Worst furniture shop and worst company changing them to solve for last 30 days my problem never got resolved, sales persons doesn’t know anything what furniture size and details, delivery has damage by 2000 dollar furniture, service people are providing support after 5-6 calls , emails. Unfortunately I don’t have option of negative rating which I would prefer as these people are fooling .
At the store everyone is nice and friendly. The issues for us were with the delivery. The company they use cancelled our delivery twice without notification.

I purchased a sectional and ottoman from Ashley recently and I must say it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing furniture .. I was assisted by Moe and he made it all so simple, his sense of humor is truly top notch and he treated me like family, it made the experience quite enjoyable! Wide variety of choices. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. The long lead time for delivery of medium to low range furniture is disappointing as I need the chair in less than 3 weeks.
Very satisfied. Quick attentive service. Chair was what we were looking for. It was in stock. And we received it the next week.
My family and I recently went to Ashley’s Furniture to get my daughter a set for her bedroom and we got help from Mo. Mo was great. He was extremely dedicated to helping us find the right fit for us. He was kind, charismatic and made the process much more enjoyable. We’ll be back soon to get some more things and definitely will be getting help from Mo!!
Beware before purchasing from this or any Ashley store! Even one star feels generous for the experience I’ve had with this location. I spent nearly $3,000 on a dining set — table, six chairs, two end tables, and a coffee table. When the order finally arrived, the table had dents and scratches, the chairs were dirty and scuffed, and one end table’s marble top was mismatched. I was told I could refuse delivery for the damaged pieces, which I did, but no one followed up with a replacement timeline despite multiple calls. Each time I reached out, I was told they were “waiting for the warehouse manager.” Eventually, I learned that replacements would take 8–10 weeks — something they failed to disclose upfront or I could have refused the entire order and asked for refund. Miraculously, furniture that was out 8-10 weeks all of sudden arrived and second delivery was scheduled with, the same damaged dining set was sent again, just cleaned up slightly. The store then claimed they weren’t even aware of the delivery. Now, both the store and Guest Services keep redirecting me to each other instead of resolving the issue or processing my refund. I’m still missing part of my order and out nearly $3,000, with no accountability or real support from anyone. The lack of transparency and customer care is extremely disappointing. Poor communication, misleading information, and zero accountability. Save yourself the stress, time, and money — shop elsewhere.
Don’t shop here. The entire operation is amateur hour. Pay the extra $$ for a legitimate furniture store. Took 6 weeks to get a toddler bed frame…scheduled for delivery…then the delivery was delayed. Refused to refund me. Terrible experience.

My entire experience at Ashley’s Westborough was horrendous and I ultimately canceled my order for the Elissa Court sectional, which is a shame because I truly loved the couch & was looking forward to receiving it. 1. The salespeople are like vultures – they followed us around the store and wouldn’t leave us alone. I felt uncomfortable and pressured the whole time. 2. The salesperson we worked with said there would be an additional 19% discount on top of the already discounted price being advertised. She even did the math on her phone to tell us what the final cost would be. When we made the purchase, the price was significantly higher than what we were told so we had to review the invoice and found that they not only tried to sneak in the “Protection Plan”, but that the salesperson was wrong and double counted the discount. We felt misled but went ahead with the purchase anyway. 3. We were given a delivery date of September 23rd. Someone at the store called me 2 days later to tell me that the delivery date had been postponed to September 25th. 4. The next day I received another phone call from a manager at the store stating that they were mistaken – the delivery date was actually going to be sometime during the first week of October. This was already the 2nd time my delivery date was postponed. 5. I went into the store the following day and was then told that the couch likely won’t be delivered the first week of October because they were anticipating further delays. It was at this point that I canceled the order. Overall I’m highly disappointed for the wasted time, the poor customer service, and untrained salespeople. It’s because of this abysmal experience that I cannot recommend Ashley’s for furniture purchases.
Customer Service at Ashley Furniture is horrible!!!! They installed my king size bed incorrectly with screws and parts that were not part of the factory-issued set - and they all sheared within the 1st month. Getting customer care to understand this issue and agree to order new parts has taken over 2 months. Not all of the parts have arrived to this point - and getting an appointment scheduled to have this bed fixed has proven to be nothing short of problematic - no ownership or responsibility taken for 3rd party installer negligence. Of course they have no problem keeping my money and I'm sure are hoping with their unresponsive customer service will get me to give up and go away. Terrible company - sorry to say that will not buy from them again and will be sure to pass this experience on to others who are looking for new furniture. I liked my sales person - she gets 5 stars - minus 4 for the rest of this weak outfit. AVOID!!
Went there, I love Jon, super great place love the furniture, Jon was super helpful, I love that guy. He’s my bestie now, he helped me find a bed for my kids. Anyway, the bed is amazing! They love to build forts on it and now they’re going to have a lot of valuable memories, all because of Jon.

