Fantastic experience buying from Nano at Ashley Store in Saginaw. Everyone was friendly from the minute we walked through the door. Nano was very attentive to us. He gave us of lots of space and he was very respectful. He was able to get us the best price and exactly what we wanted. He was very personable and we walked out smiling & Happy. We definitely will be buying from Ashley & Nano again.
I hate leaving negative reviews because I know for years now delays on furniture nation wide are common! The fact that the sales lady who sold me my couch, Erika, told me it would be here 2-3 weeks and today marks 5! The bad review is the lack of communication and honesty I’ve received. If I cannot track my item myself, I’ve called twice and both people said only the salesperson who sold it to me can track it? I’m like well what if that person is on vaca or sick or left the company? Like nobody can put in my confirmation number and look it up? Odd… they told me she’d call me back later those days.. I would get texts from her days later… giving me the reasons of her then her kids have been sick so she hasn’t been in work.. like ok I get it but nobody can just tell me where my couch is??? I wish I got an honest timeline from time of purchase, that’s all. Then someone I know told me their friend used to work here and all the salespeople lie and say “2-3 weeks” to make the sale.. I’m pretty fed up after reading all the other reviews and others getting lied to. Obviously, I can’t go to a manager because looks like they encourage it! I just want to know an estimate since I was told week 2 it would be at the Saginaw store that Thursday…. No communication is starting to piss me off.
Purchased furniture first week of September. Was told prior to purchasing that it would take 3-4 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. Contacted them to check on delivery at week 6. Receptionist was rude and said there was no need to call and that someone from the company would contact me when the shipment has arrived and is ready for delivery. Week 8 Contacted them was told it was put on the truck for delivery on 9/16. They would have the agent contact me. No contact from anyone. A week later, I stop into the store and ask about current status and was told it is set for delivery November 4th and the agent will be notified to contact me. Days later the agent says it will be loaded on the truck to be delivered to the store November 15th and after their inspection they will set up time to deliver to us. I understand production is limited by supply chains. However, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and rudeness from the staff members. At least the manager offered a free rug.
