I Had a great experience at this store! I was researching couches for months and had my eye on a specific one that I wanted to look at in person. Sabrina greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and took me right to the couch I had my eye on, gave me a quick rundown on the features. I had my toddler with me and we all know they have zero patience! She got me a great deal and made the process super quick and easy. I definitely will be returning for my furniture Purchases at this location.

Spent $900 on mattress, $250 cover (cover required for 60-120 day 1 time exchange if different firmness needed). $1219 with tax , no delivery Their warehouse is easy to find , a little past Tractor supply off Grand River Ave. Got lucky and it arrived in only 2 days. Warehouse worker was pleasant and patient while I inspected it, even opened one end of plastic bag (that was not see through) and he helped me load it into my cargo trailer. Over all a great experience, well done ✅

Sabrina is the best!

I got a futon delivered from the Lansing store. I had paid extra for a delivery and set up. However, the movers did not even set it up properly, were 6 hours late, and threw out the legs to the futon. DJ their amazing service tech, came out to my apartment 4x to make sure I was taken care of and making sure the futon was all set. DJ had to change the brackets because they were delivered bent, find/ get the missing legs for the futon, and then finally put everything all together. Overall, I had ashley furniture at my apartment 5x within 3 weeks lol. DJ and their service department are the only reason I would ever think of shopping with Ashley Furniture. You guys better make DJ a manager if he isnt already. Because that gentleman is the only reason I would ever do business with this store again.

Went into Ashley furniture to look at a set we saw online. Ray answered all questions me and Dante had regarding the furniture. He was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He made our purchase fast and easy.

Theresa Barney spent a lot of time helping us choose the right sectional without any pressure to purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the product and the performance of the fabric. When we went in to purchase the sectional she wasn't working. Teresa Brown stepped in and finished the sale professionally also making sure we knew the benefits of the fabric we chose knowing the sale was going to Theresa Barney. This unfortunately isn't always the practice in other stores.

Scott and Dale were very knowledgeable and helped us find a great furniture set. They even asked us to come back Sunday when some of the stuff would be on sale so we saved quite a bit!

Scott is amazing! He actually gives you space to roam and shows up right when you need a question answered. You won’t hear anything about commission or feel any pressure to buy right then and there. He’s straight up with you and is very knowledgeable. I was able to work with the store manager Damien and he’s the exact same way. Damien is very transparent and will let you know about any ongoing deals. No pressure sales with these two which is perfect when you’re just browsing and looking around. I would def recommend these two gentlemen. 5 stars without a doubt!

Absolutely fantastic furniture selection. I just recently bought a new couch from Ashley's. It is very comfortable. My family and I love it!

We purchased a chair here one year ago for $845. We wanted to buy the same chair to have a matching set. They told us that it had been discontinued but they had one in the warehouse and it would cost $1000.00. When we told her no thank you, she didn't even attempt to make a deal. So we walked out.

I recently returned to purchase a recliner and asked for Marshune. He had previously helped us with a multiple furniture purchase and had been great. So it was a no brainer for me to ask for his help again. He is exceptional! So friendly, and always has the biggest smile. Aside from the just him, the lady that helps behind the counter is always so sweet as well.

We finally decided to be real grown ups and purchase new furniture for our house. As many find, the older you get the more your body doesn't do what you want it to, so you need more comfort and support. Dale met us at the door and was very nice while we walked around trying to find what would be best for us. So far we are super happy with our purchase but we waiting for it to arrive.

Coltin answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable of the products. A pleasure to deal with.

We were shopping for a sectional, had a very attentive sales person, although she wasn’t quite as professional as would seem important for this. Her manager was close by, and he helped when needed, but he was disappointing at the end when we chose the one to purchase. He basically gave us $100 off the list price, and when we went up to pay, I remembered I had signed up online and gotten a $50 coupon, which he said he COULD NOT HONOR, because he already took $100 off. We were not happy, as we know there is always wiggle room. Plus, we bought the sectional, ottoman and a recliner. He claimed the “new” management/owners would not let him do that. Doubtful. We will see how delivery and quality is, but disappointed they push you to sign up and the $50, and don’t honor it!!!!