This was my first experience at Ashley Furniture and I must say it was more than I expected. All staff, friendly, helpful, and supportive. I was able to purchase all the furniture I needed at Ashley. The price was right quality is excellent and Mo, the salesman I engaged with was exceptional. He spent an inordinate amount of time making sure that the pieces I chose would be perfect for their location. I cannot say enough about Ashley and especially about Mo. I look forward to doing more business at Ashley Furniture. They are exceptional.
Walked into westborough Ma location, and immediately was impressed with my sales rep Mo, was not overbearing was very informative and made my buying experience very easy, him and the female associates also helped me with walking out of the store with the pieces I wanted after we found out it was discontinued, Mo and these wonderful ladies went above and beyond to make sure I walked away satisfied, no hassle, very professional , I will be goin back for more furniture when the time comes!! I purchased a platform bed from the Ashley furniture store located in Westborough, MA in April... The bed was put together incorrectly and I have been waiting for them to replace a faulty part since May... They told me in May that the replacement piece would be mailed to me and that I would have to contact the store when I received it so they can send someone to put the bed together correctly. The store location was no help when I called them and the warehouse has been giving me the runaround since May 27th, which is when they emailed me stating the order for the part was placed and to allow 7-10 business days for delivery. We're now going on four months and not only have I never received the part that needs replacing, but customer service has failed me and continues to give me the runaround... I like Ashley furniture and I had high hopes for this bed, the fact that it wasn't put together correctly could almost be overlooked if they were willing to keep their word and have someone fix it. There's yet to be a resolution and I am so extremely disappointed in this Ashley store location.

Avoid this place at all costs. They make the buying experience easy and anything after that is extremely difficult once they have your money. I wanted to cancel an order I placed 2 days later which was set to be delivered in October. I was told that we could call to cancel the order since we're out of town and only made the purchase because of the promo going on. They were unable to cancel it over the phone and required us to go in person. I offered to provide the credit card details to refund the order but somehow they needed the physical card. This is not acceptable since I live 3 hours away and should have to drive 6 hours just to get a refund. I was told I would get a call from the GM yesterday by the manager working but this did not occur. Based on other reviews and my experience, it seems like they dont take responsibility for anything after a purchase and rarely help their clients.

The buying experience was easy, but delivery has been the opposite! Ashley uses a third party delivery company that does not align with the expectations you have when spending thousands of dollars. The delivery team never arrived and never reached out during our scheduled window. Once we reached out to Ashley they blamed us for not being available for delivery. We asked for proof that the team had ever been to our building and they described a picture from the delivery team of a location with an address not even on the same street as ours. They also claimed the team had contacted us despite 0 missed calls or texts on our end. The best solution Ashley had was to set up another delivery time almost a week later which means another day set aside for a mistake with their delivery process. The blame they placed on us and the inability to have oversight over the delivery process has left us frustrated and unable to recommend their services to others.
We came here to find a sleeper sofa for the basement when the kids have sleep overs and for friends to spend the night. Jon was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect option. He even made sure that the delivery day worked with when we needed it.
My fiancé and I had an idea of what we wanted but needed a little more guidance. Mo was extremely kind and helpful making sure everything would fit correctly based on our measurements. We never felt pressured and he was extremely knowledgeable and we would recommend working with him if you have any furniture questions!

Mahamed was super nice and friendly, he helped us find the right couch. He is really good and understood what we needed. 10 stars for him. **Edit** 2 stars only (for the couch only), been lied to. We chose a couch, let Mo know that we will be buying, inquired the pricing, and While purchasing we wore informed 24 month finance was available by Mo, which was'nt true. While payment we were informed only 12 month was available. We were told during our decision that there is a $150 discount which wasnt true, only $50 discount was available. The worst of all wore told The couch will be shipped and old one will be picked up for free. Which Again was a big fat LIE! Shipping cost was charged plus during the final payment after credit was run, we were informed that They only pickup old Mattresses, anld that my couch cant be picked up. Lot of lies! Since we already ran our credit here we are not cancelling but will never buy anything from this store ever again.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Service Our experience with Ashley has been quite frustrating. Two months ago, we ordered a bedroom set for my son. While it was delivered in about three weeks, the delivery team was unaware that assembly was required—they didn’t even seem to know what the full order included. To make things worse, the salesperson had advised us that a bed box wasn’t necessary, which turned out to be completely incorrect. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the same salesperson continued to insist that the box wasn’t needed, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Eventually, we had to place a separate order for the bed box, and now the timeline has been pushed from two weeks to three—and possibly longer. As of today, we’re still waiting. This entire process has been marked by poor communication, lack of product knowledge, and inadequate customer service. I do not recommend buying from Ashley—especially the Westborough location.

