I made a good purchase at this store back in August 13th in preparation to my move in to my new home later that month. Understanding the long wait due to the Supply Chain delays of over 2.5 months is fine as Im purchasing ahead of my move in. Some of the items I purchased were available so that's a plus. The Store Manager - Allison was very helpful in answering my questions. The Sales Rep KJ was the same as well.. All these during the day of my purchase. Now the delivery, the first batch (3 items) was delivered on 08/27. They all arrived as scheduled. The crew were awesome as they really took care of the furniture during the process. The Issue was the sofa, apprently, it was so large it can't fit into my door frames. Solution was replaced it with a Love Seat and reject the Sofa, had no choice. So that's what I did and tried to call the Sale Rep to ensure that it gets confirmed and since they have it on stock per the delivery guys, I was trying to have it delivered in the second delivery on 09/14. Now here's where the issue started. That day I was trying to get hold of either one of them, was a pain. Did not able to get a call back. Tried the next day - no joy. Able to get hold of the Sales Rep on Sunday, 08/28 and was able to confirm that they will replace the sofa with the love seat and will deliver together with the second batch - 09/14. Additionally, he will confirm and give me a call. I waited that day and never heard back from him. 09/14 passed no delivery- no show. I tried to reach out to them today - 09/26; first via the call center - it was so grueling to talk with them! All calls gets dropped! Finally, I was able to get through one, the Call Rep said that my second batch which was supposed to get delivered on 09/14 is now scheduled for delivery on 09/30! As i was trying to sink this in and writing them down. The guy just dropped my call! This is just sooo frustrating!

My boyfriend and I are moving in together and decided to come here to choose our furniture. We are very impressed with the customer service and how helpful EVERYONE inside the store were, especially Brandon and Tae. We feel great about the furniture we picked and things we will come back to in the future.

Bad service bad quality they’re not on time if you wanna tell them exactly what to do want, they never ever care about you I would not recommend the this place to buy anything from them . High prices over chargers

I wish if i can add zero star for them be ware from ashley when you buy from them they have no return policy when you recieve your item no return and the stor manager will tell you its writin in our policy and its your problem you didnt read it and when you ask them they tell you you have 30 days never buy from them again
