Juan Linares was the greatest. No pressure. Knew his product. We went to another store but we trusted Juan and went back to him. Very professional.

Told I would receive bed frame on 12-30. Received call that item is now on back order until at least 1-13. I ordered the frame on 12/13 in store. I’m not waiting over a month for delivery when I don’t even know if I’ll actually get the product then. I called and was put on hold for 40 minutes to be told they can’t cancel the order and someone else will call me in 2 business days. Avoid this store at all cost horrible customer service.

So far everything was great. Just waiting till January for it to be delivered

My sales associate was awesome , had a few issues with delivery but in the end it all worked out fine. I have 2 more pieces coming and look forward to it

The sales clerk was not honest, I have called multiple times to discuss my issues with no return call. This was not a great experience, I do love my recliner however. If I ever receive my table I will review it as well

Great service, no pressure from the staff for up selling, but educated us on all of our options.

In store rep was fine, customer service after purchase is horrendous! Avoid purchasing from this company. Table was delivered and put together. A couple of days later I noticed the installer damaged the underside of the table, as the leaf left a small gap, which can't close due to the damage. Contacted customer service multiple times within the 3 business day window on the agreement, passed around a couple of times, sent an email of the damage as requested and never heard anything back, even after following up.

I would not buy another piece of furniture from there if it was the last store around. Purchased a loveseat about 4.5 years ago along with the 5 year warranty. Loveseat is now sagging under the webbing. Called the warranty company and they said it was the frame, it is not the frame. Went to the store to see if they could steer us in the right direction and Juan was RUDE!! I asked if I could show him what was happening and he said he did not want to waste my time or his. He proceeded to talk about how the warranty company was different, we should call a different number, and all they do is sell the furniture. After he talked for about 15 minutes he asked exactly what was wrong, what a laugh. I tried to tell you when we walked in but it was clearly a waste of his time. Called the number he provided and was told, sorry but you have to repair it yourself nothing is covered. I am in the market for a sectional and a full dining set to seat 8 to 10 people. I will NOT be buying it from Ashley and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. For 600.00 it should last for more than 4.5 years. There are no children in the home so the loveseat is certainly not being misused by being jumped on. Off to Lazy Boy where I know they warranty and take care of their customers, bought two recliners from them with ZERO issues. UPDATE: Called the below number which took us directly back to the people we already talked to, what a waste of time. In the product book which shows 5 year limited warranty it states, Spring and Webbed Seating System, "The metal spring systems are generally, sinuous, wire seat springs, and where applicable, back springs. The Webbed Seating System is the webbing used to support the Seating area." 5 year limited warranty, 1 year labor. 4.5 years in is not 5 years and it's the metal bar inside the webbing that snapped. Reading from the product book I don't understand how it's not covered. I would run from there and definitely DO NOT buy any extra coverage, save that money to put toward a well-made product that will last.

We had a great shopping experience in the store because we knew exactly what we wanted bc we already ordered it at different Ashley Store. JUAN LINARES, one of the managers wanted our business so he was willing to price match from a different location in Florida and said we had up to 5 days to report any damage that we discovered once the items are arrived ! ***(In case you didn’t know, once u buy it, it’s yours no matter what so make sure you do your measurements before purchasing anything!!!) *** I called to report our issues and Juan wasn’t in the office that day and I left message for him to return my call. He didn’t call, so I called again! Before we agreed to buy from him, I told him the other store was willing to give us any of the Black Friday deals that came up within 30 days of our purchase. Juan told us the prices he gave us are the cheaper prices for the upcoming Black Friday deals. He told me I was already getting those “deals” in the pricing he gave us … that was the first LIE! I called him back to report our issues/ damage we had discovered with our purchase & he proceeded to tell me he was given the message. He told me his staff told him they gave me the contact number to report the damage, which wasn’t true! So that was Lie #2 I told him I received an email from Ashley Furniture announcing a huge Black Friday sale and Ashley is giving away free flat screen TV’s, additional savings if you spent a certain $ amount, which we did & More! When I spoke to Juan yesterday and brought everything up to him he told me his staff gave me CS # to help me and that there are no such promotions going on in his store! I informed him that I wasn’t given any phone number to call and he cut me off and told me that he trusted his staff over someone he didn’t know and I was shocked. I was actually going to order another piece of furniture from him but after how he spoke to me today and insinuating I was a liar I was done. I told him that and he Hung up on me ! 😳NEVER AGAIN and I would never recommend anyone purchase anything from that man. They always say what you want to hear while you are in the store, but when it comes time to actually do something they promised it’s always a different story!

