Horrible customer service, no one said anything to me when I walked and as I was leaving out. Five sales people were gathered at the table talking and did not speak, ask me of I I needed anything or greeted me. Don't waste your time going here!!!
I have never experienced such appalling customer service as I did at this Ashley Furniture location. From start to finish, my experience was riddled with miscommunication, dishonesty, and outright disrespect from both the store manager, Austin, and the sales representative, Eric. I placed an order for a living room and basement set in October. The initial delivery for the basement set did not fit as promised, despite assurances from Eric. A replacement was scheduled, but things only got worse. The delivery of my living room set was inexplicably pushed to late November without my consent, leaving my family without furniture for Thanksgiving. What followed was weeks of conflicting updates, misleading promises from Eric (including text messages from his personal phone), and a complete lack of accountability. Despite repeated assurances that our furniture would be delivered in time, Eric later admitted he had “misread” the system, leaving us scrambling days before Thanksgiving. The "store manager", Austin, displayed an arrogant and dismissive attitude when we sought solutions. He refused to offer alternatives like taking the floor model and would not provide contact information for a district manager. When we ultimately decided to cancel the order, he refused to give us written confirmation until pressed. This experience was not only frustrating but emotionally distressing. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and honesty from Austin and Eric was truly unacceptable. I cannot recommend this store and strongly advise others to avoid it. I hope Ashley Furniture corporate takes immediate action to address the behavior of their employees at this location.

This was a return visit to make my final purchase. My salesperson Khaled was very helpful both times and took the time to answer all of my questions. The manager also was very helpful. The both of them showed excellent customer service which is very important to me. I only gave 4 stars because I am waiting to see if my delivery will be received on the date given.

My experience was horrible, I'm very upset I was at ashley i found what I wanted and I went to purchase it .it took allmost 2 hours to complete the transaction because I had a credit to use on my purchase, I sales men called twice and after almost 2 hours to complete a purchase, I'm never shopping there again and as well I will let family and friends of my experience, and when I called customer service about my experience they never. Cared what a waste of time.

The only reason I’m giving you guys a three is because of the two gentlemen that delivered my furniture even tough they brought it so late. They were very nice and professional delivery issue. It’s an issue with this company. They take 8 to 9 hours in order for them to deliver your stuff they tell you between 3 to 6. They show up eight hours later, I had to wait until nine almost p.m. to get my stuff delivered to me if it wasn’t for the two gentlemen, I will have give you guys 1 for the time that I have to wait to get my stuff

Was not asked about assembly so automatically I assumed it would be assembled upon arrival like other local furniture stores. Was very disappointed the sales person that helped me did not ask if I wanted to add assembly. Now I am stuck with a big box in my living room and no assembled furniture. Very poor on the employees part. Learn how to mention and ask your customers if assembly is needed!!
Awful experience! My mother in law purchased a bedroom outfit and was told it would be delivered a week ago and then it was postponed until October 10th. The furniture came on the 10th but at 8 pm and was told they didn’t have the bed frame so she is still without a bed now for a week and not in good health! I feel this is completely unacceptable and something should be done about this. She is 85 years old….I will never make a purchase at this store.

Unprofessional floor manager who does not know how to manage the store and how to treat customers. i have been a regular Ashley customer , where i used to buy all my furniture in the past in a different state. I moved to Michigan recently and went straight to dearborn branch to buy my new furniture. They have no idea how to treat customers. I end up buying bedroom online last week instead. Yesterday i went there again to pick my living room, i made the price deal ; however, when i came to pay today afternoon , they increased the price 15 % for no reason. The manager was rude and so unprofessional. It is true it takes just one stupid employee to ruin the business even for big corporate. My advise for Ashley executives and regional manager to review how the business is conducted in that branch especially with the low flow of customers there relative to other branches.
Yes I was looking on line at Ashley furniture and the Midnight3 piece sectional I just purchase in store is on sale for $1,381.30 it’s the same item in store, I just purchased is 1,759.99 Why is that? This is my first time buying anything from Ashley’s furniture I wanna know why they didn’t sell me this Midnight three piece sectional for the same thing on line please explain
Ashley delivery is horrible late late delivery company's their delivery company disrespect elderly and disabled. My husband disabled veteran got no good delivery they was late and made up all kind excuses it was horrible yall.
We did not purchase any furniture despite finding a few pieces we liked, however we were turned off by Eric. He seemed like a typical pushy sales guy, kind of following us around the store. Jaliyah was very nice. As we were leaving, Eric walked up to Jaliyah and said (loud enough for us to hear) and asked “did you get them?”. I get you work off of sales and commission but asking your employee IN FRONT of a potential customer if “they got them” is very unprofessional.

