Eric was cool and so was Terry they were accommodating and answered questions and were conversational so it wasn’t weird or annoying. I got a great deal on a red dot item off the floor and I am so excited about the beautiful and most importantly a great quality couch I will be getting soon. Isn’t it lovely? And the pillows!! I loved the salesperson Cody but the minute I changed my mind about the warranty because they lied about the warranty. They told me if i didn't use my warranty in 5 years they would return my 1000. And I asked to have it in writing. The manager said it would be in the contract. They wanted me to sign here, here , and here. I said wait the contract said you would give me a $500. credit on non sales items. I said no that is not what you told me. The manager attitude changed towards us. Since than I have had nothing but cancelation after cancelation on my 2 sofas that they said they had one in stock. I had to go through the holidays without my furniture while hosting 2 christmas parties at my home. Than they were supposed to deliver today now we are rescheduled again. I need you to pick up the couch that was delivered and return All My MONEY. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

Very bad service got my order month and half after purchasing

We waited almost 4.5 weeks until our purchase was delivered.On the delivery day we were given a window ot time for delivery between 11 and 2pm.We. didn't receive the recliner until 9pm.As a result of the delivery the side door was dented badly.We had to submit a claim and are waiting for some resolution. SO Needless to say we are not very satisfied with our Ashley experience.

Bought my furniture in store almost a month ago and it was back ordered multiple times with almost a month delay in delivery, the cost of my furniture that I paid for the items was not the same in which I would have been charged for financing purposes it would’ve been almost double the cost for financing. The reps that worked with me never mentioned early pay off fees and interest nor did they mention the fact that I would’ve paid triple the amount if I would have got stuck in a 12-month contract with them. The timeframe we were given for a 4 month lease with no interest actually turned out to be a 3 month deal with added taxes to pay off early. This was a very shady transaction and I’m glad that I called customer support before having any of these items delivered.

We had a great experience shopping for our new couch! Eric Mullins was great to work with. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and he was knowledgeable, offered great ideas and knew the store well. He even went and walked around for us to see if they had something we were requesting rather than having us walk all over. He pointed out items that we described we were looking for and was very friendly. If you are in the market for some new furniture, go see Eric you will not be disappointed!

Run because they will give you the run around as soon as you have one change or glitch to your order. They can't handle it. I have went weeks with no bed and no return calls but empty promises. We had to get our orders cancelled and refunded for our family through corporate because they were shady as heck about one simple change to an order. It made no sense. The manager Moe never returned calls. The salesman Eric never followed through with promises to call back or update the order as requested. I really like their furniture and they seem nice enough people but you cannot and should not trust them.

My Salesperson (Terry Thomas) was great. He took his time with me and shared his knowledge of all the items I looked at. The store's set up is perfect, and there was so many beautiful things. Terry did not rush me. When I picked what I wanted, I got financed within 3 minutes, and my delivery date was set up right away. My total experience was wonderful.

Salesman was very professional and helpful. Furniture is just what we were looking for. Delivery team was professional, friendly and efficient. Only reason for 4 stars, is delivery ended up getting pushed back a week. We had it timed with a move and ended up having to move the old furniture and then dispose of it.

We were greeted promptly by Jerry ….. he was fabulous to work with and was able to answer all our questions. If he wasn’t sure he went to find out the answer for us. Highly recommend working with him. He is new but very excited about his job. Keep up the amazing work.

I had Eric as my salesman and he was great from the beginning to end. He listened to what I needed and helped me try different options in recliners. In the end I found one I loved and I’d recommend Eric and Ashely furniture to anyone.

First time ordering from Ashley. My sales rep Eric was awesome. Unfortunately, the delivery portion of the sale has been terrible. Ashley has now rescheduled my furniture delivery for the 4th time and its been almost month since I placed the order. I haven't had part of my living room furniture for 2 weeks now. They keep telling me my furniture is on back order and give me a new date, only to call and cancel again and tell me another false promise. Tempted to throw in the towel and cancel the order altogether if they reschedule again.

