Furniture stores can be uncomfortable to shop. Let’s be real, we’ve all been there. Today, not the case one bit. Michael was super helpful, he was very professional yet very personable, a genuine kind human. He can rock a pair of suspenders too! We honestly went to look to gather ideas, we had no intention to purchase today. Michael was very attentive to our style, he showed us pieces not only in the store but also online after hearing what we were looking for, and even measured chairs and the couch for us. Being able to sit in the furniture you’re going to invest in changes things, especially with help from people that genuinely invest in you and your needs (which is a rare thing these days). He gave us the opportunity to wander and did not suffocate or follow us. Product availability is also very reasonable. We were impressed with the quality and variety of styles offered, but most importantly felt welcomed and treated as a person, not a sale. Michael, thank you for all your help and patience, you are a true gem. People like you are rare in the sales and customer service industry.

We loved our experience at Ashley Furniture, as we all know Furniture sales personnel are often very pushy and overbearing but our salesman Mike Barnes was informative and available but again not bearing down on us, that alone made our decision to buy there as we had visited 3 others, they stand by what they sell and that's huge too, I definitely will be a repeat buyer in future as needs arise

We purchase a sectional and additional items at this location and were told we could purchase a lifetime warranty for the item. Well when it came time to file a claim for loose seams the third party who handles the claims does not cover that. The store associate lied to us about what this covers and had we known we would have not paid or signed up for a protection plan that doesn't actually cover anything. Associates don't care they will offer an apology but in the same sentence day we can have it fix if you want to pay out of pocket for it when the sectional alone was 4grand.. horrible quality items, horrible customer service, horrible management, horrible third party vendor. Would never buy a single item from this company.

Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable and very clear and concise about what we were looking at. It was a very customer based service experience with lack of “sale sharks”, we've all grown to expect in the furniture buying process. My fiancé being a veteran was thanked by all of the sales associates for his service along with a few other great benefits for those who served. We’ve not yet gotten the furniture in home to share our experience with that, but we are very pleased with the overall service we received thus far.

I worked with Jedha on two occasions and he was an exceptional employee of Ashley. Very welcoming, extremely knowledgable and helpful and gave advice when offered but knew when to let us make our own decisions. He was the sole reason we chose to buy with Ashley and we will continue to purchase through them and their excellent customer service. On another day when they were quite busy, his manager Graham helped set us up, was very welcoming, and knowledgable and also enhanced the experience. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone looking for furniture to shop through Ashley, and most importantly work with Jedha.

Ashley sent me a faulty couch and is now saying that “it comes like that.” It is ineligible for a service tech to come out and fix it. In my original review, I remarked how I was impressed at the short turnaround time (1 week) to get my couch. Well, I got that 1 week turnaround because someone else cancelled and returned the couch. Maybe this was why that person cancelled it?! And Ashley just decided to send the next customer a faulty couch? My only option is to send back my couch LOL! So what, so Ashley can send it on to the next customer for “1 week delivery” and see if they complain? Management is saying that it is “supposed to come like that.” So going off that, Ashley must just send out products where you have to tear the bottom of the couch to get a leg on. Terrible quality then! It literally just needs a new piece of fabric swapped out so it can be lined up correctly. What is the point of your service techs if not for situations like this? The first customer care rep I talked to said this would be fine for a service tech to come out over, but now MANAGEMENT is saying that my only option is to send back the couch. Oh, and, upon delivery, we talked with customer care (the delivery guys and I). They all assured me a ticket would be created and I’d get a call from them on Monday to schedule the service tech visit. I never got a call, so I decided to call- guess what? My ticket was never created. They made the ticket, the photos and the issues and everything was all filled out, but then never submitted it… Interesting. Maybe they hoped I wouldn’t follow up with them and they wouldn’t have to deal with it. I even bought their furniture protection plan, judging by how this is being treated I bet they actually cover nothing and will argue with your claims! Completely untrustworthy company, bad quality, AVOID. They seem to want customers that have low standards, don’t make tickets, and have short memories.

