I was please with the product and the sales team. They showed me the furniture i wanted and I almost made a mistake. I thank them for catching my mistake and pointing out the couch I wanted. No pressure sales pitch and they listen to you!

Stopped in to look at couches and recliners, We met Donnell Williams a young salesman. About 8 months working at Flint Ashley Outlet. Very pleased with his demeanor. One thing my wife picked up on was he ask us , If you want a water. A minor gesture, But a comfort thought . We purchased a very nice set. Will be back.

We went in with the intention of purchasing furniture but having to wait because that's just usually the way it works, but I left the store with the couch I purchased and I'm only waiting for the recliner. My salesman, Alex, was amazing and patient when I had to look at everything and diligently trying to find the best option for the limited space we were furnishing. Every employee from the front door to the loading area was friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this Ashley Outlet store!

Tae was great! Came in on a Sunday. He was helpful and did not pressure us at all. We decided we wanted to think on our decision and came back Wednesday to purchase. He again wasn't pushy but very helpful. The purchase and pick up went smoothly. The guy in the warehouse(I didn't catch his name)was also helpful and even let me inspect our table before he packaged it back up and loaded it into our truck. Would definitely recommend checking out this outlet center before purchasing elsewhere.

Mari was great! He actually took the time and showed me everything I needed to know about the sectional. We talked for a good 30 minutes. I didn’t feel rushed and he made me feel comfortable in my purchase. He was not there when I purchased the sectional today but I was adamant that only Mari helped me and that he get his commission. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because they had another person named Brandon on the text I received saying that he helped. I feel like it was shady and they gave him some of the commission as well even though he did not help. Now that I think of it, I see when they were putting Mari down to get his commission, They had me walk away saying it would take a few minutes and to go look around, and I think that’s when they put Brandon‘s name down. I don’t like how the business was conducted. And Brandon DOES NOT deserve any commission! I will be letting people know about the shadiness that went on today. If it wasn’t for Mari, I would return the sectional altogether. But I will not buy from here ever again.

Need furniture? Then you need to contact Donnell at the Lapeer and Center Road location. I went into the store not really sure of what I needed. Donnell shared all the options and helped me decide on the perfect recliner. The pricing was more than reasonable and the quality was outstanding. I am now considering a matching sofa and possibly a new bed. This young man was a pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend him enough.

do not waste your money on the warranty. Horrible service as far as that goes. We purchased a couch from Ashley. (A sectional with the warranty over $3000) And Have been trying over and over to get ahold of them. And no response, once I couldn’t get the more person to ever answer. I tried emailing, tried their contact form, Reached out to the stores. And Left my information to receive some type of contact after explaining to them how it’s been impossible to get a hold of their warranty worker. And still nothing. So again do not waste your money on a warranty that they will not honor. PS I’m putting this on both locations because when I purchased our sectional, I had to deal with both locations. So before some worker gets on here saying I’m not a customer at that location. Don’t sell me a sectional at one and make me go get it from another.

My mother and I went to the store on Lapeer Rd. We Thought they were being honest about the purchase. The mattress that was bought does not look at all like a new one. While I was searching for a mattress, the salesman said more than one, that since I was getting a mattress, I qualified for a free mattress cover. Several times he said it was free, and before I left he told me not to forget my FREE mattress cover, which I had earlier told him that I had one, but my mother even heard him say it was free. If that wasn't bad enough, he charged my 87 year old mother $499.99 for an extended warranty after she had said she didn't want it, because it comes with a years warranty already, and she wasn't worried about it being abused. She said she wouldnt be around for another 5 years because of health issues. I will never trust that company for anything else. They took advantage of 2 old women. I have to get a complete living room out fit, but guess where I won't be going!? There is something I can say good about some people that worked for them. The 2 men who delivered the furniture, were very kind, even though one couldn't speak any English, and the other did his best. They worked like dogs, and did a tremendous job! Kudos to them.

Very nice place but also very unprofessional when employees are always on their phones one specific employee I think his name was John or maybe Josh can’t quite remember but he was a very fantastic salesman but earlier this morning I saw him just driving around super fast seemed out of it this was about 4am I had an hour drive ahead of me and couldn’t help but notice he is one of the workers here and honestly in my opinion that’s very unprofessional.. Did anyone know if he had work today did he even make it?? Seemed as though he was just completely out of it possibly drunk. If it were me I wouldn’t be having that young man work at this extremely professional place. Seems to me he’s not taking his work seriously.