I cannot even give y’all one star I’m 62 years old. I bought furniture all my life art van, which is one of the best furniture stores in Michigan Gardner White even luxury luxury furniture got a kitchen table from Bob’s. This is the first experience I’ve ever had where everything from except for the sales person that I had everyone else that I spoke to the delivery guy everybody was not professional. They did not try to help me and guess what it’s been a week and I still don’t have my furniture so no I can’t give you nothing. You are the worst Store I ever ever ever dealt with. wouldn’t recommend you to furnish my dog house.

Moe The manager did not properly disclose the contract. He had me sign. He had pulled it out, pointed out where to sign and that was it upon my delivery. My dresser was damaged with deep scratches and a delivery driver told me to contact the store. The store was not helpful nor did they give me a call back. I wouldn’t recommend the store for any of your purchases.

Sales person was new. He did good. I thought the price for delivery for 2 recliners was extremely high. Opted out of it, but for Seniors it becomes a little more difficult to pick up.

PLEASE BEWARE of this store they deceive and mislead you into a contract when you think it's for financing they trick you into signing a leasing/rental agreement on a tablet saying your signing for your furniture, delivery, and warranty a total scam ! I can't believe a reputable store like Ashley furniture practices these KINDS OF ACTS. 😡Looking back now there's were so many red flags! I just did not think this would happen in a store like this, but you must do your research before dealing with any store or person regardless of who they are, sad that this happens but true. This causes devasting financial circumstances for family's and people struggling trying to purchase furniture legitimately, and then to find you were told misinformation. I have done my research on this store and the company they use and there are numerous bad reviews and so many similar situations to my own. I would like to gather as many people as I can that have had a similar issue with this store and the company they use to trick people into a leasing/rental agreement . Please inbox me so we can correspond regarding your experience. This is just one issue with them, I'm not even scratching the surface, of the customer service, $500 dollar warranty they sell you, and predatory sale tactics, so many things! Definitely go else where! I honestly don't know how they are still in business with all the unethical practices.

I try not to leave negative reviews unless I really feel strongly that I should share my experience to help people avoid my situation. Here goes. I bought a very expensive mattress from Ashley. My initial experience was very pleasant, I actually even came back to this sales woman after I bought a mattress from a different company that was not good, I was able to return it and get my money back. So I came back to Ashley. I bought a mattress that I thought I loved and there was no problems initially. Two months passed and the mattress was developed a small divot in the middle so I tried to initiate a refund. I got the runaround from the sales department on the corporate level. Finally, I was called 1 month later and told that I would not be able to get a refund because I did not buy the mattress protector. When I went to the store, the manager was very dry, not compassionate, and reported that her staff offers the comfort guarantee mattress cover “90% of the time.“ I can tell you without a shadow of doubt I was not offered the comfort guarantee or this mattress topper. For me, if I was offered it, it would be a no-brainer. The customer service on the back end was atrocious, this has led me to never want to buy at Ashley again. I have already warned my family and friends to avoid them and buy from different companies that provide better customer service and return policies. TLDR: avoid Ashley due to their return/refund policy and customer service. If you do buy a mattress there, assure yourself that you have bought their mattress protector so you can qualify for the comfort guarantee return policy.

First time visiting Ashley Furniture Store. Very pleasant atmosphere and beautiful showroom displays. Was treated with courtesy and friendliness by salesperson Eric, who was assisting with my purchase on behalf of Randy, (who had talked to me over the phone), that was helping another customer when I arrived. Eric was very efficient, kind and a courteous gentleman. Thank you to Eric and Ashley Furniture for my successful purchase of this lovely sofa that I found on this Labor Day sale, and my first experience that was really nice!!

This is my first time reviewing a store. I ordered a complete bedroom set for $5,000. The seller I bought the furniture from told me it would be delivered within eight days of purchase, but they gave me half the furniture and the other half hasn't arrived yet. Nothing has arrived. The delivery service is terrible. I paid $400 for delivery, and they are very unpunctual and lie about it. I will never buy from this store again. I am disappointed.