Everything went well up to the delivery then. 2 days later, I had an issue with one side of the couch that I bought. I contacted Ashley and basically I was told that they needed 3 pictures and a video of said problem in which I informed the gentleman that at this time I do not Have the ability take the pictures and the videos. I was then told without them Basically, there Will not be a resolution is this the way to do business people. I should think not. I was told I will have 24 to 48 hours before I hear from service, but then service will need those pictures in that video.So basically if you do not provide this you do not get your Issue resolved.
I recently purchased a bed over the phone with Michelle and she made the process seamless. I have since come into the store multiple times and she continues to go above and beyond in helping me find the furniture I need. The customer service at this location far exceeds expectations. Highly recommend!
Do not trust this store with your business. The staff is not competent. They are unable to make a simple address change to a delivery. Ashley generally sells good products, stay away from their store in Westborough, MA. Go to a different store.
I believe that when you find EXCELLENT customer service, it is important to not only acknowledge the employee (Caresha, the office manager), but the store, and the company...so HQ of Ashley Furniture, take notice! You have an incredible employee in Caresha who helped us in a several ways (no need to go into details). Kudos to her and whoever hired and trained this young this wonderful employee. And while at it, a BIG shout out to our fantastic sales person Michelle G who was very helpful in helping us select just the right couch. highly recommend this store
I just walked in to the Westborough location as I am searching for a new sectional couch. It was pretty empty, just myself and a group of 3 women together waiting in their salesperson. I did an entire walk through and I was not greeted by anyone or asked if there was anything support needed. I left even though there was a sectional I really liked, because I’m not shopping anywhere where I am not going to be acknowledged. I was super disappointed in the lack of service, and I know at least 5 people saw me.
I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars. One of the worst shopping (ANY shopping) experiences ever. Went to the showroom in Dec and ordered furniture (bed, mattress) and we are still sleeping on the floor and its April. There have been countless hours spent on the phone, had 4 botched/incomplete deliveries and I've been made to feel that it's somehow my fault that they can't even get simple queen bed ordered completely even after 4 attempts. I was made to go into the store and pickup and assemble myself for a potential "fix" even after I paid for delivery and assemble. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Our brand new very expensive bed squeaks SO LOUDLY so every time my husband or I get up it wakes the other up and we have a new baby. I have so much regrets buying from here. Product sucks

We were looking for a sofa that wasn't in stock in the store and our salesperson was able to direct us to a sofa that was the same style and fabric and help us order the one we wanted. It was delivered skillfully and on time! Excellent communication and streamlined process. They even have a policy where you get to try out the sofa in your home and if you don't like it, they'll come take it away, no extra charge. Nice!

I am giving this franchise store 5 stars because they helped me so much after a disaster with Ashley Furniture warehouse. Michelle the sales manager went out of her way to get a situation corrected for us even on her day off. Liz, a sales employee helped is with our initial instore order and she was fabulous as well and Anna, another sales associate was very helpful as well, also the gentleman whose name i don't remember was great at entering our order. Dealing with the warehouse and Ashley Furniture customer care was a complete nightmare and the franchise stores will unfortunately the brunt of their ineptitude. The franchise stores and employees deserve far better from their "higher ups" than they receive. Lots of fat cats hiding behind the scenes and leaving franchise people to do their dirty work.
All the employees were so helpful and patient at the Westborough store as we decided which couch we wanted. Anna was very attentive and supportive as we compared couches. Karisha was the absolute best during checkout and helped us get the best deal possible.

