to keep it!! Also my family member is in the hospital I had to miss my visit to wait for a order they had no attention to deliver!! Never again!!😡

Recommend avoiding this store and shop online or at the other local Ashley Furniture stores not owned by Cardi’s... Franchised store owned by Cardi’s with extremely poor customer service and accountability. I bought a TV stand and wall art about 3 weeks ago and had them scheduled for delivery. I was called by the warehouse team the day of delivery and told that the wall art missed the delivery truck but that it would be delivered the next day. The TV stand arrived with a large wooden brace dragging throughout the house and the entire assembly had uneven gaps throughout requiring it to be reassembled. The next day nobody arrived or called, nor would anyone answer the phone. There is a 3 day wait to be called back and if you don’t answer then you’re taken off of the list and you must start the process over again. After three weeks of attempting to contact someone at the warehouse and store I was left messages from the warehouse stating that they did not deliver accessories, despite the delivery lady telling me that she would have them come back the next day to deliver it, and that I would have to go to the store to pick it up. The store told me that they sold my wall art to someone else and that I had to accept the damaged one on display in the store or accept a refund because Cardi’s would not allow another to be ordered until the display item was out of inventory. I asked to speak to a manager and never heard back from anyone. I called a few days later and was told that I did not have anything active on my account because the wall art was returned/refunded, however, I never agreed to a return/refund and never received any money in return. I am still waiting on someone to call me back or refund my money, or order a new picture for me to pick up, but sadly nothing is happening. The BBB is not taking complaints so that step will have to wait until they begin again. Hope this review helps someone else avoid this hassle and unprofessionalism from Cardi’s.

She was the best sales representative I’ve ever had in any industry. She was attentive but not pushy, professional and good natured, knowledgeable and creative! Elaine was right there to answer our questions, but knew when to give us some space to discuss things privately. She was willing to take her time and show us a variety of options. She had the perfect balance of professionalism and personalism, and we got along with her wonderfully. I’m trying to figure out another piece of furniture to shop for just so I can see her 😄

The prices are fair but you don't have a choice of type of material or color change to a piece you like. It's hard to get chairs and then a sofa or love seat to match the chairs and vice versa.
Rip off prices compared to the computer prices, price matching at any other furniture stores will beat ashleys' store prices easily..if you call store you get no to little information (just general) about any subjects do to staff-franchise owners are so desperate to get you into their store to sell you/manipulate you into a sale! Will give only one floor special at a (marked up) reasonable price. Almost a tourist trap!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered my daughters bedroom set in March. We didnt receive the full set until late May. We had to put it together ourselves and there weren't even predrilled holes to use. We orderd a regular twin and we were sent an extra long twin, now her brand new mattress doesnt fit. It looks ridiculous. Ashley does not answer their phone or emails. They don't care about their customers. will NEVER go back.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Extremely bad customer service and corporate doesn’t follow through with what they promised. I will never buy from here again! My issue hadn’t been resolved because they never return any phone calls! Cooperate sucks!!

Susan was more than happy to show me around the store and help me pick out the right furniture for my new apartment. I had a bit of trouble getting the first 2 sofas in my house, the company was so understanding and let me reselect not only once but twice. I felt so embarrassed but Susan assured me that we would find the right fit. I cant tell you enough how satisfied I am with the entire experience. Ashley home furniture has a lifetime customer and I would highly recommend shopping there for all your home furnishings. Please dont hesitate to go check out the store. He organized multiple products to be shipped in a single day so that my moving can be easier. I came here with my mom and uncle to look for a new full size mattress for my bed. This was my first time going into this store this store is located in chicopee mass on memorial drive. Also back in the mid 90's to early 2000 this place use to be a store called Ames. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrances. They sell beds, mattresses, living rooms sets and kitchen sets. The floors are nice and clean as well.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced! Ordered us the wrong parts for the bed and then blamed us for the mistake. This company tells you they will come at one time then comes at a different time and again blames you. Ended up returning everything since it took over 6 weeks to get the bed the first time and they sent the wrong parts which meant it would be another 6 weeks to get them. Unbelievable. Go elsewhere and save yourself the time and frustration.

Went in looking for a newer style loveseat or sofa with two recliners. Was waited on prompted and with respect. This is a great place to either shop or to just get the juices flowing or what could be. I really liked that our shopping was at our pace and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely tell others that this is not only a great 1st stop but may be the only place they need to stop. Nice, very nice.

