Great furniture at a great price!!! The salesman Paul is great an awesome at what he does!!! This place is amazing I absolutely love it and Paul is the best!!! 🙏🏼🙌🏼🕊️❤️✝️❤️🕊️🙌🏼🙏🏼

The sectional I bought in February of 2024 has not held up to regular and minor wear and tear. We spent thousands on this couch and care protection plan. The sectional is not structurally sound. It's a 3 piece sectional, and the corner piece is framed and structurally lower than the other 2 pieces. It looks like it sags when the cushion is on. Very cheaply made. There is not a cracked piece. There is simply a missing piece, to keep it level with the rest of the sectional. My sectional is in immaculate condition, I keep it clean as you can see, this sectional is 8 months old and looks like it's brand new still. Also, when I purchased this sectional with my husband there was a promotion to get a free Stanley cup with the purchase of this sectional. We never got the email to get that free Stanley cup. VERY disappointed with the quality. This is the ZEDA 3 PIECE ASHLEY FURNITURE SECTIONAL. I have video showing the sagging piece but it won't let me upload.

We shopped 7 different furniture stores in one day for a couch. We stopped at Ashley Furniture in Albertville and spoke with Kalie who helped answer all our questions thoroughly. We even decided to leave and keep shopping around. After looking at multiple stores, we came back to Ashley Furniture in Albertville and ended up buying with Kalie. She did not pressure us or even try to sell us before leaving to keep shopping around. We are glad we came back and bought here. She was amazingly helpful and we hope to love the couch as much in our house as we have here in the store. Thank you, Kalie!!!

Hard to call my experience 5 stars. We are happy with the product, although the hide-a-bed leans back at a slight angle. Sales person was very nice but not very up-front about delivery times. We were told our ottoman would arrive within a week and it came nearly a month later. We were also sold a warranty which was actually more expensive than what we were told. I called to return the warranty cost to my card and then they raised the delivery price because of that. Any time I have called, whoever answers the phone has been very rude. We are not comfortable shopping there again but our new furniture is fine. Not impressed with the 'after-the-sale' experience. Looking for a company who is more than happy to assist no matter the situation. No more raising delivery prices out of a petty reaction.

I was very pleased with furniture shopping and purchase today. Kalie, my salesperson, did a excellent job. She was knowledgeable about the product and available when I had questions. I'm sure nobody likes the "stalker" type salesperson so I was pleased not have the experience today. I would certainly refer Kalie if you are in the market for new furniture.

We walked into the store and we're greeted by Kalie. She was a breath of fresh air, had a positive attitude and was very informative and helpful without being pushy. We looked at the full showroom and she would pop in occasionally to show us certain pieces or answer question, even delivery dates. We ended up picking out a clearance powered love seat, couch and chair that has a 5 year protection plan for around $3,000. Would definitely come back to shop again, especially if helped by the same person.

Horrible services. I bought a couch and 2 weeks later the cushion mostly used was completely different than the rest. Called to return the couch and they said it was past the 1 week return policy. So I’m out $4,000 with some POS couches that are showing Extream wear 2 weeks after buying that they won’t return. Don’t buy anything here

Customer service when we bought the couch. Unfortunately our couch needed a warranty claim and when fabric was being replaced we were told be technicians that couch was made with cheap bottom of the barrel fabric and this will continue to happen. I called to ask about replacing the fabric and received no call back. Disappointed and would not work with again

I made an advance payment for booking a dining table at Ashley Furniture, but I changed my mind before the delivery date and canceled the order. It has been over a month now, and I'm still waiting for the store to process my refund check. Despite multiple calls and requests, no one from the store responds to me properly, except Kathy. Each time I call, they promise a new date for processing my refund, but it never materializes. I'm perplexed as to why it's taking them so long to issue my refund."

The furniture is beautiful, the attention was good, but unfortunately for black Friday they offered bonuses for buying that day and additional for paying with visa card but we never received them, we have gone several times to the store and the manager's response was 3 to 4 weeks, it's been 7 weeks and nothing. MISLEADING ADVERTISING Update 04/21/2024; I sent the mail and it has been a month and still no response.... I continue with my low rating and I will make sure my friends don't buy from Ashley.... MISLEADING ADVERTISING... LIARS

William(Bill) is one of their worst Sales person. He was very rude to us and it was very evident that we were racially discriminated at the store. Upon asking about any if there are any additional discounts on buying the floor piece, we were rudely told that if u don’t want to buy there are many others who would buy this and just walked way from us leaving us alone at the billing counter. On complaining to their store manager, the customer complaint was unheard and unwelcome. Very disappointed with this particular store and would never be returning here.