Called store and they took info and nobody ever called back.giess they have other people to care about just went in to look at recliners and nobody could be bothered to help either. UPDATED 1/7/24 - A manager finally connected with me and I received some money off (changed star rating) Original 1/3/24 We had some small mishaps with our delivery (no legs, broken drawers etc) - I had called looking for compensation for the inconvenience - I was interested in returning the furniture because of quality, but before I made that step I just wanted reassurance it was good stuff, we wanted to buy more in beginning ..."Don't worry sir, someone will call you within 24 to 48 hours." 8 phone calls later over two weeks and no call from a manager to work with me (same line every time.."they will call you back." - very sad....We got the run around... My final call was asked to return the furniture as I had no assurance that it was good quality. I was told I could not as I reached the 10 days. I had assured them that I had called well within the 7-10 days...
Order my couch and they told me that the delivery was going to take up to 1 month, 2 days before the delivery day on the contract , Ashely Furniture call and announce that they didn't have the product in stock and the "MAYBE" could be back and deliver after January. So Ashley waist our time , money and good faith on a "reliable" place .
Purchased furrniture and told it would be delivered in 7-10 days. It wasn't. Then told 4-6 weeks. I canceled the order and Purchased elsewhere. Very poor customer service
I went in to purchase a pantry cabinet. I saw one i really loved and my husband and I proceeded to purchase it. During the process, we were told that the tag on the cabinet was not the right one and what I wanted was $300 MORE in price. The manager came over and said there was nothing he would do to negotiate the price. THEY had placed the price on the unit. I understand people make mistakes, but let's honor the customer and try to work with them in order to make the sale. I feel it was part of a bait and switch tactic. I would never recommend this business.

We bought a sectional (decently priced at close to $4000), we also got the warranty. An arm on the sectional broke in less than a year. The warranty said they wouldn't fix it and the store refused to replace or fix it. However, on the upside, they LET us spend ONLY another $700 and buy the seat the broken individually. Will not shop there regardless of convenience.
The woman who sold me the couch took the measurements of my door and assured me the couch would fit into my apartment. It did not fit. Not to mention they didn’t tell me it would take over a month for the couch to even be delivered to me. I also had to take the day off of work unpaid to wait around for the delivery (at 4pm) because they couldn’t give me a time frame for when to expect the delivery.
On August 10th 2024 my wife and I purchased a living room set ( sofa chaise, ottoman and chair and a half) from Ashley store in Westborough MA, 01581, the total sale price was $2,085.00 and they promised us that in 4 weeks (September 14th) we would have the furniture. When we received the furniture the delivery people put the sofa chaise in the wrong side of the couch and after they left my wife and I rearranged the furniture and when we flipped the chaise we noticed a stain on it and that's why they had put the chaise in that location, to hide the stain. Upon finding that stain we inspected the entire couch and we found 3 more stains, one behind the cushion, one in the arm of the couch and one behind the couch, unnoticed because the couch was against a wall. I immediately called the store and spoke to a person called Johnattan, this person made us feel as we ruined his afternoon, very rude and spoke very fast making hard to understand him, and never once apologized for sending us an used couch! Monday September 17th I called the store once again and demanded to speak to the manager, the person that answer the phone wanted an explanation why I wanted to speak to the manager, I explained the situation and she offer to send someone to my house to clean the couch in which I denied, when she transferred me to the manager's extension that was no answer, I received a call from Amanda the manager a day after I had left a voicemail, she promised that she would take care of it, we received another call almost a week later and she said that we had been "approved" to get a new couch, we waited 2 more weeks for it and October 1st we had the truck pull up in our driveway, the driver comes inside my house and looked at the stained couch and says "the one I have in the truck is much worse than this one", unbelievable, 2K for a new couch and zero respect for a customer, never heard an apology from them!!! My wife looked at the replacement couch and it was ripped underneath! Lousy manager, BBB has my complaint also, mass attorneys office for consumer's affair has been notified.

Everything was quick. Staff are friendly. I love that the staff do not harass you but are there when you decide you need help. My only complaint is when she first charged me it was for the full price of the couch.The couch was actually on sale for $200.00 less. I had to tell her and she recharged me at the lower price.
We initially were very excited and had a good time shopping at Ashley Furniture. They said they were low staff so I believe an office manager helped us. She was nice, however while setting up the financing for the purchase additional charges like insurance we did not want and others kept being added to the total. A transaction with our credit had to be cancelled and the sale took forever, ultimately we left with two sale receipts, both with our name wrong, and one labeled cancelled. I was fine with this because we were just excited to buy new furniture for the first time. However, the delivery process is absolutely terrible. I will never buy again. First, the delivery was set for 10 days out. We were told we’d be contacted Saturday to schedule the time. We received an automated voicemail it would be Tuesday 2-6pm. I called immediately to reschedule as we are available to be home every weekday EXCEPT from 2-6pm. I was told I’d receive a call back Saturday, I did not. I called Sunday, closed. I called Monday, their phone lines were down all day. I called the store sales associate to help, did not receive a call back. Called Tuesday the day of deliver and finally had it confirmed cancelled. The next day I spoke with scheduling again and informed them please deliver any weekday before 2pm or after 6pm. I get a notification of our new delivery that following Sunday - it is scheduled for Tuesday 2-6pm again. Are you serious? I called immediately again and the only resolution is to repeat this process, wait until next Sunday, and HOPE they don’t schedule it for that time again, because Ashley Furniture has no ability to adjust scheduling since it is a separate delivery company that clearly does not care about customer availability. I think it’s a bit ridiculous we have someone available for the delivery every weekday for 20hrs of the day, yet I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for the delivery now and still have to take time off work. I am extremely dissatisfied and recommend you buying from somewhere else if you have the slightest restriction about delivery availability.

