My mother and I went to the store on Lapeer Rd. We Thought they were being honest about the purchase. The mattress that was bought does not look at all like a new one. While I was searching for a mattress, the salesman said more than one, that since I was getting a mattress, I qualified for a free mattress cover. Several times he said it was free, and before I left he told me not to forget my FREE mattress cover, which I had earlier told him that I had one, but my mother even heard him say it was free. If that wasn't bad enough, he charged my 87 year old mother $499.99 for an extended warranty after she had said she didn't want it, because it comes with a years warranty already, and she wasn't worried about it being abused. She said she wouldnt be around for another 5 years because of health issues. I will never trust that company for anything else. They took advantage of 2 old women. I have to get a complete living room out fit, but guess where I won't be going!? There is something I can say good about some people that worked for them. The 2 men who delivered the furniture, were very kind, even though one couldn't speak any English, and the other did his best. They worked like dogs, and did a tremendous job! Kudos to them.

Very nice place but also very unprofessional when employees are always on their phones one specific employee I think his name was John or maybe Josh can’t quite remember but he was a very fantastic salesman but earlier this morning I saw him just driving around super fast seemed out of it this was about 4am I had an hour drive ahead of me and couldn’t help but notice he is one of the workers here and honestly in my opinion that’s very unprofessional.. Did anyone know if he had work today did he even make it?? Seemed as though he was just completely out of it possibly drunk. If it were me I wouldn’t be having that young man work at this extremely professional place. Seems to me he’s not taking his work seriously.

Delivery people were the most incompetent non English speaking disaster i have ever experienced in my life. They showed up and didn't know how to take a slider door off to put furniture in my home. Long story short I made them leave it in my garage. I started to unpack n move into home 3 days later to find the couch wedge back side frame completely crushed. I called service and they acted disgusted to find out my furniture was not put in my home by movers, requested pics and video of damages and assured to be fixed. Now a rude of all rude service woman calls to tell me they are sending someone out to access and fix it NOT replacing it fully with a new wedge because they say that isn't an option at all. This is living room furniture not able to fully assemble and I have a toddler in my home. I paid $5k for this set with a warranty and a 30 day plan of satisfaction. Also waited 2 weeks for the delivery and now how much longer for a piece to be corrected that there movers crushed while in truck. I will NEVER again purchase from this company.

Steven greeted me promptly with a smile and very friendly voice. He was very informative, knowledgeable and respectful. He listen to my wants and promptly assisted me. He's a very valuable employee and I will be back for future needs to see him. When checking out he even got me a bottle of nice cold water. A BIG thank you to him for just the right amount of salesmanship!

Brittney was very patient and dedicated almost 2 hours of her work day to provide me with excellent customer service. My only complaint was that the furniture store did not have a lot in stock.

Donnel was wonderful to work with. He was extremely polite and helpful. I must tell you I went to 3 furniture places looking for a love seat. At one try hey didn’t even acknowledge I was there 3 people sitting at a desk laughing. Donnel was fantastic.

Great old school service. Somehow, the wrong piece of furniture was delivered. Could have been my mistake. After several days of shopping to find just the right piece, I went to work and my wife went to Ashley and bought it. Had to be ordered in a loveseat and the correct color. I know the model name changed, but the salesman told us that was because this is a loveseat. No worries. So the furniture is delivered two weeks later. It’s not what we ordered. The store Manager, Quin, was the greatest! He came and picked it up at no charge and gave us a full refund. Unfortunately what we wanted wasn’t offered in the color my wife wanted. We found what we were looking for. I gotta say, Quin was awesome! Even though we didn’t purchase from him, I’m extremely pleased with the service. These guys will always get first shot at my business! I highly suggest this Ashley location as long as Quin is the store manager!

we bought a couch set and they were running a special where you get a free TV when you spend enough money we got the more expensive set up we get home waited a week to do something with the TV opened up the box that was clearly already opened once or was missing the power cable and screws for the feet and the screen was cracked we called them to get a new one and they said no it was a gift

Just bought my first couch here! The experience was great. Brittney was so personable and really cared about making sure we got a great product for a great price. She even helped me and my sister pick out a rug and a table set to match the couch! We were able to get a great deal and financing plan too. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and there was zero pressure to buy something that we were not 100% satisfied with. I would definitely recommend this store.

The only reason it’s not 5 stars is I would have liked to know that shipping was $200 before signing everything. Probably would’ve just rented a UHaul and picked the couch up myself, but having someone else do it is nice too I suppose.

I was told my furniture would arrive in a 2-4 week time period. Now they are saying it will be 6 weeks before it arrives. I believe that is a ploy to get a consumer to buy the furniture when the salesman fully know it will not be delivered in that time period. They had me check the product to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Everyone every step of the way, including applying for the credit card, were professional and great to work with. First delivered the wrong piece and didn’t want to except our refusal (what Ashley’s furniture told us to do if anything was wrong) then when they delivered the second piece they were 30 minutes behind the scheduled time (they called us to tell us they were an hour away so my husband stayed home to wait instead of going to our baby appointment) he could have made it had they given us a correct delivery estimate.

This place is the worst. They con you into paying big bucks for the premium furniture protection plan then say whatever is wrong with your piece of furniture is not covered. Total rip off don't get it!!

I have had multiple transactions at Ashley Outlet locations and my salesman this time, Eric, was amazing. He was very knowledgable about what that had available. I was looking for furniture that my cats would not consider for their own scratching needs and since microfiber has gone “out of style” I was having some difficulty. After describing my situation he showed me a few sets that would work. The fabric on the set I bought is actually amazing he took a set of keys to it to show me how scratch resistant it is. The delivery team was fast and professional and even put on the felt pads I bought to make it easier to clean underneath my furniture weekly. I have had the furniture for several weeks now and Eric was correct, no claw marks! My fully clawed fuzzy fur balls and I are still living in peace with no furniture clawing. I loved my experience at Ashley’s. I went in looking for a mattress and couch left with all that plus a Cruze. Thanks to Harold I felt right at home. He got me water and helped me to realize the thing I needed the most was a nice pillow. The purple mattress pillow is amazing we were supposed to be trying out mattresses and by the 4th one I was like “yeah this is the pillow for sure anyways let’s start looking for mattresses”. I was such a fun experience Harold kept us informed and found us the best deals. I’ll definitely be coming back.
