Had to get a mattress very last minute. They were very accommodating. Then the mattress we selected didnt work out for us and we had a slight miscommunication with sales. Luckily their wonderful service manager, Rachel, was able to help me get things straightened out! I sleep better knowing I went thru Ashley.

We told Fran (sales person) what we wanted and that is exactly what she delivered. She didn’t try to convince to buy something we weren’t interested in.

Finding out the hard way, their extended warranty doesn't do squat for the customer other than take more money from them. Sister-in-law bought a rather middle-of-the-road sectional that still costs as much as a down payment on a standard car. She had issues right from the start. They sent someone out to fix it, and yeah, okay, a monkey could have done better. She now has a huge hump in the middle of her Chase, and all they keep telling her is that the extended warranty doesn't cover that kind of damage. Here I thought I had found my go-to furniture store and NOPE NEVER AGAIN,,,, buy at your own risk, but I wouldn't recommend them to even my worst enemy. Now ASHLEY FURNITURE OUTLET IN JACKSON, MI. Fix her power chase the right way, and I'll rectify my review until then, DON'T buy FROM THEM.

Im Wanda Headd & I shopped today at Ashley furniture in Jackson Mi. At the W. Ave. Location. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by Cameron. He introduced himself &He had a warm smile &professional neat appearance. I had already looked online last night and showed Cameron the pictures of the couch I had in mind. He showed it to me & thoroughly explained the details about the sofas warranty,fabric etc. I asked about another similar chaise sofa and was blown away with Cameron's knowledge of the product details & when he took out those blue &green markers and drew on the fabric and showed me how it easily cleaned up COMPLETELY with just Dawn dish liquid and water I WAS SOLD!!! (I have grandkids) So that was important to me. Cameron was so patient with me when I showed him pictures of my apt. and my color scheme he showed me a wide variety of statues,vases & accessories which I ALSO purchased! Cameron ALSO took the time to wrap them with care & put them in my car. I had a Wonderful shopping experience today with Cameron & I WILL BE BACK!! THANK YOU CAMERON 😊

I want to start off by saying this review is not a reflection of this location and the sales associate who helped us (she was wonderful). Now here’s why we are not happy with our purchase and will not be buying from Ashley’s again: we bought an entertainment center in store on 03/28. It was shipped to the store (which is $50 btw) and we picked it up on April 11th. My Husband started putting it together that night and what do you know halfway through putting it together one of the pieces is missing holes so he has to stop. He calls the next day and they said they would ship the board in 7-10 business days!! Not get it in 7-10 business days, SHIP IT! First of all that’s crazy to me and not good customer service at all. If there is an error made on the company’s part, a good business would be sending it out ASAP and apologizing for their mistake! None of that happened, no urgency, no apology. So now it’s April 23rd with no piece and we have a half put together entertainment center in the middle of our living room for almost 2 weeks!! If it wasn’t already put together half way we would’ve just returned it and went else where. Super disappointed in this company and we will not be shopping with them again.

HORRIBLE & I mean HORRIBLE customer service from Sheila that works at the back desk. Is just straight up nasty to customers. I have had 3 different encounters with her and all of them have been horrible. After my boyfriend and I spent over 2k at their store. Makes the place look horrible and I have talked to multiple people that have had the same problems with Sheila. It's not hard to fire somebody who makes the place look so bad. Saundra on the other hand was a sweetheart and made sure we were happy the entire time we were there.

My wife and I were searching for a new mattress and checked out Ashley Outlet in Jackson MI. Our salesperson, Kylee, was very helpful and showed us several options on the sales floor. She wasn't high pressure and she let us try out as many mattresses as we wanted. We settled on a king mattress and made the purchase. The delivery occurred a few days later without a hitch. We were very satisfied with the entire process and we would recommend Ashley to all our friends and family.

Worked with the Floor Manager, Kylee. She was very knowledgeable about the Larkinhurst Sofa and answered all our questions. Examples were not available in the showroom but ended up buying two sight-unseen because she made us feel confident with our purchase. I’m not gonna lie, I was hesitant to give Ashely furniture outlet another try because I tried to go in March 2024 and the whole 2 hrs I was in there the sales associate followed me around despite me saying I’m okay, I’ll come find you if I have questions. But we went in again because we are looking for a couch, Ozzie was great! Introduced himself to us and then said let me know if you have any questions and went on and let us continue looking, and checked on us here and there. Ultimately we walked out with the sale, during the process he was talking to us about things we do for fun and video games. It was a great experience and we will be back!