The worst. 4 deliveries- damaged pieces each time NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased a bedroom set that was extremely low quality. The return will cost more than the cost of the entire bedroom set because they will not accept returns to the store. Even the “high end” pieces at the store have low end drawer slides and are unstable. I am disappointed that this company does not do more in terms of customer service and satisfaction and is just looking to make money on the first sale. For his was the first time I had saved enough money yo buy my very own new furniture set. I feel tricked and upset about the business practices at Ashley. I had researched and visited the Westboro store. I waited for the sale and now I am stuck with furniture that I don’t want and cannot afford to even return.
The sales person was excellent. He was patient and explained all of our options to us. What could have been a stressful shopping experience turned into a very lovely evening. Thank you Tom F. You were great. The district manager was also incredible.

Went here Yesterday Saturday June -8th-2024 , with my family. This was our 1st time going to Ashley Furniture Store and our very last time coming here to Ashley Furniture Store. It was not a great selection of inventory, and everything was all over the place. The set-up of the store was all over the place . It's very pricey for less than quality for furniture. Came in looking for a specific thing and left with nothing. Prices were much higher than I anticipated.
Michelle took excellent care of us the moment we walked in the door! She helped us design our spaces and gave us the best options for our needs. We are extremely happy with our purchases!
Customer service is very bad, their couches don’t fit in any door so don’t waste your time buying from this store, you’ll never get your couch and the store manager Karen will never give any solution to the problem and will just ignore you. The District manager Jeffrey is even worse! Don’t buy from this store they are a scam.

I had an unfortunate series of events trying to buy a couch at Ashley that wasted hours of time and ultimately left me with no couch and required me to get my money back. First, I paid for the couch and asked for a scheduled delivery 5-6 weeks in advance (and couch was going to be available before that time). A few days before the delivery day I had scheduled in the store, I hadn't heard confirmation of delivery, so I called the store. I spoke to an employee who confirmed that not only was my couch not going to be delivered, but no one ordered my couch from the manufacturer so there was no couch at all despite paying for it over a month before. I asked for my money back given that I had wasted weeks waiting for a couch that was never ordered. Then, to their credit, the team found a "no fit" couch that they *thought* they might be able to deliver on time, but noted they would get back to me. No one called me or followed up. I showed up to the store 3-4 days later to get a refund for the couch, but was told that I couldn't get a refund because the couch was out for delivery at my house even though no one told me. The employee confirmed that there was a note that no one called me to tell me this. So, I rushed back to my house to meet the delivery team. The delivery team was friendly and helpful, but upon unpacking the couch, indicated it was broken. The district manager did call and apologize and I was offered 199$ refund and the opportunity to wait for the couch to be re-ordered for arrival 4-6 weeks later, but I had such a terrible experience I just wanted a refund so I could start over at another store. I was then told I would need to wait several days to return to the store for a refund because the warehouse didn't mark my item in a way that allowed the store to refund me... While I recognize some things are outside of anyone's control, the perception is that 1) my money was taken and then no follow up happened (including ordering the couch!), and 2) communication was very poor with minimal attempt to be proactive in contacting me. I hope that the store team improves communication and follow through. I highly recommend shopping somewhere else, especially if you have a timeline you are trying to get your item by.
We had a wonderful experience at the store. Big shout out to Jeff who did a fabulous job of showing the suitable options available in sofa’s and recliner chair’s. He was super patient and kind. Great and very helpful staff. We were also offered great discounts. Beautiful collection.

I have had an absolute nightmare of a time attempting to get my sofa from If I could give no stars I would I have had an absolute nightmare of a time attempting to get my sofa from here. First off, when the sale was made the first salesperson did not apply the active promotion or notice the mistake. I had to point it out and another salesperson amended it. This took an hour, since they had already charged my card and had to refund it (processing error on the card machine was not their fault, but very frustrating to stand there for an hour anyways). Then, scheduling. I had to reschedule the pick up date as my work schedule changed. I call once, their scheduling system is down, they’ll call me back. I call twice after no call back, still down! “Just let the furniture get delivered and they’ll leave with no answer!” Third call, the system is still down but someone FINALLY cancels me and I later get called back to schedule. Why did no one else do this in the first place? I don’t think it’s very nice to waste the time of the delivery drivers and just tell me to let them show up instead of cancelling it ahead of time and scheduling again a day or two later. Then delivery. It was mentioned at the sale that it would be delivered and assembled here. In my third floor apartment which is quite obviously third floor with the big old Unit 3 on the address. Guess who shows up with a full couch that will not fit up the stairs? That is completely wrapped in plastic so it seems there’s no way to disassemble and reassemble at all? And guess who just takes back said couch and tells me customer service will call me later. I can’t blame the delivery company, but if Ashley had told me it would be *assembled* also, I do think it would have shown up in a more movable fashion. At the least let me know it is coming as the full, entirely assembled, throw pillows in the same package couch instead of a more logical assumption (it being able to be assembled like said in the store). Especially in a region with notably old houses and architecture. I have had nothing but disappointment with this Ashley store and advise anyone buying furniture to find somewhere else.

