Ashley was $1,000 cheaper than Denver Mattress at Furniture Row. No chance they'd drop $1,000 off the mattress just to match Ashley; so I went back and they took great care of me. But they also helped us order an additional pair of decent budget twin mattresses for our growing children, it felt great to purchase 3 mattresses for the price I was expecting to purchase just our California King mattress. Also great advice on how to use a cheaper mattress disposal instead of their own expensive disposable fee. Welcome to the post pandemic world! No more free delivery AND disposable, mattresses are now considered "Hazmat Cleanup" they must wrap up each mattress like it has bugs or somebody died on it! That hazmat disposable job isn't free! 🫤 BUT I HATE the Mattress Corporation Industries! They intentionally change the model names to prevent competitive shopping between stores and price matching between stores. Our current mattress is called The Motley (from ArtVan), however it's now called a Princeton (at Ashley), but it's called a Brenham (at Denver); However they are all the exact same identical mattress (except my current Monthly seen some years of "action")!🤔😒🙄 But if you pay attention to the terminology and the internal diagram of the inside "technology" of the mattress(es) you like(d). Then you should be able to find the same mattress with the exact same internal diagram and "technology". Excellent, but that takes hours to investigate; and even when you figure out they are identical, nobody will price match or be competitive because; "That's a different model that our mattresses!" 🤬
The customer service was fantastic! Lacey was great! I'm very happy with the dining room chairs we purchased. I highly recommend this location and Lacey! Everyone at the store were great. I will go back when we need to purchase more furniture.
