I came in yesterday and John was the best sales person I have seen in a long time. He didn't just sell up the most expensive, or most popular. He found a mattress that worked well for my partner and I, working to find one in budget and won't hurt my back. 10/10, will be coming back again, and asking for him for sure.
I wanted a love seat in the outlet area. We talked price then he told me to take a picture of it and send it to my boyfriend to get approval. Later when I had paid and went back to pick it up I asked them to wrap it or cover it and he said he didn't have anything even tho they had gotten a shipment with furniture that was wrapped. Then when I was taking the pillows off it to put in our truck he said the one pillow didn't go with it and I had to buy it separate. Really, a $5 pillow that was in the picture I had to pay for separate??? Won't buy from them again!!

Do not buy from the Ashley Store!! We bought a sectional from them and one of the pieces they gave us was wrong. I understand that mistakes happen. That's not the issue I have with the Ashley store. I called and customer service said I'd have to wait for the correct piece to come into stock, pack up the wrong piece, drive it to the distribution center and pick up the correct piece myself. I asked about having someone ship the correct piece to us and pick up the incorrect piece since this wasn't mistake on my part and she said Ashley doesn't do that. Yet when you purchase the sectional, one of their upsells is a white glove delivery where they bring it to you put it together and haul away the garbage. So it's not that Ashley doesn't do that, it's that they don't want to do it when they mess up. So now I'm left with a sectional that's too large for my living and I have to wait who knows how long for my correct piece to come into stock, then I have to pack their mistake up and bring it back to them. Really disappointing.
I came to the store to pay for my order. Everyone was helpful. Trying to figure out how to take care of a cashier check. All is well now.
Chase helped me out with buying a new couch. He was so personable and so friendly. He didn’t pressure me—simply gave me my choices and stood back while I contemplated. 10/10 would seek Chase out again.

Absolutely a horrible company. After 10 months no furniture and they will not refund our money. Actually told us to take them to small claims court. What kind of company does that? Local news station posted a buyer beware notice on this company. They deserve 0 stars. Stay clear from this unethical company!!
Brennan and Gabe are the best! My boyfriend and I shopped around for a couple months, but always ended up back at Ashley furniture. These two were always welcoming, never pushy and generally a joy to work with. I’ll continue to shop at Ashley furniture solely because of their customer service.

Easy experience especially with the sales people having their own tablets. Took care of everything while sitting on the sectional I was buying. The store is large and has plenty of options for whatever you may or may not be looking for. Chase was knowledgeable and wasn't pushy when I told him I wasn't interested in a different set I had my list to check out.

My fiancé and I stopped in looking for recliners. We were immediately greeted by Brenden upon entering. Brenden asked what we were looking for and showed us multiple options. The entire time he answered questions and showed us a couple new mattresses. We ended up with not just one recliner but two. The delivery of our product was right on time. Brenden and Paul were so kind and efficient. We will definitely be shopping Ashley furniture for our future needs.

I orderered a couch from Ashley they told me it would be ready in 4-6 weeks ... months and months went by without a single word so I reached out to them to which they said the same thing (will be ready 4-6 weeks). After 4 months of waiting I canceled my order which was a ridiculous process I has to talk to multiple managers and make many phone calls to cancel with them fighting me every step of the way being very unreasonable and unprofessional. I thought i was done but they have continued to call me to this day and claim I still have an order with them they need to deliver. I have told them to quit harassing me and delete my # as I canceled the order multiple times many months ago. Horrible company 0/10

Terrible Experience - Avoid Ashley Furniture! I had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture in Saginaw. I ordered several pieces of furniture on April 6th, 2024, and paid half the amount upfront. They promised delivery within a month, but even after five months, nothing arrived. I canceled my order on September 21st, 2024, and was issued a refund of $900. However, as of today (February 16th, 2025), I still haven't received my money back. Every time I call the store, they give me excuses and promise to call back, but they never do. I've visited the store multiple times since September, but my $900 is still stuck with them. It's been 10 months, and they continue to make me jump through hoops without returning my money. I strongly advise against buying furniture from Ashley.

I can’t recommend buying furniture from here. We purchased a couch , rug and matching ottoman. The couch was delivered a week later on time but the problems started after that. The ottoman and rug were ordered at the time of purchase. We paid in full for everything. They let us know it would be 6 weeks for our order to come in. After about a week. We kept getting calls from corporate letting us know they are in contact with the warehouse and will update us when they have more info. This kept happening over and over, every 2 days we would get a call with no additional information. Until 7 weeks after we originally purchased/ordered. We get our phone call and now the lady on the phone is claiming we owe an additional $500. They sent me an email and required me to send in a copy of my receipt to prove we paid in full. She said once they confirmed we paid they would send us our remaining items. once I did this, Week or so goes by and we haven’t gotten anything back. I email, I call, no one reaches out or returns our calls or emails. We finally had to go back into the store with our recipes to get some answers. Store personnel said they would look into it and give us a call back Monday 1/27/25. No one ever called us back. I was finally able to get ahold of someone from corporate 1/30/25 and come to find out our order was partially cancelled and a refund was issued for the ottoman. We were instructed to go somewhere else to order the ottoman as ASHLEY doesn’t carry catnapper furniture. After purchasing catnapper furniture from them and After 8 weeks of waiting. Additionally I asked about getting a refund on the protection plan we had already paid for that was for the ottoman, as that was left out of the refund. They told me I would have to call the company that provides the protection plan in order to cancel it. This is crazy. You might be wondering about the RUG. What happened to it. I don’t know. Apparently the store doesn’t know. Corporate doesn’t know. At this point I want my money back for the rug I want my money back for the protection plan that I’m not going to use because I never received the ottoman. Buyer Beware this has been a headache and a half. Go anywhere else. Thank me later. Thanks for reading.
Don't recommend
We order (2) bed sets, a dresser, mirror, box springs and mattresses. They delivered the bed set, dresser, mirror and box spring but no mattress’s. Did not notify us that the mattress’s won’t be here until another 3-4 weeks. We had no mattress for our kids to sleep on. We contacted Ashley furniture, they said they would reimburse us in 24 to 48 hours. We went to a Local furniture and purchase two mattresses for our kids so they could sleep that night! We are 5 days later still no reimbursement, Spoke to an agent yesterday said I would get a call back and STILL have not heard a thing!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Learn from me! We have had nothing but a headache with this store and corporation. We purchased a house in December and were so excited to furnish it. Our first couch was from Art Sample in saginaw and they were awesome. To save a little money- we decided to give Ashley a try. Worst decision. The sales guy, Chad wasn’t very professional. That should have been our queue to leave, but I did like the couch and it was a fraction of other places cost wise. Don’t be fooled like we were! I purchased the couch, paid in full. When the delivery was supposed to happen, no one showed up. I took work off and wasted a vacation day to sit around and wait for the couch to show up. When you call, they give you false promises and the runaround. We have called about 20x, contacted corporate, and I filed a discrepancy on my credit card. The item I have purchased never showed up! And I do not have faith it will ever show up. I see reviews of people who are out thousands of dollars and it has been months of waiting for their furniture! DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS. Oh, the best part is them offering $30 back for my troubles. It is laughable at this point and I will warn everyone I know not to give them a dime. Corporate reluctantly “approved” my refund but I have yet to see it. Their business practices should be illegal. What a joke of a store and shame on the owners for operating this way and taking advantage of people’s hard earned money.

Selection in store limited, would rather be able to sit on something to buy than buy online and not know exactly what you're getting.
This has been the worst furniture buying experience of my life. The actual purchase was fine, but, the problems started pretty quickly thereafter. We were told “a few weeks” for delivery and after signing, that turned into call you in six weeks. After not hearing back in six weeks, we called only to find out our kitchen table was available but they didn’t call us because there was no phone number on our account. The irony is we provided the number about 7 times during the purchase process. The delivery drivers for the table and chairs showed up an hour past our scheduled slot and reeked like weed which in turn, made our chair fabric also smell like weed. They didn’t have the necessary tools to assemble the table and had to borrow ours, and they got the chairs dirty moving them into the house. Fast forward another week and they finally confirm delivery of the bedroom furniture we bought for Friday noting that if we confirm an appointment but aren’t here they’ll assess us a fee. Ironically, after no news from the driver we follow up when they miss their delivery window again and are told the items are back ordered and have been pushed out another two weeks…this is two days after they made us confirm the delivery. We paid for everything up front so at this point we’re totally held captive by their awful communication and customer service. Maybe we’ll get the rest of our order someday, who knows. Oh, and still, everytime we call to check they don’t have our phone number…yet it’s the one they text to confirm appointments that they miss. If I could leave a negative star review I would!