We had two people help us today! John helped us find the perfect mattress. He was knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to decide what mattress to choose. We also had Teagan help us find the perfect bed frame. She was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. She was available when we needed her, yet she gave us time as we walked the floor multiple times to find the best bed frame. It was a great experience.

We had a good experience in some ways, my son was being a pill that day and they were great about it. We walked around trying mattresses for a long time. I don’t like their sales technique, and I don’t like that they force you into buying a $100 piece of plastic to put on top of your mattress. They said my current expensive, quality, comfortable mattress protector wouldn’t work so I had to buy their $100 sheet of styrofoam. They also tried to go back and forth and get me to buy a box spring when I have a perfectly fine box spring.

Tricia helped us with finding new pieces for our new home! She was so fun and personable as soon as we walked in the door. She took care of us but never hovered while shopping! She gave a great deal, we are so excited to get our new items. Highly recommend working with Tricia if you go to Ashley Furniture in Albertville!

We bought a power recliner loveseat in July and had it delivered On the 12th of July. Only to have the idiots bash into a door frame twice , we rent and that could get taken off our deposit. On the slip we signed for the delivery we requested customer service contact us and never did. We have only had it just over 4 months and it’s already falling apart. We regret this purchase and wish we had gotten something else , somewhere else. Won’t be returning at all.

We looked around for awhile and were lucky to find the perfect couch, on sale, and available for pickup in 5 days! Ray helped us get a bit of an extra discount since we decided against a console for the sectional to better fit in our space. He was also honest about the protection/warranty plans and what he thought would be the best for our needs. We could have told stories with him all day! We briefly interacted with several other employees and they also seemed friendly and helpful. My husband and I recently bought a new home and needed furniture for just about every room in our house. We came to Ashley several times to get an idea of what we liked and ended up purchasing several pieces of furniture from this store. We worked with Bill - he was very friendly and made the shopping experience very easy. He even moved dining room chairs from a different set to a table we were interested in so I could see how they looked together. Great customer service! I was totally expecting to have to wait a few months for our furniture given supply shortages, but to our surprise, all but one of the items we ordered were in stock and we had our furniture within 5 days! The last piece will be in stock by this weekend. Delivery was a breeze. They arrived on time and were in and out in 20 minutes. We have been very satisfied with our experience with Ashley from start to finish and will definitely return in the future.

Would like it if they would have more up to date more youthful furniture and add some color etc. The majority reflects more country dark colors. Browns grey beige. :/

The last review 4 months ago is essentially the same service I got. The owner responded to that review saying they would look into it, obviously they don’t care enough to make a change. Delivery issues multiple times. I ended up picking it up myself and putting together myself after having paid for that so I would have a bed to sleep in that night. All they do is write emails to try to fix a problem instead of picking up a phone and fixing it right away. Not a complicated fix, just need to care and follow through. Product is fine but customer service and overall job performance is pathetic at every level.

Just came from purchasing a small bench at Albertville's Ashley Furniture. It was a great shopping experience and Pauline, who helped us, was wonderful. She was very professional, very helpful and very personable. When she saw I was on a walker, she first went to locate the item I was interested in because it had been moved and she was trying to save me steps which I really appreciated. I would certainly recommend shopping at this furniture store to all my friends.

My mom and I brought my grandma in to look for a new chair. We were greeted very nicely at the doors and than was helped by the manager Tony. She found a chair she liked but it was out of stock until May, he was able to track one down in open orders and was able to get it delivered for her this week! She was so happy to be helped so professionally and that she was going to get the chair she wanted so much sooner then she thought! I will be going back to shop here again!

So I just wanted to say I am very disappointed in this business. My daughter for her 16th birthday wanted a new bedroom set. I gave her an amount to spend. "Her Budget" I sent her to thos store and her boyfriend 17 went with to pick out her new bedroom furniture. Needless to say they walked in amd were kicked out because they were not 18. Seriously she had thousands of dollars that she could spend on her birthday. Instead of a car. She called me crying. Very unfortunate this particular location cant see a good customer standing in front of them. By the way she did go somewhere else and got her dream bedroom set!!

