I was excited to find that Ashley Outlet Store actually carried the Purple mattress. I was very happy with the knowledge Lara had and the time she spent explaining every thing. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and for a very good price. We will definitely be back to shop some more. Prices were awesome!!

Great interaction Fran is such a beautiful person knowledgeable and all. I would recommend them to anybody looking to redesign their place.

I want to start off by saying this review is not a reflection of this location and the sales associate who helped us (she was wonderful). Now here’s why we are not happy with our purchase and will not be buying from Ashley’s again: we bought an entertainment center in store on 03/28. It was shipped to the store (which is $50 btw) and we picked it up on April 11th. My Husband started putting it together that night and what do you know halfway through putting it together one of the pieces is missing holes so he has to stop. He calls the next day and they said they would ship the board in 7-10 business days!! Not get it in 7-10 business days, SHIP IT! First of all that’s crazy to me and not good customer service at all. If there is an error made on the company’s part, a good business would be sending it out ASAP and apologizing for their mistake! None of that happened, no urgency, no apology. So now it’s April 23rd with no piece and we have a half put together entertainment center in the middle of our living room for almost 2 weeks!! If it wasn’t already put together half way we would’ve just returned it and went else where. Super disappointed in this company and we will not be shopping with them again.

HORRIBLE & I mean HORRIBLE customer service from Sheila that works at the back desk. Is just straight up nasty to customers. I have had 3 different encounters with her and all of them have been horrible. After my boyfriend and I spent over 2k at their store. Makes the place look horrible and I have talked to multiple people that have had the same problems with Sheila. It's not hard to fire somebody who makes the place look so bad. Saundra on the other hand was a sweetheart and made sure we were happy the entire time we were there.

My wife and I were searching for a new mattress and checked out Ashley Outlet in Jackson MI. Our salesperson, Kylee, was very helpful and showed us several options on the sales floor. She wasn't high pressure and she let us try out as many mattresses as we wanted. We settled on a king mattress and made the purchase. The delivery occurred a few days later without a hitch. We were very satisfied with the entire process and we would recommend Ashley to all our friends and family.

Worked with the Floor Manager, Kylee. She was very knowledgeable about the Larkinhurst Sofa and answered all our questions. Examples were not available in the showroom but ended up buying two sight-unseen because she made us feel confident with our purchase. Looking forward to receiving them in 2-4 weeks and enjoying them for years. Thank you, Kylee!

I’m not gonna lie, I was hesitant to give Ashely furniture outlet another try because I tried to go in March 2024 and the whole 2 hrs I was in there the sales associate followed me around despite me saying I’m okay, I’ll come find you if I have questions. But we went in again because we are looking for a couch, Ozzie was great! Introduced himself to us and then said let me know if you have any questions and went on and let us continue looking, and checked on us here and there. Ultimately we walked out with the sale, during the process he was talking to us about things we do for fun and video games. It was a great experience and we will be back!

I'm disgusted. We ordered 2 end tables which came to a total of $350 on December 21st. We were told that they would arrive in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks I finally went in and was told it would another month. Finally they arrived February 8th. Annoyed we picked them up on the 9th. In a box, unassembled. Had we been told that we would have to put them together by the kiss ass sales guy, we wouldn't have bought them. We opened the box to put the first one together only to discover that none of the screw holes lined up. So now we have a box of of parts we are going to have to reconfigure in order to have a functional table. I will never shop there again. The items are cheaply made and the sales team neglected to share pertinent details. I expect to put furniture together when I buy it from big lots but not from a furniture store that claims to be high quality. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I would recommend going somewhere else.

I am a shopper before I buy and know what I am looking for. I was VERY surprised when speaking with a tech, Kylee, that actually listened and found what they offered that met my expectations. She suggested looking at their store monitor also which actually had a better style and I could hand touch what the material looked and felt like in the store. Found better than I expected, cheaper than Wayfair. Plus they will put together furniture for a nominal fee. I am happy! No pictures yet, waiting a short time for chairs to come from warehouse.

