Stopped in looking for a recliner. Found just what we were looking for. Nik the Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the different styles and features. We pretty much sat in every recliner they had, some multiple times. Nik would occasionally Swing by to answer any questions we had. Never once did we feel like we were being pressured like other furniture stores we’ve been to.

Noah was super friendly and helpful! We were in and out with a couch and a dresser in no time, and he made the process seamless.

Nik was FANTASTIC. We told him we wanted to look, he told us the floor plan of where everything was and let us wander. He definitely kept close in case we had we had any questions, all around great experience.

In terms of customer service, our in-store experience was great! However, these couch cushions do not hold up very well. We purchased a 3 piece sectional from Ashley less than a year ago and the cushions are deflated looking and wrinkly. We purchased a loveseat set from Schneiderman’s almost 2 years ago and have never had a problem with our cushions looking “overly used”. Ashley has a broader selection, which I love, but their cushion quality is just not very good. I just had to order cushion replacements because I can’t stand feeling the urge to go fluff up the cushions after someone stands up.

Went in with my uncle to get a coach and bed set and we helped by John and Noah. Super friendly and helpful guys, had some good banter and they were really good at clarifying and helping us through the whole process!

Ray was well equipped to talk about the furniture and quality. He was willing to give us sale price even though the price has gone about in less than 24 hours.

Nik was friendly, nice to do business with. Felt comfortable dealing with, very relaxed and not pressured. Found answers we needed if he didn't know them. Great salesman!

He asked if I was looking for anything specific, directed me to areas to start, checked in with, measured items I was considering, and shared additional pieces available. 100% satisfied with selections and Justin's outstanding service!

Bill was very helpful in showing all the options that were available in barstools/chairs. Also looked at all the fireplace TV stands.

Sofa is 1.5 years old and leather finish is fading. I’ve been told this isn’t covered by either a store warranty or extended warranty because this was not an accident. $1400 sofa didn’t even last 2 years. I’ll be lucky to get $300 on marketplace for it.

Not only did we get the financing we wanted but we added additional pieces and the warranty for less than the sectional alone online. Paul was very knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. Poor customer service by a male sales worker over the phone. He did not care to transfer my call or try to help me get connected to the correct department as soon as he found out he wouldn't be collecting commission for my online order. He actually hung up on me. Update, I still haven't been directed to the correct department to help with an online order. Is anyone interested in helping me with a system issue online so I can place my order?

When we were ready we went back to him and he was very polite and answered all of our questions. We have bought furniture in this same store before and honestly it got quite annoying having so many sales people jumping on us as soon as we step foot in store. We eventually did buy furniture before even though sales person was constantly on our heals trying to convince why to buy. But today was very pleasant working with John. I bought a bed frame and could not be more disappointed. I paid extra for them to put my bed together. They left and I then noticed they out the wrong side boards on. When I contacted them to come back they said their computers were down for 2 weeks and couldn’t do a thing. I tried to do it myself and they had stripped the screws so I called again. They said they could reorder them and it would take 4-6 weeks. For screws!! I broke down and bought the tools I needed to fix it myself because I wasn’t going to wait the eventual 2 months it took to let me down. Would not recommend, spend your money elsewhere. Update: reached out to corporate office and still have had no response.

My wife and I were looking for a new bed and our sales rep John was super helpful. He was insightful in helping narrow down they style and firmness of the mattress we were looking for. He even was able to manage getting a great delivery date. Will be back.

Me my wife and my mother law Went to Ashley furniture today looking to fill our home some of furniture. We were greeted by Kalie. Right away I could tell that Kalie was very hard working and very dedicated to every customer that stepped foot within the building. Ashley Furniture you are very lucky to have a person like Kalie on your team. The whole time me and my wife and mother in law were there we felt comfortable the whole time. The sectional I bought in February of 2024 has not held up to regular and minor wear and tear. We spent thousands on this couch and care protection plan. The sectional is not structurally sound. It's a 3 piece sectional, and the corner piece is framed and structurally lower than the other 2 pieces. It looks like it sags when the cushion is on. Very cheaply made. There is not a cracked piece. There is simply a missing piece, to keep it level with the rest of the sectional. My sectional is in immaculate condition, I keep it clean as you can see, this sectional is 8 months old and looks like it's brand new still. Also, when I purchased this sectional with my husband there was a promotion to get a free Stanley cup with the purchase of this sectional. We never got the email to get that free Stanley cup. VERY disappointed with the quality. This is the ZEDA 3 PIECE ASHLEY FURNITURE SECTIONAL. I have video showing the sagging piece but it won't let me upload.