Everyone was very accommodating. I am disabled and all were helpful especially Wendy. We had fun and I found the most comfortable recliner I have ever sat in. I highly recommend!

Being a Veteran and having a few issues I like to be alone. I don't like crowds and can't deal with pushy salesmen. I am remodeling my home and need furniture, so I shopped online but you really need to sit in it and look at it in person. So I have to leave my safety net and adventure out. I took my youngest son and went to a few stores and almost threw in the towel, but we decide one more store. We walked into Ashley Furniture and meet Michael wearing suspenders and is also a Vet. I'm telling you if you need a salesman who doesn't act like a salesman and makes you feel like he is there to help see Michael. He announced himself before he was 2ft in front of me, which really helped. Very down to earth guy didn't try to impress me with a hero story or ask me about mine. He saved me some money and we had a good conversation. He politely asked if they could take my pic for their hero wall and ring a gong after the sale and I declined. The last thing I wanted is attention, they don't need a crying Vet in their store. If you have PTSD and have trouble shopping for furniture go see Michael. Thank you Michael

Looking for a sectional couch, found what we were looking for. Michael our sales person was very helpful. All in all we had a great experience.

I am a frequent customer of this store. I bought a foundation and a mattress less than a year ago and the foundation broke. I went to the store to find out if there was some sort of insurance or warranty on the box spring/foundation and I was told no. Then I asked to purchase a new one. The young lady who was given the task of helping me only said to me, "We don't have any on clearance." This was quite an odd remark since they had just pulled up all of my prior purchases which were approximately $10,000. I asked her why she would say that to me. From the blank look on her face I knew exactly why. I'm a Black woman. On my way out, I was asked by a manager if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation. I said that they could send me an apology letter. It never came. I understand that people's bias and racism get in the way of their business decisions sometimes, and I have worked with multiple White sales agents at the store who have treated me with respect, but when something like this happens, it is important to rectify these situations and make sure the staff person who did this is trained better. That part is the fault of Ashley home furniture. I have since bought additional sofas from a competitor simply because of this incident and they will lose more business when they allow people to make assumptions about their clients.

When we came in the next day, although they did not have it in store to look at, he offered to show us the material, color options, and similar products. We found the bedroom set we were looking for and asked for their best deal. They said they were able to match their online prices, which saved us $250 so, we decided to purchase. We were in the process of paying when we discovered they were charging us $300 for delivery. At that point we decided to look elsewhere. We felt that was too much to pay for delivery. We walked out the door and when we got to the car we started looking at their website. We found our set for $1000 less than what we were ready to pay in the store. So glad we decided to check the website. $1000 is a huge savings. And delivery was only $149.

I am editing my 5-Star response as I recently utilized the red carpet delivery service provided by Ashley Furniture and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite paying for premium Red Carpet service, my excitement quickly turned to dismay upon receiving my delivery. To my dismay, the white furniture I eagerly awaited was delivered covered in mud. This not only tarnished the appearance of the pieces but also necessitated significant cleaning efforts on my part. The lack of attention to detail and care in handling the delivery was extremely disappointing, especially considering the premium service I had paid for. I hope that the company takes steps to improve their delivery procedures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Additionally, I believe compensation or a refund for the red carpet delivery fee is warranted given the subpar service received. Overall, my experience with the red carpet delivery service was highly disappointing.

This was our best experience buying furniture. Cody greeted us at the door with a smile and was able to help us get exactly what we wanted, with absolutely no pressure to buy anything that we didn't. We will definitely be back.

Michael sold us a damaged loveseat!! There were two damaged areas on the sofa when we unwrapped it from its packaging. We contacted Ashley Furniture right away and were told that they would not replace it. We have dealt with a number of furniture companies over the years and have never been treated like this.