If I could give Ashley a 0 star rating I would. My fiance and I purchased a couch through the Saginaw store with their protection plan. Well, 3 months in 2 zippers on the cushions of our brand new couch are now broken and even after multiple calls every single day for 3 months straight now we have zero issues resolved. Every day we call and are told someone will reach back out and then, no one does. We will be filling with the better business bureau today. I have never been more disappointed by a company.
Delivery was easy, the guys were super nice. The table fits great in my smaller dining room and so pretty!
Another pointless update: Yeah, I tried your suggestion and was told in the chat that someone would contact me, and that didn't happen either. I am going to guess that you won't see this update, since you only reply to new postings. January 11th 2025 Update: After working with an amazing employee Melanie Villareal (escalation specialist) in Lubbock TX, my couch was delivered. The replacement couch was in great shape, and the delivery personnel were wonderful and friendly. Before they left I asked if they were taking the original couch back, and they said no and there was nothing listed on their paperwork, even though I was told it would be removed when the replacement came. I called Guest Care again on January 8th to see about getting the original couch removed, and was told someone would pick it up on January 10th. January 10th around 6pm, after nobody showing up or calling me, I called Guest Care again and was told that it would be picked up tonight or tomorrow. So now it is the 11th and no word from anyone about picking up couch. Called Guest Care again and told there were numerous open tickets with the DC (maybe distribution company??) for the pickup. I was told that as of right now there is no scheduled pickup and that Guest Care can’t help me contact the DC, but I was told to contact the local store, and they may be able to help. Called the local Saginaw store and asked to speak to the manager. After waiting on hold for 20 mins, the phone disconnected. Tried calling back several times, and it rings, rings and dumps over to “online orders” center. So even though there are some positive reviews, stay away for those folks were the lucky ones. Other than a few good employees, the whole company is a mess and not worth the time and headaches you get. I would have had better luck grabbing a sofa from the side of the road. 1.Dec 31st 2023 ,bought new couch 2.April 2024, couch delivered and a short time later, due to a defect couch broke. Service person came to house, said it is covered under warranty and would order a new section, and should be 4 to 6 weeks for replacement to arrive. 3. October 2024, after recieving no update, I called store and was told I had the option to wait for a replacement or I could get store credit. I took the credit l, and purchased another couch. 4. December 18th, receive a call from Guestcare to schedule delivery of couch for January 3rd 2025. 5. January 3rd 2025, I call to find about delivery and i am told it is in layaway since there was a balance due on the purchase (not true) and they couldn't do anything until balance payed. I then spent at least 1 hour in store trying to get it worked out. No issue with the office manager at the local store, and she helped getting to a resolve (i hope). There is such a disconnect between the local store and the parent company or guest care (whoever they are) that leads to my poor review. If the new couch isn't here in 2 weeks or breaks , time for a refund and shopping somewhere else. Since I am not the only person having issues, buyer beware.

Will never shop here again, and would highly recommend going elsewhere for your furniture. Paid up front for dining table and chairs, table needed to be ordered, now 7 weeks in and the store still has no answers where our table is, and didn’t even have our order on file until I supplied a receipt.
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They do a terrible job helping order. When you do order, you can’t get ahold of anyone to find out when it will come in. We are 6 weeks late on an order and no one can help tell us when it will be in. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY!!! Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. I will never do business with Ashley again, and warn others.
AMAZING customer service!!! Qua helped us find the perfect couch for our new home that’s durable enough for all of our pets and our baby on the way! We felt so comfortable with him and not like we were being pushed to buy something we didn’t want. Dorrell was also amazing help!!! Extremely knowledgeable about finances and helped us pick the right decision for our needs! We will definitely be back to buy the rest of our furniture for our new home from this Ashley!!!
I bought a $2,000 chair back in August, was supposed to be delivered in October. Was pushed back to December 12th, no problem. No one showed up on the 12th to deliver it, I’ve left 3 voicemails at the store and no one will calls back. I’ve called corporate twice and they are sending emails to the store but I’m still not getting answers. This review is my last resort at getting an answer on the chair I purchased. Don’t buy furniture here, you probably won’t receive it and they’ll treat you with such little respect that they’ll just leave you wondering what’s going on rather than taking 2 minutes to call the customer back. Rude!
I placed an order with this store back in August 2024. I was told 6 to 8 week delivery time frame. Now I am here at 16 weeks and still no furniture. I have tried calling the store numerous times to get an update and no one answers the phone. Ashley's customer service has also tried contacting the store and guess what they are unable to get a hold of anyone within the store. This store was more than happy to take my money, but seem to be unable to fulfil their end of the transaction. This is not how you conduct business in any field. So buyers beware when dealing with this company
Bought a mattress in store 3 weeks ago, was told it would be ready for delivery in 1-2 weeks. Well at the 2 week mark I was told it hadn’t arrived yet and should be in the store this week with delivery Dec 19 or Dec 26. Now, I can’t reach anyone at the store because they aren’t answering their phones. I left a voicemail and never heard back. Corporate can’t help because the Michigan retail Ashley stores fall under a different entity. I live 1.5 hours away, so it isn’t like we can just easily pop in. I’d love to know when we will get our expensive mattress.
Not a terribly upset customer, but a disappointed one. I ordered a couch from this location back in July. The Salesperson that assisted me was fantastic, and the manager that assisted her in closing the sale was equally great. Because the couch was custom, they did warn me that it would take 8-10 weeks to receive (originally said 6-8, but was corrected prior to sale) which was no problem. However, 20 weeks later, after calling several times, going into the store, and being told twice that it's "getting loaded on the truck", I received a call from an Ashley's Customer Service Rep stating that they are no longer able to get my couch and offered me the option to switch to Ashley's selection. I'm not necessarily frustrated about my item not being available, but rather the lack of communication throughout the whole process. I find it hard to believe that no one, including the GM when I visited the store, was able to see that my item was not, in fact, "getting loaded on the truck". I would feel somewhat better thinking that I'm the exception and this doesn't happen to many orders, but reading these reviews post-purchase makes me think otherwise. I did not take up the Customer Service's Rep. to switch my product because quite frankly, I'm not confident that I will receive that product either. I'm hoping the refund process is not as disorganized as the ordering process is.
They are horrible ordered a rug 10/12/2024 and they told us it would be in 4 to 5 weeks and still nothing went in to 3 weeks ago to see what was going on because every attempt we made to contact our salesman he was never in and we where told they would give him the message to call us the next day and nothing and the managers are not very friendly at all I will never do business with them again nor have have any of there furniture shoved up my ass side ways