This is a wonderful store and the managers are key In making it a great experience. We worked with both Tony and John, and they both are invested in making the overall experience joyful and customized. Tony is personable and welcoming, and works hard to make his customers happy at the end of the day. John is knowledgeable and is looking out for your best interest. The store itself is beautiful, with so much variety. Everything is laid out nicely and spaced out well. It should be mentioned as well that all of the spaces are clean, and it’s clear that attention to detail has been paid. Even if you aren’t ready to purchase furniture, just meandering through the store can give you unlimited ideas. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture or ideas.

They too expensive for the same furniture I wanted for my son that I seen in Illinois they wanted triple that here in Minnesota I would buy what I want him from the store in Illinois then rent a uhaul and bring it to him I saved myself alot of money he was about to buy a sofa and chair for 4000 I did the entire livingroom, kitchen and bedroom for under 4000 breakfast nook 389 70in fireplace tv stand 322 sofa and loveseat LEATHER power recliner with console and USB cord 1735 bedroom set 1000

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our sectional couch for our living room. Tony Smaby was our salesman and he was personable, knowledgeable and gave us time to search for the perfect sectional without being too pushy! Once we made the decision, checkout was quick and our delivery was set. Upon delivery we had a minor tear underneath the couch, I called Tony to inform him and he immediately reassured he would order a new couch. We love our new sectional couch but even after a few days we decided it was a bit too big for the area and wanted to return one of the armless chairs and Tony gladly gave us the credit back and said “we want you happy and satisfied with your purchase and it’s no problem” we decided to use the credit and purchase 2 accents chairs to fully finish our living room!! We absolutely love it!!

I was a little leary about leaving my home and shopping for furniture but we closed on our new house 3 weeks ago and we’ve been sitting on the floor! I had to do it. I called ahead and made an appointment with the store manager,Tony Smaby He assured me over the phone that his store is clean, well-maintained and sterilized. He wasn’t kidding! The “Enter” & “Exit” doors were clearly marked, Tony was wearing his mask and graciously apologized for not shaking my hand. As I walked in the store, another customer was leaving and I saw Blake spraying and wiping cleaner where the previous customer was and had been. I immediately felt relaxed. I was able to browse the store with no pressure, allowing me to make my selections with ease. Tony was always there to answer any questions, get pricing and check stock. I got enough furniture to fill my new home because of the fantastic sale they are currently having. I am so happy with my purchases and can’t wait for delivery to come next week. I couldn’t believe they could fit us in so quickly! Overall, I felt comfortable, relaxed and extremely well taken care of by Tony! I would recommend making your appointment with him any day!

We went into Ashley Furniture in Albertville. Blake and Tony were VERY accommodating and helpful! I can't say enough positive things about them both. I would certainly recommend checking with them if you are shopping for furniture.

Sales person was TERRIBLE! We purchased a couch and was told it would take 2 weeks. 1 month later and still no couch. I was told that I was the problem and I need to stop calling. Our salesman gave us the run around until it was too late to do anything about it. We were told that this employee has had multiple other negative comments about how he does his job.

This is a nice store. The staff was friendly, but they just didn't have what I was looking for.

My husband and I were there this Sunday to purchase a twin mattress we saw online that had really good reviews. The online price was lower than the price in store, but they price matched without question when we showed them. So, they are going to fix the section of the couch that is broken (which they should) but getting it fixed/replaced has also been a nightmare. I called to schedule for them to come pick it up the following week but I never got a call letting me know the time they would be coming. So, the day they were supposed to come pick up the couch (it was a Monday) I called to find out what time only to be told that they had it scheduled for Wednesday. Not only did I have to take off work one day, now I had to take off a second day that week because they messed up and scheduled the pick up for a completely different day.

We bought new living room furniture with love seats, tables, etc. Our sale was complicated because we returned the tables for an exchange. Paul, our salesman, did a thorough job to see that we were satisfied. We are very pleased with our experience at Ashley.

This store isn't part of the 'Albertville Outlet Mall'. They have great many options, just not cheap.

