I would like to take a moment to one of the amazing employees here at this store. I had such a great time dropping by to look for some chairs for my dining room. I wasn't quite sure what exactly I was in the market for, but Tarah saw me and must have guessed that I needed a little bit of guidance on what would look the best for my setup. Tarah was so knowledgeable, she was able to help me sort out exactly what would look the most fitting for my dining room. She wasn't pushy and she was super patient with me. I will admit I was a little unsure of exactly what I was looking for for the room. But Tarah had no trouble giving me all kinds of creative ideas. Tarah was kind and so energetic. Very friendly and willing to work with me while I figured out the best look for the room. Her customer service is top notch. Other stores usually couldn't care less when I enter the building. But today Tarah truly made me feel welcome and appreciated. I'll definitely be coming back and I'll be telling all of my friends to stop by whenever they have furniture needs. 10 Stars. I hate buying furniture. There’s always a pushy salesman stalking you when all I wanna do is look and sit and think about what I want to buy. Not the case here. I had the pleasure of working with Tarah, and she let me do my thing while not stalking me. Will definitely buy from her again.

I came to Ashley in Eagan looking for a bed. I was acknowledged right away & greeted with a smile by Randy. I found everything I needed and more - I ended up buying 2 chairs as well. Randy provided amazing customer service and he went above and beyond all while being extremely efficient. I most definitely recommend this Ashley location - all of the staff was super nice and smiling - great energy. Thank you Randy!

DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE they'll mess up and do nothing to help you and you'll waste money. We got over 3,000$ of stuff and we wanted assembly and first off the new lady messed it all up and denied our assembly somehow even though we asked multiple times for it. THEN we decided to put together ourselves since they couldn't come back for a week and then there wasn't even directions AND PIECES MISSING. I'm so disappointed with our purchase we will never recommend or return ever again. They've done nothing either to fix this matter and won't even make it right. At this point we will never be purchasing again and it's a shame because we've shopped through Ashley for awhile and we will be giving our money elsewhere for sure.

If you need anything from Ashley, Randy is your guy, came in to get a mattress, ended up needing an exchange, and he made it a seamless process the entire time. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, handled everything we needed done. Was knowledgeable about every product in the store, and was as helpful as can be.

Top-notch service from Randy, if you need anything at all, he is your guy, got the job done very quickly, was very educating with the products and did a great job.

WOW DAVID!! Just wow. I am moving and had to furnish an entire home with David over the phone. Two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, barstool, a living room - everything !! His level of patience, which I’m sure I tested, was unbelievable! He went over and above, not only in helping check for immediate availability, but also walked me through each step of the process making sure everything was 100%. I was extremely lucky that David was the person who answered the phone for me. He took the time to answer every question, addressed all my concerns and even followed up with me the next day to ensure I was still confident in my order. Today he even messaged me to make sure I didn’t need anything else before he left for the day! DAVID IF I HAD MY OWN BUSINESS IN EAGAN - I’d steal you away from Ashley. This is my second significant group of purchases from Ashley in Eagan in 2 years. Both times have been great experiences and even my kids recognize some of the same sales people and beg to go to Ashley. Most recently Jonny Flynn assisted us with buying decisions. He was very patient and worked through the process with me over the course of several days. I have purchased items, returned items, used their delivery service, and picked up items at the store myself. All without hassle. I have always received very conscientious service in regards to price points and furniture quality. It is great to see some of the same faces and I am greeted with smiles all the time regardless of who is working. I like this store not only for its products but also for the people I encounter who work with there.

Purchased my new couch for my new apartment today! Ahmed was readily available to answer my questions and assist in placing the order. He was knowledgeable and friendly, the process was a breeze. Worst place to shop furniture! The workers are selective who they assist!

Just left this Eagan location. An employee was having a loud & vulgar phone conversation about politics while walking around the showroom. There were families there. That belongs in a bar, not at a furniture store while they are working. Very unprofessional.