DO NOT LET THE DELIVERY DRIVERS LEAVE YOUR HOME BEFORE YOU THOROUGHLY EXAMINE YOUR FURNITURE! I had a $3,000 sectional delivered. I noticed a rip in one section after the delivery drivers left my home. I've called Ashley to get a replacement, they told me I would have to keep the furniture and basically have somebody come tear my couch apart and repair. I spent about $10,000 with this company and feel completely disrespected. I paid for new furniture not refurbished furniture. Never buying from these people again.

Positive review RETRACTED! Worst service EVER!! I actually left a positive review about the service I received when I purchased a couch from the Ashley Store Outlet. This seemingly positive experience has been a nightmare for me. I will exclude all the details regarding all the contradictions and misinformation they sold me as I purchased a couch, only to be treated so poorly when I needed assistance after the purchase…. The only thing that all staff has been well trained on is used car salesman tactics they have during initial purchase… After I made the purchase the treatment I received from Austin, the “Manager” at this location left me in tears and shaking from the disrespect and disregard he had for me.. without getting into too much detail… they totally lied to me about multiple things from the moment I walked into the store and now I’m left with a couch that doesn’t fit after they agreed to a re-select… although I believe their contract is is predatory and leaves any customer disappointed if they need to return a couch for whatever reason that’s not even what I’m upset about. They made multiple mistakes and told me contradicting information that ultimately left me with a couch that doesn’t fit my room. Austin was rude, not helpful, lied about making a purchase that never happened( even provided a delivery date), stop answering the phone for me and hung up on me… then covered up his mistakes once I followed up with customer care. I have been patient,understanding and polite throughout the disorganized and convoluted process they have and he was nasty and disrespectful towards me once I made the purchase.. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again and hope that everyone reads their predatory contract that only protects them carefully. Although their return policy’s suck this post is focusing on the the TERRIBLE customer service at the Dearborn location… First bad review I ever left a business but the egregiousness of the disrespect, disorganization and disregard has left me feeling like I got “got”. I was in need of a new comfortable mattress and living room sofa sectional, didn’t have enough money to actually put down on furniture or to put it on layaway, my bestie was riding with me and looked over and saw Ashley furniture and said have I ever been in there ,( I said No)she said let’s stop there and go look around!.. well that was the best decision ever, less than 10 minutes I was approved a credit line and I was able to purchase my mattress very nice and comfortable living room sectional with only putting a $1 down, I was so excited, I started doing my happy dance, Thank to the nice sale person ( Eric) he was so nice and helpful!

The most horrible experience in Dearborn Heights delivered the wrong furniture knowing my brother is blind. Filed a dispute, asked for manager Mo that sold the furniture claimed he was in a meeting. It’s a week and a later and still no one has contacted me. He’s stuck with a bed that can’t be used and the customer service representative that met us at the front door basically brushed us off and had a horrible attitude towards the situation. We will never spend money again there. Will be reaching out to bbb as well as the disability act.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by Moe, our salesperson. We were shopping for a couch and a bed. Moe helped us make decisions based on our budget that fit exactly what we wanted for the amount we could spend - he showed us all the options without being pushy. I liked that he gave us plenty of time to browse the store alone, but jumped back in when he could tell we needed guidance. Thanks for making us feel comfortable in the store. Lawerence & Ernell delivered the furniture. It was 90 degrees outside, and they had many stops prior to our delivery. They arrived with plenty of time left in the given window. Upon arrival they were professional, and made the work look easy - even in the heat. They put together the bed and couch in less than an hour. Perfect service!

I came in on two different occasions to look and buy a bed and frame. The first time, I met Randy who was absolutely amazing and helped me out. When I went the first time, he was quick on his toes to help me and my grandmother around the store and showed us around. We couldn't buy the frame then but I took his card and told him I'll definitely keep him in mind! I went to two different Ashleys to make my selection and Randy stood out to me so much that I had to return to buy it from him. He already remembered us and got right to the point. We were in and out, and someone even helped me and my grandmother out to the car. I haven't received the bed frame and all, but the service here is absolutely wonderful and I would definitely recommend if you're looking to furnish or refurnish your home. And definitely look for Randy to point you in the right direction and help you out.

