My boyfriend and I walked in to look at mattresses; we've never bought a new bed together and had no clue where to start. Kipp was extremely helpful right off the bat. He took his time to understand us and dialed in exactly what we wanted. It took a ton of work off of us to figure out what we could decide on as we have very different preferences. Kipp had us sold on a bed in no time at all and we felt confident we were making the right decision.

I would rather give zero stars. After entering the store we wandered around 5-7 minutes before yelling out "anyone here?". A salesman named Kipp stopped on his way by to ask what we were looking for. We told him an adjustable bed and he told us where they were at and would meet us there. He showed us what we were looking for and gave us a price. When I told him that we had gotten a much cheaper price at a different store he told us to go there then! Very rude with a big attitude. I know there were adjustable beds at a cheaper price range in that store other than what he was trying to sell because I has researched the website before going in there. No wonder there was only one car in the parking lot, probably his.. I won't ever go into that store again as there are many more furniture stores everywhere.

My husband and I went in after visiting a few other stores in town. Kipp was the only associate in the store. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. We told him what we had in mind and he immediately knew what items to show us. He gave us some options and gave us some space to discuss and try them out. He came back often between helping others. He was literally running to help. Not once did he make us feel rushed or did he try to upsale. He worked with us in getting financing and making sure we knew about all the deals. I always have such anxiety about shopping for furniture and Kipp made this such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this store and working with Kipp. I will return for any other furniture needs.

Terrible service! Had to fix the price, Bill was written up wrong. Then they sent the wrong box spring, had to wait another week! Very messy service!

Will never shop at the Austin location again. Judgemental attitude for not buying the whole set from them and then told the wrong delivery date by a salesperson who we discovered couldn't even listen well enough to put the properly spelled last name on the receipt.

Great experience from first look to delivery!

My husband and I went into the store to look at sectionals, which the store had quite a few of them. We really didn't know what we wanted for a sectional but Kipp showed us all of them, from reclining to chaise. He was so patient and kind. After we decided on what sectional we wanted to purchase I mentioned that I needed a new bed. Kipp showed us all the beds from traditional to new technology (Tempra-pedic). What an experience, we didn't know about the new technology. Kipp was so knowledgeable about these beds, amazing. We tried all the beds to see what we would be interested in and decided on the Tempra-pedic with the adjustable base. I was leery about getting it because of the expense and if I could get a good nights sleep on it. Kipp reassured me that I should take at least a month to sleep on it and see if I like it. If it didn't work out, I could get a different mattress. It was a win, win. When Matt and his crew delivered the sectional and bed, they were awesome. They set everything up as I wanted and took our old mattress and box spring. Ashley Furniture definitely knows about customer service. This whole experience has been a joy.

I had my heart set on 5-piece sectional, but the website said it still wasn't available. Hoping the website was incorrect, I contacted the store manager who patiently answered all of my silly questions, and not only found me the exact sofa I wanted, but he took care of everything!! My experience with Kipp at the Austin store was handled with such professionalism and ease that we just contacted him again to purchase another set for our upstairs living area. Again, perfect experience with Kipp, and our set is already scheduled for delivery. Exceptional customer service, response time and follow up. I went to Ashley furnature today we were all set to buy a mattress from them,until I saw 3 employees in there that weren't wearing a mask. They didn't even care that they were putting all their customers at risk. Ua did I mention mn one of the employee's was the manager. I called the health department and made a complaint...

Our sales person Kip did an awesome job helping us select the correct mattress. We initially went in to just purchase a mattress for the Master bedroom but after realizing how comfortable the new technology is to sleep on, we purchased a new mattress and box spring for the Master as well as the guest room. With their great finance options we also decided to buy a new bed frame with headboard and footboard and 2 new nightstands as well. He was very diligent in tracking our order and keeping us posted as to when it would arrive. It actually arrived a little earlier than expected they offered us white glove delivery service which is worth every penny. The delivery people came in set up all of our new furniture as well as hauling the old stuff away we couldn’t be more pleased with the product we purchased and the service we got from start to finish.Thank you so much you will get our return business. If I could give less stars - I would! What a dreadful experience - the salesman Jeromey - not the problem. The problem is I was told the mattress would take 3 weeks to get. We are now at 10 weeks AND finally got a call for delivery which is another 2 weeks out. Utterly disappointed and will not be taking my business back there again. Lack of communication when there was such a delay would have been thoughtful - but why bother since you already have almost $1500 from us. I get it - COVID can be blamed for the issue - it's used as a lot of reasons right now. BUT I do know for a fact I could have went to the long standing store downtown & had it within 2 week - DELIVERED. So as of today 10/1 here's where we are. I get called almost 2-1/2 weeks ago to set up my delivery of the mattress. I couldn't believe it was going to take that long! I said that I would just come get it & then was told it wasn't actually in Austin, it had to be transferred from Medford but would be able to pick up on the 24th of September - so not worth my hassle - I said I guess we'd just wait until the 1st October to get it. I got a call last night stating my delivery was today between 9-12, got my girls bedroom already - took her old mattress outside as she slept on futon in excitement for her long awaited mattress. They show up and give me my freaking mattress cover & I thought he was joking - he said no - seriously - the mattress didn't come. Now here we are - NO mattress for her to sleep on since it was outside last night as we were told we were getting out delivery. I am so beyond pissed. WHAT A JOKE!😡😡😡

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a wheel break on my lift table and I spilled some oil on a dining table shortly after purchasing from this store. I had to wait a month to have a tech come out and assess the tables - all he did was take photos, which had already been done. I have had to call at least twice weekly to motivate staff to get a plan together. It has now been two months and no one has called to update me, not do they have any information regarding the techs visit. Customer care is extremely hard to get ahold of and half of the time I am explaining the issue to someone new. There is no follow up whatsoever and the care is highly unorganized. I will never go back to this store and do not recommend shopping here.

Tienen una muy mal servicio al cliente. O será porque éramos latinos o nuestro vestuario? No sé, estuvimos en la tienda por más de veinte minutos y nadie nos atendió ni siquiera para preguntar si necesitábamos ayuda o buscamos algo especial, pero no, ah pero llegaban los americanos blancos y apenas entraron en la puerta, van corriendo a preguntar qué buscaban o necesitaban. Solo quiero que sepan que iba a comprar algo pero no lo hice y no vuelvo a parar en esa tienda en Austin (Minnesota)
