We ordered 2 tables on October 31, 2021. The first one arrived in December; however, it was defective. They reordered a new one. The second one from our original order arrived in March and it too was defective. They reordered 2 and when I called to check in on the status, they graciously refunded our credit card. Our original salesperson was there and said the odds of their vendor sending the tables were likely not realistic. We were disappointed but appreciated their honesty.
I had a great in store experience with the sales person. She took me around and listened to my request and very quickly had things picked out. However everything after I left the store was just terrible. First of all not all of my pieces were in stock, which I totally get but they wouldn't deliver what was in stock without charging 2 different delivery fees. I first went in the store in January 2022. I was informed the inventory would be in anywhere from 2-3 weeks up to 10 weeks. I was supposed to be getting updates once a month, only happened once. It is now July. In the mean time I moved, I wanted to cancel part of the order but was told I had to be in the store to do. I now live about 100 miles away. I had to leave a cell phone message for the sales rep just to have someone call me back, which was once said he was the manager would try to get the few items no longer needed cancelled over the phone and I never heard back from him. Called the call center multiple times, the last they transferred my call to just be put to voicemail. It is absolutely insane that I cannot cancel just a few items that still are NOT in stock over the phone. They gave a weak excuse about fraud and verifying I am who I say I am. In todays world with the technology we have there are plenty of ways to verify over the phone, I mean this is a furniture store not the Dept. of Defense. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Extremely happy with the entire process! Cheyenne was very patient with me while I made my mind up about what would be best in the space and helped with different ideas and color options. Nick and AJ were fantastic with the delivery and setup and were very friendly. Everything came sooner than expected which was nice as well. The whole process couldn't have gone easier :)

Worst service ever. I bought on line a sofa in December it apperared it was in stock, however they scheduled my delivery for April , 4 months later. I was very upset because it was not what they showed on line, finally I had to agree to receive my furniture on April 10th. Now one day before my delivery date I called them to ask the approximate time, and they said there is none delivery programmed for me. The item is out of stock and it will be delivered in one more month. Is this a Joke?, nobody called me or emailed me to let me know , I paid for that 4 months ago. I am expecting my sofá. I spoke with a customer service agent and he told me I can shop something else instead, I said I wanted the sofa I picked. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said that the only he could do for me is to send an email to the sales person in charge of purchases made on line. That is terrible nobody could give me a solution. Conclusion, I don't have the furniture I bought and I won't have it until nobody knows. zero respect for customers, terrible service. I do not recommend this store and city furniture( which are the same company) nor online store either.
We purchased a mattress and had it delivered, everything went great, they worked around our schedule and the two delivery guys were friendly and professional. Excellent customer service. Next furniture purchase I will definitely be going to Ashley