Soon my wife and I enter the store, we were greeted by Eric / Store manager, he was professional, nice and took his time to explain and answered every question we asked. I went in looking for a few pieces (lamps, rugs, mirror) and was hoping to make a deal on a nightstand I had my eyes on. The guy showing me around was kind. The floor lamp I was most interested in did not have a price tag and he said he would give me a call once he knew the price. He also said he would let the manager know about me wanting to make a deal for the nightstand if I bought the rest of my pieces from them. I was happy with this. I bought a discounted mirror in the meantime. When he went to the back to get my paperwork together I asked another employee for the name of the manager. They informed me that the same man showing me around was the manager. Weird. Why not just say you won’t negotiate? The call with the pricing for the floor lamp I wanted never came. I also had to call to make an appointment to pick up my mirror but no one was at the customer pickup area during my appointment time. What was the appointment for? I walked around to the front and asked if someone could please bring my mirror out since my sister and I were out back waiting. The same manager walked my mirror out back directly from the floor. No wrapping, no box, no protection of any kind for transport. My experience was very odd here and I would not return. I was able to get a deal on my nightstand and the remaining pieces I needed from a different furniture company so that’s something.

Moe Khalil (Hope I spelled his name correctly) was absolutely wonderful. My mother and I had went to get some sectional soafs for our living room and we were extremely picky. Luckily, Moe was patient, understanding, and generous. We were constantly on the move and he was there, every step of the way. I really appreciate his willingness to help us though we were tough to work with. His mannerisms and patience really played part into our purchase. Also, his sales techniques? Wow, wonderful, man went hands-on with the products we were interested in and tested it out to show us its strengths. He was completely thorough and transparent with us. At first my salesman was kind of offensive when making my selections but I knew what my goal was and kept shopping. He finally cracked and was genuinely a nice person just a little witty.

Horrible! trying to return/cancel an order is a nightmare. The hoops they make you jump through is ridiculous. I’ll NEVER go here again nor will anyone i know, because word of mouth is huge.

Make sure you are 110% sure of your purchase! Bought my dad a lift chair, picked it up and it’s awful. It sits WAY too far back, It’s useless, he is sitting in a folding chair until we can get him out and find another, Ashley has NO RETURNS. This was NOT a clearance item. It cost $850. My 84 year old dad now has an $850 chair he will never use. Gardner White has a 7 day return policy with a 25% restocking fee. I’d rather my fixed income father be out 25% than all of it. Ashley, post this behind your front desk, have your associates tell customers of this policy. I had the chair an hour and called. Sorry, all sales final. Which was printed on the back page of one of the 3 printed out papers/receipt. Still waiting for an email, they said they emailed me, but I have yet to receive it.

Went to this store at 1507 Market Drive in Dearborn, Michigan, they didn’t even acknowledge my presence! I walked around the whole store, none of the sales team even approached me to ask if I wanted assistance. They continued sitting and talking to each other. I walked past the customer service desk, the sales team at and behind the desk didn’t acknowledge my presence! Didn’t even look my way! On my way out of the store a salesperson came up to the front and walked past me, I spoke and asked him about service, he replied that they were very busy and short handed today and said “oh, was there anything that I can help you with?” I said “no thank you” and exited the store.

Randy was great! I was able to find what I was looking for based on his knowledge of options, measurements, and colors. He even recommended pieces to consider which ultimately worked in my favor.

The associate and store manager were very insightful, professional and very helpful with my purchase. Made me feel at ease as a customer and I’ll definitely be back and refer Ashley’s to future customers.

