Completely unpressured experience. When Dale first approached us he was polite and helpful. He directed us to where we could look for the dressers. Once we decided on what we wanted, he quickly processed our order without any sales pitches for anything else.

First of all, Noah (my sales associate) was AMAZING. Patient, kind, helpful & professional. If you have to go to Ashely - go see Noah at the Meridian Mall in Okemos. As for the rest….wow. I’m a pretty selective person when picking out furniture. This is our HOME, not a dorm room or college apartment, so naturally (I would think) any logical person would take their time and find what speaks to them. I don’t care for most of the traditional or over-opulent styles that you see on most showroom floors, so after spending nearly an entire day in that store I finally found what I liked. Twice. Like, I had my heart set on this furniture. Both times “not in stock”. Truly disappointed. However, after some “come to Jesus” moments with myself and a few other in-store setbacks regarding items being available, we settled on a set that I really hope we end up loving. And the store made a small adjustment (likely for our frustration) in terms of financing. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

Jood took her time learning what we were looking for in a mattress and showing us ones that combined what my husband and I were looking for.

Couldn't be happier. I was of course greeted at the door but no one was pushy and gave me the information I needed to navigate around the store. They definitely have a wide variety at a wide price. Honestly I thought it was only really expensive stuff but we got what we wanted at a good price.

Igor did a good job - he was present but not over-bearing. Pointed out benefits and cons of a couple different options as far as upholstery options and the reality of owning dogs who think they’re people who sit on the couch. I think I got a fair deal especially considering I didn’t want to spend 18 hours negotiating for a sectional. All in all it was a great experience and I got some much needed upgraded furniture.

I was having a really good experience until i tried to put my furniture together. One of the pieces was made wrong and it could not be assembled. It took several hours of work to get an answer on when I could get a replacement part. They told me it would take 7-10 day and they refused to overnight the part or give me the floor model part. I asked if I could return the table and they told me it was my responsibility to catch all defects when I picked up the item and it could not be returned. How am I supposed to know the part was made wrong unless I put it all together in the store? Ashely is great until you sign the paperwork, then you are on your own. You would think they would offer to come assemble it for free or offer store credit for my trouble but no. They made the whole experience feel like it was my fault for not inspecting it thoroughly enough.

Ashley stores have a presentation of Excellence the moment I walked in the door! Starting with Trent, who was so knowledgeable about where to suggest to look for items that I wanted to purchase, he did not hover over me, but, he was easily accessible. He was friendly and at the conclusion of the sale, he personally walked with me to the car to help me load! Supervisor in the background was the same professional, accessible and friendly presence. It’s a very high-quality bed and I love that I can adjust my head or feet to a more comfortable position and relieve aches and pains. He has a lot of knowledge about each bed and listened to what I was struggling with to help find what would best fit my needs. The process to get financed was pretty quick and easy and he was very professional and kind the whole time. Thank you Trevor!

Walked into Ashley looking for a sectional my wife and I found online. Even though they did not have the exact couch we were looking for, they were able to show us couches with the same material, cushion, and color as the one online. That helped us feel more confident, and we ended up ordering the sectional online. The sales rep was friendly and helpful without being overbearing, and it was fun walking around the showroom.

We were helped by a salesperson named Jood who was very pleasant to work with. She helped both me and my mom find exactly what we were looking for, and she did it with confidence while keeping it low pressure and down to Earth with us. We will definitely shop here again in the future!

Devin was the salesperson who worked with me. I was interested in a queen size Serta extra firm mattress. Devin answered my questions and took the time to show me how the individual coil system worked. The floor manager offered me water. It took a while for the managers to figure out the cost of the mattress as it did not have a price on it. The store manager processd my paperwork. I felt the mattress protector was a little high. There is a fee to remove the old mattress. I hope this mattress will get more than the typical 8 to 10 years wear since I purchased the extra firm one. It is good to compare pricing with other stores.

It was a very positive experience. We looked at a _lot_ of recliners for me. When I pointed out the couch that had caught my eye online, Jesse made a point of saying, well let's go look at that one then. When my fiancé and I sat down together, we were in complete agreement. Even with our difference in sizes, we both felt completely comfortable, like it was made for each of us individually and both of us together. This will be something that we can share and will bring us closer together.

These people here really went above and beyond! I actually went to another company trying to get a bed.. Well they just really could have cared less.. After two weeks of trying, I decided to call the Lansing Ashley’s, well my goodness my needs were solved within 10 mins!! Long story longer, I go to pick up my bed, I have the wrong card.. They helped me figure out how to walk out that day with my bed. You want to be heard, go here. They are calm, caring and will get you what you need! Even the people helping to load were nice and even joked about our Go Blue truck even though we were in a Sparty neighborhood.. I could go on and on, but this place is awesome all the way around:) I will 100% drive out of town and go here again, it’s worth it! Thank you for helping me so much❤️

Says it's open on Google and was even confirmed by the Owner 3 weeks ago. Took a trip to buy some furniture and planned our day around it. This place hasn't even had its Grand Opening yet! They were inside building the place when we went by. Why have the hours that they are open confirmed on Google when the store hasn't even opened yet? Not a good start to business but an excellent start to buffoonery.
