Hello my name is Sandra my family and I recently purchased a brand new home with that being said we were in need of pieces for every room. We visited four local furniture stores and pleasantly to our surprise Ashley Furniture was the answer to all of our needs from the bedroom, living room, to the dinning room and the prices were competitive or lower than the other stores!! Susie was our hosting agent she was polite and patient which goes a long way with me. We still haven't finished our purchases for the dining room our schedule didn't permit so I will be returning to Ashley's Furniture Store soon. See you there!! 😜

I came into the store expecting the car salesman experience but instead received excellent and meaningful customer service! I was struggling with a furniture decision for a small space. Marcus spent two days with me, my husband, a measuring tape and photos of my space. I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. Walked in to check out the selection. Was politely greeted but then was overtaken with conversation by one of the sales guys. He just wouldn't stop talking and wouldn't pick up on hints that I'd just like to look around and see what I like, then seek him for questions if I have them. Too pushy! Also, delivery is 10% of what you spend. Unless you're military then it's free. So the more you spend, the more you pay. Thats just silly. I'll be checking out other places.

Great Customer Service

Went to a few different Ashley stores looking for a sleeper sofa and this was the first store that had something similar to what we were looking for. Our sales person Aleigha was very helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and patient while we made our decision she wasn't pushy and helped us find what we wanted. I was pretty happy with my experience and would definitely go back again.

After furnishing my entire home through this location over the past 6 years, I had the most unprofessional experience with the manager, Eric, this afternoon. As a loyal customer, I have spent thousands of dollars over the years. Today, I went in to buy a specific sofa and the price they were offering in store was $100 more than the price online. Apparently, the website was pinging off a location in Ohio and pricing is different based on location. Fair enough. In trying to reach my price point on the furniture, Eric was completely unwilling to work with me to find a solution. He said that if he gave me $100 off, every time I come back I would be looking for better and better price contingencies. I asked him three times if he was willing to lose the entire relationship over $100, where I still have 2000sqft that I am remodeling, and every time he said yes. Look, I’m a reasonable person. If Eric had just said it’s their policy not to offer an additional discount I would not be here writing this right now and I might have gone ahead and purchased the sofa. Instead, he accused me of not shopping in good faith. I ordered a chair during COVID that took 6-9 months to be delivered. The sales rep at that time offered to give me a discount due to the delay, and I rejected it because I knew it was not the fault of this store. This is a local store with a local owner, and it is not their fault the manufacturer was having issues during COVID. I expected that we would have a long standing relationship and that the good faith I showed them would be returned as I continue to furnish my home. I was wrong, and this location does not value loyal customers. When I spend thousands of dollars, I expect more than an arms length transactional relationship. When I shared this with Eric, he couldn’t have cared less. I will spend hundreds more dollars if necessary to avoid shopping at this Ashley store again. I’m disappointed.

I think we will be very happy with the pieces of furniture we chose. The couch, loveseats, and tv stand look very sturdy and well made. Beyond impressed both times, I won’t be looking elsewhere.

They need to have more teen bedroom options available to look at in person. They lacked in the tween/teen area and they don't carry alot of full size bed options. The person we worked with was great though and helpful with our needs. We ended up ordering it online in store with Alfred and he was great to work with. Another positive was being a veteran family, we get free shipping and install. We still have not received a phone call or text for our furniture delivery that we are anxiously waiting for. It's been almost 4 weeks.

We stopped in to look at some furniture pieces for our basement and Nick was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and got our order placed with no hassle. All of the staff were friendly and enjoyable to interact with.

Bought a bedroom set with 1 dresser. That dresser arrived broke (drawer slide). I was able to fix. I then ordered the tall dresser and it also arrived broke (top of it was smashed). I called and asked to have the replacement delivered and they said no. I would have to go pick it up. I asked to speak with a manager, they said one would call back. They never did. An absolute horrible experience with this company.

EDIT:: finally got my second order (big mistake) and opened the box and my items were COVERED in mold. I should have figured since the box smelled terrible and musty/moldy!!! You can see all the white fuzz growing on the cardboard 🤮🤮 save yourself time and money and shop anywhere else!!! I would shop elsewhere. I got furniture delivered and they put a hole in my wall. It took 10+ days to hear any response (after multiple calls) and they said they would send someone out to fix it. I asked for proof that the person is licensed and insured (and not someone’s friend of a friend) and they will not show the proof and said “you have to trust me, this guy is good.” I feel like when they have to say that, the person might not be as good as they think…… wish I could give 0 stars!

Ok good store..but with typical sales ripoffs.. they have limited selection of colors they don't allow you to choose a fabric and have anything made to order. They charge $500 for delivery that's outrageous I've never seen it be above $35. They don't stock anything in their store or in any close warehouses anything you buy is 5 weeks to delivery I've never heard of this. And they try to hook you up with 29% interest financing! It's just like they're trying to be crooked in every possible way. Don't know about the furniture yet I'll be waiting a couple months for that. Why do not stock a store? I can order stuff. I say this about all department stores if you don't have it in the building then why do you exist?

Marcus listened to our needs and really helped us find the perfect living room set. We had been looking for 5 years unable to decide on the perfect living room set. Marcus helped us find the right furniture for the right price.

