Best experience working with Connor for our mattress. Zero pressure and although he greeted us when we came in, he reapproached us when he saw we had a question. So enjoyable to have that time to browse on our own for a while without feeling like a commission. Furniture shopping is like car shopping and we hate it, but we’ll be going back to purchase a sectional from Connor soon. Easy-going, very informed and laid-back sales agent and we couldn’t be more happier with the service we received. A couple other service reps we chatted with in between, too and they were funny and friendly too. Thank you for the great service, Connor and we’ll be seeing you again soon!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Yeah you get decent furniture for maybe a decent price but customer service is subpar! We moved from CT to MI living in a home with no furniture for a month now. I was told it would take 3 weeks for the sectional to come in and I got 2 end tables (one already damaged) and 1 piece of a 6 piece sectional. I was told EVERYTHING except the console would be at the warehouse the 25th and the console the 30th. Well I didn’t get my whole sectional (it’s the 27th) and I was informed that the stuff may be at the warehouse but it’s not ready to deliver? So they have my couch but they won’t deliver it for another week. I wish I would have saved the headache and payed better attention to their terrible reviews. Not to mention, when I called 3 different times and connected with 3 different people, 2 dropped the calls on me. Very frustrating to say the least.

The sales girl (Skylar) was super helpful! We bought a sectional sofa, she was not pushy and didn’t make us feel pressured to make a decision! She gave us our time to narrow down options and customize our new couch! She even took extra time to help us get financing that best fit our needs. After searching many places for most of the day, I’m extremely grateful that we decided to go to the Auburn Hills Ashley furniture!
Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been given the run around for over 2 weeks with no help. I purchased a kitchen table with 6 chairs. The chairs rock on 3 legs. I bought 2 bar stools that the padding isn't attached on one of them. Every time you call they say someone will call you back within 24 hours. So aggravated.
Went to Ashley store on October 17, spoke to salesman, checked and purchased a bed and mattress explaining I needed delivery until the day of 10/24, He said no problem. Wrote on the order by hand that delivery had to be until 10/24. On 10/24 I waited the day for delivery, no one called me regarding the order. I called the salesman and he messaged me saying the delivery would be done on 10/29, which had me increase the length of a temporary accommodation, since I just moved. On 10/29 I waited the complete day for delivery called Ashley and the agent told me the delivery would be at earliest on 11/09 only thing she could do is cancel the order (and have me sleep where???). I went to the store to try and solve and no solution was given, only a bit more discount and free delivery. On 11/09 I had delivery booked between 12:15 and 15:15 and delivery time was not respected On 11/09 15h48 I called to ask delivery should be 15:15 and the agent said he could not help and I should call again the store. At 11/09 7 PM I called once again and no solution was given At 11/09 7:40 PM The delivery of the mattress was rescheduled for 11/10 The service is absolutely unacceptable and recommend you stay away from this store, my roommate bought his on US-Mattress and had no such issues.
