Don't buy a warranty because don't stand behind it. Had several issues and the repair man didn't follow through.

Terrible experience. Initially charged twice for my order. When I called this store on 2 different occasions and left messages (1 with a person and 1 vm) for the manager, a return call was never received. I had to file a claim with my bank for the additional charge to have it removed. Then the delivery drivers left the 2 couches in the wrong rooms. I am unable to move these (1 had to be brought in through my sliding doors). When I contacted the store - no returns, no help but it send me to a 1-866 number. Buyer beware. Horrible service and customer support.

We found the perfect loveseat for my mom, the right size and color! Our sales person, Samir Nagi was a huge help in finding it and scheduling it for delivery on the perfect day in another state. She really went over and above. Sadly, Ashley did not deliver the couch on Saturday as planned. We think it was sold to someone else. The delivery of the couch is now set for Wednesday. I'm so disappointed. We'll see if it shows up. On a good note our sales person contacted me every step of the way and tried to help. I still recommend her.

Placed order set up delivery date they called the day b4 said everything but one bed would be delivered we said ok come to find out nothing is getting delivered they dnt have none of it my prego wife done tore apart 3 bedrooms and now we ain't got shit to sleep on then there response is basically were sorry oh well

The reason why I’m giving it 2 stars is because the sales man was super nice and not pushy. Do not go here to buy your furniture. They can’t assist you with any issues at the store they send you to a phone number where you can file a complaint via text message or online. My furniture was delivered completely filthy. When I called about it. I was told well you bought the warranty file a claim . I shouldn’t have to file a claim. I don’t understand why it was brought to my house filthy. The delivery people were negligent, dropped my sofa, and my chair didn’t even apologize for it. Kind of giggle it off and continue to bring it in the house. I was told they don’t have anything to do with the condition of the furniture. I have to take that up with the warranty department even though they’re the ones that dropped it and caused the issues. Their warranty/service department is a complete joke. Don’t waste your money.
