Mari was such an excellent sales person. He was at the podium when I walked in. He greeted me and I stated exactly want I came in for. I told Mari I had checked on line. I pulled up the Ashley site and showed Mari what I was interested. I made it clear I was not going over my budget and that was that. He was very respectful of my need to stay inside my budget. I left so satisfied and happy with my purchased. Mari found my selection in a slightly different color, which I even love more and could get sooner. My wife and I recently made a purchase when in the beginning all we went to do was see if Ashley furniture would help us with the fundraiser for our disabled son. After seeing how much they actually cared and speaking with Quinn directly, we couldn’t help but leave Ashley furniture with some awesome new furniture that he helped us with as well. Great old school service. Somehow, the wrong piece of furniture was delivered. Could have been my mistake. After several days of shopping to find just the right piece, I went to work and my wife went to Ashley and bought it. Had to be ordered in a loveseat and the correct color. I know the model name changed, but the salesman told us that was because this is a loveseat. No worries. So the furniture is delivered two weeks later. It’s not what we ordered. The store Manager, Quin, was the greatest! He came and picked it up at no charge and gave us a full refund. Unfortunately what we wanted wasn’t offered in the color my wife wanted. We found what we were looking for. I gotta say, Quin was awesome! Even though we didn’t purchase from him, I’m extremely pleased with the service. These guys will always get first shot at my business! I highly suggest this Ashley location as long as Quin is the store manager!

we bought a couch set and they were running a special where you get a free TV when you spend enough money we got the more expensive set up we get home waited a week to do something with the TV opened up the box that was clearly already opened once or was missing the power cable and screws for the feet and the screen was cracked we called them to get a new one and they said no it was a gift

Just bought my first couch here! The experience was great. Brittney was so personable and really cared about making sure we got a great product for a great price. She even helped me and my sister pick out a rug and a table set to match the couch! We were able to get a great deal and financing plan too. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and there was zero pressure to buy something that we were not 100% satisfied with. I would definitely recommend this store.

The only reason it’s not 5 stars is I would have liked to know that shipping was $200 before signing everything. If they had, I certainly would have taken my business elsewhere. They allowed me time to browse other options on their website and I came back the next day with a decision, which they were very thorough in confirming we were ordering the correct item as it wasn’t in their location.

They make it difficult too pick stuff up spent 800$ and still want to charge 200 for delivery.....should of went to value furniture

Wonderful experience start to finish. The delivery was excellent, timely notification they were on their way and was exactly on time. Treated our home with care and did a great job with set up making sure placement was to our liking.

I was told my furniture would arrive in a 2-4 week time period. Now they are saying it will be 6 weeks before it arrives. I believe that is a ploy to get a consumer to buy the furniture when the salesman fully know it will not be delivered in that time period. Very disappointing for a person that entertains at the holidays.

Took to long to get, when we got it , there was damage and had to be reordered, this was over a period from May to last week of October. When the item was reordered and when the new one was received, in checking the new one , this piece was damaged. Didn’t want to wait three more months . So it took it, only a small crack.

I purchased 2 items on line and one item in store. Delivery was swift. Products are high quality and are exactly what I expected based on description and reviews. In person at the Center Rd location, the sales department were friendly and extremely helpful. The gentlemen who loaded my new chair at the pick up door were extremely nice. They had me check the product to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Everyone every step of the way, including applying for the credit card, were professional and great to work with. I am 100% satisfyed and I will be returning.

First delivered the wrong piece and didn’t want to except our refusal (what Ashley’s furniture told us to do if anything was wrong) then when they delivered the second piece they were 30 minutes behind the scheduled time (they called us to tell us they were an hour away so my husband stayed home to wait instead of going to our baby appointment) he could have made it had they given us a correct delivery estimate.

This place is the worst. They con you into paying big bucks for the premium furniture protection plan then say whatever is wrong with your piece of furniture is not covered. Total rip off don't get it!!

