Both guys were very helpful hard working and knowledgeable. They called and were able to show up early which I appreciate. They came in got the work done in a short amount of time even with a little trouble getting the couch through an inside doorway. They both carried on conversation while working and were very respectful. I would recommend these 2 guys for delivery any time.

We went in to check out a new bed. They were very prompt and helpful. However they were persistent on getting me to run my financing to see what I was qualified for. As I’m very particular with my credit score which I think everyone is, they insisted it was just a soft credit pull. I must of asked him 3 or 4 times to make sure because I wasn’t even buying a bed but since he assured it was a soft pull. Turns out it wasn’t. It was a hard pull and my credit score went down 13 points

My salesperson Ashley was so helpful. I bought a living room set that was on backorder for longer than I expected. She helped me find an alternative set that I am very happy with. She was just great.

Nearly a month late on delivery and got little to no help with the staff about the delivery problem. The movers were exceptional as the showed up on time and help locate the missing items as one of them even offered to bring us the missing items on his own time. Courteous, professional, and extremely helpful the movers is the only reason I gave a 4 star review. Furniture is excellent very pleased with that as well.

There was no communication from Ashley furniture that one of my box frames was not being delivered at the same time as my mattress. Right now bed is uneven due to having a "rental" box frame and my normal box frame. Delivery went well and the delivery staff were nice. In store staff is very friendly and not pushy. Very much like shopping here. Communication issues were on the scheduling center not the Marquette store.

Ryan and Jay were beyond professional and did an amazing job at placement of furniture and making any modifications. Plus they were right on time and extremely personable.

We bought a new dining room table from the Marquette Ashley store. The staff was friendly and patient, the delivery drivers handled the furniture with care and were also very nice. We love our new purchase. The furniture looks beautiful.

The wife and I had a very good shopping experienced with our pitculaular sales lady ( shame on .e for forgetting her name at this moment.) She was such a gem that we went in to purchase a bed, and she took the time to ask questions regarding our wants and needs in a bed, she took the time to explain various mattress that they had and ones she could order if what we were looking for was not on site. We purchased the bed, left the store and spoke on her customer service skills and personality and that she was not aggressive and was very attentive. So we return a week later to look around for a couch, the same saleswoman approach us and we did work with her, so now we have a couch and big man chair. The next week instead of going to the other furniture place the wife and I spoke about we returned to Ashley's and picked up to chest of drawers from the same sales lady. The delivery Fellas were just as welcoming as the one sales lady we encountered, I even shared some if my military 🪖 stories with them.

Everything was great from start to end. We stopped in to the Marquette Ashley Store on a whim. We sort of had an idea of what we were looking for and Danielle led us right to what was going to work best for us. We were pressed on time and she was quick to take note of everything we wanted. She emailed us a quote and we went from there. Our order was ready in half the time she quoted. When it came time for delivery, the gentleman that delivered were polite and fast. They hauled everything up a flight of stairs, assembled everything for us and had every piece placed right where we wanted. I didn't catch the names of the delivery crew but they deserve a lot a credit. Nice, funny, personable, professional, courteous and fast! This is the one place in town that I’ll buy my furniture from. Other places are to expensive and others charge to much for stuff that will fall apart in a year. At least with Ashley, you get a warranty.

Good customer service!

Would have given a higher rating but Ordered 2 bedroom sets and wasn't told that 1 of them required a box spring. So when my order was delivered, I still had to drive back into town to purchase a box spring. Didn't even offer a discount for their failure to let us know. I heard this is very common of them to do.

Great service. Kind people. Helped me out in a pinch to suprise my wife with a new couch which turned out to be the perfect couch. The one she really wanted. And to add the prices were right within the range i was looking for. For being my first shopping here, i can say with certainty it wont be my last.

Helpful and not pushy service

Horrible customer service and very low quality furniture. I must start by saying that in the last year I have had four heart attacks and a triple bypass surgery. I’m not in very good shape so my bed is important to me. I bought a bed from Ashley for almost $2000 and it was delivered and set up by them a week ago. Well last night the frame collapsed and I hit the hardwood floor. I called Ashley to let them know what happened and they acted like they didn’t believe me. After arguing for a long time with them they decided to replace the frame. I didn’t even get an apology from the manager. Now I could have been hurt badly with my health the way it is, and they showed little care or empathy. They were very rude and unwilling to work with me. They said they would replace the frame but I’d have to come get it. They eventually agreed to deliver it but it took a lot of arguing. Stay away from Ashley furniture.

