I am giving 1 star only because the delivery team — Luis and Eduardo — were excellent. Everything else about my Black Friday experience was unacceptable. My husband and I came excited to buy furniture, but the way Jenny treated us completely ruined that excitement. At first, he explained the prices, delivery, and the $199 protection plan, and I told him clearly that I wanted the delivery and assembly service. But when I simply asked for a little more time to think, his whole attitude changed. He became impatient, rude, and started pressuring us. When he finally finalized our purchase, he handed me the copy of papers. I noticed right away that the delivery and assembly service I requested was NOT included. I told him immediately, and he still insisted that he had added it — even though he didn’t. Then he walked away in mid-conversation, leaving me standing there with no resolution. This behavior is completely unacceptable for any customer service setting. I had to go to another employee, Ahmed, who thankfully understood the issue and added the service for me. I appreciate his help, but the fact that I had to chase down another employee to correct a basic mistake speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism we experienced. I thank the delivery team again.

Ashley’s really up’d their game. Eric Pierson helped us at the Eagan store. Would highly recommend him if you’re buying mattress and furniture. He was awesome to work with!

It was fine. Not really a big deal. No deals not product in inventory. So he said we have one but but in Eagan but we close at 5 it was 323 pm. He said no you can call them ..hmm really. Ok. Bye. Didn't buy from either 1. Got our 13 inch Chime at another place half the price for a king. Where Ashley was 999$ I got mine for 261$ king. But better 14 inch.. Thanks for letting me in different way.

I will never purchase anything from this store ever again. Both times I have purchased items from this store, it was delivered with an issue. The first time, our items arrived damaged and we were told by delivery that there was "nothing they could do". Recently, I purchased a mattress from them and our order was changed the next day without our knowledge to a cheaper model. The salesperson was "supposed to call us to notify us" and never did. We received the wrong mattress and notified customer service. We were told the correct mattress was ordered and would be delivered. Today, the SAME EXACT INCORRECT was delivered. Spoke with customer service again who tried to help but was told by the store manager that they no longer have the mattress we purchased, even though it's listed on the website as available. We were apparently given a mattress that is "similar to the one we bought, but was made blue to make it look nicer". We are now stuck with a mattress that we did not pick, with no help from the store. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Had a great experience buying a couch here! I worked with Tarah in store and she was great to work with. Not only was it clear that she really knew the products they had in store, but she went out of her way to contact me shortly after there were a few complications with my first delivery (NOT a fault of the store or delivery drivers, was 100% the dimensions of my apartment building's hallways being the issue). Ended up going back to the store and chose a different couch, which honestly I liked better than the original one I chose! The couch was just delivered and the process could not have been smoother. The delivery guys were fast, kind, and professional and made sure the couch was fully assembled before they left. Thank you!

He takes the time you need to put chairs together and take cushions across the room to see if a couch would match. I wish if I could give 0 star. I was in the store today with my wife and our 5-month-old daughter shopping for furniture for our new home. We were greeted by Jonny Flynn, and after explaining what we were looking for, he allowed us to browse. While we were discussing a sofa we liked and a rug that was on sale, Jonny became very pushy, pressuring us to make a purchase immediately, even though I told him I would return the next day. At that point, his attitude completely changed. He became rude and disrespectful, particularly when my wife asked about the rugs. I initially brushed it off, thinking he might be having a bad day. However, he then said, “I know you won’t come back tomorrow, and I’m not going to give you any deal if you don’t buy today.” I told him I would purchase it at full price tomorrow, but he continued being agitated and disrespectful, insisting that we had to buy immediately. When I said we would return on Tuesday and purchase, but wanted to buy the rug now, he flipped his hands dismissively, walked away, and told us, “I’m not checking you out. Ask someone else to do it.” When my wife asked to speak to his manager, he responded, “Don’t yell at me,” even though she spoke calmly. We felt humiliated, disrespected, and judged as though we could not afford the items. That is not how customer service should ever be. When we spoke with the manager, Adam, he excused Jonny’s behavior by saying he works on commission. But that does not justify rudeness, disrespect, or discriminatory treatment. This was by far the most unprofessional, unacceptable, disgusting and offensive customer service experience we have ever had.

