Very friendly, the sales person was very friendly answering all of our questions and running around to find answers he didn’t know

I bought a bed frame and could not be more disappointed. I paid extra for them to put my bed together. They left and I then noticed they out the wrong side boards on. When I contacted them to come back they said their computers were down for 2 weeks and couldn’t do a thing. I tried to do it myself and they had stripped the screws so I called again. They said they could reorder them and it would take 4-6 weeks. For screws!! I broke down and bought the tools I needed to fix it myself because I wasn’t going to wait the eventual 2 months it took to let me down. Would not recommend, spend your money elsewhere. Update: reached out to corporate office and still have had no response.

My wife and I were looking for a new bed and our sales rep John was super helpful. He was insightful in helping narrow down they style and firmness of the mattress we were looking for. He even was able to manage getting a great delivery date. Will be back.

Me my wife and my mother law Went to Ashley furniture today looking to fill our home some of furniture. We were greeted by Kalie. Right away I could tell that Kalie was very hard working and very dedicated to every customer that stepped foot within the building. Ashley Furniture you are very lucky to have a person like Kalie on your team. The whole time me and my wife and mother in law were there we felt comfortable the whole time. Kalie wasn’t over bearing and listened to our wants and need. Definitely wasn’t trying to push a sale but I can definitely tell that Kallie was trying to help us. Kallie you did a very good job and we appreciate you so much.

UPDATE: it’s been another month and we have yet to receive our $200 check for your errors. If I could put negative stars at this point, I would. Worst company ever. They will “fix” your couch under warranty but lose it in a warehouse for 6 months. You have to call them daily to remind them they have your couch and say “oh yeah, oops. Here’s a $100 gift card to our store”.

The sectional I bought in February of 2024 has not held up to regular and minor wear and tear. We spent thousands on this couch and care protection plan. The sectional is not structurally sound. It's a 3 piece sectional, and the corner piece is framed and structurally lower than the other 2 pieces. It looks like it sags when the cushion is on. Very cheaply made. There is not a cracked piece. There is simply a missing piece, to keep it level with the rest of the sectional. My sectional is in immaculate condition, I keep it clean as you can see, this sectional is 8 months old and looks like it's brand new still. Also, when I purchased this sectional with my husband there was a promotion to get a free Stanley cup with the purchase of this sectional. We never got the email to get that free Stanley cup. VERY disappointed with the quality. This is the ZEDA 3 PIECE ASHLEY FURNITURE SECTIONAL. I have video showing the sagging piece but it won't let me upload.

We shopped 7 different furniture stores in one day for a couch. We stopped at Ashley Furniture in Albertville and spoke with Kalie who helped answer all our questions thoroughly. We even decided to leave and keep shopping around. After looking at multiple stores, we came back to Ashley Furniture in Albertville and ended up buying with Kalie. She did not pressure us or even try to sell us before leaving to keep shopping around. We are glad we came back and bought here. She was amazingly helpful and we hope to love the couch as much in our house as we have here in the store. Thank you, Kalie!!!

Hard to call my experience 5 stars. We are happy with the product, although the hide-a-bed leans back at a slight angle. Sales person was very nice but not very up-front about delivery times. We were told our ottoman would arrive within a week and it came nearly a month later. We were also sold a warranty which was actually more expensive than what we were told. I called to return the warranty cost to my card and then they raised the delivery price because of that. Any time I have called, whoever answers the phone has been very rude. We are not comfortable shopping there again but our new furniture is fine. Not impressed with the 'after-the-sale' experience. Looking for a company who is more than happy to assist no matter the situation. No more raising delivery prices out of a petty reaction.

We walked into the store and we're greeted by Kalie. She was a breath of fresh air, had a positive attitude and was very informative and helpful without being pushy. We looked at the full showroom and she would pop in occasionally to show us certain pieces or answer question, even delivery dates. We ended up picking out a clearance powered love seat, couch and chair that has a 5 year protection plan for around $3,000. Would definitely come back to shop again, especially if helped by the same person.

Horrible services. I bought a couch and 2 weeks later the cushion mostly used was completely different than the rest. Called to return the couch and they said it was past the 1 week return policy. So I’m out $4,000 with some POS couches that are showing Extream wear 2 weeks after buying that they won’t return. Don’t buy anything here

Unfortunately our couch needed a warranty claim and when fabric was being replaced we were told be technicians that couch was made with cheap bottom of the barrel fabric and this will continue to happen. I called to ask about replacing the fabric and received no call back. Disappointed and would not work with again

It has been over a month now, and I'm still waiting for the store to process my refund check. Despite multiple calls and requests, no one from the store responds to me properly, except Kathy. Each time I call, they promise a new date for processing my refund, but it never materializes. I'm perplexed as to why it's taking them so long to issue my refund."