AWFUL experience ! i visted several days ago, not only in regards to the customer service, but also the way they handle business, setting aside pricing, because we know thats set by their corporate office, but more so how management and staff conducted business and how they presented themselves. The boy who i believe was the manager, was not even dressed for his position, and even setting that aside, has no idea how to communicate in a professional manner. Store was messy, staff was immature and goofing around, these are things i look for when ready to make a large purchase. I went to Detroit Furniture and had an absolutely amazing experience! night and day!

Worst experience ever walked in the store a nice young lady asked if I need anything I said looking for a bedroom I only need to walk around and see what I might like first , she said okay we also have more upstairs but final sale I said perfect thank you, Not even a minute later she comes again starts talking to me, I had received a phone call so I mentioned to her that I’m on the phone right now but thank u I’ll let u know if I need anything, I saw another employee (maybe manager or supervisor) talking to her and I saw her gesture that I said I’m on the phone. Now he walks towards me and proceeds to ask me what size bed I need, again I said thank u I need to look around first the man didn’t move standing right in front of my face couple inches away asking again what size bed I’m looking for, I had to ask him 3 times to back off and move out of my way but he didn’t just standing there starring me in the eye not moving ( their store policy as he said ) I didn’t go there to get harassed by their employee don’t know his name he wasn’t wearing a name tag. Mind u this is all happened within 5 mnts

Sales associate Jaliyah was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and showed me a variety of sofas which I only came in to look around. She was patient and answered all of my questions. She allowed me time to walk around a bit and came back to check on me. She also went over all the info on the item I was thinking about while I face timed my sister in another state! 🤣 When she was done I was sold!! The staff are unprofessional and deal with a horrible bank to open store credit They took ID and SSN then said “It’s approved for $6k. After that we came back they call the bank and don’t know how to do it from PC or laptop same as any other store. The bank ask the employee to request a physical social for unknown reason. Unfortunately, we don’t have time for back and forth. We used our credit card. I have been buying Ashley furniture since 2008. It had very good quality for good price. Unfortunately I don’t expect that could happen in great store.
We bought a dining table there not even one Month old 1 chair already came apart and the othere are almost there and they said they need to do a whole investigation which as it is poor quality product!! What they are selling poor quality at a high price !
Or experience with Ashley Furniture or Dearborn, I bought bed and they only delivered a headboard because the other pieces were damaged. They wanted to sell the floor sample after when I refused they gave us the hardest time. Worst customer service. They were so nice until we bought, almost $9000 worth of furniture from them. The store manager has no customer service and they don’t care about their customer satisfaction.

Worst store ever I won’t recommend anyone buying ashley furniture because of their bad customer service. 1st I had a bunk bed for my kids room come with the wrong color 3 times and solving the issue took me 1 month and a half with me talking to them every day and after sending the right color they dropped the one with right color and didn’t assemble it until after calling them 4 times and spending hours over the phone. Other issue was a self assemble coffee table that came with broken pieces I called more than 30 times within 45 days and didn’t get the replacement parts yet.
Bad delivery, they change the day and the time 3 times!! Try to save $ on ashley and we take off from our job 3 times!!