Eric was awesome with helping us get our dresser ordered- very kind and patient which we appreciated!!! On the other hand there was a female MANAGER whose name I wish I had read -stood between us loudly talking on the phone- my mother who is hard of hearing was trying to checkout and it felt really rude and unthoughtful- she even made a comment to her so she would move. After Eric kindly helped us finish checking out- the female manager condescendingly “helped” by gathering all of our receipts and forms and pointed at things we had already done acting like he didn’t just do a great job of helping us- it felt very punitive and she wasn’t even a part of the transaction- just butted in at the end after making everything harder with her presence. Everything was great over all- thank you again Eric!!! but the end of transaction portion was uncomfortable and weird and lacked professionalism.

Jonny was a total a beauty during my search. Guided me through the wilderness of buying couches which is a nightmare. He found the options that worked for me. Helped me put down payment on to extend financing and lower my monthly payments. As a sales person I have to respect his hustle cause he’s a shark in a see of fish. Adam, the Manager, was SO helpful to us - we were in a mad dash to furnish a new furnished rental in 2 days and Adam helped us quickly find a dining set and sofa, within our budget, that we could pick up the next day at another location. He even helped us protectively pack up a discounted floor model coffee table with cardboard and plastic wrap. It was one of the best retail customer service experiences I have had in years - I cannot recommend going to see Adam at Ashley furniture home stores enough.

We got our couch, rocker, and mattress 24 hours after purchasing it all because Tarah made the calls to make sure we have everything before we have our third baby. DO NOT BUY THE SHEETS! They are awful and they won’t accept them back as a return! Go to sleep number, 100 nights, returns, no questions asked! Bed gear is trash! REPEAT do not buy the sheets here! The best idea would be to buy the mattress from the distributor. You won’t have to buy the 300 dollar mattress crappy ( same brand as the sheets) protector for the warranty. I reached out to sterns an foster and they to find it ridiculously that it’s happening. Could of saved an extra 500 dollars by not shopping at Ashley.

I bought a frame and mattress for a guest room and was given the completely wrong frame. Actually it wasn't even a frame it was a put together box spring so now my guest has to sleep on a mattress on the floor!!! When I called the Eagan location where I bought this from I was pretty much told it's the same price as the frame I ordered and they weren't sure what I wanted. Are you kidding me??? I want the product I ordered and for my out of town elderly guest to not have to sleep on a mattress on the floor!!! I want the warehouse guy who pulled my order to do his job correctly!!!! If you decide to buy from Ashley don't go to the Eagan store. They don't care about customers!

Christie at the Eagan Ashley store was phenomenal to work with. I was in need of a recliner for my husband after an upcoming surgery and I also have limited access to get a chair in. She was great at offering suggestions and helping me find a chair that would work at our house. She worked to get the chair delivered as promptly as possible. After delivery I had an issue with the footrest and contacted her immediately. She understood my need for the chair and did everything she could to help resolve it. Working with her management team they dispatched a technician the same day. Turns out all was well, just a rookie remote mistake on my part. The technician was awesome as well and gave me a tutorial. Will recommend this store and Christie to anyone in need of furniture. Great customer service!!

Person who sold me the mattress said it would not be shrink wrapped for portability so I paid for delivery. When it was delivered it was completely shrunk down and could have easily fit in my vehicle. I want my delivery fee refunded.

DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE they'll mess up and do nothing to help you and you'll waste money. We got over 3,000$ of stuff and we wanted assembly and first off the new lady messed it all up and denied our assembly somehow even though we asked multiple times for it. THEN we decided to put together ourselves since they couldn't come back for a week and then there wasn't even directions AND PIECES MISSING. I'm so disappointed with our purchase we will never recommend or return ever again. They've done nothing either to fix this matter and won't even make it right. At this point we will never be purchasing again and it's a shame because we've shopped through Ashley for awhile and we will be giving our money elsewhere for sure.

If you need anything from Ashley, Randy is your guy, came in to get a mattress, ended up needing an exchange, and he made it a seamless process the entire time. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, handled everything we needed done. Was knowledgeable about every product in the store, and was as helpful as can be.

