Way over priced was told a few times if I didn't get the Ashley store card I was not gonna get a certain good deal...I could of recieved a better deal at American Freight Furntiture company same style and set but I didn't because I told them about their offer in price I told them I was going to cancel my order they told me 5-10 business days for my money to go back on my card so they decided to give me the American freight deal of a price match but still tacked on 384$ for additional night stand and dresser then told us pickup would be next day soon as they open we got a uhaul to do this costed 90$ had to be back by a certain time frame ...Once we got to the warehouse in Warren on 14 mile we waited over an hour there were employee and managers around no one was ahead of us waiting for a pickup and my boyfriend had to load our stuff which don't make sense cause we were told they load it for you and if your a customer for pickup usually they do cause it can be a liability if an injury took place ...The guy helping us load our furniture just tossed it like was nothing my boyfriend had to ask him to load it alittle more carefully and he looked discouraged but say what if it was his stuff would he want it loaded unprofessional with no proper care...Also on top that a uhaul fee that tagged on another day cost us more money because the time frame and late for a very important job quote that we lost money on...We call your corporate they don't want to offer us nothing but a 100 gift card for the time and perfunctory piece of work customer service...Being in customer service for over 15 years this is just downright unacceptable...The warehouse alone don't even have a phone number? You have to go up there to get ahold of a manager corporate keeps you on hold for 45 mins ...Waste of time...Money...Gas etc...This is just insane even McDonald's you can call customer service at the location you were serviced...Along with other furniture places and they take care of you!!!! Never again go to Value City...Gardner White...American Freight Furniture...Even Bob's or Biglots...This place is way over priced and their customer service and warehouse is a perfunctory piece of work!

I would never in my life shop at Ashley Home Furniture again. I have run across an issue with every transaction for the past 2 years. When I bought a sofa set last year, it took well over 3 months to deliver. When I bought a mattress and adjustable base, it was constantly put on back order, and the sales agent lied about applying discounts and completely fudged up the order (which nobody at the company would fix) so I canceled it. When the bed frame was delivered, it was damaged in a place that is not visible. When the damage was found a month after delivery, they would not send a technician out to survey or repair the damage. Nor will they accept a return or exchange. You are better off ordering on Wayfair! And in the future that is exactly what I’ll do. Thanks for reading

Lots of furniture to pick from. Didn’t want to spend a whole ton of money so we did get what we wanted. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable. Great job Sandra Noah. Hopefully the chairs will be delivered in a couple of weeks.

Purchase a bedroom set in Nov 2022. Delivery was schedule for Dec 17, 2022. When the delivery showed up there were multiple parts scratched, so I returned then. The parts were the headboard legs and the footboard. The second delivery was schedule for Jan 3, the headboard legs didn't come with the delivery. The delivery team made a note that the white glove service couldn't be complete it, due to the headboard legs missing. I received an automated message from Ashely the same day (Jan 3), saying that guess care was going to reach out to me soon. On Jan 4, I reached out to them to order the headboard legs. On Jan 11, footboard legs were delivery. So I went back to the store where I purchase the set. At the store I was told that they couldn't help me, that my only course of action was to call their costumer care line. On Friday Jan 13, I called their costumer service line. The person that I spoke to, said that he was having issues w/ his computer but that he was going to take care of my request and called me back to confirmed. Never heard back. On Sat Jan 14, I called again and was told that there was not ticket regarding headboard legs issue and that nothing was in the system. That they would have to start a new ticket. I asked if there was a way for me to get a name or a call back number to the same person, so that I can track my issue w/ a single representative, and they told me that was not possible. I asked to speak to a supervisor at this point, and my phone called got disconnected. I called back again after the called was disconnected and asked to speak to a supervisor again, after repeating this whole issue the the new representative, she said she was going to transfer me and the called got disconnected one more time. Now is Jan 17, almost 2 months after the purchase and still don't have a functioning bed, since it can't be put together without the missing headboard legs, or a way to resolve the issues. Can't stress enough how bad their service is.

My Mom & I went to Ashley Furniture Today looking For a Bedroom Set ! Chris Greeted us & He was extremely Friendly & Very knowledgeable! Outstanding Customer Service! Highly Recommend Him ! You should Visit the Madison Heights store store & ask for him .. He will Roll The Red Carpet For you !!!