Went to Ashely Store at Bucklands Hill on 9/13/19 and bought a sofa loveseat for $639 incl del. What we got a customer service nightmare. First sofa delivered three weeks after and the legs could NOT be attached. I refused shipment and was told a new sofa would be delivered the following week. Replacement sofa delivered 13 days later and this one also had a leg that could not be attached. I Kept sofa since they promised a resolution in a few weeks. Got a call from the Manchester store saying I needed to purchase a maintenance plan to get the sofa fixed for $109. Why? I refused and said this was NOT something I did since the product was defective. The main store person I was speaking to was rude and outright nasty. I spoke to manager and she said she would look into it. We were promised a call back. After three days and Not getting any call, I called and again asked about status of repair. Was told they would look into this. Got a call back and said repair scheduled for the 29th, which is 46 days after we made the purchase. I'm assuming this saga might be over? Our recommendation - NEVER GO TO ASHLEY FURNITURE IF YOU WANT THE BEST SERVICE AND THE BEST DEAL.
I walked in looking for a dresser. A man who's name I dont remember walked me around the store showing me things that did not at all fit what I was looking for and then said "I cant help you" and walked away. It felt so rude just not a good impression. Also was not impressed by the quality of anything I saw. It all seemed very cheap but didnt have a cheap price tag.
WOW, Cindi was very helpful and very informative. I’m buying furniture in a different state and just wanted to tour the showroom and sit on some couches. The customer service did not change even though they knew we wouldn’t buy anything that day.

If you like something here you have to get it delivered. The cost for delivery depends on how much your paying. If your ordering online, it also must be delivered. No store pickups. The plus is that they have decor pieces you can purchase at store.

They don’t even deserve a star. I went to your store on 07/21 because of an AD I received about your new store and current promotion of the 6 years 0% financing. I approached the sale person Anthony Rigali whom we purchased two set of full size mattress with box springs and 3 bed covers. He assured us that we would get the mattresses delivered by Tuesday 07/23 since Monday was already full (even though the slipped said scheduled for delivery 09/01) which I questioned and he said it was a glitch on the system and he wasn’t sure why it does that, but that I should get a call Monday night for the time window for the delivery Tuesday. I called customer service Tuesday at 5:00pm because I never received a call or my items delivered. I was then told that the mattresses were back ordered and it would take until mid-late August to get them. At that point I also mentioned that Tony never told us about the other financial options of 50% off 0% interest for 12 months while we were talking to him, despite us mentioning that we would pay off the mattresses in a year or less. Which was very disappointing for us as customers as our best interest was not considered by this sale person. The customer service representative said she would call the store and have the store call me back. Toni calls me 30 min later and I told him of my disappointment of not knowing about the 50% off sale while I was in store and that I will rather get that. He said he would see what he could do, but the items were processed, and I said well they have not been delivered and I told him I will go to the store. He calls me back and tells me the finance department is closed and that he was unable to fix that for me, but that he would try tomorrow. At that point I said I was still going to the store, but was waiting for my husband to get home in about 5 min. We get to the store and Tony was gone (knowing we were on our way). We spoke to John whom said was the manager and he was very understating of the situation and I returned the unused bed covers and asked to canceled the order. I am very disappointed of the dishonest practice just to get a higher sale number, without looking into the best interest of the client. Even though John was understanding, he did not offer a solution. I did say to him that if they could honor the sale to call me today and I will get the items. As of right now I have not received a call, not even a courtesy call. -Update 07/31 got the mattresses with them since they said they will honored the sale. After I picked up the mattresses, and opened the boxes I realized they had given me the wrong mattress for one of the sets, and also the wrong mattress cover protector. I went to the store and Tony said “mark was supposed to tell you we didn’t have your mattress for one of the sets, it would take 3 weeks for delivery” which was not what Johnnie told me before I placed the order the second time as he “assured me” they had both the mattresses in stock. They do anything to sell, but the worse thing is their lies. I gave them a second opportunity and they continued to lie. I came to find out they only honored the sale on part of my items and refused to honored it on the mattress pads. Maybe filing with the General Attorney’s office and BBB office may fix their deceiving practices.
Ordered a storage bed online and bought two set of drawers of it (to have a set of drawers on each side of the bed). The delivery men come and that's where it went south. First they complained about my driveway and how they couldn't back in. Then gave attitude when i wouldn't give them permission to drive on our lawn (i told them our septic system was in the front and driving a heavy truck could damage it). They finally get everything inside and demand that i turn off my ac because the room was too cold for them (it was 95 degrees and 70% humidity the day they delivered). I turned it off and sat in my living room which is adjacent to the bedroom, i am literally two feet from the bedroom door and hear them talking "yeah had to tell the woman to turn it off, it's frozen in here" they laugh and then say "yeah women be liking everything cold". The men built the bed and proceeded to ask very personal baiting questions -how long had i lived here, -who lived in the house -what my work schedule was like -what kind of dogs i had in the other room -how old i was -was there a man in the house. In addition they also only brought one set of drawers. Later after they left i went outside and saw that a planter pot had been smashed. So i called the warehouse and was told (by arlene)to send pictures, i did. I was told also that the drawers were back ordered and they would call to schedule a new delivery when they had them back in. Fast forward three weeks, arlene never called me back after i left several messages. But they are delivering the drawers so they called to give me my delivery time, when I mentioned I hadn't gotten a call back about the planter i was told "she got all the messages and she couldn't do anything about it. " I mentioned the behavior of the delivery men was also not addressed by her and was told he would give her a message. Called a corporate number and they eventually got her on the phone. I was transferred to arlene and she spent 30 minutes or more saying how she asked her delivery men and they didnt break it and since i dont have video and didnt see them break it that she believes them. She then told me they have never had complaints about the delivery men and everyone loves them and "maybe you took what they said the wrong way or read into it too much". She said she would talk about the ac comment but that "the comfort and safety of my men is top priority" She said there was no other crew to deliver it and the only option i had was to pick it up and assemble it myself.