It was time to purchase a new couch set for our basement and decided on making a quick stop at Ashley’s, and we’re glad we did! We were greeted by a kind girl named Alaa who made herself available for any our questions. I love that she gave us the freedom to walk around and get an idea of what we like but was still around to answer any questions. We found an unbelievable set that matched perfect in our basement within 20 minutes and were very excited that we pay 0% interest for the year! Overall, I strongly advise against bringing your business to this location due to their poor service.

Worst place to shop for anything, I purchased a dining table not months later the chairs started to break and the table started to peel, I also purchased a bedroom set and the headboard is only attached by a couple nails on each side. UNACCEPTABLE. That’s very dangerous and the dressers cabinets keep falling out of place. Just do yourself a favor and don’t shop from Ashley!!!. I tried getting returning these cheap furnitures but apparently I’m 8 days over from my 1 year warranty. Don’t shot here, save your self the time and money!!! I’d rate this store a zero if I can!

Shaun was amazing to work with! She showed me several couches and was patient with me until I found what I wanted. She also showed me more ways to optimize my smaller space by adding in a sofa table. I am now even more excited to move thanks to Shaun and I will be back for more soon!

Your female team member was in the elevator and the manager by the name of AB was standing in the door in front of her for 5min not letting her leave out. I’m not sure what led up to this but that Resulted in her starting to yell asking him to move out her way. The situation went on for 10min even after he moved she stayed on the same floor and was still argumentative. As a manger in retail at Meijer, The way she acted and screamed on the sales floor he was not wrong for asking her to go home for the day. She refused to go home. She refused to leave the floor. She refused to take even take a break. After the situation ended she went back to work and greeted and began helping the next customers to enter the building. But I was able to get a nice mattress and picked out a couch.

My items were cancelled and I was having difficulty finding out why and how and I jumped to the conclusion that this store was unprofessional because I called multiple times and no one answered. I forgot to also mention that my mom called the store also and was hung up on, but that is no excuse for the scathing customer review that I wrote. I thought that the fault of my results were the error of other negligence of the staff, but it was just a misunderstanding of the way that the system worked. I had neglected to confirm a pick up and the fault of the return of my previously ordered items being cancelled were my own. I went down to the store and then the owner took care of reordering the items again and even did it at an affordable price without me asking him to. I apologize to the staff for not being patient and jumping to conclusions when they were doing their best to make sure that their customers are getting what they want with minimal hassle. I am so sorry. Thank you for all of your help and Brian Grier thank you for your exemplary service. I love my bed and my table fits into my home perfectly. I love your services and I would recommend this Ashley store to other potential clients because they are the best. They are warm and friendly and even if you don’t see a person who previously helped you it doesn’t mean that they are not there, but that they have become involved with another client and you will be served by them or another staff member if they are available. I always say patience is a virtue and because I returned to the store not with the intention of starting a conflict, but with the intention of getting the information that I needed I was taught a good lesson. Knowledge is power and the right questions always brings in the right answers and that the right people will always help you at the right time. I appreciate your hard work and dedication and your honesty and willingness to tolerate irate customers like myself. Thank you for being so patient and helpful and kind even in the face of some of us customer who jump to the wrong conclusions about your customer service. I had the worst experience of my life at the Ashley furniture store in Dearborn, MI today!! The manager Moe #201 is rude and disgusting! He refused to give me a receipt for my refund however just 10 minutes earlier I was given a receipt for money I paid which was withdrawn from my account IMMEDIATELY! He also refused to refund cash given! I plan to report this store to the BB Bureau!! I plan to tell all I know to never ever shop there!! The staff at that store are all CROOKS!!!

Ashley sells junk furnature and will. It stand behind their warranty. Even if you buy the extended warranty, they will not honor it. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Ashley at all costs.

