Poor customer service. Very disappointed with the lack of communication. Incorrect information on original sales documents, delivery date missed without notification, and back ordered items not identified resulting in half of a bedroom set and yet another arrival date with a 5 hour window.

I just bought these items there all different colors and two of my dressers don’t have legs. I made contact with the support team but I have not heard back. I also contacted the sales person Kimberly of Arburn Hills MI. Maybe someone will contact me soon

Alex was a pleasure to work with. He was present when needed and gave us the right about of space while browsing. He answered every question and made sure to ask us about our home to ensure we made a selection that would fit what we needed. Update at bottom of review. The in-store experience was great, however, they mixed up the parts and what was already a month long wait for the furniture to arrive is now going to take almost an additional week for the MAIN piece - the sofa sleeper - to arrive. They told me that they manufacture their own furniture so how this mix up even happened is beyond me. No quality control? Customer service is outsourced so I couldn't even get in touch with my sales rep. They only offered any kind of compensation after I inquired about it. The compensation was just over $30 for an altogether purchase of over $1,700. They said it was a 5% compensation on the merchandise price of the specific piece that failed. Ridiculous and a terrible experience so far overall. The in-store experience means nothing if you fail on actually delivering the product. UPDATE: My delivery has been pushed back even further. Went in store to talk to someone face to face. Again, the in store experience was great and the associate, Kim, was very helpful. Every other experience after the store has been awful, however. I called the number that was provided in the response to this review. It's another generic customer service line. They increased my compensation on the almost $1,000 merchandise price of the individual section of furniture that's part of the entire piece to a little over $60 instead of the $34 initial compensation. Still think it's a little low but at least it's something. I will likely look elsewhere for any future furniture purchases