I couldn’t be more disappointed with this company. In July my husband and I spent $7,900 here and we were delivered damaged and dirty furniture. The sectional we purchased was delivered with a gash in the side of it. We have been dealing with Ashley’s HORRIBLE and NONEXISTENT customer service since July. The sectional has NOT been repaired or replaced and we have ZERO resolution. We were so excited to finally get the giant sectional we wanted and now I’m embarrassed for anyone to come to my house and see the brand new sofa with a gash in the side. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else where they might actually care about their customers. Oh yeah, I had to steam clean everything they brought because it was so dirty! I am beyond disappointed, thanks Ashley Furniture!

The best experience I've had at a furniture store! My sales representative Jessica was extremely helpful and and personalized my shopping experience just for me. She allowed me space to explore, but was always available to answer all of my many questions. I was very relaxed and did not feel pressured in the slightest. Jessica even helped me pick out a few accessories that were 80% off. Such a a sweet touch that made me feel catered to. The furniture selection was extensive and they do help with trying to locate an item for you at another store if needed. They also have many options catering to any price point. My sister bought a couch, she was so excited to show us, we walked in and Juan who is the store manager was so rude and mean, which i dont know how he is the store manager with that attitude, general manager needs to check in on this store! I came in after purchasing a $3,000 couch to show my family, and Juan—the store manager—had the nerve to complain that us walking in would “mess up his KPIs for the day.” Are you serious? That’s not just unprofessional, that’s pathetic. Horrible sales pitch, horrible attitude. If this is what leadership looks like here, good luck keeping customers. Get a new manager before you lose more business.

After going to 6 different places, Jude, at Ashley Home Goods and Furniture was fantastic! He worked with us and got us exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.

I should have stuck to value city. The one time I go to Ashley Furniture, terrible experience. This post is to help others stay away. The couches I bought were 3k. Within 2 weeks, already started loosing their shape, the cushions are already sinking. I bought 2 tables. First table came in defective. I called customer service 2 times and was told I would get a call back within 24 hrs both times this turned out to be a lie I never got a call back as of today 8/10/25. I also cannot return this item because their policy is once it’s dropped off at the home, it’s permanent. Which is crazy! Costco has a return policy of life, Ashley Furniture, the minute it’s dropped off you’re stuck with it. The second table was supposed to arrive 7/22/25. It did not. I called on the 23rd to check. They said sorry it’ll be 8/23/25. Had I not called they would have delayed the table 31 days without even telling me. Anyways the point is. Stay away, let ur family and friends know there’s better companies to work with. They tricked me one time. That was enough. Can’t fool me a second time. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I will make sure everyone I come across knows this. Hopefully this makes it to corporate and they can check their records to verify everything I just typed. This has shown me Ashley Furniture has absolutely no interest in their customer the second the product is paid for, even if their customer receives damaged goods.

Iontane Fondale is the best sales person I have ever worked with. She was so accommodating and went out of her way to answer any and all questions we had (which were many). She was patient and really worked to get us our best deal.

I started looking for a couch a few months ago, Ashley was our first stop, my son and I checked out a ton of places but kept coming back to a sectional at Ashley. Iontane was amazing to work with, she was patient and wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. When I went back to purchase it was her day off, I worked with her manager Juan, who made clear Iontane would get credit for the sale, which I appreciated. When I went to complete the purchase, he added on the protection plan without telling me, I was very annoyed by that. He ran through the math quickly, and it felt like he was trying to bury the protection plan ($675)😳. The sectional was delivered, it is super comfortable and looks great and the guys who did the delivery and set up were extremely professional and quick, I can’t say enough good things about the experience with Iontane or the delivery drivers. My only reason for the 4 star was the warranty piece.

Went in for furniture, but left because of how bad the workers kept excessively bothering us, after saying we were just wanting to look by ourselves first. The store was completely dead, and the two people there came up to us a total of 7 times in 15 minutes. I know it’s their job to sell, but we couldn’t get through looking at more than 2 things without them running back to us, after saying we were okay and we will come to them if we had a question. We basically ran out of the store after the 7th time in a row, so uncomfortable.