Our experience at this particular Ashley store was top notch! We spent the day driving around to several furniture stores looking for our perfect couch. Every store we stopped at we were dissatisfied with the level of customer service. We were about to drop thousands of dollars on a couch and as customers we felt like we deserved a warm welcome and the proper attention. We didn't feel that anywhere, until we were greeted by Cody at the Ashley Store in Grand Rapids! He was available, informative, and extremely kind. He didn't push but answered all of our questions and helped us work a great couch into the space we needed it to fit. By the end of the sale we were feeling great and taken care of. We are still awaiting our beautiful couch, and we are so excited for its arrival! We would definitely recommend this Ashley location and we appreciate Cody and every other employee that made sure we were satisfied with our experience. I went to Ashley’s for the first time today, we were looking for a new sectional. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Wendy. She was SO kind, gave me space while I was browsing but always just close enough that I could find her when I had questions. She was so patient, I had her write up and price up a few different configurations and she assured me she wanted to find me what was going to fit just right for us, and never complained that I was asking for to much. We made our way to 4 stores total for the day and are so happy we purchased with Ashley’s!

Cody was excellent in providing quick assistance and kindness during my order process! I loved working with him and would refer him to any friend or stranger looking to buy furniture for their home!

Sales associate was very friendly and helpful. Explained all of our options in a way that was easy to understand. Offered us refreshments several times.

Edit- I am now on week 9 of waiting for my sectional, I was quoted 4-6 weeks on delivery. Now I called customer care and they said it may be mid to late December until I get my piece. Each week I call it is later and later. So now we are out >$2000 with no real estimate of when the couch will be ready. They’ve given me multiple dates but clearly those dates mean nothing. I wouldn’t even know that the date is changing without taking the initiative to call each week and get an update. No one can give us a reason or a real timing and does not seem to care. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience so far. Bree was amazing helping me and my husband buy our first sectional! The sectional we wanted wasn’t in store, but she made sure to find us pieces with the same filling, similar size, same color, and same material to make sure we could get an idea of what our piece will look like. Thanks Bree! We can’t wait to get our new sectional

I just love shopping at the 28th Street store in Grand Rapids, MI… Mike Barnes was awesome. He just walked around with me answering any questions I had about certain items and never once pressured me. Because of not only the quality of the furniture that I’ve purchased in the past and again today, but Mike Barnes…..you’ll definitely see me again. I will be happy to follow him wherever he works…he’s THAT good. Gives you the real answers and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. I really really wanted the loveseat that was on the display floor because it was a lighter color, but because I pointed out a couple of things and he was honest with me, I chose to go with a little more expensive new item instead. I don’t spend money easily, I’m usually looking for the best deal, but I think I found my best deal with Mike. Don’t ever let him go! I hope nothing but the best for him and his girlfriend.

Edit: I do have to add a few stars. Ashely contacted me and took care of the problem by replacing the furniture themselves. Super easy once they got involved and I do appreciate them resolving the issue. *****If I could give a zero I would. We loved the store when we went but the furniture is terrible and the insurance they talked us in to is useless Furniture: (we’ve had it for 4 years) 1. Always creaked 2. Cushions didn’t hold up past two years. 3. Two cushions have lost their stitching 3. Husband turned to look out the window and an interior piece of the frame busted Insurance: The FIRST repair man from the insurance came and showed us that the frame was made of thin plywood and staples. He’s seen a lot of them breaking lately. He was going to recommend they replace the couch. The following week we find out that the insurance is going to use a new contractor because the FIRST “isn’t working out” (one wonders if it was because he was actually being honest) They now say it can be repaired but we need a whole new back piece that they are not sure they have…. Haven’t heard back in 3 weeks. Very upsetting because according to the store “they will replace it if something happens” Never again….

The staff here seemed to be friendly and professional. We felt comfortable talking to them and they gave us space to peruse the store at our leisure. Drinks were offered to us also which was nice. My fiancé we were looking at a sectional online and it was there on display. Tyson was super helpful today and explained everything about the sectional in detail. He even showed me a different configuration of the chaise placement that I didn't know was possible. The deals and financing options were explained well also. If you are in the area looking for furniture check them out, they have a wide variety of furniture and home decor available. We got some inspiration for other parts of our house too. We are excited to receive our new sectional and we'll be back for other pieces down the line.

