Great professionalism
The Jackson store w Fran and company were so bad - horrible customer service- I had decided to not ever shop at Ashley. Then, I found Alex at the Kalamazoo store who was professional , caring and very knowledgeable. Alex helped me order the recliner sofa I wanted and was very accommodating with delivery. If you need a great sales associate and no hassle when purchasing w delivery - call Alex he will have you admiring your new furniture in your home in record time!!! ☝️
David was very pleasant to work with and there was no pressure at all.
Working with Bird was a blast! She was patient with me while I changed my mind many times! Zero pressure- wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.
Yesterday I walked into the store. There were maybe 6 employees working. One gentleman working with a couple. I walked all the way through the store, sat in a few chairs for comfort. Not ONE employee approached me to see if I needed help. I walked to the front entrance, looked around and left. I guess nobody was interested in a sale?? Poor customer service in my opinion.