Our sales person Myra was great. If you want a helpful, nonpushy person, she is the one.

DO NOT BUY. My wife and I purchased an entire bedroom set and additional coffee table. When we got home we noticed the coffee table did not move correctly on its wheels. We flipped the table over and discovered multiple structural pieces along one whole edge. We called the store back and were promised a $100 credit from the salesman who sold us the furniture, Paul Kendall. This was to be applied on our new Ashley furniture credit card. After 3 months and weeks of additional calling, it is safe to say that we were lied to and sold cheap product. Our bedroom furniture said has also turned out to feel cheap and show wear after only 3 months and this was from their “gold standard”. Do not buy.

Went in looking for a chair for my living room had to swivel. Lisa came up to me and showed me a few chairs. I found one I just loved. Went to a few other places to look, but didn’t find the one like she showed me. It was perfect. I went back and purchased it the same day anyone looking for some beautiful furniture stop in at Ashley’s home store in Woodhaven. They have wonderful stuff and ask for Lisa, thanks again, Lisa

It was easy because I knew what item I was interested in. I was going to call because the foot rest of the recliner is not closing completely on the first day. Are there more problems?

We came into Ashley's furniture in Woodhaven we weren't really even looking ...Daniel Roberts showed us some mattresses and with his great knowledge and presentation of the product And his 10 Plus customer service he sold us a mattress that we wasn't even really looking for but now we are so thankful that we bought it.. He went above and beyond when he also reached out to make sure that everything was taken care of and that we were satisfied with the delivery and our product.... We will definitely be telling family and friends and we will definitely be returning back to see Daniel Roberts for any of our furniture needs

This store is a hidden gem. It’s tucked in a tight spot in the back of a plaza. It’s so much bigger on the inside than it looks.

It was my 1st time visiting Ashley furniture. Sale rep Joseph Hogan was pleasant. The furniture i originally wanted was not at the store, online only. I'm a visually person when it comes to buying household furniture and electronics. I was able to purchase some nice furniture that I felt was comfortable for me. Joseph was able to assist me with my questions as well as searching for the color in which I was interested in. Overall visit was nice and customer service was good.

1st time ever walking into this store, Ashley furniture. A pleasant surprise. Walked in for a quick peek around & impressed with the offerings & cleanliness of the store. Spoke with Paul who was professional and did not hound me at every step we went in the store. Though what we went in for was not available we did fund a new table lamp on clearance that was a phenomenal buy! We would definitely go back next time we're in need if furniture.

Terrible customer service from the store manager.

Went to store and ended up ordering $3500 of furniture. Literally took three days out of our moving schedule to complete transaction.

So far my experience has been great. Lisa, my sales person, met me at the store to complete my sale which I liked having the same Rep to assist from beginning to end. Now, I’m anxious to see his delivery and set up goes 😄

My salesman was AMAZING!!!!! I Love Ashely Furniture. They have next day pick up....the other stores didn't even have warehouses in Michigan. Great experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The salesman was very helpful. He helped us purchase 2 recliners at a great price. They have beautiful furniture. I would recommend them to anyone.

Do not buy furniture from here. My wife and I went there to look at a new chair and half. We looked around and instead found a bedroom set we loved. We worked with Lisa and decided on a new matress to go with it as well. We were quoted a price and she told us it might be off by a few cents. We left to compare with Gardner White. We decided on the Ashley set because it checked all our boxes. When we came back, we let Lisa know we would move forward. The final price was over $500 more than she quoted us. The manager Juan stepped in when he could see we were upset about a potential bait and switch. He did work out a deal to come close to the original quote. We shook hands and I paid in full. We set a delivery date for today and followed the instructions given to make sure we were all set and responding to the delivery bots texts quickly to confirm the delivery. We went home and spent days clearing our room of the old furniture and tore down our old bed this morning. Today, they delivered the matress and box springs only. The matress was also ripped. I called to see what happened and was told the distribution center screwed up and they will have the furniture delivered tomorrow. This made no sense because we bought the floor model! It was already sitting right there! I was told I had to call a number to replace the matress. Luckily, Iontane was kind enough to set this up for me. I called work and let them know I would need an additional day off to be here. Lisa called and couldn't have been more rude about the situation. She basically let me know we already got a price discount and there was nothing more that would be done to compensate the on-going headache. Keep in mind, I never asked, she just decided to tell me I have to deal with it and I am not the only person this happens to. It turns out she was right! We let friends and family know what we are dealing with and they said similar things happened to them when they bought furniture here. I was also just informed that tomorrow is not an option for delivery and they will try for Saturday. Great, i get to call HR and try and get my PTO request reversed now! We have to spend the next two nights sleeping on the floor with our old furniture and clothes scattered around the house because we can't move anything around without the new dressers to put stuff in. Avoid buying anything from this store. It's not worth it. You can get the same furniture from a company that knows what they are doing and will treat you right. We still need a chair and half with an ottoman and planned on going there again to buy it. Not anymore!