We had an Amazing experience with Ashley! Michael was such a huge help to us. He was very professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. He made the process incredibly smooth and efficient. We also were impressed with Ashley's price match process. Our couch and love seat went on sale on the 4th and they lived up to their promise and matched it right away! Michael was also super helpful with that, as well. The couch arrived in less than 2 weeks and the delivery only took about 15 minutes. We can't say enough great things. We plan to buy more furniture from Ashley in the future and will be recommending to friends and family!

I called the store and talked to Claude about getting a mattress the same day and the one I wanted would've had to be ordered and I didn't want to wait so he found one in my price range that they had in stock and I came in later that day and purchased it and brought it home. My wife and I were into the Ashley Store on 28th Street SE over the weekend. We were treated very nicely by Michael and he showed us around at the dinette sets they have inside the showroom and then he left us alone to look as we really appreciate! He stayed at arms length but was available when we needed him like he just knew that perfect time to come around. We found Michael a very personable young man that took his time and answered all our questions and he had all the good information we needed to make our best decision. We were stopping there first on a list of several locations to go look for a nice new dinette set to seat 8 and other matching furniture but soon realized we had the right guy and the right place to just make this our one stop. He explained how the owners take great care in catering to Veterans as my wife and I met in the Army years ago. Both being veterans we really appreciate their wall of honor and the gong they ring as a veteran orders their furniture. It just shows that extra piece of care for their customers that makes the store a welcoming location. I think the photos speak for themselves. I have had the worst furniture buying experience with ASHLEY HOME. My wait was 3 months and when I finally received my order they themselves broke my sofa trying to get it into my house. (In one of the photos you can see how they broke part of the door frame) They made a hole in the sofa with the door handle and all the legs were scraped. (The legs are supposed to be removed to enter them because it is obvious that the furniture was very large) I thought that the wait was over, but nooo! I had to wait another month for them to come to my house to fix what they broke themselves. I will never buy even a lamp in that furniture store again! 👎

They said they could definitely help. I got there and they were able to assist me in choosing the perfect recliner for my husband's medical needs. I walked in with not really knowing what I wanted to do, bird took her iPad and note book and started writing down all the dimensions of my room and what I was looking for. She got them most seating for my small space, full 3 piece sectional and a great chair to off set the color.

TL;DR: Post-purchase customer service is not good; if that matters to you, don't buy here. I stopped in the store in January to research a recliner, and had such a good in-store experience that I purchased it on the spot. One of the selling points was that my salesperson told me that if I purchased in-store as opposed to online, then the store would be able to closely monitor delivery status and provide me with frequent updates. As I checked out, the salesperson said that I'd be getting a text from her later that day with a survey, and this would also be how I'd stay in touch about delivery status. She said that I should also expect a call from the delivery team by the end of the week to confirm my address and other information. When a week went by and I hadn't gotten the text or the call, I started wondering if they'd mis-typed my phone number. So I called the store and was surprised that nobody answered. I figured it might be busy so I tried again later that day, and again the next. In total, over the next month, I tried calling the store over a dozen times, and never--not once--did someone answer. Eventually I tried using the contact form on their website and got a reply a day or so later. The only information they were able to give me was "the date range you were quoted hasn't changed." Interestingly, the one time I did speak to someone on the phone (when they called to schedule delivery), I learned that calls are routed through a centralized call center... so certainly not the personal attention by the locally-owned store that I was led to believe. I was so frustrated with the experience that I almost cancelled the order, but ultimately did not. The recliner was delivered this past week, only 2 days later than the end of the quoted date range, so that was fine. The delivery team was great, and so far the chair is working out well. I'm leaving this review because I think it's very disingenuous to use customer service as a selling point and then have seemingly no infrastructure for handling customer calls. I'm disappointed that I allowed myself to get tricked into believing a sales pitch, and hope others will do more research than me. So if you're considering buying from this store: before you head over there, give them a call. If you reach a live person, then maybe they've made improvements. But if it rings and rings until you get a voicemail, realize that it's not a fluke-- it's what this store thinks of its customers as soon as they hand over their money.