We really wanted to like this store, but from the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, we were not greeted nor offered any assistance. Even though we are both younger adults, and I'm sure some people our age do a lot of browsing, we were really hoping to purchase a bed for our new home because we were sick of sleeping on the floor. Since we were not offered any help, we made our way around and found exactly what we wanted, then had to track someone down for help. Nobody would make eye contact with us, and when we would walk up and ask for help they would act as if we didn't exist, so we had to go to the back desk and speak with the manager, who then, proceeded to explain they were sorry and didn't know how to help us with what we needed, but would send someone to us right away. After an hour of waiting, we went back to the desk a bit annoyed, and finally got some assistance with our purchase, to then find out that the bed we wanted had to be ordered from a warehouse because they don't stock extras in the store. We were told the bed would come in 2-4 weeks and we ended up waiting 2 months for our bed. Long story short, we will never be shopping at this establishment again. Very poor service to younger people, super long wait times, and quite expensive for the lack of quality this furniture is.

Decent, But Not for Nursery Needs The Ashley Outlet furniture store is a decent option if you're looking for furniture at a discounted price. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, we were a bit disappointed with the selection, specifically for nursery furniture. We were looking for a rocker glider for our baby's room, but they had very limited options and nothing that really caught our eye. It seems like their focus is more on living room and bedroom furniture, so if you're looking for something specific like nursery furniture, you might be better off looking elsewhere.

Ozzie was fantastic, I would highly recommend working with him if you go to Ashley. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because who ever was in the back that checked me out was highly unprofessional when speaking to his employees. In my opinion if you have any kind of issue with one of you employees the time to address it is not in front of a customer, it made me very uncomfortable.

I went into Ashley a week or so ago, looking to see what they had available in a swivel rocker recliner. Much to my delight they had the perfect chair! Unfortunately the price tag was $699⁰⁰😱. It was a basic chair, not even a cup holder!! So I took Jaime business card and left. Thinking that the end of the yrar clearance sale would soon be here. When i returned to the store on Friday December 27th to my dismay this chair was not on sale, nor was any other piece of furniture. No sale signs of any clearance sale which is being advertised on Facebook as such. I bought the chair. He said he gave me 10% off but didnt tell me there would be a $50 charge to get it to Jackson!! I feel raped... Update, i paid a $50 charge to have the chair available to be picked up on the 1st of January..it was not available until January 3rd 🥺

Last time I will go to this place. Looking to buy furniture and ask when it will be here (on a Thursday before 2pm) sales manger says Monday or Tuesday but if we order it right now we maybe able to get it Saturday. Go to finalize everything and the lady at the counter says ok transfers happen on Wednesdays and we will call when it comes in. Liars and bullshit artist are the only thing you will find in Ashley's.

In February of 2024, I purchased a Purple Restore mattress at the Jackson Michigan location. The staff were great and the delivery was on time. The mattress had to be replaced due to defects. This took a couple of weeks, but it went well. The replacement mattress is also defective. Ashley stated that this warranty issue was to be honored by Purple but calls to Purple pointed to Ashley being the responsible party. Additional calls to Ashley have hit a wall. Replacement must be approved by corporate and have been going on for nearly three months. Calls to the warranty dept. go unanswered, so you must contact CS. I know that they didn't make the junk mattresses, but they are the responsible party. No more Ashley and no more Purple Mattress. 8/4/24. Update. After several calls, I finally got an answer on warranty. (DENIED), the reason being that the platform bed purchased for this mattress did not meet qualifications. They refused to give me a copy of the denial statement. I wonder why. Last time I purchase from Ashley.

I love this couch, and the sales associate, Cameron, was very helpful. But, after it was delivered, I noticed a flaw on the backside that is exposed as a room-divider. I called immediately and was told that someone would be out within 72 hours to examine it. That didn’t happen. When I went back to the store to see if I could exchange it for something with a nicer backside, I was told I’d be charged a 25% service fee. This couch cost nearly $3,000. I am very unhappy with both the product and with customer service.