Wow I should of looked at the reviews before making my purchase 3 weeks ago. We bought my severely autistic son a new bedroom set that he was excited to receive today June 30th 2019. We where told by Laura that closed out order and told us it will be delivered today, that we will get a call the day before to verify delivery. We didn’t get a call so my husband decided to call first thing when they opened and was told (we did not get the name of the person we spoke to we just spoke to someone in option 4 for todays schedule deliveries. That person told us that there are pieces back orders form the warehouse so the delivery date changed to THE 4TH OF JULY! No one had the common courtesy to call us and let us know! my husband said that’s impossible we will not be home, we have booked a vacation out of town months ago. He was told he would get a call back. I asked my husband what they said and when he explained I was confused to I called to get clarification and to ask why wasn’t we told about the back order and change in delivery date. I must of gotten someone else than the one who spoke to my husband and I was told that the order can’t be locked in if Ashley warehouse doesn’t have all the pieces to do order in stock. That when we made the Order the schedule delivery was not locked because it can’t be unless all items are in stock. So we got a delivery date from Laura that wasn’t confirmed or locked in. And that of if today they don’t missing a piece and there is not date scheduled for delivery (different story than the one they gave my husband when he first called a few minutes prior) and she transfer me to a sales manager for further assistance. I was on hold for awhile and they they hung up. When I call back I press option 5 and a guy answers and he says he’s on the floor now and that he can ask Laura why she didn’t call us to let us know. That’s all he had to say. No apology or anything else to try to make it right. He was dryer than a over cooked chicken breast. I asked if it was possible for us to get the display delivered today. And get a delivery today as we were promised. They said they don’t do that. So I then asked for my refund. The guy said that it’s scheduled to be delivered this week and I funny cause the last person I spoke to said there isn’t a delivery date scheduled and that at this point everyone has told me something different and don’t believe what he is saying. He then said asked who I called and spoke to and I said I didn’t get names. He then replies that called are recorded and I suggested he go back and listen to the calls. His answer to that was that there are no notes that I called previously. Welp thank goodness phones these days keep record call log in what numbers you called and duration of calls. So I I have a record of the calls. I was in sure what his point was. But we had to explain to our severely Autistic child that he isn’t getting his new room today and that really sucked! Never again. I usually do lease to own furniture because more convenient to us and house hold Income. But we decided to sacrifice now and cheer my son after a rough school year. And this is the service we get. If the communication was there we wouldn’t be upset. We provided email and phone number and and we got 0 communication from them.
Like the others who gave a 1 star review, it is because of the horrible customer service/delivery setup. They say whatever it takes to make the sale but never follow through. I told the sales dept if my items werent delivered by a certain date, I couldn’t purchase them. They assured they would and here we are a week after the promised date and no delivery. Tried to get a hold of sales manager since Monday and was told someone would call me back (they haven’t). Called again and was told last night that there is nothing they can do and id have to call customer service. Find out the day off that my items are being delivered today. No notice, phone call. Most people can’t leave work with no notice for a delivery. Definitely take your money elsewhere, 2nd bad experience with Ashley. Never again.
Horrible service been 6weeks and now we have to wait on a Sunday for delivery no compensation for time wasted and inconvenience.
Found the couch I've been looking for. No hassle, no salesmen following me around. Ended up with the one I saw when I first got in the store. John was a great help. I put him through the task of making me happy and he did. Prices are very reasonable.
We had a great experience at Ashley. Our saleswoman Elaine was friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. ( she even laughed at our “lame” jokes!!). We purchased a dining room set and a bookcase. Scheduling delivery was easy and the actual delivery went smoothly, on time and without incident. I would recommend Ashley to others. The only negative, we were interested in a couple of upholstered chairs but they were available in very limited colors, which did not work for us. All in all, we are pleased with the service as well as the furniture! Thank you Elaine and all others involved!
Elaine did an amazing job directing us on picking out the right mattress and mattress pad. The delivery service was spot on and the guys were friendly and courteous to us. Extremely satisfied with overall experience!
We went In and worked with Mark Schneider. He was super knowledgeable and able to help us find exactly what we were looking for! I would definitely recommend this store and Mark!
Doesn't even deserve ONE star.. I'm currently fighting with customer service, because after waiting 3 weeks for the couch to be delivered.. The guys that delivered the couch wrecked my door! I signed the paperwork that it was delivered then when he closed the door to leave, i noticed the damage. We went outside to get guys to come look at it, they took pictures and said we would be contacted. NOW the driver is saying the door was like that prior. And the pictures i watched him take when he returned to see the door, he is claiming those photos were taken BEFORE they brought the couch. I'm not a fan of lying employees, these guys need to own up to what they did.