I ordered an end table February 2, September 12 I still did not have it. Over 7 months!! I REPEATEDLY went to the store and was given many different excuses. I finally asked for a refund, it has been 5 weeks and still don’t have it! I will never shop at this store again and I will advise anyone that asks me, STAY AWAY. Terrible way to run a store.
I recently purchased a couch and a chair in July of 2024. The sales associate said it would take 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called because I had not received any communication. The person I talked to said she could only see if the furniture was in the store and it wasn’t. She said a manager would call me back and she never did. I called again, and got the same answer. Finally, I talked to a manager who said it would be shipping on September 27th. It never did. She lied to me and called me in October saying the fabric was out of stock and they didn’t even make the furniture yet because they can’t until January. We were out of furniture for so long. The biggest problem was lack of communication. Here is the voicemail transcript to prove it. I cancelled my order. I am not one to make reviews, but I would hate for this to happen to someone else.
Probably the worst company to do business with. Ordered a couch 10 weeks ago and paid full price up front. Still have no tracking info. Everytime you call they give you the run around. Say that the salesperson is on lunch or with another customer and will call me back which they never do. Finally got to speak to one and he said he has to call his manager and will call me back with more info and it’s been 48 hours with no update. Will never buy anything from an Ashley store again. Update*** still have not received couch. Called today at the 15 week mark (originally was suppose to be 6-8 weeks). So I called today and they said it was at the warehouse and to give them 24 hours to get it to the store… on an item that is almost 10 weeks past the time originally given they waited for me to call and throw a fit just to get it delivered to store!? We canceled delivery and said up due to them saying it could be another 2 weeks to set up delivery… but btw. Pick up hours are only 10 am-4pm Monday-Friday…
I ordered my stuff back in march they brought me my bedroom furniture in June/July and I’m still waiting on my dresser and living room furniture on Aug 29 they brought some loner furniture but I am still waiting on my own when I call no one is there for me to talk to I ask to speak to Ryan he’s never there to talk to him and I keep asking for a refund and no nothing these people is horrible I would never give them my business if you are looking to buy furniture go else where I’m afraid I’m going to be waiting on the rest of my stuff going into next year this is sad and poor customer service
Ordered over $2000 worth of furniture on 7/7/24. As of 9/16/24 still have not received furniture. Called them at about the 8 week mark and was told there was a delay at the manufacturer, problem with dye or construction. This is totally unacceptable! No contact from Ashley with updates, have to call them each time. Will never order furniture here in the future. Update: Finally contacted the salesman who indicated a disruption in the supply chain and that it would be the end of September (another 2-3 weeks!). His response was to call the Customer Service Manager who works “bankers hours” (it is only 3:15 here so not sure where she is). Terrible customer service! No communication to let a customer know that there is a delay and give them the option of waiting or refund. Unacceptable!! Update: Since this review I have called Ashley’s 9 times and no resolution. Called 10/24/24 and was given a delivery date of mid-November. Called 11/15/24 and was told delivery mid December. Called 11/26/24 and was told January and the woman who answered was very rude. I ordered furniture elsewhere which I will have in a week and they looked at the Ashley’s warehouse and said everything I ordered was in stock so there is no reason that I do not have my furniture. DO NOT purchase anything from Ashley’s Saginaw.
I ordered an item in May. It’s been over 4 months and I still have not heard about my item. I was told when I ordered it would be in within 4 weeks. I have called at least 8 times and every time they tell me “they’ll call me back” with an update and they never do. Super unprofessional that they can’t at least call me back to provide an update or try to figure out what’s going on.
Ashley Furniture is refusing to refund my money!! Purchased $4,500 bedroom furniture in June of 2024. Furniture was discontinued at some point. They never told us. Waited for 10 weeks, went to the store, they finally said it was discontinued and they would refund the money. Then they failed and refused to produce proof that a refund was in progress. Claimed the computers weren't working. Came in a few days later..same story. Computer don't work, so and so is a new employee, everyone had a excuse. Still refused to refund the money we paid in full on the day of purchase. Currently still refusing to show proof of refund. Now claims they have to wait 21 days instead of the 10 the initially told us. They would not even give me business card for contact information. It's now been 3 to 4 months and they are refusing to refund the money. Never received any product, never received a phone call that it was discontinued and now they are refusing to refund my $4,500!
Totally disappointed with their service. We paid full amount for the couch. We called multiple times.It has been more than 8 weeks now and we still don’t have it. They are a scam. I wish we never invested in their furniture. Please don’t visit this place. Rubbish!!! Terrible customer service. Beware of them. I hope they close down. Horrible furniture store they are scamming people, literally waited 3 months and called twice asking where is my furniture and they keep saying the same thing, “in production” asked for a refund and said no. The owner doesn’t care and I want my money back if I haven’t received anything. I hope this store closes for being a scam. Reporting them to the BBB.
We’ve had a terrible experience with this store and do not recommend purchasing from them. We were told our touch would be a 4 week wait and 6-8 weeks for two chairs we purchased. We received zero updates from our salesperson (Gabriel/Gabe) but finally received our couch after 7 weeks. Unfortunately it arrived with several spots on it. I called the store the very next day and was told to send pictures to the store’s email address and someone would reach out to us. I waited about 10 days before texting Gabriel, who claimed he had no idea there was an issue. He assured me that he would speak to a Devin in Service for a date/time that they would come out and clean it, and would get back to me that day with an appointment. Long story short, it took a total of 3 weeks for Gabriel to respond and be then recommend that I clean the couch myself using Dawn dish soap. It has now been 4 months since we placed our order and we still do not have our chairs. Unfortunately the story keeps changing and now we can’t get Gabriel or the store manager to return our calls. I called the store simply asking for an update earlier this week (after reaching directly to Gabriel twice with no response) and was told that only our sales person can provide an update on orders, which is absolutely incorrect. She said she would pass my concerns along to Gabriel and ask him to call us but not surprisingly, we have heard nothing. I posted on a community Facebook page asking if others may have had a similar experience. Sadly there have been SO MANY comments of others sharing their horror stories. Some reported receiving their furniture after 7 months of waiting or receiving broken items with no opportunity for a refund. Their reviews on Yelp are just as terrible. I can’t encourage others enough to avoid shopping here. At this point we have no idea if we will even get our furniture because our calls are not being returned.

Very frustrating situation. Was told my purchases would be in around 3-4 weeks, still waiting at 8 with poor follow up by my salesperson. No one can assist but the salesperson and he apparently has had many emails to contact me and still not one phone call. No managers are available to help and I went to Value City yesterday and was able to get furniture purchased and delivered in less than a week.
Absolutely do not recommend. We purchased a mattress, box spring, and bed frame during the second week of April and were quoted 4-5 weeks for arrival time. It has now been 3 months and we haven’t be able to receive any answers or speak with anyone who can help us resolve this issue. Each time we have called we have been told “it will arrive soon and we’ll have our customer care manager call you” only to still be waiting on our items, with not one single call from whoever this customer care manager is. Now we are being told customer service has to call us in order to receive a refund, which who knows if they’ll actually call us, since they haven’t the other 3 times we’ve been told they would. I know this isn’t the store associates fault and my frustration is not targeted toward them. This company is a joke. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Went in looking for a love seat for a home office. Was taken around by a sales woman who was friendly / helpful. Decided to keep looking. On my way out, she said her sales manager liked to talk to everyone before they left. The guy was your typical sales dude. Then he started talking down to the saleswoman. Grilling her on whether she’d given me specific “yellow tag” pricing or not. She explained that I wasn’t quite sure (true) so she hadn’t, and then he chastised her for it, and the conversation ended with her staring at the floor. So it was a manager of some kind, barrel chested, about 5’6”, and he’s either sexist or treats all of his sales folks like that. Either way, I’m all set. I’m not supporting that, I’ll buy a couch from literally anywhere else.
They LOST our couch?! Then didn't contact us to tell us, then after a couple of months we went in to figure out what was going on. They tell us to wait another two weeks and when we went back we wanted a refund and they FAUGHT US ON IT!!! How are you going to lose our couch then refuse to refund?! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!

THE worst place I’ve EVER shopped! Completely inappropriate employees, who follow you around and peer pressure you into buying something right then and there. Told the employee 4 times we just wanted to look around and get an idea, she proceed to follow behind us the WHOLE store at an awkward distance just watching us and hackling us to name our price because nothing in the store has multiples. I understand the need to sell but that was completely inappropriate. Went to Gardner White and they treated us like actual people, not a walking wallet.
Brennan was incredibly helpful, even after I left the store. He was accommodating and friendly but not overbearing or constantly invading my space- he let me shop. Then, when I was ready, he did everything he could to help me get what I needed and to do things over the phone so I didn't need to make a second trip an hour away. I really appreciate his time and efforts.

Bought a new living room set it was damaged they refused to come out and fix it so be aware if you buy something from them and it's damaged good luck getting it fixed!! If I could give 0 stars I would Ashley I've tried since November we've already got the fabric you guys won't put me on the books
Sam H was so helpful while we were picking out our new couch set. She allowed us space and time to look through our options, determine our price point and make a decision. She provided some really helpful input to help us while making our final decision. 1/3/2025 edit: I wanted to spread some awareness so others do not make the same mistake that I did. I had been in the market for new home furniture so I decided to head into Ashley HomeStore - Saginaw on May 27th. The sales agent helped me pick out a nice set and chairs for ~$2,000 so I paid in full that day with the estimated order time to be 4-8 weeks. That whole experience was great. What wasn't so great was the next 5-6 months since then. I contacted the store on July 18th to let them know I hadn't heard anything about scheduling a delivery. I was told it wasn't even 8 weeks yet (it was 7 weeks 3 days according to google).. I waited to call back until September 16th when I was absolutely certain 8 weeks were up. Up until this point I hadn't received any other communication from the store. The Sales Agent called me back and let me know this furniture is very popular and they don't produce enough of it so the new estimated time would be an additional 3 to 6 months. My options were - wait the additional time, go back into the store and choose something on the floor, or process a refund. On 9/17, I let my sales agent know I wanted a refund so she said she filed the paperwork that day and said the finance manager would contact me in 48 hours. 48 hours came and went without a call, but to give the benefit of the doubt I waited until 9/23 to call back. 9/23 I was told the finance manager was not available, but they'd write my name/number down for them to contact me. No call. Called 9/24 & was told the Finance manager was out on vacation. Walked into the store on 9/25 - the staff was friendly and helpful and got me in touch with a manager who processed the sales void & let me know the refund will be processed in 10-15 business days. The manager told me this is very popular furniture, but he wouldn't talk me out of the sale void because it could very well be next year when I would receive the furniture. Wish I was told that at the date of sale. I left the store feeling better, but not confident I'd see the refund. I ended up filing a chargeback with my credit card ~17 business days after the day I stopped in to the store because Ashley continues to fail to meet any dates that they quoted and would not return my phone calls. The finance manager actually called several days after the chargeback was initiated telling me to cancel the chargeback. In my opinion, I gave this company plenty of grace and grew tired of waiting for them to follow through on their end. The facts are, Ashley Furniture didn’t deliver on my purchase, they held my funds for months & didn’t take customer service seriously. In summary, if you like your money and prefer a good purchasing experience DO NOT deal with Ashley Furniture. Now that I've read reviews I can see I am not the only one to deal with this so I should have known. The store is more focused on making a sale than providing a legitimate timeline & keeping you up to date after the sale. If you do choose to buy from Ashley Furniture, do not assume the store has you in their best interest. Call them at every deadline and keep on them so that they follow through with their end of business.
Brennan was fantastic. He helped us find our dream outdoor furniture and worked with us to be able to afford it. The store manager was also very willing to work with us. Delivery was timely. We are very glad we walked in to see what was available.
I will never do business with this company again. I was told 2-3 weeks to receive my couch when I first bought it. A month later I called and was informed that I was told "3-4 weeks" when I wasn't. Apparently my couch was in a warehouse in Wisconsin somewhere and they couldn't find someone to bring it to Michigan. Moving forward to two months later, they finally decide to call me and say its in their store finally, but will take another full week for them to deliver it to my home (5 minutes away from the store) with the free Saginaw delivery. So, I finally get to sit in a couch that I paid for, in full, two and a half months prior. I have never had a worse experience. Highly recommend not wasting your time with them.