The store is clean and displays are done well. My salesman was great. Didn’t hover but was there if I had questions. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. However, I found the majority of the furniture is the same style and limited colors. A lot of mid-century style which is great if that’s your style. I would however, recommend trying this store the next time you’re in the need for furniture.

She listened to our wants and needs and directed us easily to 3 living room sets that suited us. I’m a quick decision maker and chose a leather couch, loveseat and chair. Theresa did a fantastic job assisting me with selecting the perfect furniture for my new space. She was patient, honest, and knowledgeable. There was no upsell or oversell, she was keyed in on making sure what I selected was well aligned with my needs. Store Management is great in assisting with delivery dates and times that work with your schedule, as well as ironing out any other details required. Delivery was prompt, clean, and courteous. All in all, a seamless experience from beginning to end!

I saw a recliner online and busted the store to try it out. (Haven't received the chair just yet so I can't comment on its comfort or quality yet.)

The store is inviting and clean. We stopped by mid-morning on a Tuesday when it wasn’t busy. Teresa Brown greeted us and she gave us all the time and information we needed. They did not have the item on display that we saw online and wanted to buy, but we were able to sit on a similar item. She ordered the loveseat glider we saw online to be delivered to our home. The only downside is, once it’s delivered to our home, if we don’t like it, there are no returns. A little scary when furniture is not available in stores to see/sit on in-person-only available ordering online-and no returns when it is delivered. Hoping we like it. It does come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty.

I have been going to Ashley for quite some time and have purchased multiple furniture pieces from them. Everything I have purchased is very good quality and decently priced. This last time I went, I purchased a purple mattress from them. Marshune helped us out and he was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I forgot the name of the manager but he was AMAZING and helped us out so much. He even gave us an extra free gift for being returning customers. I came in and immediately Theresa was there to help. The entire experience was quick and painless. I was involving my 4 year old in the purchase and she didn't get frustrated or annoyed. She was very sweet with him and I found what I needed at a good price! Highly recommend shopping here! My only complaint (which has nothing to do with this store or staff in particular) is that they do not offer delivery on it own without set up. I would've liked it delivered but not for $200 for set up. Other than that I'm happy!

I visited this Ashley store with specific goals in mind: to explore their selection of sofas, and test out the "Modmax" sectional in particular. The layout of this location is great - there's plenty of space, and it's easy to see clear across the store, so I was able to locate everything I needed almost immediately. I wasn't hounded by sales staff, which is much appreciated! I ended up working with Dameyon, who was so friendly and personable. He left me alone to browse, but was available when I had questions. Any quotes I needed, or questions I had about availability, he was able to answer quickly, which made decision-making easier. I was happy to find several models in stock that the Ashley website had said were backordered. Ended up purchasing a large chaise sectional with the Nuvella fabric. The checkout process was quick and easy. I was told I'd receive a call to schedule delivery in the next 24 hours - I got that call 10 minutes later, on the drive home! The delivery team were incredibly professional and skilled. I love my new couch, and will definitely be returning to this Ashley store for future furniture purchases!

Went in looking for a new pillow and was helped by salesperson Dameyon who was incredible to work with! He was so nice and friendly, suggesting a great option (which I did end up purchasing) but he made what could have been a stressful experience (I anticipate salespeople will be somewhat pushy and so I try to avoid them) into a positive and fun experience! So much so, that my guy and I ended up going back the next day to purchase a new bed! Once again, Dameyon was knowledgeable and SO patient while we debated on the best choice for us. I went in the store to buy end tables and a bookcase. The Caucasian gentleman at the front desk seemed surprised that I walked in. I was wearing a hoodie and sweat pants. This isn’t my normal courtroom attire, but one shouldn’t have to dress a certain way to receive good customer service. I showed the gentle a picture of a piece of furniture and he selected the wrong piece of furniture that I showed in the picture. Then I asked him about end tables. He told me that I could look around and seemed like he did not want to assist me. Salesman are supposed to assist customers find the items they are looking for or even try to sell them other items not just let them find things on their own. What is the point of having sales staff? Then I saw a Black gentleman and asked him for assistance. He asked the Caucasian gentleman if I had been helped. If I received assistance, then why would I ask the Black gentleman for help? Then the Black gentleman proceeded to walk away towards an older Caucasian lady and asked her if she needed assistance. I looked and laughed in disbelief and I walked out of the store after receiving no assistance. I will never go back based on this experience. I can find what I need online anyway!