We had a great experience purchasing a couch and love seat recliner set at the Westborough location. Jeff and Caresha were so helpful along the way, and were always available to answer questions. Also, the manager Amanda was very accommodating. We are very pleased with our purchasing experience!

I was in the store yesterday with my daughter we ended up having Liz she was so rude and showed absolutely no interest in us at all! I remember her from a previous furniture store and they told me she was fired who knows what happened ! I definitely recommend going to Ashley it’s a wonderful place with beautiful furniture but if you go there I would suggest to get someone that cares for you because I definitely seen another woman who seemed very knowledgeable and answered one of my questions! Beautiful store though!

I enjoy going to Ashley Home Store in Westborough. The quality of furniture you find there is out of this world. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. There was one that stood out her name is Caresha. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service.

I am rewriting my review about my experience. Initially I was very pleased with my experience. The in-store employees were very helpful. But what happened after the sale was finalized is my new issue. The delivery was set for about ten days after my sale. The wrong chest arrived, and only half of the bed arrived. About a week later was when the rest of the bed was supposed to arrive. However, the truck broke down, so I was once again without my furniture. The correct chest and the rest of the bed were supposed to arrive on 3/12/2024, but i just got a call today that that delivery date was not set in the system. And with the exception of two hundred dollars off the sale, that's all the company could do for the inconvenience. That's just unacceptable and ridiculous. I recommend another furniture store.

I called this store to see if the couches i wanted were in their showroom. The lady said that they were not and that i had to order them online but if I came in to the store to order them I could get 15% off and possible free delivery. I got there a few hours later. When we were walking in the parkinglot I was aware of the sales people watching us. When we walked in the door I told them that we didn't want any help. The lady gave me her speal anyways and a flyer with the 15% off sale. There was a second couch I wanted to see before ordering the one I wanted. When sitting on the couch my husband noticed that the price was more than online. Online the couch was 399, in store it was 599 on sale for 499. We checked online and there was no mention of a sale or original price. We decided to go with the original couch I was told I could order. Went to the counter and the original woman who was apparently our sales person and hungry for the commission took over instead of the young man who was at the desk. I showed her the couch I wanted to purchase and mentioned that someone over the phone said to come in to save 15%. The sales lady said that the 15% is off of the store price, not the online price. After a bit of going back and forth she got permission from the manager to honor the online price... how a company can have two prices is beyond me. They should be honest and say that the extra hundred is for th4 commission... a commission that was very much not earned. Anyways, once she said it would work then suddenly the couch was sold out. Seriously? I had the option of purchasing it a few hours earlier, the lady on the phone said it was available for purchase and the second I wanted it at the online price with the discount nope. Its sold out. But they had other couches they could show me the sales woman said. This place is a classic bait and switch and frankly it felt icky.

My wife and I found a pub table and chairs on line and went to the store to check them out. The sales folks were extremely helpful and they matched the online price. I would say the in store experience was 5 stars. We made the mistake of paying the extra $100 to have everything assembled when delivered. What a nightmare that has become. Every piece was not level. I fixed the chairs myself but the delivery team stripped the screws on the table. They sent someone to repair 2 weeks later! That person confirmed the table needed to be fixed and fixed a gauge in the table but had to order parts to fix the bad hardware. Now we need to wait additional time. Save your money and hassle and assemble anything yourself. I give delivery a minus if I could.

