I just wanted to share just how impressed I was with the incredible service displayed at Ashley Furniture on Hall Road. First time homebuyer, and shopping for furniture was a very stressful experience, between the sheer number of options and styles, trying to find something that fits in my space, and trying to fit things into my budget. I went to a number of different stores with some strong selections, but in the end choosing to go with Ashley was a no brainer just because their customer service was second to none compared to competitors. First, upon entering the store, it wasn't a situation where you get immediately approached by salespeople. We were able to explore the store freely and when it was clear we needed help, we were helped. The store is clean and there are really great options on display. Sandy was absolutely fantastic and within a short time frame was able to find me a furniture setup that was the exact size, configuration, and color that I was looking for. She was very kind and understood exactly what my needs were. After working with Sandy, we were also given incredible service from Chantz. Chantz has an incredible personality and he treated me more than just another customer in the store. He understood my situation and some of the concerns I had, and he was able to not only answer any questions I had with the furniture and provide his personal advice, but also was a huge help during the payment process. He was able to locate me a kitchen table that was similar to one I was going to get elsewhere for way more money and was even able to get me some nice lamps off the floor. He also gave me a very nice discount on my final order, which was something he absolutely did not need to do. The knowledge and expertise of Sandy and Chantz made my furniture shopping experience so much smoother and because of their talent I was able to get a beautiful furniture set for my house within a couple of hours. I was genuinely impressed and it's because of them I chose Ashley. If you're a first time homebuyer or new to going furniture shopping and you're going to this store, look for Sandy and Chantz!

My husband and I were looking for a recliner. Steve, the salesman who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not make us feel any pressure to make a purchase. We chose to pick up the recliner ourselves instead of paying the $79 delivery fee which I thought was a bit high. We got the chair home and got it into the house.It came in two pieces and we could have easily put it together, except for the fact that there was a problem with the mechanisms that went together. It would be too difficult to explain here, but we did call customer service, which was a US area code. However, none of the people that we dealt with, four different customer service reps, we called four separate times, could speak English without a heavy accent, and it made it difficult to understand some of the things they were asking. I used to translate for the state of Michigan and I’m very familiar with hearing different accents, but even I was having a tough time. The customer service was terrible. I am not blaming the people we spoke to I think they were just following the protocol or the directions they are given. All we wanted was an exchange which we could not do until they did an investigation and they sent someone out to look at the recliner which would take 3 to 4 days. And then I read the fine print which said anything that’s picked up from the warehouse and not inspected before we leave is not subject for a return. I do wish the salesclerk would have told us that. Our son came over and he was able to help his father get the chair together. Guess a stronger touch was needed. But I would never purchase again from Ashley Home store. because the customer service was poor. And there was no way to get a hold of anyone in the corporation to file any type of complaint no phone number no address no email. Shame on them.

This was our best shopping experience at a furniture store! Usually, salespeople are on top of you and don’t give you any space to breathe. However, Jay was awesome. He greeted us, gave us space to browse freely, and checked in as needed until we were ready to order. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We will most certainly return and ask for Jay. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very polite the store was clean and the help was great Delivery supposed to be in 2 weeks now their says 4 weeks unacceptable 2 weeks would of been ok but almost 5 weeks No

Our experience was not well at all. We bought a bedroom set and paid extra for a second night stand . We were able to take 1 dresser home day of purchase but were told we had to wait to pick up the rest when they had loading guys available. Went back to get the rest just to load everything ourselves again. Fast forward to getting our second night stand. It got delivered and the corner was smashed and the drawers were crooked. Call to get a refund and they said we paid less than what we were charged for and gave us 12$ back. Ended up getting a new one delivered. No box no towel just left on our porch in the snow. Definitely will not be going back there again.