Paid in full for a set of table and chairs and was told worst case 3-4 weeks for delivery but more than likely 2-3 weeks. Multiple calls to store with no call backs from the salesman who was "the only one" who could track the order supposedly, the manager failing to uphold his term of agreement and lack of communication, and 9 weeks later I am getting a refund issued. I would not recommend anyone support this establishment.

Absolute scam of a business. Placed my order April 7th where we were told our furniture would arrive in 3-5 weeks by the associate. The paper work then stated 4-5 weeks. After having to drive to the business because the manager does not return calls I was offered what she stated was a "brand new" display. Or else if I canceled my order I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. The couch was delivered with every leg being scuffed and worn. The delivery driver took photos for their records. Once again called to speak to the manager and was given an email to send pictures and they would get ahold of me by the end of the day. Once again no call back. Still waiting to get this resolved.
Brady greeted me promptly on my arrival as I shopped for two attractive castered kitchen chairs; not an easy search! But in less than 5 minutes he found two perfectly elegant models that suited my dining nook to a T. Since I had such great success so quickly, I challenged him to find me a sofa with side-by-side recliners that could seat three comfortably. After some investigation, we found the perfect solution online. My chairs were delivered in four days (even though I was shopping on Memorial Day weekend!) I can't wait to see my new sofa. Bought new furniture was told will arrive in four weeks/worst case scenario 6. It has now been 10 weeks and no furniture. Was told it was somewhere in a warehouse in Wisconsin, like that helped me out in any way. Was suppose to get an update today on when expected delivery was, of course no phone call. Finally called synchrony bank to file a dispute. Went to their store and was told no refunds. Seems to be their main speech to customers who gave them business expecting integrity from them. Stop making excuses for your bad business behaviors and do right by the customers who trusted you. Take your business elsewhere this place does not deserve it!! This is an edit to what the owner has written me back. I am NOT in a dispute with YOUR finance company, YOU are for taking their money and not producing the merchandise, let’s not confuse people. Also your merchandise being delayed by God knows how long is not your customers problem. Maybe that is an important issue that your customers should be made aware of before a sale. I’ve read your Facebook posts and see this is an ongoing problem. On all the reviews I’ve read, your store is the one at fault yet you blame the customer who just wants what they have paid for. These people work hard for their money and trust in your business to do what’s right. Own up to your own shortcomings. Oh and by the way, thanks for getting my name right. Sincerely Karen
The absolute worst customer service. I have called and called with no response, finally went physically to the store. I was told by the customer service manager that she would call me back that day.... 5 days later no call... I wish I would have never ordered by furniture from there!!! Also, I was told by the sales representative at the most 8 weeks for delivery, which it also says on my paperwork.... NOTHING yet.... stay far away from them, very disorganized, horrible customer service and extremely slow to get your items in....

Was a great place to shop. We have a lot of our home furnishings from Ashley. New store in Saginaw is HUGE. Lots to choose from. But i have some reservations as this will be Addendum#1: we have been waiting since the end of May 2024 for a headboard we ordered I've gotten nothing but empty promises and runaround about where it is 3 months later. Addendum#2: It's now November 3rd 2024 and we still don't have our headboard and Ashley is refused to refund my money. I will NOT buy another thing from this store and I will direct anyone who wants recommendations to ANY other store besides this one. If you do order something from them do NOT pay upfront. Pay upon delivery as you might get better service and communication from them. Still waiting 5 days from last phone call for a call back that will never come because they don't care. Addendum #3: Finally got a refund 6 months after I ordered. I won't buy anything from them again in Saginaw. Hope anyone who buys from them has better luck than I did which shouldn't be hard as the bar is pretty low from my perspective.
I have to change this review to a one star. I've called repeatedly and left messages and still haven't received my couch after 5 months. I had my attorney contact them and they finally said they would return my money, but haven't done that either. I went online and found many others have had the same problem. I don't know how this company stays in business. I contacted the Ashley store in Bad Axe and they said they get a lot of people who come there furious because of never getting their product, or their money returned, from the Saginaw store. The people who answer the phone are very nice - but can't trust the store to make sure you get your product. Here was my original review when I posted 5 stars (it's one star now): Lots of selection and varied pricing for budget up to luxury. Sales people were great. Not pushy but helpful. Bought the sectional I've been looking for for over a year. Low delivery price to the Thumb. Very happy!
Purchased furniture Jan 6th. Thought it was a positive experience... still do not have furniture. I've spoken to many workers there been given numerous different dates.. finally told it will be on the truck may 9th.. called today the 20th.. for some unknown reason it was loaded then unloaded and now another 3 weeks. I suggest the store manager or owner call me today the 20th of May. Horrible customer service. When I asked about the floor model I was told it was sold. Why was i not given the opportunity to purchase floor model after waiting months...Ashley is about to lose a long time customer unless I hear from store manager or owner today. I also told THE CSR THE SAME THING.

If I could give this company no starts I would Worse experience I’ve ever had I paid for my furniture march 1st and I was told 6 weeks now as I’m calling looking for my things they are telling me to June it make no sense I’ve called they would hang up or act as if no one can help me I’ve asked multiple times for a refund because I no longer want the things and they are telling me I only get 25% out of 5300 sum dollars it is unbelievable when I have none of my things and I’m still waiting on it all trying to give the waiting time but I honestly just want my refund at this point I came in store asked for the manger I was told no one was there for me to speak with I keep calling and calling and have yet gotten anywhere unbelievable
Walked in late, and worked with sam. She didn’t care about the time at all, I didn’t want to be “that customer”. She was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. Made our purchase that much better. Will be going there for our future needs!!

Less than 6 months ago I bought a bedroom set from Ashley, I put a plastic bag on the night stand and on the very next morning when I remove it, the paint was damaged as you can see in the picture below, my husband called the store and they sent a guy to check it, he promised to call us back for a replacement and we have been waiting for almost 3 weeks and no one contacted us, we even went to the store again to see if someone can help, they said we should get a call from them soon, and that never happened, I called again to check on them today, so let’s see when they will finally be willing to resolve. They take forever to return a call, but when it comes to the bill, well of course it will be in the mailbox on time. Update a week after my bad review and them replaying: I still don’t have news from them, worse costumer service ever. I wish I can remove the one star I gave them because they don’t even deserve it.
Aweful place!! I was lied to that I would get my furniture in 2-4 weeks by Samantha only for her to turn around a week later and say 4-8 weeks. Now I’m waiting 2 months for my table!! She lied to my face so she could make a sale off of me. I don’t know if it’s just her that lies or if the whole staff is taught to lie to customers to get their sales. I will never shop at Ashley’s furniture again! Horrible place!!
Bought a couch and paid in full and I was told it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Here I am 9 1/2 weeks later without a couch and can't get anyone to call me back! The "owner" just responded that they reached out to me today. NO THEY DID NOT. I only finally spoke to them because I showed up at the store. And still don't have a date when my couch will be in and they refused to give me a refund.
Great people at this business, CeCe went out of her way to locate my order and get me set up with a new sales associate. Everyone there was pleasantly helpful and thanks to CeCe I can expect my order in a few weeks👍
If I could give negative stars I would. We have had nothing but a horrible experience with Ashley in Saginaw. They are extremely unprofessional and will not return your calls. We have had nothing but issues since we purchased our couch. We bought our couch in December 2023 and were told it would be maximum 5 weeks and that we should have our couch for the holidays. After multiple phone calls and having to physically come into the store more than once to get answers since they don't answer the phone or ever call you back, we didn't even get our couch delivered until March of 2024. Not only this but we had financed our couch through them (DO NOT DO THIS) and paid a large down payment on it, just to find out that they never even applied it to our account. So now I am having to deal with them once AGAIN to try and fix another issue. Our couch is 1 month old and it is already broken on the leg and the fabric is pilling and fraying. Definitely not worth the money that we spent. I'm not sure if it is poor management or if their employees are not doing their jobs but we are more than unsatisfied with our purchase and we do not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy new furniture.

We noticed a table that might work, he explained the materials in detail. We chose a table, paid and he carried it to our vehicle. A truly pleasant experience. Thank you.
Told to expect a month wait when purchased mattress. It's now been two and a half and no information from Ashley. Reached out to customer service 4-5 times. They explicitly stated they would contact us twice about options and then they did not. Poor service, will cancel or charge back order.