Delivery people were the most incompetent non English speaking disaster i have ever experienced in my life. They showed up and didn't know how to take a slider door off to put furniture in my home. Long story short I made them leave it in my garage. I started to unpack n move into home 3 days later to find the couch wedge back side frame completely crushed. I called service and they acted disgusted to find out my furniture was not put in my home by movers, requested pics and video of damages and assured to be fixed. Now a rude of all rude service woman calls to tell me they are sending someone out to access and fix it NOT replacing it fully with a new wedge because they say that isn't an option at all. This is living room furniture not able to fully assemble and I have a toddler in my home. I paid $5k for this set with a warranty and a 30 day plan of satisfaction. Also waited 2 weeks for the delivery and now how much longer for a piece to be corrected that there movers crushed while in truck. I will NEVER again purchase from this company.

Steven greeted me promptly with a smile and very friendly voice. He was very informative, knowledgeable and respectful. He listen to my wants and promptly assisted me. He's a very valuable employee and I will be back for future needs to see him. When checking out he even got me a bottle of nice cold water. A BIG thank you to him for just the right amount of salesmanship!

Brittney was excellent at helping me find the correct mattress that suited me best and also find bedroom furniture that was within my price range. Brittney was very patient and dedicated almost 2 hours of her work day to provide me with excellent customer service. My only complaint was that the furniture store did not have a lot in stock.

Donnel was wonderful to work with. He was extremely polite and helpful. I must tell you I went to 3 furniture places looking for a love seat. At one try hey didn’t even acknowledge I was there 3 people sitting at a desk laughing. Donnel was fantastic.

My wife and I recently made a purchase when in the beginning all we went to do was see if Ashley furniture would help us with the fundraiser for our disabled son. After seeing how much they actually cared and speaking with Quinn directly, we couldn’t help but leave Ashley furniture with some awesome new furniture that he helped us with as well. He was amazing to work with and we are very happy that we decided to take a right turn out of nowhere in Ashley furniture!

Great old school service. Somehow, the wrong piece of furniture was delivered. Could have been my mistake. After several days of shopping to find just the right piece, I went to work and my wife went to Ashley and bought it. Had to be ordered in a loveseat and the correct color. I know the model name changed, but the salesman told us that was because this is a loveseat. No worries. So the furniture is delivered two weeks later. It’s not what we ordered. The store Manager, Quin, was the greatest! He came and picked it up at no charge and gave us a full refund. Unfortunately what we wanted wasn’t offered in the color my wife wanted. We found what we were looking for. I gotta say, Quin was awesome! Even though we didn’t purchase from him, I’m extremely pleased with the service. These guys will always get first shot at my business! I highly suggest this Ashley location as long as Quin is the store manager!

we bought a couch set and they were running a special where you get a free TV when you spend enough money we got the more expensive set up we get home waited a week to do something with the TV opened up the box that was clearly already opened once or was missing the power cable and screws for the feet and the screen was cracked we called them to get a new one and they said no it was a gift

I believe that is a ploy to get a consumer to buy the furniture when the salesman fully know it will not be delivered in that time period. I purchased 2 items on line and one item in store. Delivery was swift. Products are high quality and are exactly what I expected based on description and reviews. In person at the Center Rd location, the sales department were friendly and extremely helpful. The gentlemen who loaded my new chair at the pick up door were extremely nice. They had me check the product to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Everyone every step of the way, including applying for the credit card, were professional and great to work with. I am 100% satisfyed and I will be returning.

Corey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses. We tried many, both here and other places, and eventually came back because of Corey. Best part was he was able to match the best price another place was offering as a military discount. He did other some up-sells, but didn't pressure us. After saying no he moved on.

First delivered the wrong piece and didn’t want to except our refusal (what Ashley’s furniture told us to do if anything was wrong) then when they delivered the second piece they were 30 minutes behind the scheduled time (they called us to tell us they were an hour away so my husband stayed home to wait instead of going to our baby appointment) he could have made it had they given us a correct delivery estimate.

This place is the worst. They con you into paying big bucks for the premium furniture protection plan then say whatever is wrong with your piece of furniture is not covered. Total rip off don't get it!!