My salesperson at the Woodhaven store was AMAZING! Lisa McLaughlin sold me on the features and value all while remaining professional and helpful.

We purchased our couch and loveseat in 2022. We thought it was leather. It was faux leather. So now only having it almost 3 years the material has worn off where your head touches. I think it's from my husband's bald head, maybe due to oils in your skin. So heads up on purchasing faux leather! It's on all the headrests. So sad because we do love the set.

My salesperson Juan was extremely helpful and courteous and knowledgeable while showing different styles of sofas. He made the shopping experience pleasant from beginning to end. I am very pleased with the purchase! And highly recommend Ashley furniture!

Paul was probably the best salesman we’ve ever had. Gave us space, no sales pitch nor had that sales personality. We actually canceled our furniture from ABC after dealing with Paul & Ashley price.

Horrible. Took 4 months to get my bed delivered. Store manager promised he would compensate me for the long delay once my order was finally delivered. Now he is ghosting me. Not cool at all. I will continue to call him daily and will eventually make my way to the store once my broken foot heals. The only thing this store has going for it is the quality of the furniture but their customer service and delivery SUCKS!

I was misled on the promotion They gave me when I purchased my furniture and now I’m being charged hundreds of dollars of interest do not do business with this company runaway do not believe a word they will tell you it is all a lie. You’re much better off getting furniture from Bob’s or Gardner White or literally any other store. It could be Walmart just do not do business with this company, their customer service is based out of Korea or somewhere where you can’t understand anybody. these people are the worst they just want your money and then it’s none of their business. That’s what the manager said to me.

No hardware built into the bottom of the couch to attach 2 of the feet. Truck wasn’t even 20 minutes away and they wouldn’t turn around now we have a useless couch in my living room. Unable to give 0 stars

Unfortunately this has been the worst form of customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Most of the store staff is friendly and willing to help but the manager Juan has failed to reach out on 4 different occasions over the last week to get an issue resolved. Upon delivery of a piece of furniture the delivery team (late by an hour after the time window) took one chance at fitting the furniture in our room then said they didn’t have time to mess with it and left. At this moment I am still waiting for Juan to reach out and fix this issue.

Terrible service. From delayed delivery to service issues. Kitchen table was first promised in 2 days after purchase. Timing was very important to me. Then notified by text it was delayed by three weeks. The table was delivered finally and paid extra to have assembled. Found out missing a major piece. Could not put together.,said they would ship the piece to me and then have to set up another service call for it to be put together. The piece that was ordered did not fit so another week to wait for a new table. In total waited 5 weeks and had to take off multiple days of work for delivery. Reached out two times to the store manager and left messages. Promised I would get a call and compensation. No follow up from the store or manager. I knew. Ashley had some bad reviews but was trying to give my local store my business, but lesson learned.

This is mine and my wife’s second time dealing with this ashley furniture store and both times we have had problems. I told myself after the first time, where our furniture we were told would arrive in 2 weeks got pushed back months, that we would never go back but when we were considering a different furniture company my wife wanted to go in and sit on furniture similar hence why we went into Ashley. While in the store, we got convinced to go with Ashley again this time around because they “fixed all those problems we used to have.” We were told we would get our chair, ottoman, bed frame, 5 drawer chest, mirror and dresser all on the same day. Upon taking time off work to be here for the delivery and with no notice, only our chair, ottoman and bed frame were delivered. Upon calling customer service, I was told that they got the other stuff the night before and the “truck was already loaded” so we had to wait for someone to contact us to reschedule the delivery despite it being THEIR mistake. We also ran into an issue with the delivery people as they say it’s “white glove” but the ottoman is dirty in the corner and the delivery guy was going to leave our headboard crooked before we said something to him. The sales people at this store were very nice and helpful but when it comes the shipping and delivery… they are an avoid at all costs!!

