I had the best experience ever shopping for furniture. Carrie Wenzel was amazing. She knew what I wanted and had a much better idea about a couch and ottoman. I originally was going with chaise sofa, but it couldn’t be very large as I don’t have a huge area for it. She gave me the idea of a couch/ottoman as you can push the ottoman up to the sofa just almost like a chaise sofa. I also decided that I wanted the chair, so the ottoman can be used with the sofa or chair. She also lead me to a sofa set that is made very well and much better quality. I love her honesty. Then today I stopped in again and asked what color pillows she thought would look good as I was going to Home Goods as they have many to pick from. She definitely goes above and beyond to help her customers. She deserves many kudos. Again, thank you Carrie for all your help as I get overwhelmed and get anxiety when trying to make bigger choices. Highly recommend her.
We were immediately greeted by Karlee N upon arrival. We explained what we were looking for and she showed us the pieces that matched our requests. We ended up ordering two leather sofas. Karlee was wonderful to work with and if we purchase more furniture in the future we will definitely be contacting her again.