WOW DAVID!! Just wow. I am moving and had to furnish an entire home with David over the phone. Two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, barstool, a living room - everything !! His level of patience, which I’m sure I tested, was unbelievable! He went over and above, not only in helping check for immediate availability, but also walked me through each step of the process making sure everything was 100%. I was extremely lucky that David was the person who answered the phone for me. He took the time to answer every question, addressed all my concerns and even followed up with me the next day to ensure I was still confident in my order. Today he even messaged me to make sure I didn’t need anything else before he left for the day! DAVID IF I HAD MY OWN BUSINESS IN EAGAN - I’d steal you away from Ashley. This is my second significant group of purchases from Ashley in Eagan in 2 years. Both times have been great experiences and even my kids recognize some of the same sales people and beg to go to Ashley. Most recently Jonny Flynn assisted us with buying decisions. He was very patient and worked through the process with me over the course of several days. I have purchased items, returned items, used their delivery service, and picked up items at the store myself. All without hassle. I have always received very conscientious service in regards to price points and furniture quality. It is great to see some of the same faces and I am greeted with smiles all the time regardless of who is working. I like this store not only for its products but also for the people I encounter who work with there.

Worst place to shop furniture! The workers are selective who they assist!

Just left this Eagan location. An employee was having a loud & vulgar phone conversation about politics while walking around the showroom. There were families there. That belongs in a bar, not at a furniture store while they are working. Very unprofessional.

I have purchased furniture from Ashley in the past and have always been pleased with the sales staff and with my recent purchase I was equally as pleased. Ahmed was extremely helpful and patient with me as I made my decision on what to purchase. He was extremely knowledgable on the products. Everyone was great minus the loading dock person. I think he needs a hug. He is absolutely miserable and lets you load everything by yourself while he just stands there and watches. Who ever hired him needs to start taking personality into account.

Amid is truly the best!!! I’m the Executive Director for a senior living and have found myself in a pinch from time to time trying to get furniture quick for move ins- he schedules delivery, coordinates everything I need at lightning speed, plus the furniture is beautiful! 10/10 recommend!!!

Part of its on me for not knowing their return policy differs , but that would have been a great notable mention by the salesman. David Gulland put the wrong color couch in for our order so the wrong color was delivered. I called and Val answered and said he could pull some strings by not disputing we ordered the wrong color haha and have the new one shipped in 2-3 days and that he would call me the next day before 11am to finalize it. He never called the next day before 11am. I finally called later and Jimmy the store manager answered and said it would take another week actually for the correct color to be delivered. Jimmy made it feel like I was inconveniencing him calling. Jimmy also said Val left me a voicemail which Val did not. The correct color couch finally arrived and it was missing a pillow and had a huge dirt stain on it. We finally have everything but they ran us around a circus and we’re not apologetic at all. Poor customer service by David Val and Jimmy.

Every step of the way the staff did a very excellent job. Tommy the manager was very respectful and helpful with helping me find what I need. I filled my brand new home with 4 new mattresses and 3 new couches. I will for sure be back for more.

It is imperative that you take great care in placing an order at this store. The lack of knowledge about their product is unbelievable. We inquired about a specific item, were directed to a few pieces, found one that we thought might work and the salesman guaranteed it indeed would be perfect. Instead of delivery we opted to pick it up, which was a very wise decision. Upon getting the item home, it was obvious the gentleman was completely wrong. We called and he further backpedaled, saying this was the only way this piece of furniture came! We had to reload it into our borrowed truck and return it to the store. No apologies were given and a refund had to be demanded. This is the last place I'd shop for furniture!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would, waiting for help for 20 minutes, no employee ever said hello or asked if I needed help. Walked within 5 feet of us multiple times, while making eye contact and trying to get their attention. The store itself had maybe one other customer in it when I walked in, and never really had more during the 20 minutes I was waiting. Mind you I already knew what I wanted and was just waiting to make the purchase. Left without purchasing anything, and debating if I ever want to go back.

We worked with Les in the mattress and bed department to find some furniture for my Grandma to use in assisted living. He did an excellent job in finding pieces to meet her needs and answered all of our questions. My grandma unfortunately passed shortly after the purchase and he was compassionate and helped make the return process simple. We would recommend him for anyone looking for a bed.

We called ahead to confirm availability on the items we wanted to purchase. We were told by the assistant manager Tommy that there were 21 in stock. We drove 20 minutes out of our way to go pick up the items and when we got to checking out, we were told they are actually in stock only at their warehouse which is an additional 30 minutes out of our way or delivery. Really disappointed in our experience overall. The store seemed very crowded and the staff not very friendly.