Nice service. Juan let Us look without hovering over us. I tried many chairs, but went home with nothing. However, went back the next day and came home with a chair. Good service, good deal!

I came in because of the website. I didn’t even know the store was in woodhaven. Iontone was my service professional. She was not high pressure, she listened to what I wanted. She did not try to sell me things I don’t need or try to upsell me. Her gracious attitude was appreciated and her wonderful disposition made buying enjoyable.

I knew what I wanted (reclining loveseat) I went into the store, told Juan what I was looking at online. He gave me the details for that piece, I ordered it and delivery scheduled 4 days later. No trying to get me to add on anything else. Quick and efficient.

I don't even know where to begin with my HORRIBLE experience with Ashley furniture. I ordered a couch and chairs, delivery was going to take a month....wasn't a big deal. A couple days before they asked me to reschedule FOR A MONTH LATER so I decided to cancel my order. Talked to 2 different people who said everything was taken care of. Couple days later I get a text about my delivery. Called and talked to Juan who said nothing was canceled. I went through with delivery since I didn't have a couch and they could deliver in a couple days. Biggest mistake ever! I went through concora to finance an entertainment center. Called ashley to take it off my order, which they did, but I'm still getting billed for it! They also owe me a $600 refund a month after my delivery. FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING THROUGH ASHLEY!

Worst customer service ever. I had a kitchen table and stools delivered yesterday. One stool after the delivery I noticed the leg was short. I called multiple times before I could speak to someone. I talked to Ashley (LOL) was given a ticket #. This morning I called the Woodhaven store talked to Harley who instructed me to call the customer service # because the ticket opened up yesterday did not exist. Is this how customers should be treated? So very disappointed! First and my last purchase from Ashley's home furniture. I had so many other items on my list to purchase, but not considering now and have removed them from my list!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They also were very knowledgeable about all the furniture and even helped me pick the right colors to match my fireplace. They went above and bryond and were never pushy. I highly recommend.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! LIARS AND DON’T HELP SOLVE PROBLEMS THEY CREATE! My wife and I ordered a bedroom set from them they delivered the wrong bed set and never helped us fix it we had to chase them And contact them the bed frame we ordered didn’t require a box spring the frame they delivered needed a box spring we could not sleep on our bed for over a week because they delivered the wrong frame AB’s wouldn’t even talk to us or help us get a discount on a box spring we ended up buying a box spring from a different furniture store because they were giving us the run around! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL! Never shop here Harley and Juan are horrible sales people and supervisors they just want to make their sales and be done with you we never ever heard back from them and Harley promised to be there every step of the way to help fix her mistake and I had to constantly chase them and get ahold of them

i cannot express how terrible the service is here, not just with this location but with this entire company. i’ve had broken furniture delivered to me and other people i know, had to fight to get that furniture discounted. had furniture that delivered that needed to be built on arrival, but the drivers didn’t have the tools to build it. i lost my credit card, requested a new one, it was delivered a month later with my name misspelled and no expiration date. requested a new one in FEBRUARY, it is April and i don’t have it yet. officially closing my account today. don’t get your furniture here.

I walked in at the store at 10:30. It is now 1130. I’ve walked around this whole entire store not one person has said hi. Can I help you with something not one person and I’ve been walking around the store for an hour not one person has walked up to me, not one person has asked me if I need help finding anything nothing this is pathetic. The only person that has said hi to me in the store was the lady that was painting the back wall So I probably won’t be coming back here. They do not have very good customer service maybe it’s because I’m a young girl and I don’t have a man standing next to me or I’m not an older couple and that’s why they’re not asking me if I need any help they should be ashamed of themselves

Terrible terrible service communication sucks. They say anything to pitch a sale. Just blatant lies. If I paid for whit claw which was an additional fee why is my dresser not being put together? Was told they discard old furniture that your replacing as well. Another lie! Delivery was constantly being delayed and rescheduled where I took those days off work and missed money all for them to call on the day of delivery and once I rescheduled I was advised that half of my order needed to be reordered due to issues on their end. So two days of work I have to miss to wait on them to do something that could’ve been done all at once if communication was key instead of misleading information to pitch a sale. I am never purchasing from this compant ever again. If I wanted to build my own items I would’ve ordered on Amazon and it would’ve been way cheaper!! You guys suck and I will also be calling your cooperate office to place an official complaint! I also find it funny how they reply to all the positive comments and disregard the ones that speak the truth. Have the same energy on everyone’s post. Seems like employees are writing there 4star reviews!