Purchased a $5200 bed for my grandmother with stage 4 lung cancer so she could move into an independent living facility. The salesperson in the mattress department went above and beyond for us, but unfortunately every single other part of the experience has been a nightmare. When we made the purchase we specifically requested an afternoon delivery on the move-in date, as we would not have access to the apartment until after we finalize the lease and pick up the keys at 12:00pm. After speaking with 3 different people to confirm an afternoon delivery, we received a text message at 9:00am on the day of the delivery that the drivers were on the way to the apartment. When we called to try to resolve the issue we were offered no help by Ashley Furniture. We ended up just canceling and refunding the entire $5200 purchase, and I will never return to purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again due to their horrible customer service.

It's too bad we can't afford the protection plan, because it seems really great, but good to keep in mind in the future. We purchased this burnt sienna sectional. Washable and modular, with thick fabric. We have large dogs and our IKEA couch just isn't cutting it. Looking forward to delivery day!

Lovely, clean store with some good deals if you're on a budget. 4 stars for lack of color options. Everything is gray or beige, or white. Like American cars the color options are few and far in between. And the furniture is huge.

Not happy at all I went was going to purchase a floor model clearance, the guy told me he'll offer me 15 percent extra then he said technically I'm not supposed to i can do 10 percent and no more then he took me to someone else to help me because he was with another customer which was rude. I was willing to purchase the protection plan if they would be willing to negotiate the price due to the covers being broken and the other lady said yeah I can work with you then when I said okay she switched up and said I can't quote on quote "I'd be giving them away" couches that are currently about 1500 you are willing to loose a customer because I asked for it to be 1299 is crazy I would've been spending a little over 2000 I was even willing to come back to purchase a new dinning room set because my art van set is damaged...but nope I won't come here ever again this was such a waste of my time you lost a customer over $200.

BEFORE YOU BUY!!!! THIS IS NOT A FURNITURE OUTLET AND ONLY A SHOWROOM!!! Randy my Salesman told me an Item was "In Stock and available today" After completing the transaction he turned over my invoice and stated "You can pick your item up in Warren, Michigan, (30 miles away). When I questioned about "In Stock" he said they do not have any inventory in store. I requested to cancel the transaction and was told it takes 5 to 10 days to cancel. I left, Yet will be disputing the charge to my card as this was a misrepresentation at best and at worst fraud and why I will be contacting the Michigan Attorney Generals Office.

The worse furniture store I have ever dealt with , I purchased a chest dresser from Dearborn Location and the sales person told me I have to pay for delivery and installation because i asked the sales person for the Installation before i pay and she said you and she highlighted for me in the receipt, Unfortunately the delivery guys told me we don’t Install chest dressers , so i called the customer service and they told me same thing we are no assemble it I requested the store manger direct number they said go the store and look for him . I visited the Ashley Furniture Outlet in Dearborn today looking for a dresser of specific width and height dimensions. The representative who assisted me was Maisa. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. She was also very patient, taking me around the whole store until I found the right piece of furniture for my needs. I really appreciated Maisa's assistance. I waited patiently, after going in there talking to the salesman who was quite helpful and courteous, to have a delivery date once they call me with the delivery I went on and did the prompts like I was supposed to and I found out that I was getting the frame, but the mattress didn’t have a ticket yet yet so I wasn’t getting them at the same time which I thought was really, really weird. What am I gonna do with a frame without a mattress? It was set up for 13 December so I refuse delivery because that didn’t make sense and then after much hustle and bustle I finally got the mattress on the 22nd but still no frame they assured me at the store or on the phone one of the other it’s been so much mess. I’m confused now that they would come together so that didn’t happen so I was disappointed.

I visited Ashley Furniture on December 16th at their Dearborn location and had a very disappointing experience. The sales representative, Austin, was unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed little to no interest in assisting me. I had chosen a sectional and dining chairs, proceeded to make the payment, which my bank confirmed had gone through. However, for some reason, their payment system did not reflect the transaction. When I asked Austin to help resolve the issue, he gave vague and unhelpful responses, making no real effort to address my concerns. Instead, he spent most of his time sitting behind the desk rather than actively assisting me. It felt as though I was an inconvenience to him rather than a valued customer. As a result, I left frustrated and will be taking my business to a store where customer service is a priority. I hope Ashley Furniture improves their service and takes customer satisfaction more seriously in the future.