What a joke !!!! I’ve called multiple time and I’m told I will get a call back nothing !!! I’ve waited over 8 weeks and they told me I would have my stuff 3 weeks ago and still nothing . At this point I’m going to get my money back and go else where .

Final Review now that furniture has been delivered. Furniture was purchased on 11/26/23 and delivered on 4/17/24, for a grand total of 20+ weeks. We are happy with the experience that we had in the store, and happy with the furniture that we chose. The thing we were unhappy with was the fact that nobody from the store would reach out to us with updates at any point after our purchase. We were told 3-4 weeks, which was even shown on our sales receipt. After the 8 week mark, I reached out, and then continued to do so about every two weeks. Despite my plea to get updates, nobody ever took the time to reach out to me. With each call was the same blank message that “we can see that your order is still waiting on some pieces, but unfortunately we can’t get dates until the warehouse receives it in”. It blew me away that not a single person there could provide any information or suggest someone who could. Finally towards the end a customer service rep called me after I begged another person on the phone to have someone call me with a real update; she told me that my sales person had left the company, and that they could split my order so that they could get some of it here now - this was about 17 weeks in and she was the first to offer. I waited about a week and a half after talking to her, and I once again had to call the store to get an update. Finally at that point, I was told my furniture was making its way from Wisconsin to the Saginaw store. Then to just add one more stretch, when my furniture was finally available, my delivery date was set for about two weeks out once it was finally within reach. The lack of care or urgency displayed by this organization was absolutely astounding. From making purchases at car dealerships (which I absolutely despise doing), to purchasing cabinets, to purchasing furniture from another store right after the peak of covid with long delays; this experience with this store was bar none the worst display of customer service that I have ever dealt with. The long wait time was rough, but it could’ve been fixed by having any sort of support from their team at any point. If you read through other reviews, you’ll see that the lack of communication is commonplace. Pay no mind to the store’s replies that they’re sorry to hear about these experiences and that they will look into it, because clearly they are content with their system (all sales are final anyways, so they have nothing to lose by not ghosting you after you swipe your credit card). I bumped it up from one star to two, solely because we like the furniture itself and the delivery team did a fantastic job in setting everything up. If I could review the delivery guys and the way that our sales rep made us feel while we were in the store back in November, I’d give them 5 stars each. For an overall experience, I know that I will never purchase from this location again.

When you go to Ashley in Saginaw, definitely request Stephanie. Sweet as sugar, attentive, and compassionate. I didn't feel like just another sale to her. She treats you like a human being and works with you to find what you need. 10/10 Would work with her again.

Poor Communication, Manufacturer Delays, Lack luster customer service. I would advise shopping elsewhere if you’re less than 1-2 months out from needing your furniture. Okay, we had a wonderful in store shopping experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in helping us pick out a new sectional for our upcoming move we had planned. We left very excited and have since then become reasonably upset at the shipping and delivery experience. We ordered our couch on 1/20 and were given an estimated delivery date of 2/20. The call to setup delivery never came so we called to inquire and throughout multiple phone calls over the past week, we were told something different each time. The option for a Loaner couch was presented as a way to help remedy the situation of being in our new apartment and having a gathering planned but having no couch. This was a GREAT way to show that they cared and would make the situation right. Where it has now went wrong is…their manager on duty (February 17th) came back with an approval on giving us a loaner for US TO PICKUP IN STORE. The caps are to show emphasis there. They are planned to be late on delivering us the sectional and decide to make it our problem to come remedy the situation vs offer any sort of support or compensation. The miscommunication about shipping delays and what not is fine. We understand the estimated delivery date is simply an estimate. The store account does not need to reply to this review with a “per the terms of your contract you signed” rhetoric. What we are now upset at is management placing the burden of picking up a loaner couch on us because they don’t want to pay for the delivery of it. We don’t have a truck to pickup a couch which is why we paid for shipping in the first place. It would also cut into our work and personal time which for a $2K+ purchase, we should not have to coordinate. When I politely mentioned refunding the purchase to shop elsewhere that has items in stock we were informed that their management has been “issuing store credit instead of a refund”. I am truly never an upset or impatient person but this experience has been mind boggling and entirely opposite of what we expected after our very positive shopping experience. We LOVED the couch we picked out and I’m sure when it finally arrives that we will love it. We do not however love the end stage customer service and lack of action from the management. Take accountability and do right by your customers or these negative reviews, you’ve consistently been receiving, will continue to add up. Update: 2/20 - In reply to their comment….I asked for a Loaner on a Saturday thinking ahead to the Tuesday delivery date. I was attempting to plan ahead not expecting it on Saturday. Shocker, it is now Tuesday and past the “delivery window” and there’s no sectional or loaner couch at my apartment. They did not offer to put me on any “delivery schedule” as they said the couch has not even left the warehouse so I don’t even know what that means. 2/20 - An employee named Dana has been super helpful in finally getting a loaner arranged to be delivered within this week and gave us an approximate timeline for the delivery of the couch. I expressed how I appreciate her actually doing something to take care of this situation after the bad experience we have had thus far. Thank you Dana!
Poor customer service after you place your order. Our experience shopping in store and ordering was great, everyone was very nice and helpful in helping us select our sectional. We placed our order 1/20, and we’re given an expected delivery date of 2/20. We were told we would get a call when it arrived in store to setup the delivery date, a week before our expected delivery day we called to get an update on our order as we hadn’t heard anything, we were told there was a delay on the ottoman however we could do a partial shipment of the sectional, they said they made note of that and we were still “on track” for our date. We were told if we didn’t hear anything to call and ask for an update, a different person told us they didn’t see any delay in the ottoman however it was still “on track” (this is now only a few days until the expected date). The following day we again spoke with someone and they confirmed, after we had been told many times it was on track, that the couch had not yet left the warehouse in Wisconsin, and was not going to make the delivery date. We asked about getting a potential “loaner” couch as we do not currently have a couch to use, they said yes, however since we were still in the “delivery window” (even though they said it would not be here by 2/20) that if we wanted a loaner sofa we would have to drive and pick it up they would not deliver it to us. We’ve tried to get ahold of a manager, but were told they were “unavailable” and would call us back, we have not yet received a callback. I understand there is shipping delays and that is fine, but the lack of communication, and lack of helping customers after the sale is unacceptable.
Great store with great employees they were all very helpful I needed a firm mattress and was able to find the right one for me it’s a BeautyRest Black L series ! I live in West Branch and am still waiting for it to come in they had to order it and are delivering it when it comes in & I can’t wait till it arrives!!!

Despite my efforts to resolve this matter in person at both Dennos Furniture locations in Saginaw, MI, located on Tittabawassee and Bay Road, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. On January 3rd, I had the opportunity to discuss my concerns directly with both the manager and yourself, yet unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. I want to emphasize that I have diligently pursued all available avenues to rectify this situation. However, the lack of communication and progress from your company is deeply concerning to me. I firmly believe that my consumer rights, as outlined in Michigan's Consumer Protection Act, are being violated. My experience shopping in store was great, great customer service. I purchased a Queen sofa sleeper paid in full for it same day on 1/19 with anticipation delivery date of 1/29. I received a call the day before about a loner couch due to mines being damaged in the warehouse. I reached out to management, no contact was made. I went in store on 1/30 spoke with the Male manager, he stated "it was a mix up, your sleeper is at the warehouse and someone will call me with a delivery date. " He also, was looking into my recliner being delivered sooner, I ordered that online 1/19, which it gave me a delivery date of March 4th but it originally stated 3-4 weeks. 2/1 I've been calling the store all day without an answer, I've even texted the sales person I previously working with. It was very important that I at least had my sofa sleeper by 2/2 Update: I just missed a call from Dana, I've tried calling back 5x's no answer. I've spoken with a representative on 1/27 and 1/29 over the phone, I was told all management was busy both times I've called. I came inside the store 1/30 spoke with a Male manager who said someone would call me about my new delivery date, I haven't heard anything.
Most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced. Question if anybody actually does their jobs, as nobody knows how to answer a phone. You’re running a business— you’d think they’d be more professional. Will NEVER purchase from this store again.

We have purchased from Ashley before and was not disappointed. We love the variety of selections. Our salesman at the Saginaw location, Zack, was fantastic. Very informative and courteous. He was the best so far that we've had!!