Bad service man. Wasted my time went in This store to get a bed set and a dresser upon the time of making the order i was told that the headboard came with the bed, basically this why we order it weeks later i went to the warehouse to pick it up and was told that the headboard was not included with the bed, so went right back to the store to check and manager was not professional on handing the situation he told me that the headboard was an extra $600 which i was told in the begging that it came with the bed. Which was the store fault i refused on buying and just returned everything due to the fact of the customer service & manager not being helpful in the situation. Took my self to bobs furniture down the street & i found a similar thing i was looking for but in way better quality and better price as soon as i walked in the store i was offered cookies & coffee thanks to Christian great costumer service . I had to call the sales line to speak to someone because no one answers or returns calls from the proper extension. I was then told it would be 3-4 days to get a call back to answer my question on when i can expect my couch. The building was flooded with sales people. Please hire someone for customer service and scheduling.

Went here for the first time just to look around. We had what I would assume to be a sales person follow us throughout the store the entire time we were their. We found it extremely annoying as we couldn't just look at the items without getting hounded with questions. We were there a total of 15 minutes and had a sales person come up to us 8 different times. After the 4th time we told her that we will get her if needed but that was no avail as the very next couch we sat in she was right there hounding us again. After the 8th time we decided to leave as we could not enjoy simply shopping. The store was nice and I wish we could have spent more time without being interrupted. We probably would have bought a couch if it wasn't for the sales person.

We were looking for a sofa, love seat, rug combo. Ashley had lots of options, helpful sales people, and great prices for quality furniture. We found what we wanted. 6-8 weeks delivery estimate was longer than we hoped, but we're not in a hurry. Looking forward to seeing it in our new home.

They have repeatedly had no contact. And refuse to correct their defective order. They admitted on the phone they knew was a defective product they delivered on purpose. So no. These people get the worst grade possible. * edited to add the photos of what I was delivered. I’m done dealing with this. No one has solved this. Nor reached out. They finally deliver the frame and i got THIS unsafe monstrosity. The mattress was bad enough but this. This is shameful.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The couch I ordered was 3+ months later than estimated at time of purchase. I understand there's multiple issues going on worldwide that impact this, but my complaint is that Ashley was not proactive in updating me about delays in delivery. Every time I called, it took over a week to get an answer, and there was always a new estimate. When I received my couch, it already had damages on it. The delivery tech said someone from Ashley would be in touch within 24 hours -- here we are, 4 weeks later, and still no outreach from Ashley to resolve the issue. I wish this store would be more proactive in answering customers.

Even though we didn’t find exactly what we needed, the experience from our salesman Bryce was absolutely amazing. He had a really good understanding of what was to offer and went above and beyond to try and find our perfect fit for the best deal. He carefully considered every request we had and made sure not to try and sell us something that wasn’t a good match. I needed a power lift recliner chair in a hurry due to a medical situation with my mom. A friend of mine recently went through the same thing and had a horrible time finding one without waiting weeks for delivery. She pointed me towards Ashley and I am so grateful she did! I called Ashley after checking out their website. I spoke to Cody. He very patiently answered all my questions and understood the urgency with which these chairs are often and needed. By the end of the day I was driving home with the chair in the back of my SUV. I can’t speak highly enough about Cody. He was very professional, and just a super nice person to work with!

Customer Service at the Ashley Store was amazing. We were attended by Bird and she was amazing. Very informative and demonstrated how durable and reliable the coach we were eyeing is. However, delivery was very lengthy. After my fiancé and I purchased our coach at the store we waited somewhere around 3-4 months for it to be delivered. I didn’t mind the wait, I wasn’t in a hurry. Just keep in mind that delivery may be lengthy.

Made the buying process quick and easy. I knew what I wanted and I needed help placing an order for deliver to a cottage up north. They worked with me and got everything purchased and ready to go.