I have never experienced such appalling customer service as I did at this Ashley Furniture location. From start to finish, my experience was riddled with miscommunication, dishonesty, and outright disrespect from both the store manager, Austin, and the sales representative, Eric. I placed an order for a living room and basement set in October. The initial delivery for the basement set did not fit as promised, despite assurances from Eric. A replacement was scheduled, but things only got worse. The delivery of my living room set was inexplicably pushed to late November without my consent, leaving my family without furniture for Thanksgiving. What followed was weeks of conflicting updates, misleading promises from Eric (including text messages from his personal phone), and a complete lack of accountability. Despite repeated assurances that our furniture would be delivered in time, Eric later admitted he had “misread” the system, leaving us scrambling days before Thanksgiving. The "store manager", Austin, displayed an arrogant and dismissive attitude when we sought solutions. He refused to offer alternatives like taking the floor model and would not provide contact information for a district manager. When we ultimately decided to cancel the order, he refused to give us written confirmation until pressed. This experience was not only frustrating but emotionally distressing. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and honesty from Austin and Eric was truly unacceptable. I cannot recommend this store and strongly advise others to avoid it. I hope Ashley Furniture corporate takes immediate action to address the behavior of their employees at this location.

The only reason I’m giving you guys a three is because of the two gentlemen that delivered my furniture even tough they brought it so late. They were very nice and professional delivery issue. It’s an issue with this company. They take 8 to 9 hours in order for them to deliver your stuff they tell you between 3 to 6. They show up eight hours later, I had to wait until nine almost p.m. to get my stuff delivered to me if it wasn’t for the two gentlemen, I will have give you guys 1 for the time that I have to wait to get my stuff

Awful experience! My mother in law purchased a bedroom outfit and was told it would be delivered a week ago and then it was postponed until October 10th. The furniture came on the 10th but at 8 pm and was told they didn’t have the bed frame so she is still without a bed now for a week and not in good health! I feel this is completely unacceptable and something should be done about this. She is 85 years old….I will never make a purchase at this store.

Unprofessional floor manager who does not know how to manage the store and how to treat customers. i have been a regular Ashley customer , where i used to buy all my furniture in the past in a different state. I moved to Michigan recently and went straight to dearborn branch to buy my new furniture. They have no idea how to treat customers. I end up buying bedroom online last week instead. Yesterday i went there again to pick my living room, i made the price deal ; however, when i came to pay today afternoon , they increased the price 15 % for no reason. The manager was rude and so unprofessional. It is true it takes just one stupid employee to ruin the business even for big corporate. My advise for Ashley executives and regional manager to review how the business is conducted in that branch especially with the low flow of customers there relative to other branches.

Yes I was looking on line at Ashley furniture and the Midnight3 piece sectional I just purchase in store is on sale for $1,381.30 it’s the same item in store, I just purchased is 1,759.99 Why is that? Ashley delivery is horrible late late delivery company's their delivery company disrespect elderly and disabled. My husband disabled veteran got no good delivery they was late and made up all kind excuses it was horrible yall.

We did not purchase any furniture despite finding a few pieces we liked, however we were turned off by Eric. He seemed like a typical pushy sales guy, kind of following us around the store. Jaliyah was very nice. As we were leaving, Eric walked up to Jaliyah and said (loud enough for us to hear) and asked “did you get them?”. I get you work off of sales and commission but asking your employee IN FRONT of a potential customer if “they got them” is very unprofessional.

