Great people at this business, CeCe went out of her way to locate my order and get me set up with a new sales associate. Everyone there was pleasantly helpful and thanks to CeCe I can expect my order in a few weeks👍
If I could give negative stars I would. We have had nothing but a horrible experience with Ashley in Saginaw. They are extremely unprofessional and will not return your calls. We have had nothing but issues since we purchased our couch. We bought our couch in December 2023 and were told it would be maximum 5 weeks and that we should have our couch for the holidays. After multiple phone calls and having to physically come into the store more than once to get answers since they don't answer the phone or ever call you back, we didn't even get our couch delivered until March of 2024. Not only this but we had financed our couch through them (DO NOT DO THIS) and paid a large down payment on it, just to find out that they never even applied it to our account. So now I am having to deal with them once AGAIN to try and fix another issue. Our couch is 1 month old and it is already broken on the leg and the fabric is pilling and fraying. Definitely not worth the money that we spent. I'm not sure if it is poor management or if their employees are not doing their jobs but we are more than unsatisfied with our purchase and we do not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy new furniture.
Great Store, Bought our bar chairs here. And looking to go back and buy a new couch as well. Staff was awesome!
Isaac was a pleasure to work with. He found a bed that was “just right” for my Goldilocks and got us in and out in record time.
Recently brought my mother in who was looking for a new reclining chair. Zack was the salesman who greeted us with a warm smile and willing to help. His professionalism and knowledge was great. He did a nice job helping my mother find exactly what she needed. I will be back in the future to see Zack and purchase new furniture for myself.
19* weeks since paying in full for numerous living room and bedroom items. Just got a partial delivery date set up for first items to arrive next week. I have called ~7 times over the past 10 weeks, each time asking them to contact me back with a status update. They told me, “the end of next week”, in January, then “the end of February”, then “I will call the warehouse and get back to you by tomorrow at the latest”. Despite having a positive contact recently to where I felt like maybe we would get a date soon, it has now been a full week of no contact, once again. At this point, I honestly feel like we will not receive our furniture. I understand orders being pushed back, so I waited nearly 2 months to make the first check-in call, but to have zero contact from anyone and multiple cancelled dates is just bad business.
Logan is the best. 5 stars. Customer service outstanding Had the best experience furniture shopping here. Like I walked into a room of friends. Thank you Logan, Terry, Ricky and the entire staff. Normally furniture shopping can be tediuos...Ashley employees made it a fun experience ... can't wait for my couch h and swivel chair to arrive