John is great in helping you decide for a new mattress. Thorough and knowledgeable and friendly. He also gave us some time to check out others without being pressured. Nice store and we'll laid out.

Staff was nice. Friendly enough, fairly long winded without listening but overall a fine experience. .delivery has no flexibility, which is difficult when you work the same hours as the delivery service. Huge miss on delivery! Rest of the experience was again fine.

Purchased a living room set and bedroom set here today. Tony, the store manager was excellent to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly and polite to my wife and kids. Quick process. Didn't try to upsell me. He also made sure I got the best price possible, after the website and store price differed. I'm a repeat customer, and will continue to be a repeat customer.

**update: the store manager Tony has been extremely helpful and awesome assisting with the below issue(s)!!** not typically one to do this but I feel like sharing our experience might help others. We purchased a bed frame and dining table set from Ashley and have been extremely unimpressed. When we purchased these items, the sales guy helping us out apparently up sold the warranty. Stating that no matter what happened, if we had the warranty, Ashley would help fix our furniture. If we didn’t use it after so long, we would get our money back. But if we did call in, we could reach out as many times as we needed with no additional fees. This was a complete lie... A few weeks ago I was sitting doing a puzzle at the table and slid the chair a couple inches over and the leg snapped in half. When we reached out to Ashley to utilize the warranty and replace our chair, they said it was not covered. That if it was an “accident” it would be covered, but since the intended use for a chair is to sit on it, they couldn’t cover it. We were so shocked that this was their response. First off, we were falsely informed of the way this warranty worked. Then this. I’ve included pictures and a copy of the email. I don’t know if I’m missing something here? But this is not a place I want to be purchasing from and will not be doing so in the future. Both items we purchased have broken- poor quality and not so impressed with their customer service.

Worst customer service experience ever. Spent over $2500 for my new furniture, was promised delivery of the rest of my furniture the following week, didn't get my delivery and went to store three weeks later to see the manager only to be told that I can return the furniture if i wanted to and that I would have to bring in the furniture myself. Manager printed the return paper work a gave me to sign right away. I felt embarrassed like never before.. it's a shame

Our sales experience with Ashley Furniture in Albertville was excellent but their customer service after the purchase has been terrible. My husband and I left the store ranting and raving about Tony & John and how helpful and funny they were and how happy we were with the selection and prices we had found. We have always found the best deals at Slumberland so were really pleased with our findings at Ashley. We purchased 2 beds for our teenagers. When they beds arrived one of them had damage to it because of bad packaging. My husband already had the bed almost all put together before he noticed the damage. He immediately emailed Tony who said no problem we will get a new one sent out. The frustrating part is that it took a long time to put the bed together and we had to finish putting it together because my daughter needed a place to sleep. We now have to take it apart again to replace the headboard when the new one comes. We also asked to exchange the box spring because the standard one makes the bed way too high. We loaded up the box spring and brought it back to exchange, well they ordered the wrong size. So we had to take the standard one back home with us and then wait another week for the right one to come in and then we will have to take it back again to get the right one. I have emailed customer service along with Tony the manager several times and never get a reply back. I would like them to do something for us for all of the time we have invested in this bed and the hassle of having to take the bed apart and putting it back together again and running the box spring back and forth because they won't deliver that.

Blake Robinson was our consultant and was very attentive and awesome. He showed us furniture that was exactly what we were looking for without trying to push us into buying things we didn’t need. Tony Smaby was the manager and helped us a lot in finding an affordable way to make our purchase. The store looked great and clean, everybody was friendly and greeted us with a smile. It seemed like all of the employees got along well which made it feel welcoming. This store has a lot of character, and we were more than happy to have decided to go furniture shopping there.

Went to get one of the "Better than a box spring" foundation sets, asked for Blake Robinson, knew exactly what I was looking for and took me to look at it before I made my purchase to ensure I truly needed it. Seamless transaction and a true professional in the business.

We have seriously had the worst customer experience with this store. We placed an order for furniture that was readily available in the store back in August. It’s been 3 and a half weeks and we are yet to have the furniture delivered. We were planning on an event for our daughter and specifically picked the furniture we did since it was easily available and to our liking. Much to our frustration, the furniture never arrived (still hasn’t) and we had to scramble to borrow/buy additional seating to get through the event. I call in today only to learn that the order is now backordered and set to deliver in October. Extremely frustrating and poor customer service.