I have purchased furniture from Ashley in the past and have always been pleased with the sales staff and with my recent purchase I was equally as pleased. Ahmed was extremely helpful and patient with me as I made my decision on what to purchase. He was extremely knowledgable on the products. I will definitely go back to Ashley and Ahmed for my next purchase. Thank you Ahmed for making this purchase a pleasant experience.

Everyone was great minus the loading dock person. I think he needs a hug. He is absolutely miserable and lets you load everything by yourself while he just stands there and watches. Who ever hired him needs to start taking personality into account.

Amid is truly the best!!! I’m the Executive Director for a senior living and have found myself in a pinch from time to time trying to get furniture quick for move ins- he schedules delivery, coordinates everything I need at lightning speed, plus the furniture is beautiful! 10/10 recommend!!!

I want to give a shout out to Mel, a designer at the Ashley furniture store in Eagan. I brought in a floor plan for our son’s efficiency apartment, and she helped us find a lovely couch, chair, ottoman, end tables, and bar stools at a reasonable price. Thanks again Tommy. Edit: The purchase mentioned above I attempted to return part of the purchase. At this particular location there’s a 7-day return policy vs their online policy being 30-days. Part of its on me for not knowing their return policy differs , but that would have been a great notable mention by the salesman. I’ll only be making purchases online from Ashley going forwards vs doing it at the store.

David Gulland put the wrong color couch in for our order so the wrong color was delivered. I called and Val answered and said he could pull some strings by not disputing we ordered the wrong color haha and have the new one shipped in 2-3 days and that he would call me the next day before 11am to finalize it. He never called the next day before 11am. I finally called later and Jimmy the store manager answered and said it would take another week actually for the correct color to be delivered. Jimmy made it feel like I was inconveniencing him calling. Jimmy also said Val left me a voicemail which Val did not. The correct color couch finally arrived and it was missing a pillow and had a huge dirt stain on it. We finally have everything but they ran us around a circus and we’re not apologetic at all. Poor customer service by David Val and Jimmy.

Every step of the way the staff did a very excellent job. Tommy the manager was very respectful and helpful with helping me find what I need. I filled my brand new home with 4 new mattresses and 3 new couches. I will for sure be back for more.

I had met Tommy on my last visit, where I was just browsing. He was very patient and understanding that I was just looking and would be back with my husband. Today, my husband and I stopped in and we saw Tommy again. I was able to show Tommy a picture of our living room space and he again was patient as we looked around to make sure we got just what we needed.

It is imperative that you take great care in placing an order at this store. The lack of knowledge about their product is unbelievable. We inquired about a specific item, were directed to a few pieces, found one that we thought might work and the salesman guaranteed it indeed would be perfect. Instead of delivery we opted to pick it up, which was a very wise decision. Upon getting the item home, it was obvious the gentleman was completely wrong. We called and he further backpedaled, saying this was the only way this piece of furniture came! We had to reload it into our borrowed truck and return it to the store. No apologies were given and a refund had to be demanded. This is the last place I'd shop for furniture!

When I wanted to see a different ottoman with my ideal couch, David and another team member brought it over and it looked great, so I bought both. If I could give a 0 star rating I would, waiting for help for 20 minutes, no employee ever said hello or asked if I needed help. Walked within 5 feet of us multiple times, while making eye contact and trying to get their attention. The store itself had maybe one other customer in it when I walked in, and never really had more during the 20 minutes I was waiting. Mind you I already knew what I wanted and was just waiting to make the purchase. Left without purchasing anything, and debating if I ever want to go back.

So easy to get exactly what you want!

We worked with Les in the mattress and bed department to find some furniture for my Grandma to use in assisted living. He did an excellent job in finding pieces to meet her needs and answered all of our questions. My grandma unfortunately passed shortly after the purchase and he was compassionate and helped make the return process simple. We would recommend him for anyone looking for a bed.

We called ahead to confirm availability on the items we wanted to purchase. We were told by the assistant manager Tommy that there were 21 in stock. We drove 20 minutes out of our way to go pick up the items and when we got to checking out, we were told they are actually in stock only at their warehouse which is an additional 30 minutes out of our way or delivery. Really disappointed in our experience overall. The store seemed very crowded and the staff not very friendly.