While on the hunt for new furniture I made a stop at Ashley furniture in Woodhaven and Austin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Although I wanted to buy on the spot Austin understood I had to bring the wife back with me a few hours later to make sure she liked the 2 couches before jumping on the deal. Once the Mrs and I agreed Austin was able to make the whole application process quick and painless. Thank you Austin!

Terrible Service! Me and my fiancé had an order for a table, 6 chairs, and a bench. Found out the table wasn’t in stock and had to wait weeks for it. Went to pick up the table today, and Austin Dietz was the worst Manager to ever speak to! Rude and very disrespectful to their customer!! He had such a snotty attitude acting like he had to run a whole building when there are zero customers in the building and there were 7-8 other employees sitting/standing at the main desk. I hope he gets fired for this! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

We were in today for an appointment I had scheduled with Juan — when I say he went above and beyond I mean it. The whole staff was welcoming and so kind. I had my two small children with me and they even gave them stickers and candy! Juan was extremely patient with me constantly changing my mind on what I wanted and didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult at all! He was very educated on the fabrics and colors that were available and made the whole process a breeze. We will definitely shop Ashley again.

If I could give zero I would! We purchased a lot of furniture. And a lot of miscommunication in their end happened. The manager Austin was not helpful in anyway very arrogant and rude over the phone. Told them to cancel and refund our whole order they said they would and never did. I now have to dispute it with my bank because they won’t refund me.

I just bought a new living room set at Ashley furniture. They had a great selection, great deals, they’re willing to price match and they also offer financing if you need it. The sales staff was helpful and attentive. The furniture I bought was in stock so I didn’t have to wait long to have it delivered. This was my first time buying furniture since Art Van closed its doors so I wasn’t sure where I should shop. I would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer!

Beware of the return policies. There are none, unless you are buying a temperpetic mattress and you need to read carefully. You can exchange for equal or higher priced mattress. No money back, ever. If the mattress is cheaper you can push for a store credit which in my case didn't help me at all. Because I also purchased all new living room furniture when I bought the mattress. So I have no need for a store credit. Also to get the mattress exchange was like talking to a machine or several machines. I did talk to people, but all they did is send me someone else several times and it took multiple phone calls to get the exchange going. I still don't have my exchange mattress and wont get it until late next week. So that is almost 2 weeks after I started the process. I am pretty happy with the furniture I bought but I probably would not buy from them again, oh, I forgot, I have to, because I have a large store credit that I have to use. Lucky me.

Who ever does the delivery scheduling needs to be replaced. I was #9 on the delivery schedul where the delivery guys are putting the order together. How did any competent person ever figure I could get my order delivery by noon?

I've bought from Ashley's before and enjoy the furniture I purchased. They have nice quality furniture with great prices. The staff has a no pressure attitude and they are very knowledgeable about the furniture. We had one delivery issue in the past, but it was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend purchasing from Ashley Furniture.

Just a warning if you buy anything from this company, be warned that they are horrible!!! The worse company I have ever worked with. I’ve had my sectional for 9 months after multiple deliveries of broken pieces and now a pice has been broke for 7 months!! They give me a runaround and have a service company come out to repair who showed up twice out of five appointments. Each time I’m told they can’t repair the piece yet Ashley furniture has not replaced the piece!! Horrible piece. Never again!! So as of today, 11/14/23, I have had two deliveries to supposedly replace the broken piece, the first one last week was an incorrect item and the one today came broken. Again, I bought this furniture in January 2023 and it was delivered in February 2023, broke in April 2033 and has since stayed that way. Each and every time a replacement comes, it is either stained, broke or wrong piece. The dining room table took 5 deliveries to actually have a table that was usable but I have to deal with the damages in that piece still. Just do you are aware, you buy furniture from this company, be warned it’s a nightmare that never ends. I forgot to mention that I did but an extended warranty but get this, it doesn’t cover any of the damages or replacements!!