Buyer Beware. When finally assembled, after I waited weeks on the headboard, the bedframe that showed up was way wide and too short for the mattress and platform to fit in. I can turn the mattress sideways, but elevating my right arm and left arm does me no good. The pieces arrived separately and were not assembled until the headboard arrived, so warranty does not want to replace or return anything.
Ali and his team were very welcoming and professional from the moment we walked into the store! Ali went above and beyond in helping me to find an ELEGANT 4-piece dinette set. He was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and helping to set up a timely delivery for the set. I will definitely return to Ashley again for future purchases!

Absolutely Unprofessional! The salespeople dont even know what theyre doing! They deceived me into signing a 1350$ deal for a mattress and that i could have an installment plan with acima for 3 months without interest. She told me i would pay 450$ a month and they would automatically withdraw money from my checking account. They said they would withdraw the money every other week and that i should have enough funds in my account. When the day came i didnt see anything taken out, i waited 1 month and nothing happened… I then called acima and they told me that i had to manually pay and that there was nothing called automatic pay in their system. I asked how much my total was and they told me 1660$ thats a 300$ increase which the salesperson never told me! They also have hidden fees that the salesperson never told me. What i found out was that the acima representative in ashley wasnt there and they took their role which they dont even know how to do! When i went back to sort the issue they told me nothing can be done and they were so rude and wouldnt admit their mistakes. Dont waste your money and time!
If you’re looking for furniture for any part of your house, or even decor - ask for ABEE as that man will go above and beyond to ensure you not only find exactly what you’re looking for, but he’ll make sure you receive it perfectly, and happily. Abee truly blew us away because we met Abee after having some problems. We went from swearing to never shop at Ashley again to actually adding more furniture to our order and now knowing we’re never shopping with anyone * other than Abee at this location. The best decision Ashley ever did was get Abee on board and we couldn’t be more grateful and impressed with his excellent customer service. Abee took care of our concerns with earnest and even kept in touch to ensure perfect delivery and satisfaction all the way through. Thanks Abee !
Elle an Jesus went above and beyond my daughter got her first place everything she got was top of the line they gave me the best price. Went the Gardner, White we went to value city, even Moe the manager stepped up, talk to us everyone did. She got white glove delivery. I’ll be returning she will be returning we couldn’t beat the price and they made us feel a family. We got the five-year warranty because we wanted to add onto her couch when she buys a house next year. Yes we looked at all of them stores seven hours of shopping and should’ve went there first Thank you from the that of our hearts

what can I say about Moe! The 5 stars given is not enough! I want to give 5 more .i came in the Sunday after thanksgiving looking for a queen bedroom set for my daughter , Ashley’s was my final stop after a long day of shopping I was going to give up . We found the set there and Moe gave us a great deal and explained everything in details and gave me a delivery date . The delivery was prompt and they were courteous but when it was time to build the bed the company only sent 2 out of the 3 legs for the slat so I was disappointed and thought it will take forever for them to deliver it plus my daughter didn’t have any where to sleep that night but the couch because we had emptied the room. I called Moe , explained what happened and sent pictures so he came 2 hours later after his shift and put it together for her I don’t think any salesman or manager would ever do that. My daughter was so happy that night .She was super excited for her new room and mattress 2 days later she told me she couldn’t find the plug in and remote for the LED lights that was attached to the bed .guess who rescued her once again ? Moe did For the best deals and services I totally recommend him he works from the heart and cares about his clients .