We got a late start mattress shopping on Memorial Day and found only a few places still open. We happened to drive by Ashley Furniture Outlet and decided to check it out. Not happy being "HARASSED" just moved here & the spouse and I went in. The sales lay was nice as ever, however IF I cannot recieve the furniture in a reasonable time, then they lost me! You are furniture store IF it's not in stock, has to be ordered, etc.. Could not even give us an exact or reasonable estimated arrival date, except for a few weeks later ( MORE than 3) not acceptable. I'm sure that she was in an "uncomfortable" situation. Then the conversation went to why don't you like this or this.. Im buying, I have to look at it each day.. I don't like and she kept on. I understand, that you have a job to do, but please DO NOT harass me. I'm a very nice person, however it irritated the HELL out of me.. Idk if I'll ever be back.. But went locally and had to order it BUT it was only a small fraction of the price at this store and was delivered exactly 10 days.. So good luck, especially if you need your items under 2 weeks!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY it's not worth the stress you will endure!!! March 2024- my husband and I went into Ashley looking for a new mattress. Backstory we have been sleeping on an older mattress that's 15 + years and were getting the worst sleep of our lives! We had a wonderful salesman and after trying out countless beds ended up purchasing a $4,000 mattress (yes it was out of our budget but felt we were getting the best investment at the time). When we left the store that day the mattress wasn't going to be delivered until April 1st. I got to call a couple days before April 1st from dispatch saying that our mattress was in and it was ready for delivery... Set up a delivery time for March 30th. I was ecstatic because it was going to be before the date they originally mentioned. Fast forward to Saturday before noon I get a call saying that my mattress is damaged and it is no longer going to be delivered and that a manager will be reaching out to me. A manager never reached out to me I had to reach out to them! I was so irate Im just wanted a refund at this point but the manager I spoke to was like let us do inventory and see if we have the mattress in the warehouse and someone will get back with you. I was supposed to give him until Monday 'because of the holidays'. Well Monday comes...no phone calls and it's going on noon so I call...there's no mattress they're telling me that they're getting a new truck shipment to the warehouse Tuesday and he will have the mattress sent out on a truck to me as soon as it comes in...okay cool, so I clear my schedule for Tuesday. So Tuesday comes and of course I have to call again to figure out what the heck is going on with my mattress... Every time I called they're just like the truck hasn't showed up yet and I'm just getting furious at this point. I was just making phone call after phone call trying to figure out what was going on with my mattress and I felt like I shouldn't have been left in this gray area for so long! So finally I was really ready to just be done with this place and then I talked with Sue (manager from Jackson) and she was the only person that made me feel seen. She took it and her hands to figure out what was going on uneven stated that I have made it more phone calls than I should have. So the shipment truck didn't even end up showing up until Wednesday afternoon and didn't get a call till 1:30ish from dispatch and they were saying that they weren't going to be able to deliver the mattress until Friday and I was like no.. that doesn't sit right with me not when I'm already supposed to have my mattress. She says that Thursday delivery is all booked and that I would have to wait until Friday. So I ended up scheduling it for Friday but that didn't sit right with me so I called Sue back and she called the head of the warehouse. And I got a call back saying that I would be put on a cancellation list that if anybody canceled for Thursday that I could have that spot then after that call I get a call shortly after saying there was a spot for Thursday... so I don't know what happened in between those two calls but apparently they got it figured out and thank goodness they did because I really wasn't wanting to wait until Friday! Here we are Thursday, April 4th and my mattress is SUPPOSED to be delivered between 2:30 and 5:30 so pray for me that it shows up (unharmed)! 🙌 I got compensated a pair of sheets ($229 value) but I don't feel like it was worth all the stress and haggle that I went through.

We were impressed by the vast selection of furniture available, offering a variety of styles to suit different tastes. The showroom itself was very clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse the different furniture collections. The staff member who assisted us during our visit was incredibly kind and helpful, patiently answering our questions and offering suggestions based on our needs. Overall, our experience at Ashley's Outlet Furniture was positive. The wide selection, affordability, and friendly service make it a great option for anyone looking for furniture for their home. After some looking later at home we did run Into the product listed cheaper on other sites. Unclear of our choice from here though.