The selection was ok. It seemed like the pieces you could take away that day were floor models, which is ok. However, they were well used, and some needed a little repair.

The furniture is beautiful, the attention was good, but unfortunately for black Friday they offered bonuses for buying that day and additional for paying with visa card but we never received them, we have gone several times to the store and the manager's response was 3 to 4 weeks, it's been 7 weeks and nothing. MISLEADING ADVERTISING Update 04/21/2024; I sent the mail and it has been a month and still no response.... I continue with my low rating and I will make sure my friends don't buy from Ashley.... MISLEADING ADVERTISING... LIARS

William(Bill) is one of their worst Sales person. He was very rude to us and it was very evident that we were racially discriminated at the store. Upon asking about any if there are any additional discounts on buying the floor piece, we were rudely told that if u don’t want to buy there are many others who would buy this and just walked way from us leaving us alone at the billing counter. On complaining to their store manager, the customer complaint was unheard and unwelcome. Very disappointed with this particular store and would never be returning here.

We had a good experience in some ways, my son was being a pill that day and they were great about it. We walked around trying mattresses for a long time. I don’t like their sales technique, and I don’t like that they force you into buying a $100 piece of plastic to put on top of your mattress. They said my current expensive, quality, comfortable mattress protector wouldn’t work so I had to buy their $100 sheet of styrofoam. They also tried to go back and forth and get me to buy a box spring when I have a perfectly fine box spring.

Tricia helped us with finding new pieces for our new home! She was so fun and personable as soon as we walked in the door. She took care of us but never hovered while shopping! We bought a power recliner loveseat in July and had it delivered On the 12th of July. Only to have the idiots bash into a door frame twice , we rent and that could get taken off our deposit. On the slip we signed for the delivery we requested customer service contact us and never did. We have only had it just over 4 months and it’s already falling apart. We regret this purchase and wish we had gotten something else , somewhere else. Won’t be returning at all.

Ray helped us get a bit of an extra discount since we decided against a console for the sectional to better fit in our space. He was also honest about the protection/warranty plans and what he thought would be the best for our needs. We could have told stories with him all day! We briefly interacted with several other employees and they also seemed friendly and helpful. My husband and I recently bought a new home and needed furniture for just about every room in our house. We came to Ashley several times to get an idea of what we liked and ended up purchasing several pieces of furniture from this store. We worked with Bill - he was very friendly and made the shopping experience very easy. He even moved dining room chairs from a different set to a table we were interested in so I could see how they looked together. Great customer service! I was totally expecting to have to wait a few months for our furniture given supply shortages, but to our surprise, all but one of the items we ordered were in stock and we had our furniture within 5 days! The last piece will be in stock by this weekend. Delivery was a breeze. They arrived on time and were in and out in 20 minutes. We have been very satisfied with our experience with Ashley from start to finish and will definitely return in the future.

Would like it if they would have more up to date more youthful furniture and add some color etc. The majority reflects more country dark colors. Browns grey beige. :/

The last review 4 months ago is essentially the same service I got. The owner responded to that review saying they would look into it, obviously they don’t care enough to make a change. Delivery issues multiple times. I ended up picking it up myself and putting together myself after having paid for that so I would have a bed to sleep in that night. All they do is write emails to try to fix a problem instead of picking up a phone and fixing it right away. Not a complicated fix, just need to care and follow through. Asked for the manager twice because they did wrong delivery twice. And no return call.. instead the receptionist had the servicerepresentative (who we've had the issues with) return our call. It's disrespectful to ignore our request to speak to a manager. Just wanted someone to oversee the process so theres no more failures.. it's not funny. We paid for our product and want our furniture

My mom and I brought my grandma in to look for a new chair. We were greeted very nicely at the doors and than was helped by the manager Tony. She found a chair she liked but it was out of stock until May, he was able to track one down in open orders and was able to get it delivered for her this week! She was so happy to be helped so professionally and that she was going to get the chair she wanted so much sooner then she thought! I will be going back to shop here again!