Wow, it's like a mini Oasis...who knew they had a fun child play area that you can actually leave your children there (in the hands of staff members) while you shop, grab breakfast or lunch and a Caribou coffee to boot!

The first time we went in to look at mattresses, we were helped promply with a very easy going sales person. We told them we were just looking and they pointed us to a few mattresses based on what we were looking for and answered all our questions. I just went into the store to buy the mattress the other day and was told the mattress guy was on the phone (different guy). They told me to go over to the mattress section and wait, no problem. Well, I waited about 10 minutes and not a single person stopped by to check on me. I get that the mattress person was on the phone, but I was just there to buy a mattress. I got sick of waiting, so I walked out of the store past all of the other sales people just sitting around and not one of them said a word to me. I proceeded to walk out of the store and go else where to buy a mattress. I also find their greeting model to be very aggressive, creepy and annoying. I understand it is probably company policy, but I do not like to be accosted when I first enter the store and I am sure others don't like it as well.

Had a wonderful experience at the Ashley Homestore in Albertville, Mn. Tony and Tyler were a great help. I highly recommend them.

when we bought our living room set we were told it would be ready for pick up on July 24th which was fine. it is now Aug 1st and we still have yet to get our furniture. we are now being told the 8th but do we believe that date? on aug 10th I have family an friends coming over to celebrate my sisters birthday who passed away 2yrs ago I'm going to be extremely disappointed if my furniture isnt here by than. I will have no where else for my guests to sit. :( I'm very disappointed with this company

My fiance and I went to Ashley n after walking around we finally found the perfect living room set that we wanted for our new home we just bought. We were told that our furniture wouldnt be ready till the following week July 24th, which was fine being we closed on our home the 17th so it gave us plenty of time to move all of our stuff and to make sure there was room for our furniture. The 24th comes along an now we are told we have to wait until the 25th okay that's fine one more day isnt gonna hurt. Nope, now we are waiting once again till Aug 8th, had we known this was going to be so long we would of went else where. We have 5 children and no couch to sit on while watching movies and tv as a family. It's very frustrating to say the least. I have a get together on the 10th of Aug everyone will be coming to my place to celebrate my sisters birthday whom passed away 2yrs ago. All I can say is my furniture better be here!

My wife and I recently purchased a mattress and bed frame from here and unfortunately had a poor customer service experience. After a small ordering mistake, total lack of communication from the sales staff, and a damaged head board; it took four trips to the store and over a month to get our bed frame. A simple update of the ordering situation would have been enough to ease our frustration and prevent repeated trips to the store, not to mention a very long game of phone tag.

exceptional service and knowledgeable sales associates specially Elijah Solheim and great management (Tony). We shop at Ashley HomeStore in Albertville often and our last visit was on 6/29/19. We bought a king size bedroom set with an additional night stand which was delivered 2 weeks later. the set looks great in the bedroom and was exactly what we were looking for but unfortunately, after it was delivered we learned it was not solid wood material as well as it had some Dull paint spots. We called and talked to Elijah and Tony, they invited us to the store to talk about it and look for a replacement set. Unfortunately there was no other set that had similar futures and close look but, Tony's excellent management skills and customer care expertise was outstanding. He scheduled our return and referred us to Furniture Mart manager with very valuable information about a few different sets that suites our needs. Thank you Tony and Elijah!

Pros: -Beautiful display room. -The staff was very helpful, and didn't pester me while I was looking around. -Found what I was looking for. Cons: -Quite expensive compared to Wal-Mart and Good Will. This is my first time in an actual furniture store, so I don't know how it compares to similar locations. -I was looking for a throw blanket, and there were only ten options to choose from. Most were really expensive, but I found a good one for $35. -Checkout took a solid 5 minutes. Their computer system is really old. Overall, I found what I was looking for and left satisfied. What a great experience! They fully helped us fill our new house and we can’t wait to use the great pieces. Elijah knew exactly the colors and feel we were going through and without John we would have for sure picked the wrong mattress for us.

We had such a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Albertville today! Elijah was our salesperson and we were really impressed. We don’t normally like dealing with salespeople because they’re typically really pushy, but Elijah just was there for us and didn’t pressure us at all. Elijah made sure we got the best discount and made us feel comfortable the whole time.

