8 Months and I still haven’t received my bed that I PAID FOR IN FULL 8 MONTHS AGO! Getting nothing but the run around and excuse after excuse. The management is a joke. Don’t shop here. I’m not the only one with this problem with them. Check the better business bureau and there other reviews. It’s a normal business practice for them!!
Incompetent, incorrect, and everything in between. It’s been way over 10 weeks and they’ve been doing a run around. No return calls, the manager is never in. Zach is a joke and I don’t even know how he works there. I don’t even know how the people at this store are still working. They are acting like scammers. They had no problem taking my money right away but withhold any information about my couch. These lazy people do nothing but sit on their butts and watch Netflix on their phones. They are shady!! We were going to walk out the door and the manager finally gave us a deal, just for it to bite us. I will be continue to call about my couch because these people aren’t doing their job.
1 star....below a 1 star. I believe every word that was on the Saginaw page that said this place was terrible. The customer service manager told me that my furniture has to be made. Oh but my mattresses may be in the store, oh they can give me temporary recliners. No one ever called to keep me updated and that guy name that starts with a G is horrible. I wish I would have known about this place before we gave them all this money. Never go there because this is not an ASHLEY franchise so you'll get nothing but poor customer service after they take your money or you sign that contract.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have failed to uphold their union negotiated contract with their Ashley Furniture trucking company. The union is on strike because the company went behind their backs and isn't doing what it is contractually obligated to do through an agreed upon union contract. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IT SCREWS THEIR WORKERS!! I ordered furniture 3 months ago and it has not shown up yet due to Ashley Coporate's shenanigans and shadyness
the manager Gabriel and sales associate brendan are the most incompetent ”sales professionals” I have ever dealt with. As a seasoned sales manager in the diamond industry I am appalled that these two are employed by this company. I have been promised dates that were not met and when I called back multiple times I was told they would call me back with in two hours. Now, having zero communication days later from them I had went up to the store only to be met with more incompetence and discrimination. Once I had asked for a refund since they could not be clear with me on a delivery date, they tried to charge me a 25% fee for something that I have not even taken possession of. As my sister and I had walked out of the store they were mocking us and laughing at us. Corporate needs to make this right. This behavior of their store management is a direct rejection of this company and is absolutely not a company I would ever recommend anyone to shop with.
My husband and I purchased a dining set April 4th 2024, was told it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive then they would call to set up delivery date & time. Week 6 came & went so we called was told it would be another 2 weeks then we should be getting a call to set up delivery the week of the 26th we didn’t hear anything so we called again on the 28th they said it still wasn’t here they didn’t even have a date it would be on the truck so needless to say it’s almost June and we still don’t have the table we paid for almost 2 months ago. If I could give 0 starts I would have! Very disappointed & dissatisfied!!
Bought new furniture was told will arrive in four weeks/worst case scenario 6. It has now been 10 weeks and no furniture. Was told it was somewhere in a warehouse in Wisconsin, like that helped me out in any way. Was suppose to get an update today on when expected delivery was, of course no phone call. Finally called synchrony bank to file a dispute. Went to their store and was told no refunds. Seems to be their main speech to customers who gave them business expecting integrity from them. Stop making excuses for your bad business behaviors and do right by the customers who trusted you. Take your business elsewhere this place does not deserve it!!
My experience at Ashley Outlet was horrible. I placed an order over a month ago and when I tried to inquire about it, they couldn’t tell me when my furniture will arrive. Spoke with Dana the store manager in Saginaw, she told me one of my items will arrive within a couple days once it arrived it was DAMAGED. I ordered a brand-new gaming desk and when they delivered it was used, scratched, with tape and black paint covering it. Immediately called the store and none of my questions or concerns we answered. Very POOR SERVICE and management. Also, the instore manager stated, "NO REFUNDS", when I tried to get my money back.
What an awful experience. Ordered a bed and mattress the end of December 2023. They told us the items would be in by the end of Jan 2024. The end of March 2024 rolls around and we hadnt heard anything. Tried calling customer service and was told they would call us back. After two weeks I called customer service again as I still hadn't heard back. When customer service finally called back the representative said "I can't make your stuff come faster". There was no update on when the product would be available as it was listed as "in production". Absolutely awful customer service. Will not be shopping here again and would not recommend to others.