I shopped online for a bedroom set and called my local store to place the order. Ricki was so friendly and helpful. He had everything ordered for me quickly.
Great salesman but the customer service is terrible. I have tried reaching the store several times over the last 3 days with nobody answering. Was told 3-6 weeks on delivery and its now week 7 (19 weeks currently) with 0 communication. What a joke. Edit: adding time to the weeks waiting. Also to say they say call them but nobody ever answers the phone. Edit: to add more time to how long I have been waiting with zero response from Ashley’s customer service. You call nobody responds or calls you back they do not care, was offered a loaner to be delivered 5weeks ago I’m still waiting on that. Shop elsewhere. Edit: finally managed to get CONFIRMATION that my refund was processed 8 business days after I intially asked for it. Can't even process a return on a timely manner. Goes without saying I will never shop here again, I would never recommend ashley's to anyone who NEEDS furniture that does not currently have any. Take your business elsewhere.
Check Facebook groups and pages about Ashley furniture. Do not buy anything Ashley. It's a cheaply made pos product. Ashley stores as a whole play games. When there are DB groups just about Ashley that should tell ya something. Sales people at this store will tell you anything yo make a sale. If you buy you will regret it.
I purchased a sectional from Ashley today. I was greeted with a smile. Logan was very helpful. He took the time out to consider my needs and wants. He tried to get me the best deal and early delivery. If you ever go to Ashley on tibbawasee in Saginaw, i hope your experience be as inviting as mine.
Everyone was helpful and professional. During the sale. Cheri should not be a sales manager. Cheri would not return our calls but had Zach call, then would have to go ask the process with the manager anyway and call us back. We had over a 3 month wait "and still have no furniture" never ever again with Ashley in Saginaw MI. social media is very powerful and our terrible experience will be on every platform.

We went to the store looking for a table, and Logan helped us out a tremendous amount and showed us multiple different examples have there and was very patient with us. He took notes of what we liked and what we did not like, and definitely pointed us in the right direction to get the table that definitely suited our family and the dining room space we had. Little in depth review.. Over the course of the week I’ve been drained trying to find a new mattress to purchase, Looking at reviews on Amazon and going into many different stores just stressing myself out. I walk in to Ashleys, a gentleman named Ryan had helped me today. I told him the story about me shopping online, he said I got 6 beds I want you to lay on. Made the process short and sweet. Found the bed I was looking for and bought it, He even threw in some sheets. He is very professional, considerate, and really looking to give the best to his customers. This man is a dedicated salesman.
Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We bought a bed right before closing and they did not rush us.

Purchased furniture first week of September. Was told prior to purchasing that it would take 3-4 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. Contacted them to check on delivery at week 6. Receptionist was rude and said there was no need to call and that someone from the company would contact me when the shipment has arrived and is ready for delivery. Week 8 Contacted them was told it was put on the truck for delivery on 9/16. They would have the agent contact me. No contact from anyone. A week later, I stop into the store and ask about current status and was told it is set for delivery November 4th and the agent will be notified to contact me. Days later the agent says it will be loaded on the truck to be delivered to the store November 15th and after their inspection they will set up time to deliver to us. I understand production is limited by supply chains. However, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and rudeness from the staff members. At least the manager offered a free rug.
Lots of selection and decent prices
We initially went into the store on March and set up the order for a (in stock) kind bed frame and dresser. They told us the delivery will be made within a couple of weeks. After we patiently waited we went to the store and they said that the bed frame was oversold. They promised that they’ll call us every week to give an update of the order status, but of course they didn’t. We had to reach out every week and finally got the bed after three months of setting up the order (which was unacceptable to us). It’s been two months since we received the bed frame, and now it’s broken. The frame rail/board failed and caused our mattress to sag. We reached out to the service department and their solution was to send a text message to a phone number and wait for a response. We are still at this point waiting for a response and will likely be without a bed for the foreseeable week. I highly suggest you don’t purchase from this store and stay way completely. You would think that spending over $3000 on a frame will mean good quality but it is all cheap wood with a terrible customer service.
Worst furniture store I have ever encountered. Ordered furniture in beginning of June and was told it would be 2 weeks for delivery. Took over 5 weeks and in that time false promises were made to us to clearly appease us at the time but they had no right to make the promises they knew they couldn’t keep. Finally our furniture arrives. Delivery man says oh you know you’re not getting the mattress you ordered right? They sent a different one.. UM NO?! Nobody told us that and who in their right mind thinks they can swap out mattresses, different brands and everything and try to send us something we didn’t test out and purposely order? We were also missing a piece to our sectional. Then we walk upstairs to see the new bed set we purchased after they assembled it.. THE WRONG BED SET. We spent so much money there and nothing was correct. And the fact they tried to give us a cheap mattress and not the expensive one we bought and thought we just wouldn’t notice. This store is a scam.
We purchased a complete bedroom set and paid cash June 16th. It’s almost August and it still has not yet been delivered. They only deliver to Freeland one day a week so it’s been sitting there for a week and a half. I had to call the day before it’s supposed to be delivered to get a time from them as I hadn’t heard from them by 5:30 pm. I have two kids, work full time so I’m not home all day just waiting for this. The best window they could give me was 9 am - 1 pm. There has been no communication from them, I’ve had to call and chase them down several times. They don’t answer the phone most of the time. I’ve thought about just returning it because I’m so disappointed before it’s even arrived

Be careful when you want to buy anything from this store...Sales persons are very friendly and know how to promise you sooner delivery dates to push you buy from them, but nothing will be the same when you are out of the store! We were told to have the delivery in 3 weeks but nothing was delivered as it was told and we are still seating on the floor!

Not worth 1 star but only choice I had. Walked in no one greeted us. Tho we seen a few Sales associates standing around talking. Was in the store a good 10 mins before someone actually came around. Couldn't answer most of my questions. Store was dusty and dirty. I asked about price match with value city furniture and was told no they don't match. Well went to value city furniture was greeted at the door. Sales associates were so helpful and store was clean. Made our 7,000$ purchase with them for our new home. Won't be back to Ashley's
Could NOT get anyone to help us. We don't like someone stalking us while we're shopping but at the same time it's appreciated when we're ready to purchase that somebody actually helps us! Found the sofa set we wanted. Took pictures of the tags containing the SKU, went to the desk in the back told them what we wanted and they said we needed to have our sales associate complete the transaction. Informed them that we had no sales person and that we were prepared to pay for and arrange delivery then. They told us to go to the person who greeted us, nobody greeted us. They sent us to the front desk and we explained everything we had explained to the back desk. Then they all got together and decided who was going to help us but nobody came back. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting… Nobody came back. So we decided that it was probably best that we not purchase our $3300 furniture sat there. Ashley, pay attention! You're losing customers.
The Realyn set I ordered is beautiful, and l love the custom sectional. However, it has been 9 weeks since I ordered, and I'm still waiting on repairs/ replacements for 5 damaged pieces, as well as a mattress protector never sent with delivery. The store provides very poor customer service- not answering the phone, not returning calls, and giving the run-around and making excuses. Overall, I'm very disappointed and frustrated with all my time wasted. I won't be making any additional purchases here.

I bought my sofa in July and it took a while to get it, but I understand that with the pandemic everything's been slow. Sam was my sales rep and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and got me a discount on my purchase, so, I came back several months later with my son and bought him a couch and specifically asked for Sam. Large selection.

If I could give them a 0 star, I would. The people here are extremely rude and don’t have any consideration for their customers once they get the payment in full. I love the couch I got but the customer service by the Floor Manager at the Saginaw store was PATHETIC. He straight up lied to my face multiple times during our transaction (about them mailing a receipt to my place around 6 times when I never received it and had to drive all the way to their store from a different city just so I could get it, and about calling me when the delivery was supposed to be scheduled - I never received a call). When I told him that they should’ve left a voicemail, he said that I never asked him to so it is not his responsibility. Safe to say, me or my friends and family would NEVER do business with this particular branch of Ashley.
I have been a long time Ashley fan and have bought couches, beds, and more from them. I went into this location to buy a table from them and asked if there were any deals or discounts and we were told there wasn’t. The table plus chairs was almost $1800.00 at Ashley and being a loyal customer I almost went ahead and bought it but my boyfriend convinced me to wait. Thank goodness I did. We found the same table and chairs on Amazon for $1200.00. I want to shop at stores but I can’t when this is the price difference. Work with your customers especially those who buy a lot from you. If I had received even a bit of a discount I probably wouldn’t have left the store.
We ordered 2 tables on October 31, 2021. The first one arrived in December; however, it was defective. They reordered a new one. The second one from our original order arrived in March and it too was defective. They reordered 2 and when I called to check in on the status, they graciously refunded our credit card. Our original salesperson was there and said the odds of their vendor sending the tables were likely not realistic. We were disappointed but appreciated their honesty.
I had a great in store experience with the sales person. She took me around and listened to my request and very quickly had things picked out. However everything after I left the store was just terrible. First of all not all of my pieces were in stock, which I totally get but they wouldn't deliver what was in stock without charging 2 different delivery fees. I first went in the store in January 2022. I was informed the inventory would be in anywhere from 2-3 weeks up to 10 weeks. I was supposed to be getting updates once a month, only happened once. It is now July. In the mean time I moved, I wanted to cancel part of the order but was told I had to be in the store to do. I now live about 100 miles away. I had to leave a cell phone message for the sales rep just to have someone call me back, which was once said he was the manager would try to get the few items no longer needed cancelled over the phone and I never heard back from him. Called the call center multiple times, the last they transferred my call to just be put to voicemail. It is absolutely insane that I cannot cancel just a few items that still are NOT in stock over the phone. They gave a weak excuse about fraud and verifying I am who I say I am. In todays world with the technology we have there are plenty of ways to verify over the phone, I mean this is a furniture store not the Dept. of Defense. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Extremely happy with the entire process! Cheyenne was very patient with me while I made my mind up about what would be best in the space and helped with different ideas and color options. Nick and AJ were fantastic with the delivery and setup and were very friendly. Everything came sooner than expected which was nice as well. The whole process couldn't have gone easier :)

Cheyenne Swarthout is absolutely amazing, she let us Browse the store to see what we like and don’t like, then help us narrow things down when I explained what my house interior is. She never pressured us into anything, it was all support and made things comfortable. She made the process so easy and we got exactly what we wanted. Have a warranty issue. Took 2 months for them to come inspect the item. Another month later we still don’t have the replacement. Nobody will return phone calls. They always have to take my information and “will call back” but nobody ever calls! Do not buy from this store!