We were having a hard time with sizing and I was pretty confused about the measurements. Moe the manager rearranged the whole sectional to show us how it would look in our living room. I would give no stars if I could. After one failed delivery with another company I went to Ashley. The salesman went through a whole show of looking up my selection to make sure it was in stock and told me with his whole chest it would be delivered that immediate Saturday. I asked if he was sure and he affirmed it. I spent Friday night clearing my living room (we've just moved to Michigan.) I didn't get a confirmation text or email but I thought maybe it was too close to delivery to cycle through. Saturday morning, no texts no updates. Being familiar with Ashley's overall reputation I called to check the status of my delivery....two weeks. This man looked me in my face and BOLDLY lied. The lack of ethics and integrity was breathtaking. I proceed to call the store to cancel the order based on principle. The girl who answered was confused, couldn't help but said she'd have a manager call me back in 10 minutes. The clock is still ticking 4 dsys later. I went online and relayed my request for cancelation- and was told by "Mariah" who I think was in the store, that they would process the cancelation and refund my card- but only after "the manager" (available as a third party online apparently but not by phone, cowardice if you ask me) tried to offer me alternative choices to the piece I had deliberately selected. Mariah advised I would receive an email confirmation. I took the time to screenshot that conversation. Monday morning arrives. No confirmation emai. Back to customer service online where I speak with Ms. Leeks, who says they are processing the refund but Ashley no longer sends email confirmation, a direct contradiction to her counterpart. If that doesn't say "We're unethical and will take your money and not deliver, I don't know what does. I'm done with Ashley. This location is simply not to be trusted. Buy at your own risk.

Worst experience I have ever had! I will never shop here again! I was willing to overlook two employees getting into an argument and fighting over a customer, but the next day when I went to pick up my furniture because I was told they don’t deliver discounted furniture, I was told I cant pick up furniture an hour before closing which was never disclosed to me. But I rented a uhaul to pickup furniture, so after explaining me and my husband could move furniture ourselves, they agreed but very clearly the employee Brian and Moe especially had an attitude. The furniture was brought downstairs and my husband was told to “meet” in the back of the store. I was told to finish signing at the counter where Moe Al-ma*** was. I politely asked him if when he got a moment I could ask him a question as he was finishing my order. He told me “no!! All I want you to do is sign this paper! She put in here that you were picking up from the warehouse and now I have to redo it! So all I need from you is a signature and you can leave!” So, I was realized that there was more in play here, as the customer next to me was of the same shade as Moe. Who Moe was very polite to and told “give me one second sir and I can answer any questions you have.” So I signed paperwork and moe said your done. And turned to other male customer with a smile and said ok sir I can take you. I assumed Brian had already taken my couch to the back where he told my husband to meet him. I walked around to the back where my husband said no one ever opened the back door. We waited 20 mins, and no one came. I rang the door bell, knocked nothing. I waited at back and husband went back into store. Finally Moe yanked the door open saying nothing to me rushing my couch out clearly upset. Another man came out and saw how aggressive Moe was being and said hi maam and helped the couch onto the uhaul. We found out that Brian had told my husband to go the back and then he left and ended his shift without telling anyone else we were waiting back there. The question I wanted to ask Moe initially was if I could make more purchases while my couch was finishing. But I decided to take my money elsewhere as he clearly didn’t want MY money. Got home and realized they removed 2 of my pillows before opening the door in the back as they were on the couch when it went to the back. Never again Ashley, as I felt hurt over how we were mistreated.
I have had nothing short of a nightmare! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They do not have a problem taking your money (and I spent a lot) but the customer service after is HORRIBLE. They drag you along, tell you things that are not true and pretty much ghost you. Moe was our salesman and he was rude, demeaning and condescending every time!! Save your money and frustration and go elsewhere, trust me!!!

My first stop became my last in search for a comfortable twin bed. Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately & offered what became patient assistance! I was shown several beds, purchased one and left very impressed within an hour of arriving!
Smooth and easy process. I went in there receive a warm welcome got what I needed and it was delivered the next day right on time. Couldn’t believe it.
This was the worst experience we’ve ever had ordering furniture. We were told when we ordered it that it would be delivered in 1 week. After they had our payment, that all changed. It was three weeks. Then it was four weeks. It kept getting longer and longer and we couldn’t ever reach an actual person to find out what was going on. We were sitting on bean bags in our new townhouse because we couldn’t get our couch! We ordered our furniture on April 19. The last piece was delivered on June 20. This was AFTER our chest of drawers was delivered damaged and a four cube organizer was delivered damaged that they refused to replace. (Shout out to Jamie at the store who made this right for us! She was the only glimmer of hope in the whole process.) After multiple unsuccessful phone calls and trips to the store and 2 months of waiting, we finally got everything. It would be very difficult for us to recommend Ashley based on this experience.