I walked in was greeted right at the door. I walked around just exploring at all the wonderful different types of furniture. When I was walking around picturing what I would like in my house I was approached by Tony Smaby and he explained all the different types of furniture that I would need in the space I need it for. I was looking for furniture for my family room and a wonderful dining room set. He was very kind and you took the time and explained things to me he took what I wanted and what I was looking for into consideration of all the pieces he showed me so I would definitely recommend going to see him because his knowledge of furniture is outstanding. Thank you Tony for making my experience here a gracious and yet informational one

So I just wanted to say I am very disappointed in this business. My daughter for her 16th birthday wanted a new bedroom set. I gave her an amount to spend. "Her Budget" I sent her to thos store and her boyfriend 17 went with to pick out her new bedroom furniture. Needless to say they walked in amd were kicked out because they were not 18. Seriously she had thousands of dollars that she could spend on her birthday. Instead of a car. She called me crying. Very unfortunate this particular location cant see a good customer standing in front of them. By the way she did go somewhere else and got her dream bedroom set!!

Have been here a couple of times for furniture now. They have the best selection and the always great customer service. Never pushy, just there to help with any questions and ordering. We went on Monday 1-11-21, and Michael was super helpful and got our delivery set up for just three days later on our latest (but not last) purchase.

Long lines to get into the stores due to covid

Stopped into Ashley, my favorite furniture store to get a new couch,, it was my lucky day, they had exactly what I was looking for and even on sale!! Best salesman ever, hats off to Michael Waldner, he was professional yet lots of fun, it made our shopping experience all pleasure and no work, had so much fun my sister actually bought the same couch as well!! This is a wonderful store and the managers are key In making it a great experience. We worked with both Tony and John, and they both are invested in making the overall experience joyful and customized. Tony is personable and welcoming, and works hard to make his customers happy at the end of the day. John is knowledgeable and is looking out for your best interest. The store itself is beautiful, with so much variety. Everything is laid out nicely and spaced out well. It should be mentioned as well that all of the spaces are clean, and it’s clear that attention to detail has been paid. Even if you aren’t ready to purchase furniture, just meandering through the store can give you unlimited ideas. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture or ideas.

They too expensive for the same furniture I wanted for my son that I seen in Illinois they wanted triple that here in Minnesota I would buy what I want him from the store in Illinois then rent a uhaul and bring it to him I saved myself alot of money he was about to buy a sofa and chair for 4000 I did the entire livingroom, kitchen and bedroom for under 4000 breakfast nook 389 70in fireplace tv stand 322 sofa and loveseat LEATHER power recliner with console and USB cord 1735 bedroom set 1000

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our sectional couch for our living room. Tony Smaby was our salesman and he was personable, knowledgeable and gave us time to search for the perfect sectional without being too pushy! Once we made the decision, checkout was quick and our delivery was set. Upon delivery we had a minor tear underneath the couch, I called Tony to inform him and he immediately reassured he would order a new couch. We love our new sectional couch but even after a few days we decided it was a bit too big for the area and wanted to return one of the armless chairs and Tony gladly gave us the credit back and said “we want you happy and satisfied with your purchase and it’s no problem” we decided to use the credit and purchase 2 accents chairs to fully finish our living room!! We absolutely love it!!

I was a little leary about leaving my home and shopping for furniture but we closed on our new house 3 weeks ago and we’ve been sitting on the floor! I had to do it. I called ahead and made an appointment with the store manager,Tony Smaby He assured me over the phone that his store is clean, well-maintained and sterilized. He wasn’t kidding! The “Enter” & “Exit” doors were clearly marked, Tony was wearing his mask and graciously apologized for not shaking my hand. As I walked in the store, another customer was leaving and I saw Blake spraying and wiping cleaner where the previous customer was and had been. I immediately felt relaxed. I was able to browse the store with no pressure, allowing me to make my selections with ease. Tony was always there to answer any questions, get pricing and check stock. I got enough furniture to fill my new home because of the fantastic sale they are currently having. I am so happy with my purchases and can’t wait for delivery to come next week. I couldn’t believe they could fit us in so quickly! Overall, I felt comfortable, relaxed and extremely well taken care of by Tony! I would recommend making your appointment with him any day!

We went into Ashley Furniture in Albertville. Blake and Tony were VERY accommodating and helpful! I can't say enough positive things about them both. I would certainly recommend checking with them if you are shopping for furniture.

Sales person was TERRIBLE! We purchased a couch and was told it would take 2 weeks. 1 month later and still no couch. I was told that I was the problem and I need to stop calling. Our salesman gave us the run around until it was too late to do anything about it. We were told that this employee has had multiple other negative comments about how he does his job.