I am a shopper before I buy and know what I am looking for. I was VERY surprised when speaking with a tech, Kylee, that actually listened and found what they offered that met my expectations. She suggested looking at their store monitor also which actually had a better style and I could hand touch what the material looked and felt like in the store. Found better than I expected, cheaper than Wayfair. Plus they will put together furniture for a nominal fee. I am happy! No pictures yet, waiting a short time for chairs to come from warehouse.

We really wanted to like this store, but from the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, we were not greeted nor offered any assistance. Even though we are both younger adults, and I'm sure some people our age do a lot of browsing, we were really hoping to purchase a bed for our new home because we were sick of sleeping on the floor. Since we were not offered any help, we made our way around and found exactly what we wanted, then had to track someone down for help. Nobody would make eye contact with us, and when we would walk up and ask for help they would act as if we didn't exist, so we had to go to the back desk and speak with the manager, who then, proceeded to explain they were sorry and didn't know how to help us with what we needed, but would send someone to us right away. After an hour of waiting, we went back to the desk a bit annoyed, and finally got some assistance with our purchase, to then find out that the bed we wanted had to be ordered from a warehouse because they don't stock extras in the store. We were told the bed would come in 2-4 weeks and we ended up waiting 2 months for our bed. Long story short, we will never be shopping at this establishment again. Very poor service to younger people, super long wait times, and quite expensive for the lack of quality this furniture is.

Decent, But Not for Nursery Needs The Ashley Outlet furniture store is a decent option if you're looking for furniture at a discounted price. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, we were a bit disappointed with the selection, specifically for nursery furniture. We were looking for a rocker glider for our baby's room, but they had very limited options and nothing that really caught our eye. It seems like their focus is more on living room and bedroom furniture, so if you're looking for something specific like nursery furniture, you might be better off looking elsewhere.

Ozzie was fantastic, I would highly recommend working with him if you go to Ashley. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because who ever was in the back that checked me out was highly unprofessional when speaking to his employees. In my opinion if you have any kind of issue with one of you employees the time to address it is not in front of a customer, it made me very uncomfortable.

I went into Ashley a week or so ago, looking to see what they had available in a swivel rocker recliner. Much to my delight they had the perfect chair! Unfortunately the price tag was $699⁰⁰😱. It was a basic chair, not even a cup holder!! So I took Jaime business card and left. Thinking that the end of the yrar clearance sale would soon be here. When i returned to the store on Friday December 27th to my dismay this chair was not on sale, nor was any other piece of furniture. No sale signs of any clearance sale which is being advertised on Facebook as such. I bought the chair. He said he gave me 10% off but didnt tell me there would be a $50 charge to get it to Jackson!! I feel raped... Update, i paid a $50 charge to have the chair available to be picked up on the 1st of January..it was not available until January 3rd 🥺

The showroom was pristine. The sales people were knowledgeable. I felt at home trying out all different types of sofas that I had seen online. The prices? Terrific for this quality.

When I found a loveseat I was interested in buying, Scott made the purchasing process extremely simple and time efficient. Scott also kept us well informed about different options like extended warranties and let us know about all the additional fees that would come up like transfer fees and what the new Total price would be.

Great service - no pressure but very informed staff

My salesman, Ozzie, was helpful and informative. The people at the desk when I checked out also were good. Store layout very nice. Only problem I had was the double recliner would have take 4 to 6 weeks to get. Unfortunately I wasn't able to wait that long

In February of 2024, I purchased a Purple Restore mattress at the Jackson Michigan location. The staff were great and the delivery was on time. The mattress had to be replaced due to defects. This took a couple of weeks, but it went well. The replacement mattress is also defective. Ashley stated that this warranty issue was to be honored by Purple but calls to Purple pointed to Ashley being the responsible party. Additional calls to Ashley have hit a wall. Replacement must be approved by corporate and have been going on for nearly three months. Calls to the warranty dept. go unanswered, so you must contact CS. I know that they didn't make the junk mattresses, but they are the responsible party. No more Ashley and no more Purple Mattress. 8/4/24. Update. After several calls, I finally got an answer on warranty. (DENIED), the reason being that the platform bed purchased for this mattress did not meet qualifications. They refused to give me a copy of the denial statement. I wonder why. Last time I purchase from Ashley.