The furniture we bought was fine. However they charged us a protection plan (roughly $750 cancelled within the 3 business days under Michigan law) and a delivery fee (roughly $350). We did not want the protection plan and we picked up our own furniture. When asked for a refund they gave us an "in store credit" for under $400. Unacceptable. We gave cash we want cash back. Been trying to resolve this for almost 2 months now. This is about an $1,100 issue in total. They are simply non responsive. Do not return calls. Thieves is the best word to describe them. Do NOT do business with their store on West Road. They are not honorable people. Mark Rigotti.

I came into the store where Juan introduced himself and told me what's going on for sales, then let me roam the store without following. He even gave me a tape measure so I could find the size furniture I was looking for. Answered everything I had questions for. It was a very pleasant experience!

I bought a mental bed frame to replace the wooden frame for a bed that was a little over a old after purchase. I had no idea when I purchased the protection policy that the frame would not be included. What else would break on a bed other than the frame? I learned that I could have purchased a metal frame originally but I was never informed until I came in for a replacement. WHY was that option of a metal frame never shared... Until now. If it was due to COVID supply issues then just tell me that and let me make the decision to wait! My issue with my current purchase is that I wanted the bed frame to be installed. My whole conversation during the purchase was are "they" going to remove the whole frame or just the wooden slats? Are "they" going to call before coming to fix the bed? Not sure what part of "they" meant.. white glove service was not needed. Instead I got drop off at the door. It was never clear to me that the new sales person and manager Austin would not pick up on that I would need assistant with install. I tried to have the sales to cancel the order and reorder with white gloves but I was told that the system was not working that night to perform this task. I was told that a note could be put into the computer and then maybe the delivery group would see it and to call the store in the morning so that the manager could possibly change the delivery date. The note in the computer did not work and calling the store in the morning did not work.. as I kept getting the recording that the store was closed at 9:00 a.m.. I accepted the bed frame and will pay for a handyman service but the frustration and aggravation of the lack of customer education on product choices is unacceptable. I was going to buy a lift chair for a loved one that I saw in the store but I would rather go to a competitor even if it cost more. My experience with Ashley HomeStore has been awful. Both times the sales persons were new and needed assistance which cause long wait time and the service was not what I expected. It appeared after multiple conversations the day before delivery that somehow it was my fault that the receipt only listed door delivery. I wished my review was better because I really wanted that lift chair.

Terrible experience they were supposed to deliver three pieces of furniture, but they only delivered two! The items that they did deliver were stained, holes, and wrinkles. It doesn’t appear that they’re gonna do anything for me, even though there’s a 30 day warranty. Supposedly the woman I talked to today was from corporate but I already told her that I already contacted the Better Business Bureau so we’ll see. I really don’t know how they can get away with this. Just want my money back. I won’t go to the store ever again keep in mind they do not give you refunds, even if the items are damaged 🥲 I guess an attorney next

We purchase furniture on Saturday October 14th they delivered it. Two of the chairs were broken at the bottom went to the store and told the manager Austin. He said he would order new coasters wheels I told Austin, it was broken where the wheels go in and they would not stay and also. I noticed overnight the chair wheels were digging into my floor went back to the store on Sunday, October 15th. Told him what was happening and asked if we could reorder something else and he told us no. He would not take that back We haven't even had the set 24 hours I just think Austin was very rude to us. Not professional at all I would appreciate if we get a call back from a district manager. Thank you just adding to my review today is December 22nd 2023 and I've still never received a call back from anybody about the problem I'm having for your protection, you should never buy from that store. They treat their customers terrible

DON'T ever order from Ashley Furniture! I ordered "in stock" furniture a month ago and still have not received it. Ashley Furniture cancelled 3 different delivery dates on me within 24 hours of confirming each time. I went to the 19820 West Rd location in person and the manager, Mike, asked me to pay the driver $300 cash on top of the $300 delivery fee I had already paid for a delivery date that had already been cancelled on me. Very shady! The store said that they only take the orders and money and have zero control after that. I've tried contacting the corporate office and was kept on hold for 1 hour and 22 minutes only to be told a supervisor would call me. Still no call a day later. They will not refund my account in full so now I have to dispute the charges. What a complete nightmare!

Juan was great. No pressure sales. Asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. He checked up on us every once in a while just to see how we were doing. Bought a couch!

