Very nice selection of furniture. Saleman (Brian) was very helpful. Bought a couch and coffee table. He carried a couch cushion around so the wife could get the right color coffee table to go with the couch and new carpet being installed.
Great store and great sales people! This store is massively beautiful so allow for at least an hour to get through it. My salesman Josh Landin knows his stuff and guided me to exactly what I was looking for. Was looking at some of those discount stock on hand stores and quickly learned it was wasted time. Got exactly the leather couches I wanted at a price that was more than fair. Nothing but good experiences all around.

Me and the girlfriend stopped in we where greeted at the door and where asked what brought us in and told the guy in the market for a new king bed with adjustable base he then brought us to Terry all the way in the back of the store he shook are hands asked what we wanted and he went to work knew every answer to our question’s he also explained all the different types of financing they offer needless to say we bought a bed. In-store buying experience was great, however the delivery, customer service, and damages has been a nightmare. We ordered a new table back in early March with 6 chairs and a bench. We were told we could pick it up instore on the following Monday. Got a box truck and arrived at the store on Monday to find out that it wasn't delivered, was told that they could deliver at no charge since it was their mistake. Arrived a week later, table and one chair was damaged. Called and set up an exchange for new table top and chair. Another week goes by, Table top arrives, however the chair again arrives damaged from shipping. Set up another exchange for a new chair, requested instore pick up since it's hard to take so much time off work to meet delivery. Customer service confirmed instore pick up. Called day before delivery was scheduled and confirmed it would arrive instore the next day for pick up. Husband calls a few hours later to say that it was delivered to the house and again was damaged. Called customer service and they gave us an option for another exchange (would be the third try) or 10% off damaged chair. We are almost 2 months from the date of purchase and are not taking more time off to meet the delivery or keep having to do exchanges so we accepted the 10% off to be done with it. Won't be back, went to HOM to purchase our living room set and it was a smooth, quick purchase, delivery and set up!
Terry Taylor was awesome in all qualities of customer service . He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and that I understood the policies. I wish I had a money tree cause I’d go back yesterday to buy more furniture, it was an amazing store . Thanks to all.
My husband and I recently purchased a couch from this store. We love our couch, but our buying experience was quite stressful. My husband and I both work in sales and in customer service, and we were very disappointed in the management at this store. Our sales person that we were originally working with was so kind but very hard to get in touch with, as she works part time. She helped us the first day we were in, but when we tried to connect with her three other times, she wasn't there or available. Finally, the general manager helped us the day we bought our sectional and we paid the couch in full on the day we purchased. He told us the couch would be on-site on 4.11.23 for us to pick it up, so we coordinated time off work and friends to help us move it and a vehicle to borrow. We called on the day it was supposed to be at the store to make sure it was there before driving 30 minutes away and they said the couch wasn't there, with no explanation as to why. We asked if they would at least offer a free delivery for the inconvenience as this was the day we had all hands to help, and they wouldn't do anything for us. The manager we spoke with on the phone seemed confused and not confident, and hardly worked out a solution for us. The couch did not arrive until two days later, so we took additional time off work and had to coordinate help from friends and family again. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, especially when I work in customer service myself, we always bend over backwards for the customer. I don't feel as the management cared about us and the inconvenience they caused because we already paid it in full. I don't think we will be buying from here again unless the management has changed.
Justin Vander Berg was fantastic to work with. We were pretty difficult and indecisive and he gave us the space we needed to look around and talk about our options. He showed us many couches that were what we were looking for, until we found “the one”. I would definitely recommend, and will be coming back in the future.