My sales person, Wendy, was incredibly helpful, showing me all the options and explaining the differences in the product I was searching for. I was selecting a higher end pillow as I have struggled with neck / shoulder pain and department store pillows will no longer work for me. Wendy taught me the proper way to lay on a pillow and body placement to help my specific issues. The entire transaction was really nice. Wendy made me feel very comfortable (laying down on a mattress can make you feel a little awkward!) and describing the differences in the pillows available, the construction, the options as well as the correct height. I feel like with her help, I was able to make the perfect choice! I’m so excited to actually have a good nights sleep!

We loved our experience at Ashley Furniture, as we all know Furniture sales personnel are often very pushy and overbearing but our salesman Mike Barnes was informative and available but again not bearing down on us, that alone made our decision to buy there as we had visited 3 others, they stand by what they sell and that's huge too, I definitely will be a repeat buyer in future as needs arise

We purchase a sectional and additional items at this location and were told we could purchase a lifetime warranty for the item. Well when it came time to file a claim for loose seams the third party who handles the claims does not cover that. The store associate lied to us about what this covers and had we known we would have not paid or signed up for a protection plan that doesn't actually cover anything. Associates don't care they will offer an apology but in the same sentence day we can have it fix if you want to pay out of pocket for it when the sectional alone was 4grand.. horrible quality items, horrible customer service, horrible management, horrible third party vendor. Would never buy a single item from this company.

Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable and very clear and concise about what we were looking at. It was a very customer based service experience with lack of “sale sharks”, we've all grown to expect in the furniture buying process. My fiancé being a veteran was thanked by all of the sales associates for his service along with a few other great benefits for those who served. We’ve not yet gotten the furniture in home to share our experience with that, but we are very pleased with the overall service we received thus far.

I worked with Jedha on two occasions and he was an exceptional employee of Ashley. Very welcoming, extremely knowledgable and helpful and gave advice when offered but knew when to let us make our own decisions. He was the sole reason we chose to buy with Ashley and we will continue to purchase through them and their excellent customer service. On another day when they were quite busy, his manager Graham helped set us up, was very welcoming, and knowledgable and also enhanced the experience. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone looking for furniture to shop through Ashley, and most importantly work with Jedha.

Being a Veteran and having a few issues I like to be alone. I don't like crowds and can't deal with pushy salesmen. I am remodeling my home and need furniture, so I shopped online but you really need to sit in it and look at it in person. So I have to leave my safety net and adventure out. I took my youngest son and went to a few stores and almost threw in the towel, but we decide one more store. We walked into Ashley Furniture and meet Michael wearing suspenders and is also a Vet. I'm telling you if you need a salesman who doesn't act like a salesman and makes you feel like he is there to help see Michael. He announced himself before he was 2ft in front of me, which really helped. Very down to earth guy didn't try to impress me with a hero story or ask me about mine. He saved me some money and we had a good conversation. He politely asked if they could take my pic for their hero wall and ring a gong after the sale and I declined. The last thing I wanted is attention, they don't need a crying Vet in their store. If you have PTSD and have trouble shopping for furniture go see Michael. Thank you Michael

I am a frequent customer of this store. I bought a foundation and a mattress less than a year ago and the foundation broke. I went to the store to find out if there was some sort of insurance or warranty on the box spring/foundation and I was told no. Then I asked to purchase a new one. The young lady who was given the task of helping me only said to me, "We don't have any on clearance." This was quite an odd remark since they had just pulled up all of my prior purchases which were approximately $10,000. I asked her why she would say that to me. From the blank look on her face I knew exactly why. I'm a Black woman. On my way out, I was asked by a manager if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation. I said that they could send me an apology letter. It never came. I understand that people's bias and racism get in the way of their business decisions sometimes, and I have worked with multiple White sales agents at the store who have treated me with respect, but when something like this happens, it is important to rectify these situations and make sure the staff person who did this is trained better. That part is the fault of Ashley home furniture. I have since bought additional sofas from a competitor simply because of this incident and they will lose more business when they allow people to make assumptions about their clients.

When we came in the next day, although they did not have it in store to look at, he offered to show us the material, color options, and similar products. We found the bedroom set we were looking for and asked for their best deal. They said they were able to match their online prices, which saved us $250 so, we decided to purchase. We were in the process of paying when we discovered they were charging us $300 for delivery. At that point we decided to look elsewhere. We felt that was too much to pay for delivery. We walked out the door and when we got to the car we started looking at their website. We found our set for $1000 less than what we were ready to pay in the store. So glad we decided to check the website. $1000 is a huge savings. And delivery was only $149.

I am editing my 5-Star response as I recently utilized the red carpet delivery service provided by Ashley Furniture and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite paying for premium Red Carpet service, my excitement quickly turned to dismay upon receiving my delivery. To my dismay, the white furniture I eagerly awaited was delivered covered in mud. This not only tarnished the appearance of the pieces but also necessitated significant cleaning efforts on my part. The lack of attention to detail and care in handling the delivery was extremely disappointing, especially considering the premium service I had paid for. I hope that the company takes steps to improve their delivery procedures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Additionally, I believe compensation or a refund for the red carpet delivery fee is warranted given the subpar service received. Overall, my experience with the red carpet delivery service was highly disappointing.

This was our best experience buying furniture. Cody greeted us at the door with a smile and was able to help us get exactly what we wanted, with absolutely no pressure to buy anything that we didn't. We will definitely be back.

Michael sold us a damaged loveseat!! There were two damaged areas on the sofa when we unwrapped it from its packaging. We contacted Ashley Furniture right away and were told that they would not replace it. We have dealt with a number of furniture companies over the years and have never been treated like this.