First off, Bird is fantastic! She’s so patient, attentive, pleasant and funny!! She really wants to understand what you’re looking for to give you all the options available at Ashley. We were all impressed at how knowledgeable she is about how the furniture is made from the cushions to the construction. We loved how hands on she was in demonstrating the quality of the furniture and the various configurations you could go with. Don’t be surprised when she brings out the tape measure so come ready because she wants to make sure all your concerns are addressed. We were so happy to meet her and work with her! We look forward to working with her again and trust that she’s the best resource we can hope for when shopping for furniture. Ask for her, BIRD, if you stop by. You will not be disappointed!!

I visited multiple furniture stores and Ashley's is above and beyond. From the moment I walked into the store to my home delivery, everything was perfect. They don't follow you around, but are available for questions. I wish I could remember the names of everyone who helped me. I would love to publicly thank you. I know that a manager helped me when my sales expert was helping someone else and I remember speaking to Cole on the phone. The store promotes a family atmosphere and most definitely delivers. **New updated review**Originally had a great in store shopping experience with Bird and found exactly what I was looking for. Was told it would 4-6 for delivery. It’s now been 7 weeks and when I called to find out the status was told it would be late January to early February at best. Frustrated that I was not given a better estimated time frame when purchasing. I would have gotten something else or went somewhere else. Possibly they didn’t know it would be so delayed or they just gave me a standard delivery time frame knowing it would be longer. Either way extremely disappointed that I have to find something else almost 2 months later. I will say everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and when I told them I wanted to cancel it now they apologized and refunded my money with no issues. I would still shop Ashley since I love their furniture, but I would not get anything that they don’t have in stock in the store.

We bought a soletren couch from Ashley furniture. The cushions slide out when you sit on them. Also the arms of the sofa pop, like the have no filling in them. The qualit I store does not match up to what is delivered. Don’t buy.

Placed an order for a dining room table and was told it would be in by middle of November, then it changed to end of November, then again changed to beginning of December and called today for another change to middle of December. Keep in mind I had to pay it in full upfront so they’ve had my money for 2 months while I have no product. They blame the manufacturer but why do they carry furniture from an unreliable manufacturer in the first place. Very frustrating. So don’t believe what they tell you when your furniture is going to arrive

I am a a landlord who furnishes many apartment & homes that I own & nobody has been as courteous and tentative as Claude during my search for furniture.

Stopped in and worked with Claude. Set up an appointment time for a second visit and Claude came in on his off day because my schedule didn't line up with his. We appreciated the fact he and the Manager were not pushy or hovering at all (I really dislike hovering salespeople). He gave us space to walk the showroom, answered all our questions, helped guide us to things we were looking for based on our preferences, and we ultimately ended up buying a new living room set.

Such a wonderful experience at Ashley Home store! We went in to just browse for new living room furniture, we were welcomed at the front by Cody. He informed us where things were and what special they were having at the time and just let us browse alone which was so nice! We knew he was there for any questions and same with all of the other staff who were also very friendly and let you shop in peace! We were nervous going in because of past experiences of looking for furniture at other company’s you’re constantly bombarded, bothered and pressured. Nothing like that here. We were offered a beverage while shopping as well which was so nice. We did make a purchase as well during our visit and before the purchase our questions were all answered and the check out process was very smooth! They are very supportive of active military personnel and veterans which was so heartfelt! Overall the best shopping experience we’ve had in a long time. We definitely will be coming in the Grand Rapids Ashley Home store to purchase other furniture needs in future! I ordered the Isanti dining room set online November 2021. Have received everything except the table. I have called several times over the last year. The online number tells me to call the store and the store employees are very nice but say they can't do anything since I ordered it online. I gave up today and tried to return the items that I currently have. The store will not accept the return because I bought it online. No one has any insight on the table except to tell me I should have gotten it already and they have no idea why I haven't. I just waited on hold for 25 min with someone at the online number after they told me I was outside of the return window for an item I still haven't received just to be hung up on. This is the worst experience I have had at any store. I have made over 5 phone calls with 0 resolution and multiple promises of callbacks that never happened. The store can't do anything. Online won't help. No one has a clue what to do including me.