Bought a dining set and today they delivered the order only with the chairs, when I called the warehouse the person that I spoke told me that the table was not included in the delivery. When I asked for more explanation he told me that he sent an email to the manager. I decided to call the store where I made the purchase, after back and forth with them they told me that the table were damaged that’s why it didn’t come together and scheduled another delivery date for the table. If it is the case then I found it very unpleasant because they could have sent me an email or a message about the situation before they sent the chairs.
Very very unfortunate. I was following a gorgeous couch that was the perfect size for my smaller home with narrow doorways. I called the store and was told that although the couch wasn’t in stock. They would check the warehouse. I was lucky enough to get the last one! They assured me over the phone that I would not be sent an invoice until the morning to ensure it was actually in stock. I was sent an invoice the next morning, paid in full and on the slip it said 5-8 weeks to deliver. It’s been 5 weeks, so I sent a follow up asking for tracking and shipment information. To my huge disappointment, although “this never happens” the item was discontinued and no body told me despite me already paying for the couch over a month ago. Nobody reached out, despite them clarifying to me that I got the last one? No other couches fit in the door- and there was to me, no fair resolution for the lack of communication that I could have been waiting 8 weeks for a couch that was never coming *despite paying in full for the couch*. I had to bargain for a compromise besides just refunding but unfortunately, no counters will fit through my doorway :( I am so beyond upset and disappointed with how all of this has been handled….now I have to start from square one.
The furniture is fine but the purchase process is very inconvenient. They have big sales on items they don't carry in store so you can't try them which is the whole point. Even worse, we were told the two are separate entities so you can't get help from the store for online and vice versa. It gets worse, though, online they also have 3rd parties they disguise to look like them so you can order multiple items that all come from different places. This wouldn't be so bad if they didn't charge $90 (much higher than competitors like Jordan and Bob's) for "white glove delivery" which then will only apply to certain items you purchase. The kicker is this "white glove delivery" then is only available three days a week haha. Luckily one is a Saturday but they also give you cable company ranges for the whole day and then the day before you get either morning of afternoon you'll have to be available for. This effectively eats up a whole day you have to set aside to be available for their delivery. The final annoying cherry on top is the delivery is still done through separate companies so I got a bunch of calls, emails, and texts from places I had no idea who they were giving me updates and having to trust weren't scams. It's a disjointed, inconvenient mess of an experience. I'll admit it saved us some money on a decent quality loveseat but definitely not worth it if you're looking to do more extensive furnishing. Truly a bizarre experience overall

Love the furniture hate this location. I had nothing but trouble with this store. We originally ordered a table with 6 chairs a bench and a couch set. Order arrived and we got a table, 3 chairs and a bench with couch set. So I call the store and they said we didnt order 6 chairs. They emailed us the order. We reviewed called back and said that order agrees we should of got 6 chairs because the chairs are sold in pairs so a order of 3 should be 6. So they explain that a store can order just one even though sold in pairs and their sales person made a MISTAKE when they entered thinking was sold in pairs. Okay fine I am human we all make mistakes. So what is their solution to have me order through them again for full price minus $50 (thanks) in which I have to drive there order and then return pickup and put together. My original order arrived and shipping company assembled so basically if they got the order right first time I would of saved gas, time and frustration of me stripping a screw. Thanks that $50 went a long way. Oh wait thats right there was a sale when I ordered if they entered I would of gotten a $50 discount so basically I got nothing but hassle. I will never return to this store location again. You shouldn't either.

We were looking for a mattress and decided to shop at this Ashley’s location. We ended up leaving not purchasing anything because the sales staff had no clue on what they were doing. They were overcharging us by $500 we realized after we shopped at another store for the same mattress but got a better one. The mattress they were selling was last year’s model confirmed by the other store and they showed us on their computer. To me that is a deceptive And dishonest way of doing business. Shame on you for doing that. Future buyers beware make sure you do your homework and price other places before you make a decision to buy from this company. You might save yourself a lot of money like we did.
Walk into this business, only if you're ready to get upset and fight back! beware! They would not take the sinking poor quality, mattress back nor exchange for even a higher ticked item, after they said they would. Untrained personnel don't deserve your goodness. So, you involve Better Business Bureau (BBB) to settle. Even after the settlement they don't pick up telephone. ...such is the business!

I bought the bed set, brought the wrong bed after three month wait, And i am still waiting for rt bed. No one have rt answer when they will pick up and bring the rt one. Also very bed experience with delivery people . Brought unwrap, damage products and damage walls and product while delivery then try to clean with wet towel. i would rate 0 star.

