The in-store experience was great. The delivery process has been anything but. I WAS supposed to get a piece delivered on 12/23/25. They were 6 hours late and the communication was poor at best. The team had issues getting the second piece , destroying 60 year old molding, in the process and would not wait for me to remove my door. I've rescheduled 3 times now, as my previously confirmed deliveries were cancelled. Going on a month now. People are happy with level of service? Yikes.

Anna in Texas was the best. I had to contact the call center as I was going to return my purchase due to the delivery date being almost a month away. The event I needed the furniture for was a date sooner than the delivery date. I bought the furniture in the flight hope of an earlier delivery date. Well Anna really knows customer service. She found me what a I wanted in a timely delivery date as well. - next week to be exact. She deserves 5 stars. Truly an amazing employee. Thank you Anna in Texas!

We ordered a sectional and scheduled a pickup at the warehouse for the next day, January 1st. We confirmed in person, over the phone, and in the system that we could pick the couch up that day. We got confirmation texts and emails, and even checked in for the pickup. We rented a trailer and drove 40 minutes to pick up the furniture and the warehouse had a sign on the door that it was closed. Why was I able to set up a pickup when the warehouse was closed? Why was I told by two different people that it would be open? Why was I able to check in and told that the order was being prepared when there was clearly no one there preparing the order? Additionally, we were given no information on how to make payments on the financing of the furniture.