When I walked into the showroom I was met by a young man very very nice, his name was Brian.I told him I looking for a love seat for a new home I'll be moving into soon. I gave him some details of what I had in mind. He was very patient as I looked through the showroom at the different choices. He and I found one I really liked; after he measured it for me, he got his computer and gave me the price. I was very blessed; he wrote it up, I paid and can't wait to have it delivered! They will do their best to scam you in the store, and when you try to call them on phone, they will never answer. One of the sale person was literally fighting his workmate inside the store. Worst furniture store I have been to so far

Salesman Mo and Charles were excellent other workers chipped in very friendly and patient I ordered a otterman foot stool couch with a otterman connected and a table I was assured delivery would be Thursday no furniture called Mo he could not get a reply finally someone says the 27th it would be in the warehouse delivery set for the first in the meantime I went by their word and got rid of old furniture so disappointed I just called and cancel the whole order I really liked that set if only their delivery dates were more prompt it would’ve been excellent the 3 stars are for whoever doesn’t have their connection together but as far as Dearborn stow goes excellent personnel. We’ve come here twice before with very positive experiences, however, this last time the salesman helping us was extremely rude and unhelpful. He had a very bad attitude, we came in ready to buy exactly what we want and left unable to buy it because of him. His name was “Moe”. Continued insulting us in Arabic so that the other workers don’t understand what he is saying “our people expect everything for free” … won’t be returning
My experience was not very good. My salesperson Elonte was very nice, but the other people that I dealt with when I went to pick my furniture up were very unprofessional. I purchased a floor item and I asked them to have it wrapped when I picked it up to avoid damage to the items. They said that was not a problem. They did not wrap it, they scratched it and dented the corner and basically told me "too bad for you". I was informed that since it was a sale item, they would not be marking it down any further eventhough they were the ones who damaged it when they brought it out! It was not damaged when I purchased it! They did not even offer to replace it. I was very disappointed because I held Ashley Stores to a much higher standard.
Service was quick, was able to place an order and be in n out within 30 mins.

My only reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5 is due to the computer system being down, so I had to have an invoice emailed instead of paying at the store. The customer service from my sales rep Keyonté was great.
They have an ample selection of furniture at reasonable prices. The only issue is that somehow their system has been down for some days. Interesting enough you can place your order online and even get it scheduled for delivery. I wonder why they won't tell you this tip on the show floor...

My experience with my sales person was very pleasant. She was patient with me and not pushy at all. In fact all the sales people I came across were very nice. I felt like a special client. The best part of my shopping experience at Ashley’s was the discounts I received!!!

My husband and I made a purchase of a mattress, adjustable base , two pillows and a mattress cover. On the way out the door our sales rep Brain Grier stopped us and stated he was able to give us a second mattress cover (the more expensive cover we opted out of getting) because of the type of items we purchased. Of course we said great and then went on our way. Days later I went over the bill and there was the charge of $339 for the mattress pad that was gifted to us my Brian Grier along with the mattress pad and other items we chose to get. After several attempts to contact Brian I finally speak to him. He explains a discount is taken out the cost of the mattress however it will not reflect on my bill. “That doesn’t sound right Brian, I said “ I go on to ask if he took off the mattress pad will it effect the price of the mattress? He tell me he’d give me a call back after he looks at the bill. I never received a call back. I get him two days later and ask the same question. He stated that if this issue is going to cause a cancellation then he’ll jus get a manager to fix it and he would call me back before the day was out, I heard nothing . I tried over two days to get an answer from Brian. Mgt team kept passing me along to the next person and staff stopped answering the phone. After being full of frustration and delivery day approaching I decided to go to the store. Sales manager chose not come over to speak to me due to interviews being conducted. Rep at the desk had to run back and forward relaying messages. In the end the rep went over the bill and concluded in fact that nothing was taken off the mattress and BRIAN GRIER HAD IN FACT OVER CHARGED US. Desk rep was able to fix the bill. Today is delivery day. A time and day set at the time of purchase . Yesterday I received a confirmation text, I confirmed. I then got an “all set “text with delivery date and time frame. About an hour after I received another text asking me to choose and delivery date and time. I call back in and they said we don’t have a delivery date set but we could always schedule one. 😤😤 At this point my husband has to take over. He goes to the store . They asked him to email a pix of the confirmation text and said they would see what they could do and would be in touch. Here it is delivery day . No call back, no delivery, no nothing. We will be canceling the entire order and going to Gardner White, Value City, any where but Ashley Furniture Store.