I have ordered a bed frame. They said it will deliver to your house in a 2 weeks . They didn’t deliver in 2 weeks so I called them. they said I should wait for 2 months. They lied to me . I have called them to fix my problem many times but they just don’t care at all…
After deciding what we wanted and finding out they wouldn't sell us a couch off showroom floor and a 3-6 month wait if we bought today, we decided to go to Godwin furniture and they had a better selection of furniture that we could have immediately, the sales lady was outstanding,gave us a huge discount, helped with every aspect. We were so happy we bought a dining room set also. Thanks Ashley for not helping us as it made our buying better quality from your competitor so much easier.

My experience with the Saginaw Ashley HomeStore location has been very frustrating due to significant delays, poor communication from the staff, and lately, condescension and dismissiveness from the manager. I placed an order for a couch in the first week of April 2021. So far, I have not received the couch. When I placed the order and made the deposit, I was told to expect a 2 to 4 month delay. At three months (July 2021), I called to ask about the status of the order and was told to expect the couch in early August. In August, at the end of the 4 month window, I called again, expecting to hear about the delivery schedule, and was told that the couch would not arrive until mid September. I asked for a staff person to call me with updates about changes to the schedule and was told that the staff were 'too busy' to do this. I continued to call regularly, and in mid September, was told that the couch was on its way to the store and would be delivered to me by September 25. This date came and went. When I next called the store, the told me I 'didn't understand' their shipping process, needed to be 'understanding' of the delay due to the condition of the economy, and that they expected the couch to be shipped some time in October. I'm expecting a baby at the end of October. If my husband and I are in the hospital when our couch is finally delivered, we won't be around to accept it.
From the beginning call to the Saginaw store when I spoke with Joel, to stopping in and placing the order with Naham, everything went smoothly and as promised. Our furniture was delivered quickly, the delivery personnel was polite and through in setting up our new sofa. I would recommend the Saginaw store ( as I went to several others and didn't receive the attention I did at Saginaw) I will return for further purchases as needed (or wanted lol) great job and thank you to all that made this a great experience. We love our new couch.....

I received my couch after 5 months of being on back order, the delivery guys (Austin & Q) made my experience with this store much better, they were able to bring my couch upstairs in my apartment with no error. Owner is super nice. Told me a price on an item for sale. Went back a day later (owner not there) Manager wouldn’t honor deal. Just spent 6k on furniture with them little than a month ago. Won’t be back.
Went in January with my daughter to purchase a desk. Was told it would be available to pick up at store by March 15. Paid in full.... heard nothing from anyone in March so started calling in... nobody returns calls. My sales rep Naaman doesn’t seem available. It is now almost the end of June and still waiting on my desk. My wife called today and was told it was due to increase in lumber prices?!? So they are building the desk as we speak?? I went on the website and the desk I ordered in January is now 50 bucks cheaper and shows it is in stock for home delivery! Still no call back from Justin the manager either. Terrible way to run a business and will never purchase from here again!

Went to Ashley Was Homestore looking for a bedroom set for my 80 year old parents, who needed it in 3 weeks. The set I wanted wasn’t going to get here for 3 months and my parents needed one before that. Priscilla Balden asked her manager if she could take the one off the floor. They did, which many places would never do that. So I would highly recommend Ashley Homestore and ask for Priscilla, she goes out of her way to make things happen.
Went to go buy a couch for our first apartment and met such an amazing women named Priscilla she was understanding and listens to what you truly want! Definitely made buying furniture an easier process. Would recommend coming to this nice business. UPDATE: Ordered a couch last year and ordered a separate piece that was back ordered (said it’ll be here by November the latest) i was fine with that even if it was later due to the holidays but to this date we are still waiting for that piece, when they tried to deliver a piece back in June it was the wrong color. Try to call this place they will say “we have to wait for a manager and we will call you back” well they don’t call you back, ever. Last time buying furniture here, worst customer service.

The manager at Ashley was very helpful. The item that I wanted was not in the show room. They ordered it for me. Due to Covid I was told that it would take 12-16 weeks. It arrived in 12 weeks. Excellent service.
My husband and I purchased a dresser and a night stand from them, were told after we had settled on the pieces that it would take 4-12 weeks due to COVID delays, that we had to pay upfront but it probably wouldn’t take 12 weeks. I started calling about every 4 weeks for updates, and every time they told us the date that the furniture would be in, it wasn’t there and they never called to update us once. Finally we made a final call and they set up a delivery date. Once the furniture arrived, it was not installed correctly; my husband had to call the store back and several hours later someone came out to look at the furniture. We were told it was a factory defect, they made it work but we now had to wait another couple of weeks (at least) to get a replacement. Once we were told that, my husband attempted to just return the furniture because we were just so frustrated with all the delays, but we were told there were no refunds, so now we are stuck with furniture that has factory defects for who knows how long. Just no communication and horrible policies.
Worst experience ever! My wife and I bought 2 dressers from the Saginaw store and were told by our salesman and the sales manager Justin our products weren’t in but should be available in 2 weeks. They said they were running behind because of COVID. We explained we had reservations about paying in advance but they kept reassuring us. After 2 weeks we started to call every week. We were then told it could take up to 3 months and we should have read the paperwork. Three and a half months later we called for a refund. They told us our product was now in and if we wanted a refund they would keep 20 percent. Delivery took another 10 days. When they delivered it they stripped the screws on the handles. I had to call the store and wait for them to send someone back out. Several hours the service guy tells me it’s a manufactures defect and they drilled the holes wrong. He tells me they’ll call me the next day with a solution. 5 days later I finally get ahold of them. They tell me 2 to 3 more weeks for new drawers. I told the manager I wanted them to pick up the broken dressers and refund me and he said no. He said no refunds. So now I have waited 4 months and have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks to have furniture and take my third day off work. This place is a scam. I never had this problem with Art Van!
Incompetent management. I selected a love seat to purchase based on its in-stock availability. Paid them full price upfront as they required to hold it for me. Called them about 90 days later to make arrangements for pick up only to discover they had sold it to someone else and mine was now on back order.

We ordered our furniture in the beginning of January 2021 (paid in full). We were originally told our furniture would arrive on February 27th. When February 27th came, we were told the furniture would arrive on March 25th. When March 25th came, we were told the furniture would arrive on April 8th. When April 8th came, we were told that the furniture would arrive on May 4th. See a pattern here? The worst part about all of this is that we’ve never received a call from the Ashley Homestore/Denno’s to update us about the delays. We called them EVERY TIME. The reason why we decided to purchase our furniture from this location is because an employee at Art Sample Furniture told us they were delayed until July due to COVID. It appears Ashley Homestore is delayed until July as well. They’re just choosing not to tell anyone. This isn’t good business.
Seriously had the most pleasant experience shopping for our living room set with Priscilla Balden! She's honest and up front, something I've found to be a rarity these days. We will definitely be working with her again to furnish our addition once it's done!

I have been wanting to stop in and look at furniture for a few weeks now. I just haven’t had the time, one day on a whim I texted Cheyenne and asked her if she was working. She was, we chatted for a few hours back and forth with her explaining to me so much information - I literally felt like I was in the store with her. She gave me such a detailed explanation of the different levels of furniture, protection plan information, explaining that production is a tad behind (just to prepare me for a delay), and delivery information with the option of furniture assembly. She was so easy to work with, and accommodated my extra busy lifestyle. I was able to do everything from the touch of a few buttons! Buyer beware. Had a bedroom set delivered in November 2020. In the amount of time their employees were in my home my wife's diamond wedding rings and diamond/emerald mother's ring turned up missing. No one else was in the home. Talked with the owner Mr.Denno and he apologized and said he'd make it right. Well, that didn't happen. They have avoided my calls and failed to "make it right". We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with him prior to this experience. This is how he treats his customers that are victimized by his employees. Btw, it seems he had a new employee at my home. First day on the job. He quit the next day after delivering our furniture. This company is not who you want to business with, extremely untrustworthy. I now have contacted a lawyer and will be proceeding with a lawsuit. Take the chance if you want but you have been warned. ---Update: It's now April 19, 2021. Still no resolution. Corporate has also been contacted and they are about as helpful as the local store. Again horrible customer service so far. In all honesty it would probably be cheaper for the company to just reimburse me for the as they put it "missing" jewelry. What it's costing them in business so far from what I hear will be far greater I believe. I am asking you to do the right thing Dennos!

