Something needs to be done about this company. They should not be allowed to conduct business. Me and my husband went into the store on worcester turnpike in shrewsbury. We ordered a bedroom set. When were setting up the delivery, we were told that a dresser or night stand wasn't available to which we said okay. We were supposed to have 2 separate deliveries one delivery fee, okay bet. We called on I think March 6 to double check, because we hadn't heard from them. The lady on the other end said they had us in for delivery date in mid April. After the 'confusion' they rescheduled for the March 19th. Okay we got that together. Day of delivery, mirror came broke out the box and pieces to the bookcase headboard was missing. We paid for delivery, set up and removal of old mattress. The did not or could not put anything together because pieces were missing. Delivery dude says I have to call dispatch. Supposedly he's on the phone with someone and of course they're speaking spanish so not a word was understood. He say's I'm leaving to take the mirror back. I said okay then I asked if they'd be back the same day and he said yes. There was a HUGE language barriers so AGAIN, NOTHING was understood. Delivery was supposed to come back with a new mirror, put the bed together, and remove old bed. They leave, he says dispatch will call or something. Then he says someone else was on their way with the missing parts to the beds and they was going to put it together and remove the old mattress. No one ever came. I had my husband call the SHREWSBURY MA store. He was told they had to send out an email and wait for a response. We called back and were told we have to wait for a 24 to 72 hrs return email BEFORE we could even get a rescheduled date. The old mattress and box is still in my house, no mirror or bed put together. We go to the store and of course by this time I'm FUMING. I saw the manager Mike ( i knew who he was because he made a point to let himself be known before we purchased with them) he immediatley directs me to they lady at the desk. I begin to tell her the issue and when clealry everyone could tell i was PISSED cuz they all came over at that point. ONCE AGAIN I have repeat myself and the situation. After going back and the MANAGER ONCE AGAIN PROVED HIMSELF USELESS. He acted as if he cared and had the power to at least get things rectified by the next day but did not do NOTHING and when I say NOTHING I MEAN NOTHING. Found out that they didn't take the old mattress (which mind you we paid for) because the mattress had a stain on it and it's supposed to be incased, got it and understood. When I asked for refund I was ignored. Not ONLY THAT but NOT ONE PERSON contacted my husband or myself for an update or anything. I had to have him call the store a few times. Today they said that it's gonna be 10 days before they can get the missing part. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we are LITERALLY sleeping on he floor. Ashley Furniture was PAID IN FULL and did not deliver profession services as promised. I told them I want my money back and come get their furniture at this point. How is this company still in business is beyond me. Now We are stuck sleeping on the floor with $5000 worth of useless furniture in my bedroom. You have an 1.06 F rating on the BBB and you are NOT ACCREDITED. I have sent a complaint to the BBB and every outlet I could find.