All I can say is , if it say online that this is the price, and it is in store , it's all a lie. It's not in store and the price is always much higher. Please stay away from this place . I've had multiple purchases from them, with lots of lies and rudeness on there part. I don't normally like being this abrasive, but I have to be honest about my experiences here

Pretty cool place, every time you come in make sure to loudly say “I’ve come for the comfort” to save 20% of your next purchase!

I spent over $2K here and they sent me a couch that was defective. After about 4 weeks I noticed that it was giving way in the middle and I informed them about it. They saw the frame was broken but they won't replace it for me. Instead they said they will repair it. After a lot of arguing they agreed to replace it and the next one was defective as well. They won't take back the matching chair so now I have spent all this money to have mismatching furniture in my living room. This shopping experience was the worse I have ever had in my life. If you want to spend a lot of money to have your living room ruined then this is the place to shop. Also to get them to call you back is like pulling teeth. I had to ask several times for a call back before I got one. They only talk over email and never follow up. This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with this company. I have feel I have been completely taken for a ride. You will get better service shopping online and a better chance they stand behind their product. This place doesn't understand why anyone would walk into a brick and mortar shop and provides an awful customer service experience. I should have read the bad reviews on here and taken them more seriously. Several people had the same experience. To add to the insult I now have live without a couch until I can find a replacement.

Received a follow up text a few days later, which reminded me the sale would be ending soon, so I came in and ordered. Loveseat arrived ahead of schedule and we absolutely love it. This was the first time I had gone into Ashley's Furniture and it was fantastic. Shirlee, who was extremely helpful, showed me around (beautiful store btw) and I found an awesome sofa and loveseat. The whole experience was wonderful. Can't beat 12-months 0% financing either!

My wife and I went there to look for dressers and we ended up purchasing an entire bedroom set for a fantastic price thanks to the help of Danielle Wallin, one of the sales people. Even with some supply delays she was able to help us find the perfect set and set up delivery in a very reasonable time frame. She really put time and effort into finding us exactly what we needed and all around it was a great experience. We highly recommend Danielle and the crew at Ashley for furniture purchases.

Took over 6 months to get what I bought. Wrong loveseat recliner was ordered. Broke twice within less than 4 days after finally getting it. Had it for approximately 3 weeks before it broke. Very nice guy that came to fix it though.

Some of the worst people that I have ever had to work will. They called me said they would deliver my couches on the 3/26/2021. I called them on the 25th to see what time they was going to deliver my couches. I was told they do not have a date now. So I have to Make a monthly payment on my CC but no couches. Will never go back and Going to tell everyone I deal with to go there.. I did it on line, you are welcome to email me off line and we can talk about it.

Don't fancy yourself a "fast-food" type furniture sale only to be lied too and say your delivery is out to 2mos or more. Excuses aplenty. Rude, obnoxious sales "persons" when asking for answers. Stick with your local longevity stores with community history with quality. You'll be satisfied in the short & long run.

Prices are a little high

Came in on a Saturday needing furniture quickly. Store staff showed us right to the items they had stock of locally and could sell from the store. Very helpful and friendly. Got what we needed and closed the transaction quickly. Had a great helper loading the items in truck we rented up the street. Overall great experience.

Shirlee helped me through the maze of selecting a mattress that has proven, after two years, to have been a great purchase. As Goldilocks said, "It's just right." I was in a hurry on the day we needed it. The sales rep listened carefully, asked me the right questions, and had me out the door with the right mattress in record time. Recently an elderly relative needed an ottoman for elevating her legs. Before ordering something on- line, I checked Ashley. A different sales person, Diane, asked important questions I hadn't considered (e.g. "Is the person using it strong enough to move it into position?") In short order Diane walked through both levels of the store and came up with three, lightweight, compact choices. We bought what she suggested, a pouf, that fits perfectly in a small apartment yet it is high enough to reduce the leg swelling. The sale price was actually better than what we would have paid with our Prime membership! In both cases, the sales reps suggested practical, reasonably priced solutions.

Pretty overpriced, not bad for heavy spenders one stop shop... Sales employees will allow you about 2 seconds laying on a bed before asking how it feels lol.

Just purchased a beautiful table and chairs set for the unbelievable price of $299! I found it online but wanted to see it in person and WOW! Sturdy and great quality. Such a pleasant surprise and Kristen Graham helped us and was friendly, quick and efficient.

I am leaving a review because they made my mom feel bad when she went to buy some new furniture and asked about a bed frame for an air mattress for the guest room. She regrets asking instead of just getting furniture but I am glad she will be buying the furniture and the frame elsewhere.