She did not pressure us or even try to sell us before leaving to keep shopping around. We are glad we came back and bought here. Hard to call my experience 5 stars. We are happy with the product, although the hide-a-bed leans back at a slight angle. Sales person was very nice but not very up-front about delivery times. We were told our ottoman would arrive within a week and it came nearly a month later. We were also sold a warranty which was actually more expensive than what we were told. I called to return the warranty cost to my card and then they raised the delivery price because of that. Any time I have called, whoever answers the phone has been very rude. We are not comfortable shopping there again but our new furniture is fine. Not impressed with the 'after-the-sale' experience. Looking for a company who is more than happy to assist no matter the situation. No more raising delivery prices out of a petty reaction.

We walked into the store and we're greeted by Kalie. She was a breath of fresh air, had a positive attitude and was very informative and helpful without being pushy. We looked at the full showroom and she would pop in occasionally to show us certain pieces or answer question, even delivery dates. We ended up picking out a clearance powered love seat, couch and chair that has a 5 year protection plan for around $3,000. Would definitely come back to shop again, especially if helped by the same person.

Horrible services. I bought a couch and 2 weeks later the cushion mostly used was completely different than the rest. Called to return the couch and they said it was past the 1 week return policy. So I’m out $4,000 with some POS couches that are showing Extream wear 2 weeks after buying that they won’t return. Don’t buy anything here

Unfortunately our couch needed a warranty claim and when fabric was being replaced we were told be technicians that couch was made with cheap bottom of the barrel fabric and this will continue to happen. Each time I call, they promise a new date for processing my refund, but it never materializes. I'm perplexed as to why it's taking them so long to issue my refund."

The furniture is beautiful, the attention was good, but unfortunately for black Friday they offered bonuses for buying that day and additional for paying with visa card but we never received them, we have gone several times to the store and the manager's response was 3 to 4 weeks, it's been 7 weeks and nothing. MISLEADING ADVERTISING Update 04/21/2024; I sent the mail and it has been a month and still no response.... I continue with my low rating and I will make sure my friends don't buy from Ashley.... William(Bill) is one of their worst Sales person. He was very rude to us and it was very evident that we were racially discriminated at the store. Upon asking about any if there are any additional discounts on buying the floor piece, we were rudely told that if u don’t want to buy there are many others who would buy this and just walked way from us leaving us alone at the billing counter. On complaining to their store manager, the customer complaint was unheard and unwelcome. Very disappointed with this particular store and would never be returning here.

We had a good experience in some ways, my son was being a pill that day and they were great about it. We walked around trying mattresses for a long time. I don’t like their sales technique, and I don’t like that they force you into buying a $100 piece of plastic to put on top of your mattress. They said my current expensive, quality, comfortable mattress protector wouldn’t work so I had to buy their $100 sheet of styrofoam. They also tried to go back and forth and get me to buy a box spring when I have a perfectly fine box spring.

Tricia helped us with finding new pieces for our new home! She was so fun and personable as soon as we walked in the door. She took care of us but never hovered while shopping! She gave a great deal, we are so excited to get our new items. Highly recommend working with Tricia if you go to Ashley Furniture in Albertville!

We bought a power recliner loveseat in July and had it delivered On the 12th of July. Only to have the idiots bash into a door frame twice , we rent and that could get taken off our deposit. On the slip we signed for the delivery we requested customer service contact us and never did. We have only had it just over 4 months and it’s already falling apart. We regret this purchase and wish we had gotten something else , somewhere else. Won’t be returning at all.

Amazing experience at Ashley last week. Paul & John took time to find out what we needed and answered all our questions. No pressure and lots of great choices.

We worked with Ray today to buy a sectional and had an excellent experience! (He is the store manager!). We looked around for awhile and were lucky to find the perfect couch, on sale, and available for pickup in 5 days! Ray helped us get a bit of an extra discount since we decided against a console for the sectional to better fit in our space. He was also honest about the protection/warranty plans and what he thought would be the best for our needs. We could have told stories with him all day! We briefly interacted with several other employees and they also seemed friendly and helpful. We aren't in need of any more furniture right away, but we would definitely come back here again if we need anything else. Thanks again Ray, it was lovely to meet you and work with you!
