This Ashley store is awesome. Jean was a great salesperson. Justin in the warehouse worked with me to get the delivery date setup with me that I wanted. And those delivery guys Jacob and Benny were just fantastic. Very careful and on time. Awesome experience would recommend to everyone.

Ashley Furniture in Bad Axe delivered my bedroom furniture today. Jacob and Ben were extremely careful while moving my new furniture in my new home as not to hit a doorway or to damage my new furniture. They followed my directions and took all packaging with them. They even wiped their feet off on my rug while carrying my furniture inside my home! I primarily dealt with Jacob and found him to be extremely personable and very nice. He took time to talk to me while he was here which I found refreshing as Home Depot delivered a washer and dryer here last week and the two delivery guys were borderline rude! Ashley Furniture should be proud to have this caliber of employee working for your company as I had absolutely no issues welcoming them into my home as they were clean cut and even dressed nicely for delivery people. I give Ashley Furniture in Bad Axe, their delivery guys, and my new Dresser and Bedside table all 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good shopping experience. But I was totally impressed with Ben and Jacob, our delivery guys! They came in the afternoon amid a horrendous heat wave and they were so kind and helpful, hauling a king/size mattress & box springs up our flight of stairs to install in the upstairs bedroom. And they carried our old headboard and mattress/springs out to our shed for us! We had struggled to move those pieces downstairs, so I am so very appreciative of their help! Not sure we could have done it ourselves. They are such friendly and helpful guys! Thank you both so much!!

There was a mix up in our delivery address (old house vs new house-our fault) and they happily left the wrong house and delivered to the right house and were pleasant when they arrived after the little run around. We live 100 miles from Bad Axe but always find the best service and are happy with our furniture we get.

Never really explained if we didn't get the frame it would end up on the floor which would be short in height. We've ordered a handful of furniture from Ashley online and have had them delivered by the staff from this location. The communication has been great when it came to scheduling the delivery and when they notify me when they're 20-30 minutes away. When we order the assembly, they've done a great job on not leaving a mess afterwards and have always been friendly. We just had some mattresses delivered and the two gentlemen were nice enough to bring it in the house so it'll be out of the rain that we're expecting soon even though they're all covered by plastic. Edit 02/07/24: just had another furniture delivery completed by Carson and Ben and very satisfied with their service!

Justin, Brandon, and Carson were great delivery partners! They were super flexible for us - I had to take my mom to her chemotherapy appointment on our delivery day and my husband gets home late. They worked with us on timing our delivery and Brandon and Carson were so delicate when delivering our furniture. I’ve never met kinder people :)

Purchased my power recliner and reclining sofa from Ashley’s and was very pleased. Dave was very helpful during the whole process. The delivery guy Brandon was very quick and efficient setting it up.

I purchased the Caitbrook Dining Set and absolutely love it. My sons are over 6 feet tall and needed a new kitchen that they would accommodate their height comfortably. We bought a bed platform , mattress and dresser at Ashley store in bad ax our sales person Jean was outstanding and very helpful our delivery date was three weeks earlier than expected very pleased with that We were surprised that the Bad ax store delivered to Lapeer being so far away the delivery men Carson and Ben were outstanding very professional assembled everything like pros couldn’t be more pleased with the service they gave us they were clean cut professional and efficient It was very nice doing business with people that actually knew their job I’ll be getting more furniture soon and hopefully I have the same delivery people

My husband and I had purchased a sectional, rocker-recliner and a three piece table set about two months ago from the Ashley store in Bad Axe, MI. A couple of weeks ago we had noticed the veneer coming off of the front of one of the tables, Ashley staff were quick to get someone out to the house to see and repair the damage. Brandon and his assistant Ben were fast, courteous and were very professional. Will definitely continue to use Ashley for all of our home furnishing needs.

Jacob and Brandon were my delivery guys. They called me ahead of time to let me know when they’d be arriving and got there exactly when promised. They were professional, efficient and extremely personable. I had a small issue with my couch (not attributable to them) but their service was outstanding! .

The guys were fantastic today. They called when I was told they would, were friendly, and got our new living room set in easy and fast. Even when my French doors were stuck the driver came in and helped me get them open. Couldn’t have gone better. Best part is it came 2 weeks earlier than originally quoted!

We saved $1,457.00 by buying on line verses a local furniture store, and the 2 guys that delivered were wonderful. So efficient, considerate, and hard working guys! In this world of hard to find employees, these are a couple of keepers. So far really happy with the service.

Walked in to buy a recliner. Was completely snubbed by the man that walked up to me and then just walked away from me. Must have not looked like I was going to purchase something due to my lazy Sunday attire.? So I found the chair that I wanted myself... looked it up on amazon and got it for $100 cheaper with free door side delivery. Very disrespectful to me for no reason. Try not to profile people next time.

We had such a positive interaction with Ashley. From the moment we walked in and were helped by Nancy, to Dustin and Ben delivering our new diningroom set. Their attention to detail, the care they took of our newly laid floor, and their explanation of how to open and close the storable leaf was awesome. Professional yet personable! Bought a mattress in June 2019. Had issues with the mattress right away with sagging. After miscommunications Ashley's came out, inspected the mattress and our mattress was replaced. Thank you for making it right. It's nice to be able to sleep again!

Went in looking for a love seat and a sofa talked to a salesperson by the name of dale very great guy. Knew what he was doing told him what we were looking for took us right to it wasn’t pushy about us buying anything picked out what we wanted and he then found out that our items wouldn’t be in until the beginning of May but he was still very upfront and honest with us. We will be back in the future! Matt and Jim delivered my couch and love seat and bed frame very professional and quickly got their job done. I told Jim i would put the bed frame togeather and he insisted that he was doing the delivery that they would do their job and put togeather. Very impressed with their staff.

Edit April 20 about delivery: The delivery men, Jim & Matt were fantastic. Very careful not to damage anything maneuvering the furniture and keeping mud off my carpet. Both courteous & friendly. Original:The salesperson, Diane, was fantastic. Just the right amount of "sales" without any hint of being "pushy", and the rest of the staff were quite nice, too.

Buying an adjustable bed, staff was very helpful and knowlegable. The Saleswoman spent more than a hour explaining our options.

The Ashley Homestore Bad Axe, MI location is outstanding! I ordered online and their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!!! I love my chair and ottoman that I ordered from them. It is extremely comfortable and JUST the look I wanted. I had a few mishaps with the cushion and ottoman and the service team scheduled a time, that was good for me. NOT just for the store like Art Van which is a modern day Hitler of a furniture store in my opinion. They were just helpful and accommodating and brought me a new cushion and fixed my ottoman and I could not have been more pleased. I called the owners myself and said THANK YOU just for actually a Customer Service Department that really cares about customers and that you stand behind your product. I will continue to shop here all the time. This is my first furniture choice store. I can highly recommend them for quality, service and just good ole fashioned enjoyable furniture shopping!

I thought by going to the actual store that I would be able to save more money and be able to buy more that was not true Ashley Furniture store is extremely expensive but they do have nice items but they're more expensive than some of the Art Van stores and they carry the same items it's unbelievable I was very disappointed I expected better and I'm sure a lot of other people have to

Bought a bed for my nephew, after about 3 months it cracked at the base frame. Ashley came out within a 2-3 days and repaired it. Service to customers is the best!

Loved the mattress selections. Numerous couches, but most only come in color that's in show room. Dale was very friendly and quick to help us find a good deal on a mattress. Dale wasn't pushy and encouraged us to take our time.