AWFUL experience ! i visted several days ago, not only in regards to the customer service, but also the way they handle business, setting aside pricing, because we know thats set by their corporate office, but more so how management and staff conducted business and how they presented themselves. The boy who i believe was the manager, was not even dressed for his position, and even setting that aside, has no idea how to communicate in a professional manner. Store was messy, staff was immature and goofing around, these are things i look for when ready to make a large purchase. Worst experience ever walked in the store a nice young lady asked if I need anything I said looking for a bedroom I only need to walk around and see what I might like first , she said okay we also have more upstairs but final sale I said perfect thank you, Not even a minute later she comes again starts talking to me, I had received a phone call so I mentioned to her that I’m on the phone right now but thank u I’ll let u know if I need anything, I saw another employee (maybe manager or supervisor) talking to her and I saw her gesture that I said I’m on the phone. After that we came back they call the bank and don’t know how to do it from PC or laptop same as any other store. The bank ask the employee to request a physical social for unknown reason. Unfortunately, we don’t have time for back and forth. We used our credit card. I have been buying Ashley furniture since 2008. It had very good quality for good price. Unfortunately I don’t expect that could happen in great store.

We bought a dining table there not even one Month old 1 chair already came apart and the othere are almost there and they said they need to do a whole investigation which as it is poor quality product!! What they are selling poor quality at a high price !

Worst store ever I won’t recommend anyone buying ashley furniture because of their bad customer service. 1st I had a bunk bed for my kids room come with the wrong color 3 times and solving the issue took me 1 month and a half with me talking to them every day and after sending the right color they dropped the one with right color and didn’t assemble it until after calling them 4 times and spending hours over the phone. Other issue was a self assemble coffee table that came with broken pieces I called more than 30 times within 45 days and didn’t get the replacement parts yet.

Bad delivery, they change the day and the time 3 times!! Try to save $ on ashley and we take off from our job 3 times!!

It was time to purchase a new couch set for our basement and decided on making a quick stop at Ashley’s, and we’re glad we did! We were greeted by a kind girl named Alaa who made herself available for any our questions. I love that she gave us the freedom to walk around and get an idea of what we like but was still around to answer any questions. We found an unbelievable set that matched perfect in our basement within 20 minutes and were very excited that we pay 0% interest for the year! Worst place to shop for anything, I purchased a dining table not months later the chairs started to break and the table started to peel, I also purchased a bedroom set and the headboard is only attached by a couple nails on each side. UNACCEPTABLE. That’s very dangerous and the dressers cabinets keep falling out of place. Just do yourself a favor and don’t shop from Ashley!!!. I tried getting returning these cheap furnitures but apparently I’m 8 days over from my 1 year warranty. Don’t shot here, save your self the time and money!!! I’d rate this store a zero if I can!

I really enjoyed my experience at Ashley Furniture from the sales staff to the manager and owner. They are fair, go above and beyond in their customer service efforts. I can’t wait to get my bedroom set!

Your female team member was in the elevator and the manager by the name of AB was standing in the door in front of her for 5min not letting her leave out. I’m not sure what led up to this but that Resulted in her starting to yell asking him to move out her way. The situation went on for 10min even after he moved she stayed on the same floor and was still argumentative. As a manger in retail at Meijer, The way she acted and screamed on the sales floor he was not wrong for asking her to go home for the day. She refused to go home. She refused to leave the floor. She refused to take even take a break. After the situation ended she went back to work and greeted and began helping the next customers to enter the building. But I was able to get a nice mattress and picked out a couch.

My items were cancelled and I was having difficulty finding out why and how and I jumped to the conclusion that this store was unprofessional because I called multiple times and no one answered. I forgot to also mention that my mom called the store also and was hung up on, but that is no excuse for the scathing customer review that I wrote. I thought that the fault of my results were the error of other negligence of the staff, but it was just a misunderstanding of the way that the system worked. I had neglected to confirm a pick up and the fault of the return of my previously ordered items being cancelled were my own. I went down to the store and then the owner took care of reordering the items again and even did it at an affordable price without me asking him to. I apologize to the staff for not being patient and jumping to conclusions when they were doing their best to make sure that their customers are getting what they want with minimal hassle. I am so sorry. Thank you for all of your help and Brian Grier thank you for your exemplary service. I love my bed and my table fits into my home perfectly. I love your services and I would recommend this Ashley store to other potential clients because they are the best. They are warm and friendly and even if you don’t see a person who previously helped you it doesn’t mean that they are not there, but that they have become involved with another client and you will be served by them or another staff member if they are available. I always say patience is a virtue and because I returned to the store not with the intention of starting a conflict, but with the intention of getting the information that I needed I was taught a good lesson. He refused to give me a receipt for my refund however just 10 minutes earlier I was given a receipt for money I paid which was withdrawn from my account IMMEDIATELY! He also refused to refund cash given! I plan to report this store to the BB Bureau!! I plan to tell all I know to never ever shop there!! The staff at that store are all CROOKS!!!