Elijah was our sales person and did a great job! We came in to buy a rocker recliner for the baby room and we found the perfect one. Elijah was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable! Tony Smaby over at Ashley was nothing short of amazing!!! moving is super stressful as it is then you throw in trying to find what you want is even more of a headache. Tony let us shop without hounding us but was also there when we had questions!! we shopped memorial sale so it was very busy and a lot of our items were on back order. he was able to make magic happen and took the time to pull from other orders that weren't scheduled until the items would be in stock and made sure we got all of our items super fast only a couple days after moving in. before coming to this store we had been to another Ashley store, Becker, home, Costco, Sams club, furniture mart everywhere and this was by far the best experience i had shopping for furniture!! Tony will get you want you need and are looking for rather than sell you on something you may not want or like! felt like more customer service than sales which was refreshing!!

This review is more for their warranty service than the actual store. We had the frame of a piece on our sectional break after less than a year. called and they said they would send a tech out to repair/look at it after i said i had pictures i could send in. tech came and was in our house for less than 5 minutes and said someone would call us in 3-5 days to coordinate getting it picked up to be brought to the factory. That was 7 days ago so i called and the earliest someone can pick it up is again in 7 days and it will take a week to a week and a half for repairs to be completed and it returned. We haven't been able to use half of our couch for 2 weeks now and looks to be another 3 weeks or more till we hopefully get it back. Very disappointed after we purchased a 5 piece sectional, a full bedroom set, bed and mattress.

The customer service in this store is OUTSTANDING!!! We bought a table in November. We had quite a few issues with the chairs and very time Tony the store manager made sure to get our issue fixed fast, finally we were offered to reselect a new table set because the issue with chairs kept happening. Well i loved the table we picked so Tony offered for me to just pick out different chairs!! So happy. Sadly we ended up having issues with the table as well. So again we were offered a reselect on just the table this time. Again I will say that the customer Service is OUTSTANDING. Because when I explained my frustration to Tony about not having a matching set he immediately corrected the issue. I was able to select a new table set. Tony and his employees go above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied. We have loved working with Tony and his store some much that we just bought a new bedroom set from him today.

They have a great selection of dining room furniture. There were many sizes, styles, and colors. The sales staff was helpful and knowledgable. They allowed us to look around on our own, but did check on us and answered all of our questions.

Blake was excellent and really assisted us in finding what we were looking for without stalking us. Really love Ashley!!

We came in right before closing but they treated us well. We needed something quick and Elijah was very nice and thorough with us. We would definitely come back again to see him. We have been a few times but never bought anything but we really liked him.

Worst experience ever at the Ashley store in albertville . My order was supposed to be ready for pick up today. I called yesterday to confirm that order is ready and available for pick up today and it was confirmed to me over the phone. I then rented a uhaul and went to pick it up. At the store, I was told my order is not available until Monday because it was schedule for Monday for whatever reason. I asked why then someone confirmed to me that it was ready for pick up today and they dont have an answer. I was so disappointed and angry. I asked for the order to be cancelled and give me my money back so I can buy somewhere else, they told me my money will not be available for 10 to 14 days. I was levied. I needed my furniture by the weekend and now I can't have one by then. The manager was horrible and no one could do nothing about it. I can't believe the incompetence of the staff and their lack of customer service. They were nonchalant about it and just said well there is nothing I can do about it. HORRIBLE PLACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR COMMISSION. THEY WHERE NICE WHEN I WAS ORDERING BUT MEAN WHEN THEY DID NOT DELIVER. WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN

We had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture in Albertville. We were looking at mattresses and Tony was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We were very picky and he even met us at the Ashley furniture in Elk River to look at other mattresses. We found the perfect bed there. He went out of his way for us. We will definitely do our next furniture shopping at the Albertville Ashley Furniture.

Went to Ashley furniture to look for a couch . When I got there I was greeted by Tony Samby . I told him what I was looking for and was very Knowledgeable about the product , and was able to help me find the perfect couch . I can tell you I will definitely be going back to see Tony . My experience was amazing .