I was drawn to Ashley furniture as it is a modern store. I was in there 3 different times and only wanted to work with Alex. He was so gracious ,attentive and genuinely wanted his advise while I was figuring out what was best for me. Just a great guy , low key and very informative. Everyone working there was great but I was just lucky that I got to meet Alex first. I am buying a sofa, dresser and a night table.
This is a review of the delivery services for a mattress/frame. I understand this is a 3rd party contracted service….but Ashely is still responsible for whoever they contract in my opinion. I am sure the response from owner will ask for more feedback to their support email address but this is a warning message more than feedback. What a disaster this delivery was but let’s start with the positives, they showed up within the timeframe that was communicated and they assembled the bed/frame. Now to where the disaster begins: They parked a massive truck on my grass even though the driveway is more than large enough for the truck, they were rude to my wife, they would not take away the old mattress even though this was a service that was paid for (Ashley claims they have right of refusal, ok fine), they left packaging material all over the room, awful communication as to what services they were going to complete on site, and probably the one that made me want to write this warning was the lead delivery guy asked for my signature so he could leave and when I said I wanted to contact the store first to ensure I understood the services, he went ahead and scribbled on the signature block so he would not need my signature…and left. Now to Ashely stores; you need to communicate better what services are being paid for and where the contracted team can refuse to provide services when someone is making this type of purchase with you.
It was a joy browsing the store today. Although I didn't purchase anything all of the employees did their utmost best to show me around and show me some options of items I was potentially interested in. I'm looking forward to my next visit when I'm ready to purchase an item. Thank you to the Ashley's team in westborough for the great experience.

The worst experience I ever had. I bought a sleeper sofa that had to be returned because of size. Now being charged over $450. For cancelation. I'm reporting the company to better business bureau. Do not shop here.

Great service and assistance in the store. But store does need to provide customers with some of containers. Especially, when glass and other breakable products are purchased. The sales reps has to implement imaginative techniques to help the consumer protect the products.

For the second time, I was trying to buy my mom a table at Ashley stores. The first time I went with Stoughton, where a value was presented and when I went to make the purchase I was surprised at the FINAL value, I gave up on the purchase and left. My mother insisted that we go to the Westborough store as she was delighted with the table ( 5pcs 1299$ ). We went today (June 4), served by Travis ( Good Honest Boy ). After a few questions about the memorial weekend promotion, Travis called manager Alex to further explain the rates and terms. Below are photos of the invoices, within a 15-minute period, I was presented with 3 different amounts with fees that were not supposed, as there was a huge sign on the table ( 25% off + free shipping ), the most absurd thing that this “manager” tried to do to me cheating when selling the table with only 3 chairs (See photos of the invoice) to try to match the value that was on the table. Has anyone seen this? Who buys table with 3 chairs? In the end, he still wanted to charge for delivery, claiming that the promotion was only for purchases under $499, and there was nothing that showed this in the entire store. We will simply never go back. In addition to false advertising, they literally tried to rip us off, they lied to us. If I hadn't opened my eyes to the invoice, we would have taken a table with 3 chairs!!! And we would find out only when the delivery was made.

Great customer service on Memorial Day weekend. The store had a great sale going on, and their sales rep Travis was very helpful. He got us a discount on shipping, even though we were close but did not meet the sale minimum for free shipping. I recommend this location.

We purchased a furniture set from here, and they delivered it 2 weeks late. Then, when the shipment came, the footboard was the wrong one, meaning we couldn't sleep on our bed and I have called repeatedly to get this fixed only for the first two calls to have the representative not do what they said they would and then finally one put a work order in and now we have to wait an additional 2+ weeks to hopefully get our bed. WE ARE GOING ON 3 WEEKS+ without our bed, and now it's going to be a month plus. And when I asked for a manger I was refused. Ashley furniture your customer service quality has dropped dramatically, and it needs to improve. Also, dont even bother calling their customer care line it just tells you to call the store you bought it from or if you wish to speak to a rep, it rings once and hangs up on you.
Collections are really good. Jeff at Ashleys is really courteous sales executive.
We were guaranteed a specific delivery date, during the sale (main reason we chose Ashley furnature as an option). After we purchased, the date was moved a week. Would not depend on their delivery dates or their “guarantee”.
Attempted to purchase a recliner, twice. We opted for in-store pick up because they only deliver to South Worcester County towns once a month. When we got the chair home and started to unpack, it was the wrong color. We had to go back with it. Huge inconvenience but really wanted the chair so gave them a second chance. Same story, deliver once a month so opted again to pick up. This time we checked inside the box before accepting it and you guessed it, same wrong color. All of this inconvenience and when we were processing the refund, clerk actually said out loud that they would waive the $80 restocking fee. During our multiple visits (four in total) staff clearly ill prepared.
They have a lousy delivery service and a bad attitude towards customers, not giving solutions
We've purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture in Florida, and needed some furniture for our home locally. The furniture is great and Bree in particular provided great service.
I decided to stop this Lovely Ashley HomeStore the other day and was absolutely blown away from my experience! I did not realize it was a new location. I appreciate the employee Mohamed who helped me purchase my new bedroom set and gave me a fabulous discount on top of that!