I have had multiple transactions at Ashley Outlet locations and my salesman this time, Eric, was amazing. He was very knowledgable about what that had available. I was looking for furniture that my cats would not consider for their own scratching needs and since microfiber has gone “out of style” I was having some difficulty. After describing my situation he showed me a few sets that would work. The fabric on the set I bought is actually amazing he took a set of keys to it to show me how scratch resistant it is. The delivery team was fast and professional and even put on the felt pads I bought to make it easier to clean underneath my furniture weekly. I have had the furniture for several weeks now and Eric was correct, no claw marks! My fully clawed fuzzy fur balls and I are still living in peace with no furniture clawing. I loved my experience at Ashley’s. I went in looking for a mattress and couch left with all that plus a Cruze. Thanks to Harold I felt right at home. Update: after several months (6 at least) I have gotten all of my furniture situated. It was not easy and they were a pain to deal with. I’ll change my rating to 3 stars, because although everything was resolved it was a huge headache for months and months. I’ve been dealing with non stop issues since I even placed my orders. I’ll change my review if things are ever fixed but I’m not counting on it. Staff doesn’t show concern for you once you place your order.

LOVE our new sectional! Delivery and set up was quick and definitely worth it! The only small thing is I was told I’d get a call 40 minutes before arrival but instead, received one when they were 3 minutes out. Not a huge deal, but luckily I was close to home.

Please read if you plan to do any sort of business with Ashley’s Furniture! This company is extremely unprofessional the products I’ve received were damaged. I purchased a 5000 bedroom set two years ago and have yet to experience my bed put together correctly. When bed set was initially setup it was rushed and the crew damaged merch such as drawers and knobs while trying to get me to sign off without checking setup. Whenever I have patron location in past. I’m never greeted at door like I can clearly see others being greeted. I’ve browsed around the store for almost an hour before someone has even said two words to me. The staff here are definitely trained to be discriminating and to service CERTAIN customers. I was disrespected by the store manager in front of other employees that didn’t even acknowledge the incident that unfolded before them. When you call for update on the status of order delivery etc. phone lines drop with the explanation of we are working on phone line which has lasted for several months at this point. I’ve had the worst experience with this company! I’ve attempted several times to cancel my business with them I’m forced to proceed without anyone offering me any sort of compensation % off really barely an apology for my experience. I had a service for the bed to be maintenance which I had to call several times throughout the day did receive an answer after calling for 30 mins selecting different options I finally spoke to someone that couldn’t understand I was calling for an ETA on my service order. After finally getting the info during call maintenance/ service crew never showed. I didn’t receive a courtesy call or any further info on service at this point! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I urge all to seriously reconsider before purchasing from this company you will regret it!!!!!!

Just got our delivery, Leo and Victor were great they were fast and professional. They ensured everything was working and even moved it to a different spot for me between the sale and delivery experience, will definitely be back and refer my friends and family to them.

Ordering was easy, being told the wrong delivery date from the beginning was irritating along with multiple calls to find out when we were going to get it but we finally received it and the delivery guys were great and quick!

Corey greeted me right away. Told me layout of store and said if I had any questions just ask. Then let me shop without hovering ( I really appreciate that) Found a set similar to one I had seen in Saginaw. Corey came to find me and ask if I needed help, which I did because the set didn't have a price and everything else in the store was priced. They had just brought out this couch and loveseat set and hadn't made sign yet. He went and got price for me. It was higher than the one in Saginaw. He spoke to the man in charge and he matched the price. I bought it!! The girl at the desk also was helpful and pleasant. Great shopping experience. Hoping delivery goes as well as purchasing.

Saturday when we met Mari, he was so extremely helpful! So willing to visualize our space and help us find the perfect fit! We had forgotten to measure our home, so Mari gave us the dimensions and information and said come on back! When we got home, sadly, what we had picked did not fit so we went with plan b! We came back on Sunday and it was Mari’s day off, so we finished our sale with Bob! He was just as helpful and understanding! He got our paperwork settled and answered! The teamwork was amazing and we are so pleased with our experience! Thank you guys!!

Great experience. From start to finish. No complaints! Bob was nothing but very helpful, patient, nice, & down to earth. He was wonderful! The front desk/customer service was great, very nice & so was the back loading help. Everyone I encountered from all the 3 parts was all very nice & helpful.

The two that delivered my chair from Ashley were amazing! Kind right away & were willing to take my old loveseat to the street which I greatly appreciated. The chair is very comfortable, soft fabric & I love the throw pillows that came with it. Quick, kind & simple delivery!

Josh was very attentive and was professional and thorough. Update: delivery service did not go well. Damaged furniture and my property- and Ashley still has not made right. The delivery was the end of MAY!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I had to go to the store to get any action on the damaged furniture EVEN after reporting it and sending all the required photos. Not the way you retain customers AT ALL. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
