I watched the manager interact with a young lady and it made my skin crawl. He's a predator, I think his name is charles
I worked here. they lie to customers about countless of things and id get in trouble for telling them the truth. they're inappropriate in more ways than one, horrible communication skills (management) and I never received my W-2 and the manager took over a week to contact HR for me and never reached back to me. Just because I am no longer an employee does not mean u no longer have a right to give me my w-2 and I know you can because if a RESTAURANT manager can send me a copy of my w-2 then so can you. now because of Ashley Furniture in Westland Michigan I am late to do taxes.
We visited This Ashley store last weekend and we were surprised with the customer service of this store compare to other Ashley's stores. Will never visit this store again. Not recommended at all.