Had a wonderful sales experience however service / warranty dept is horrible. Purchased a purple mattress many months ago and it has a very large indentation in the mattress. Purple mattress indicates you must Start the with the location where you bought the mattress and file a claim. Service department has a voicemail that’s full, Therefore, you can’t leave a message and no one answers the phone. Called customer service and the girl on the other end argued with us that purple mattresses don’t have a warranty. After five minutes of discussing that with her, we asked to speak to a manager. During the transfer process, the call was dropped x2. Call back a third time and she indicated that she would have someone call us. That was five days ago and we still have not heard anyone despite leaving yet another message for someone to call back. It’s unfortunate for the sales people that they don’t have a warranty / service department that holds up their end of the bargain. That will be the last thing we buy from Ashley furniture in Lansing and will be sure to tell purple mattress when we finally get a claim going through them about the experience that we’ve had. Buyer beware !!

We purchased a six person dining room table and we’ve owned it for a year. It turns out the table isn’t wood as advertised but instead is only a veneer. Having that said you cannot get any moisture on the table as it swells and warps. Very disappointed because of the amount of money spent and feel that we were misinformed. I won’t buy from them again.

An overall good experience. Disappointed that the instore prices were so much higher than online. I did get the online better price after asking. 3-4 week potential wait time was much longer than I was expecting.

Ashley furniture by the Lansing Mall has an amazing selection I buy all of my furniture through Ashley‘s in Waverly! I am so grateful and comfortable for my furniture. I feel so relaxed in my home. I got a very cozy reclining couch and a phenomenal bed. Best bed I’ve ever owned. I could not recommend Ashley‘s in Lansing enough! It is the best furniture outlet of all time ask for Dameyon!

I would give the store associates a 4.5 but the service warranty portion of the company gets a -3 from me for sure. Went and bought a $3k sectional less than 4 months ago had service here twice now as the console no longer works. Called service 5 times left messages never got a call back, finally went into a store and got them to start the service request. Finally got someone here 3 weeks later just for them to say yes it’s broken I’ll forward it to the higher ups to get parts ordered. So here I am still unable to use the reclining portion of my couch for god know how much longer. This places service is a joke

Very pleased, that's why I returned and most likely will again. My sales rep both visits was Dameyon and while there is a lot there that is really not my personal preference, I have been able to tell him what I am looking for, what I want and he worked to get it for me.

Ray was fabulous in helping me find what I was interested in - sofa, recliner and mattress. Very informative but not pushy - exactly what you would want in a representative for your company. The value was there in our purchase as well - well within our price limit. Haven’t had delivery yet so cannot comment on that.

I have such a terrible experience with Ashley store. We bought a 7 piece sectional recliner, genuine leather. It was a pain for us. It had a manufacturing defect.I would never go to Ashley Store, it was a first time but very bad experience. 👎

Huge store with tons of bed frames, bedroom sets, dining tables, and mattresses. Lots of workers around if you have any questions or concerns. They do push taking a loan or credit card out for furniture, which I cannot recommend

Had to change my view. Made purchase with Kendall 2 weeks ago, told we'd have our bed a week later coming from Jackson, still no bed. End week told it's on back order, week later, no bed, still today 6/10/24, and told another 3 weeks. WOW! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and RELIABILITY! And again people Kendall (store mgr) dropped the ball again. Still today, say he says it'll be delivered, not there, no call to customer, no text, no email, no update to customer. His service and word is NO GOOD