Update, the rep, Brian Grier is very professional, I have not received my furniture, requested a refund twice, and no update. Do not order from Ashley Furniture, their system has been down for months and receiving the furniture I purchased is impossible. Very knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful. The consultant that I worked with, Brian Grier, did an excellent job finding what I was looking for, in the price range I was interested in. He is very professional and I would refer anyone that is looking for furniture to him.

Hi I went to the Dearborn location and Chanya Rich helped me! She’s originally from Madison Heights but they had her helping out at this location! She was absolutely amazing! I love love loved her! She helped me out looked for ways to help save a little money and genuinely made me feel as though she cared for me and not just my money. The only negative part of my experience was when I believe the manager came to “help” her and then tried to rack a bunch of different stuff to my bill. I had explained I didn’t care or need the warranty and she pushed and pushed for me to get it like 5 times after I already said no thank you. She then got annoyed at the fact that I signed up for the package to be dropped at my door rather than have them assemble it (it costs more when they assemble it) and she essentially scolded the lady helping me for telling me about the cheaper option. If you do go to this location I highly recommend you steer clear of the older woman with glasses (I believe she’s the manager but I’m not 100% sure) all she cares is to make the most money possible. Otherwise very positive experience with Ms. Rich. If you CAN I would honestly take the trip down to Madison Heights rather than here if everyone is as helpful as Chanya!
I placed an online order at the beginning of April which is couch love seat oversized chair and ottoman. Pieces were on back order then recieved delivery date of May 14 between 1145-245 and delivery time keeps getting pushed back farther and farther when I called delivery to complain they said the 3 hour block is just an estimate then when asked to speak with a manager my call was placed on hold and disconnected. Horrible customer service and I will never use them again or refer them to anyone

Furniture arrived in terrible condition. Table top and stand were warped so badly( 1/2 " shim needed to stop table from rocking), that the delivery team were unable to explain this. We also only received 3 of 4 chairs ordered. Those 3 chairs were damaged due to over tighted screws during assembly. This was reported on the delivery sheet by driver. We didn't sign for delivery specifically for this reason. Yet, when we checked the site it showed someone's signature. We made a number of calls on what was happening on our complaint. Purchase date was 3/28/2023. Please remember not to pay full amount before delivery, if they will not deliver with partial payment don't buy... If you do buy your recourse for canceling order will be Small Claims Court (which will be our next move).

Walked in, and nobody came up to me. One man looked up but didn't move. Saw two people sitting at a table looking into their phones, and they did not look up. Went upstairs, Chauncey finally helped me buy two bar size chairs. Paid and left with chairs. Saw a dining room set but said I'd get it somewhere else. I am black maybe that was the reason.
I rated 2 because they did try to correct the situation. Delivery was a debacle and item was wrong. I am working with Westland store manager to correct.
This was the worst experience I've had buying furniture. Delivery date is now scheduled a month after i was promised. They opened MULTIPLE Ashley credit cards in my name without telling me. Go somewhere else.
Don't trust them for take your stuff without see the stuff, because they cheat. The give me bad stuff frome the store, Don't trust them with the credit card they are Liars say there are no benefits, and this is a lie, and the fraud of profits exceeds 36%