We placed an order at the end of Aug with a lead time of 1-2 months totally get it. 1.5 months rolls around and I call to ask for an update. I left 3 voicemails no returned phone call. I emailed and nothing. So I say refund me my order. They drag it out more. So We decide to keep going with the order which I said was a horrible idea. We explain how important a Sat del. is and to please note that. Get a phone call and hear soonest we can be there is Monday can you get someone to meet us there......why would i have someone sign for my delivery when you have already given me such a horrible experience. They state the honor the miliary but they treat our vets like ....... you know the word! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE! Put I read their product sucks. Horrible customer serivce & product,

Had a great visit to Ashley! First off, they have SO much great furniture that is very on trend but comfortable. There’s something for everyone. The prices were fantastic and we were able to get a whole room furnished for less than we anticipated. They also offer delivery, and an incredible protection plan (a must for parents!) at a very reasonable price. Cody helped us out and was very knowledgeable for any question we had. Simply put he made the whole experience feel so easy and comfortable!

Two months ago, I walked into an Ashley HomeStore for the first time. We really, really needed a new sectional couch. As I began to browse, a polite young salesperson, Michael Milanowski, approached me and asked if he could be of assistance. When I shared the very specific criteria important to me, Michael helped me move through the store’s large selection, offering options, and really listening to my responses which then led him to show me the Only Right Choice for us. Bingo! Price point, quality, finishing details, Protection Guarantee, it was all there. Moreover, in this process, we also became somewhat aquatinted to the point where I knew this was an individual I both liked and trusted, a matter very important to me. This was a big purchase for my husband and me, and we chose to move forward on the basis of our new relationship with Michael as well as all this Ashley HomeStore provided. This week, I received a call from the store; our sectional couch was in and ready to be delivered!! Want to make clear here that from start to finish, this first experience with Ashley HomeStore’s staff fully deserves the 5 Star rating. The two young delivery men let us know, specifically when to expect them within the 2hour window scheduled. Very helpful. We live on the top floor of an apartment building with 28 steps up from the front door to our door. It was a pleasure to meet Luke and Dwaan, both courteous and, as it turned out, both possessing the necessary physical strength and true grit to get this order delivered and set up. Getting the larger piece of the sectional in through our front door took ingenuity, determination, snd perseverance. They did not give up; both kept working to find the tight squeeze that was needed to get this into our home. We were their second delivery of the day. I asked how many more they had to go. They still had 15 more deliveries ahead. With this long day still before them, Luke and Dwaan could have easily just called it quits at our door. But they gave us their best and ee thank them. We purchased our couch and love seat for 3600$. Comes with a broken arm inside the love seat and a 3in rip from a razor blade on the front of the couch. We also purchased a TV stand that came with missing pieces. Terrible customer service. I will never recommend anyone ever buy from Ashley furniture.

Ashley furniture itself was a great company to work with although we purchased the protection plan through them and if I were Ashley furniture I would pick a different company to represent because they are HORRIBLE! Do not purchase their extended warranty plan through montage! We always purchase the extended warranty plans and have never dealt with customer service like they have! Horrible hands-down! We were denied our first claim within a year of purchasing the furniture and the second claim we made was approved and someone came out six months after the claim was brought to their attention and approved and then when they figured out how much money it was going to cost they came up with an excuse to deny us . It’s like a rip on a comforter, If you don’t take care of it soon after the rip has started it is going to get worse. They took way too long to get a representative out to us. Although the lady was really nice about it we did contact Ashley furniture to get our money back for the protection plan and they said there wasn’t any way they could do that we had to contact montage back and I don’t think that’s a good representation of a service you are providing.

I was impressed with the store's variety of furniture and beds. The staff were energetic and very helpful. I was helped picking out the right bed for my needs and also with a good pillow. Thanks to everyone there I'll be back for more stuff 👍.