Not very happy at all. After a blundering fail in the delivery, my 2 consoles which were said to be available 7/26 are now discontinued. Thanks for selling me something you had to have known wouldn’t be available. Now we ended up going to the store and bought the floor model. Still short 1 piece of our original order. Overall a disappointing experience.

Worst customer experience of my life. Had items delivered that I do not wish to keep, however have been told they are final sale. Attempted to contact the hotline to cancel items that have yet to be shipped and have been told that items may not be able to be cancelled. My representative from the store is also unable to assist in a return/cancellation. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who can give me a straight forward answer on anything.

I called to order a replacement part and the process was very difficult. I was told that the order was placed and I had to pay at the store. When I went to pay at the store they couldn't find anything. A called to customer service was not helpful. I had to go home get information from the couch and and return to the store. After an hour I finally was able to order the part; unfortunately the price was three times as much as I was told on the phone.

Will never shop here again ordered a bedroom set last week they promised it would be delivered Saturday and they called Friday and sent email to confirm and I confirmed with them. Friday at 5 pm I received a phone call. They cancelled my delivery because it wasn’t in stock. I called the store ( no call returned) and delivery people was given the run around. My sales person would not return a call to me or my mother. I will be getting a refund tomorrow. I have seen nothing but horror stories on their reviews. They lady never even apologized. This is unacceptable. They have a bunch of numbers you can’t get someone to answer or it says phones don’t work. This place is horrible and extremely unprofessional.

Had a considerable wait with the salesperson. He was busy with a couple of customers. I didn’t mind at first as it gave me more time to deliberate and shop. But then the wait became a bit much . Overall a good experience though.

0 stars not 1 This has been a horrible company to deal with. Initially I had an extra item for one of the sectionals delivered, and had it returned. Only two have to dispute the return, which was finally granted. Only to have the armless loveseat section to my other couch delivered over two months later and be charged for it on my credit card not once but twice I’m still trying to get my money back for that. And I had a used couch, delivered, torn, and no tags, the repair man put a recommendation that it be replaced and not repaired only for the company to state they never received the paperwork on that so we are now at three months and finally had someone out that did repair it but it is been hell with this company, I never will again deal with Ashley Furniture. Buyer beware the furniture is also breaking down. My ottoman already had a sunken middle after two weeks. It’s now three months and it’s garbage. They use synchrony bank, which also is difficult to deal with to get your refunds for charges that are fraudulent.

I wrote a review after being told my warranty doesn't cover the lights on my sofa the warranty I paid 200 for someone from ashley reached out to me and told me that yes the lights were not covered who pays for a warranty to have there things half covered DON'T EVER PURCHASE THERE WARRANTY I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN

Nice, friendly, competent staff, very kid friendly with my 3 year old (didn't mind her trying out every chair and couch in the building). We were in and out very quickly compared to my past furniture buying experiences, which also helped with keeping the toddler happy and semi-well behaved.

We have been purchasing from Ashley Furnature for over 20 years. This time the product we receivesd was damaged and so far, it seems as though no one really cares. First I was told we would receive the new piece of furniture the same day. But of course that didn't happen and we still haven't received a call back. Very disappointed with Ashley Furniture.

Absolutely horrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. Made the mistake of purchasing a bed set here and we have yet to receive one that didn’t arrive damaged. Customer service is horrible and we’ve been sleeping on the floor for over a week now with 2 damaged sets being attempted to be delivered. customer service hung up on me and stated they don’t do refunds so now I’m stuck with a $2k charge and no items and have to go elsewhere to purchase something else with still no refund. Drove to the store and they said they can’t do anything and gave me another customer service number to call. If you care about your money DO NOT buy from here!

So i brought a chair here had it 6 days, then it broke call customer service they said take pictures and email them so i did, they respond we order the parts and when they arrive calls us back and we set up appointment to come fix it, NOW IT BEEN 13 DAYS SINCE I RECEIVED PARTS AND I HAVE CALLED AND EMAIL MANY TIMES AND THEY Still HAVE NOT GOT BACK WITH ME THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE... LOOKS LIKE I HAVE TO FILEE SUIT AGAINST THEM.

Don’t make the mistake I made!! I ordered a bedroom set on 1/8 and the delivery was scheduled for 1/21 when it arrived it was broken and missing parts ,called multiple times and stopped by the store to find someone that will help, all we got was “wait 7-10 days” two months later and I’m still missing a drawer!!