***update, replied and responded to the owners reply to email and discuss details 3x and havnt heard back*** Went in to shop for furniture. was asked of we needed help and since we were just looking together we kindly declined the assistance. We were then followed the ENTIRE TIME. I am friendly and chatted with a few workers. The lady that I talked to at the end (while I was waiting for my husband and kids in the bathroom) was the sweetest and so kind. But, as we were leaving, the guy who originally approached us when we walked in walked up to her and blamed her for "stealing his customers" Are u joking!?!?! we had found 2 things we really liked but due to the disrespect we left.

If you head to Ashley Homestore – ask for Tony Smaby. He’s the store manager and he will treat you like family. Tony was instrumental in helping us pick out the perfect chair for post-surgery recovery. Tony was professional, friendly, funny, and very personable. He gave us the perfect amount of help, was never pushy, and he went far, far above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Tony’s the absolute BEST!

purchased the best bed sealy makes ( sealy hybrid) and we tried to sleep on it they told us it would take a while to break in well it eventually never happen my wife and I back every morning when we wake up we can barely get out of bed and the mattress was smaller then a king size so we called and complained and they sent someone out and apparently there is nothing wrong with the bed so I let my daughter sleep on it she’s 13 years old and had the same issue . Obviously the bed is defective it’s not even about the 3000 I spent on it all we wanted was a store credit so we could get a bed that wasn’t defective so they don’t hold there warranty and there crooks . I want store credit to get a bed that isn’t defective. Don’t go there there’s a lot better furniture stores out there . Take my word or go get ripped off .

We purchased the sealy hybrid from Ashley furniture in albertville for close to 3000 dollars it’s by far the worst bed ever my girlfriend and I can’t sleep on it any more we barely get rest and when we do we wake up with the most horrific back pains . I’ve been sleeping on floor . And to top it off we ordered a king size and it’s maybe 2 inches bigger then queen bed . I would never recommend Ashley furniture in albertville to anyone !!!

Two visits in a few months time, both times were very positive experiences with employees and management alike. No pressure, decent prices, and a pleasant shopping experience. Sales person was trouble. I was totally unhappy with my experience today.

Yikes. The sales staff were all over us. Dropping cheesy lines about "this special sale I just heard about from my manager" or "the best deals they've seen in years." This was 20 seconds after we walked in. We made it clear we are just browsing, but the salespeople couldn't take the hint. We walked around for 45 min with the salesperson lurking, eavesdropping, and chiming in the whole time. Then, they literally followed us out to our car to tell us about another deal. That being said, they have loads a good looking furniture at very low prices. But, this is clearly low quality stuff. If that's what you're looking for, it might work out fine for you. But, it wasn't for us .

This is a good furniture store. Good size. Good selection. The sales people are helpful without being pushy. The delivery guys are great too.

This store in Albertville next to the outlet Mall had no stand - out pricing or sales. The staff were unwelcoming. Never was approached by anyone. Left quicker then expected.

Ashley Furniture don’t honor warranties. Bought firm bed mattress, frame, headboard back end of June 2017. Spent $2000. Mattress starting to sag. Called and tech came out. What a sham. He comes with a metal pole, lays on the mattress and gauges pillow top. No body on bed to see it sink, no sitting on it to see it sag. Just a dumb pole. This is suppose to be a true test of firmness? This is suppose to gauge accurately the inner makings? This pole is a joke. Tech ran out the door after. He couldn’t get out of here quick enough. He was here 5 minutes tops. He did not want to answer any questions about that dumb pole. Geez... Our mattress is down 1/2” on pillow talk and it has to be 1.5” before you can do exchange under 3 year warranty. So, I’m sleeping on a saggy mattress that does not support my back or neck. I’m so sore every morning I’m considering sleeping on floor. Nice job Ashley Furniture. I went to Ashley Furniture because I believed they cared about customers, had integrity, sold fair product and were honorable. This is where I was wrong. I could of went to a outlet mattress place, spent $600 and got a better mattress and maybe they’d care what they sold me. Thank you Ashley for the lousy mattress, lousy warranty you never intended to honor and for the lousy customer service. Don’t buy from big box stores. Not worth it. Especially Ashley Furniture. Bad reviews, many BBB complaints. Research before you buy.

Staff was helpful and gave us space to browse and was not pushy but always near by for questions. They were patient with us even though it was near closing time and didn't make us feel rushed. Made for a positive shopping experience.