4 months i waited for a couch that was " in production " and what was worse on 7 different occasions the employees at the store kept telling me, " oh yea, it'll be in this date" & " oh it's leaving Wisconsin tomorrow" only to find out later that they lied to me. Why lie? Why be shady? If it's gonna take 4 months or longer just say that. BTW the second star in the rating is for the Delivery drivers, those guys were awesome and set everything up right, the lone bright spot in my experience with Ashley Home Store.
We contacted the Ashley store after a disappointing experience at another store. Priscilla Balden took the call right before closing. She listened to our wants, looked up items, came up with alternatives within our budget and managed to deliver an order within a few days and a week before Christmas! Her exceptional service was outstanding. We love our new loveseats and will be back to see Priscilla when we begin shopping for our new dining room set!

I’ll never buy anything from Ashleys again! Went to buy a NEW recliner and ended up with an in-store floor model. They didn’t even call me and tell me that they didn’t have the color I wanted or ask if I wanted a different color, they just sent me a USED chair and charged me for a new one! Lesson learned, always take a picture of what your buying from any place and write down all the information, because you never now if someone is scamming you!

We purchased a King mattress set in November 2019 with Marc B's help. He was helpful and professional. The set came in on time but we had a problem with the mattress size as it was to small for the frame. We spoke with Ryan the owner/manager and he went out of his way to help us solve our problem. He sent his service manager to our home to measure our frame and the mattress then ordered a different set for us. Ryan and his service manager measured the new mattress to make sure it was the correct size. The entire staff worked together to make sure everything was correct and coordinated properly for delivery. I would recommend Denno's/Ashley Home store to anyone looking for quality furniture! I have had the absolute WORST experience here. I never complain, but I can't believe how I was treated. I bought three items 2.5 months ago. I paid up front. Two of the items were in stock at the store. They had to order one piece. I waited 2.5 months for it to come in. I had to call them over and over to find out thar it HAD come in. After that, they called me numerous times to set up delivery for THIS week. They kept switching days on me. I obviously had to take each of those days off of work. The DAY BEFORE delivery, they called and told me they couldn't find the two pieces that had been in stock at the store this whole time!! THEY SOLD THEM OUT FROM UNDER ME AFTER I PAID CASH OVER TWO MONTHS AGO!! They offered me my money back in a freaking check after months and days called off of work. They essentially tried to scam me. They kept my money for months while they sold my items to other people. UNREAL.
Haven't received last check from these guys also if you like cigarettes around your merchandise then this is the place for you!
We had the best experience ever furniture shopping at Ashley Homestore recently! Bryanne greeted us so friendly it took my apprehension away that I get when we furniture shop. I told her what we were looking for and she went right to the samples of material and pulled out the exact one I had pictured but couldn’t describe! She then showed us a loveseat just like we wanted. She was excellent AND so friendly; told us of the option to buy the furniture protection plan in detail. It’s been years since we’ve been in that store and this time we were very impressed with the inventory they had. Any type of furniture you’d want and the selection of accessories etc. was very diverse. We’ll definitely be back to this store when we need something else.

I would like a refund at this point.. and maryann (CUSTOMER rep.) dont care about nothing but her daughter's wedding.. smh.. Congratulations to your daughter however u would be upset as I was if she was done this way!! Please refund my 900 dollars thx

Third furniture store we went to before purchasing. Way better quality and selection than American furniture warehouse down the road (and no need for an armed guard! 🙄😆). Bryanna the sales rep introduced herself and explained the layout but kept a considerate distance, and didn't hound us like other places are known for. She answered our questions and helped point us in the right direction. Opted for the extended warranty to protect our investment with kids and dogs. In house financing was quick and easy, and got 12 months same as cash. Bryanna was friendly and patient with us, giving us our space but checking in from time to time to see if we had questions, etc. She even dug up a package of fruit snacks for our 6 year old that was getting cranky and wanted to go home! We bought a furniture set and are excited for it's delivery in a few weeks... would return/recommend!

I am 25 years old and have my own business. I live in Missouri but I am moving to Michigan for 1 year and decided to buy my own furniture instead of getting corporate housing to save money. I called Ashley Home store in Saginaw Michigan and Priscilla Balden answered the phone...What a GODSENT! Priscilla was truly amazing! I called her on March 4th from Missouri and told her I will be moving into my apartment in Michigan April 1st, so I would need my furniture by then. I know this is normally highly unlikely but Priscilla was up for the challenge and got it done! Being 25 I have very little credit but Priscilla fought for me to get as much financing as possible! She is a total ROCKSTAR!! I was able to furnish my entire house with new furniture over the phone!! She had daily communication with me! I have never met such a caring, passionate, hardworking, professional sales lady! I am beyond pleased with Ashley Saginaw and Priscilla is a top notch employee!! If you need anything ask for Priscilla she will with out a doubt have your back!

Absolutely awful experience with this store in particular. Was told that we would receive our furniture within 2-3 weeks and now, on 2 months later, they are pushing the delivery date back again. Management refused to work with us and attempted to charge us an extra fee when we wanted to cancel our purchase. Overall, an awful experience and will not shop from them again. Wish I could put 0 stars due to the amount of time I had to spend on the phone with these people.

Horrible horrible customer service. Shady employees. They take your money and run. Ordered couch dec 8 and was told we could pick it up dec 18. No word from them so called and found out it wouldn’t be available til dec 28. Called again today to confirm and now told won’t be available until after new year...maybe. Store manager refuses to talk to us. If I could rate this store as 0 stars I would. Please don’t give them your money, they just steal it and give you the run around. Hate this store!!!
Horrible experience with this store. The original visit when we purchased our furniture we were greeted and taken care of phenomenal, from then on it was terrible. They guarenteed a delivery time at the time of sale but after several attempts of contact later over a few weeks they lost our paperwork, couldn't find us in the system, didnt have the furniture available and had to separate the order, didnt know what was going on, never called us back and still after a month they have no idea where our furniture is. Never taking our business here again, it's a joke.

They have nice furniture and decent prices. The salespeople make it a horrible experience. Once you walk in someone rushes up on you. Then they babysit you the whole time. Even when you just tell them you are just looking. Then when you like something they jump at you to buy it now. Then when you try to leave they try to get contact info to bug you later on. Atmosphere is to pushy. Not going back.

Do not return phone calls or texts and think waiting so far 3 months for 2 recliners and being told it will be another 3 weeks is acceptable. Very cavalier attitude by the general manager towards my frustration. I cancelled the order and will start over somewhere else
If you go in store be sure and look online first. Don't be afraid to say Your price for stuff. Compare prices and do your research. We found online a sectional that was $700 less than the one In store! Shiesty practices. Worse than shopping a used car lot. What a headache. Read reviews on the durability of their furniture... It might shock you. Red flags here and snotty manager helped us decide to take our money elsewhere. On a positive note the lady that was initially helping us was sweet and didn't push us too hard like other furniture stores did.
We absolutely love our new table, Terry and Ann were wonderful to work with....their delivery crew made it to our cottage right on time, even in sub zero temperatures....my wife and I highly recommend Ashley HomeStore in Saginaw.

We came into the store looking for something specifically and the staff were extremely helpful through the whole process. Stephen was excellent and showed us different options. Checkout was seamless and the set up for delivery was very flexible and they were able to work with us being that our home was not in the area and under construction. Went into Ashley Furniture on Bay Rd. I hate going into a furniture store because the sales people are always so pushy!! This was not the case here. Our Salesman (so sorry I totally forgot his name) was Absolutely AMAZING he gave us the freedom to look around even though we kind of knew what we wanted when we went in. He answered all our questions, was knowledgeable, fun, friendly and joked around with us the whole time. The prices where great even better then what we saw online. It came earlier then what he even said and they worked with my work schedule to get to us on the day we needed. The delivery men where also Absolutely AMAZING as well, they went above and beyond to help me out and get the furniture in and in the right spot. The Furniture is best thing we have gotten in a long time and so glad that we got it. I would and will always recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking and for our future needs. We recently bought a day bed sofa and love seat from this Ashley store. After the love seat was delivered I noticed several days later that the seat back cushions were lacking in plumpness and stuffing. I called the store and the lady that answered could not have been nicer. She said immediately that they would send someone out to take care of it. They gave me a time and a date . A man came from Dennos and added more stuffing to the back of the love seat..Thanks so much! Wish I could give you ten stars.