Buyer Beware. When finally assembled, after I waited weeks on the headboard, the bedframe that showed up was way wide and too short for the mattress and platform to fit in. I can turn the mattress sideways, but elevating my right arm and left arm does me no good. The pieces arrived separately and were not assembled until the headboard arrived, so warranty does not want to replace or return anything.

Ali and his team were very welcoming and professional from the moment we walked into the store! Ali went above and beyond in helping me to find an ELEGANT 4-piece dinette set. He was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and helping to set up a timely delivery for the set. I will definitely return to Ashley again for future purchases!

Absolutely Unprofessional! The salespeople dont even know what theyre doing! They deceived me into signing a 1350$ deal for a mattress and that i could have an installment plan with acima for 3 months without interest. She told me i would pay 450$ a month and they would automatically withdraw money from my checking account. They said they would withdraw the money every other week and that i should have enough funds in my account. When the day came i didnt see anything taken out, i waited 1 month and nothing happened… I then called acima and they told me that i had to manually pay and that there was nothing called automatic pay in their system. I asked how much my total was and they told me 1660$ thats a 300$ increase which the salesperson never told me! They also have hidden fees that the salesperson never told me. What i found out was that the acima representative in ashley wasnt there and they took their role which they dont even know how to do! When i went back to sort the issue they told me nothing can be done and they were so rude and wouldnt admit their mistakes. Dont waste your money and time!

If you’re looking for furniture for any part of your house, or even decor - ask for ABEE as that man will go above and beyond to ensure you not only find exactly what you’re looking for, but he’ll make sure you receive it perfectly, and happily. Abee truly blew us away because we met Abee after having some problems. We went from swearing to never shop at Ashley again to actually adding more furniture to our order and now knowing we’re never shopping with anyone * other than Abee at this location. The best decision Ashley ever did was get Abee on board and we couldn’t be more grateful and impressed with his excellent customer service. Abee took care of our concerns with earnest and even kept in touch to ensure perfect delivery and satisfaction all the way through. Thanks Abee !

Elle an Jesus went above and beyond my daughter got her first place everything she got was top of the line they gave me the best price. Went the Gardner, White we went to value city, even Moe the manager stepped up, talk to us everyone did. She got white glove delivery. I’ll be returning she will be returning we couldn’t beat the price and they made us feel a family. We got the five-year warranty because we wanted to add onto her couch when she buys a house next year. I want to give 5 more .i came in the Sunday after thanksgiving looking for a queen bedroom set for my daughter , Ashley’s was my final stop after a long day of shopping I was going to give up . We found the set there and Moe gave us a great deal and explained everything in details and gave me a delivery date . The delivery was prompt and they were courteous but when it was time to build the bed the company only sent 2 out of the 3 legs for the slat so I was disappointed and thought it will take forever for them to deliver it plus my daughter didn’t have any where to sleep that night but the couch because we had emptied the room. I called Moe , explained what happened and sent pictures so he came 2 hours later after his shift and put it together for her I don’t think any salesman or manager would ever do that. My daughter was so happy that night .She was super excited for her new room and mattress 2 days later she told me she couldn’t find the plug in and remote for the LED lights that was attached to the bed .guess who rescued her once again ? Moe did For the best deals and services I totally recommend him he works from the heart and cares about his clients .