The original purchase was great. The sales person was very very helpful a wonderful experience. But then the delivery was absolutely terrible. Our sectional got ripped multiple times as they were bringing through the door, and they also brung us a used broken ottoman. We tried to refuse it and the drivers just told us they don’t work for Ashley’s so it wasn’t there problem. This was a week ago and we’ve called 3 times to get a new ottoman and the couch fixed and every time they say they will look in to and call back and have yet to get a call back. So my suggestion if you buy from here is pick it up your self

Angela was great!! Purchasing went smoothly! Can’t wait to get out living room set! That was the purchasing process…. This is after….. Ordered a couch with chaise, ottoman, and chair. Couch gets delivered with the wrong color chaise. Sounds like the chair was lost somewhere and I was told that I need to call the store and have them reorder it, and it’s already been 4 weeks. Another 3 weeks later, I call the store and they have the chair ready for pick up. But delivery isn’t included because they only deliver one time! The day the couch was delivered it was an all day affair!! Now dealing with this!! The manager said he’d make it right and we could stop into the store. Went in and he gave us a $200 credit. Well, ok, we spent $2,200, only got $225 in discounts to begin with, plus paid for delivery. But I’m trying to be nice! Pick out an accent table for $249 and rug $239. Purchased both off the floor. Get home and look online, the rug is on sale for $180 and the table for $110 not assembled. But we bought it off the floor, so the price should be the same as online!!!! So really, no, we did not get a $200 credit. I just called to find out when our chair is getting delivered and the person tells me they are waiting for the ottoman and table and rug!! What the heck!? We have those!!! That’s when she told he that delivery is only one time! Are you kidding me!! No manager is working right now because it’s 6:15pm! Again, it’s retail, are you kidding me!!! And now here I am, BBB reviews, Google reviews, Bing Reviews. Wish I would have read these reviews before shopping there. I will make sure others do!!! No way someone spending over $2200 should get this kind of run around for 7 weeks!!! Or spend any money!!! We didn’t ask for any discounts, didn’t haggle, didn’t even complain much.

I am very disappointed in the level of service and the run around that I was given. It has been over 30 days we have been waiting to have a bed frame set up. This is after calling 7 to 8 times to talk to a manager to get this situation addressed. With that said, when I said I wanted to return the frame bc it we have been waiting for over 30 days we were told that they are still going to charge us the restock fee. Restock fee for something that is still in boxes and NOT set up due to us waiting for a part to be delivered. Over priced and I would never order something from them again. Awful service from hounding store sales rep to delivery department "customer" service in Lansing and Jackson.

Fran was very personable and made us feel right at home. She was very patient and willing to show us all available options. She was knowledgeable on every piece she showed us and was willing to find out more if we needed her to. The best salesperson we’ve met for sure.

Rude, worthless people. Not everyone but the old woman is a rude Karen and I had to walk out from buying a couch on a good deal. Every people had different answer about financing so they we not on the same page. Rude lady even said “what are you doing on your phone”, when I was using it. All I can say is April is amazing she took her time and came in on her day off to make sure I was treated very well and got exactly what I wanted she even dealt with me coming back and forth for almost a month because I was so indecisive she also got me the best deal she possibly could and made it feel more like a hang out session then a purchase all and all I could not have been more satisfied

First thing i want to say is that it was my second visit to the Jackson store. The customer service from Jordan the manager was absolutely horrible he it is not a people person at all he desperately needs more training for sure both times can't say which was worse my first or my second visit they will never get any service from me again it isn't even worth the one star the make give one

Very great shopping experience today. Danny was very helpful, as were the rest of the staff we interacted with. Great selection in store and reasonable prices. Updated March 2024 - well, the good service experience on our purchase date was the end of the road... we still haven't had our entire order delivered and have had to make repeated (often un-returned) calls to the store and delivery warehouse to try and figure out where the furniture we've already paid for actually is. I'm incredibly disappointed after spending three weeks trying to get answers... Updated April 2024 - still waiting for our couch... Please, folks, avoid this place at all costs.

Well bought a bed, and frame from them, the salesmen show us a great warranty for our things, we had a claim on the warranty, which when going over it, was pointed out would be covered, but when we made our claim, we where denied, they advised us that it was not covered under the warranty, now we have a 1500 dollar bed frame that they will not repair, we only bought the bed frame, cause our salesmen Jordan guaranteed use that the warranty would cover pet damage, we just got a new puppy. So if you buy a warranty through then beware my get dooped too.

Great service when purchasing. That was almost two MONTHS ago and I still do not have all of my furniture delivered. I had to call them multiple times to get the first delivery set up and have not heard back regarding the rest. I will not buy or recommend this store again unless this improves. Give me what I paid for.
