TERRIBLE SERVICE! I bought a bed set AND mattress and box spring from here, and my bed set was delivered without drill holes. The manager of the corporate office Jackson told me there was nothing he could do besides have me wait 2 weeks for a new bed to be delivered, despite the fact that this was their mistake. The employees here, including the manager of corporate office had no urgency whatsoever to resolve this matter! I would not recommend this place to anyone, if you get furniture from here check it before you leave the warehouse! Spend your money elsewhere where! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!

I always buy stuff from Ashley, but recently I bought a Dining table back in November and I was encouraged to get the insurance and guarantee on the table and I was told by Rico that I can cancel it anytime if I chose to, now I called and asked to cancel my insurance on that dining table and I was told by the manager Samantha that I cannot cancel it, and I was supposed to call after seven days after the purchase if I chose to cancel it. I’m really disappointed and I feel was fooled to buy the insurance. I will never go back there. Can’t trust them anymore

I had a great interaction with Rico, the customer service agent. Rico provided detailed answers to everything we asked. We are very satisfied with his explanation. Ashley Furniture, a home furnishings company, offers excellent customer service. I was excited about our new furniture and felt confident in our choices when I left the store. Knowing there is such strong support available when making big purchases is reassuring.

I was so pleased when I walked into the store; there were so many couches to choose from. Brady Johnson was so helpful and friendly, answering all my questions. He made it easy for me to choose the couch I wanted. I was pleased to know they would deliver, even an hour drive. I was so happy with my experience that I later made another purchase through a phone call, where Brady was able to text photos of several chairs and give me details that I needed before I made my decision. Again, Brady was so helpful. I am happy that I chose Ashley.

I usually get confused in big stores, but the people here, Like Brady, were super nice and helped me pick the pretty stuff. My house looks way cooler now and I didn't even have to do anything hard. If you want nice stuff and don't want to think too much, go here:)

Very disappointed with Ashley! After being a long time customer. We purchased a couch in September and went to pick it up. The warehouse guys proceeded to load it onto my truck and scratched my truck with their harness. A complete accident. I noticed it the next day since it was dark out when I got home. I called Ashley and they set up a ticket. Ashley called back and I asked them to pull camera footage when they loaded the couch. After reviewing the footage, they completely denied scratching my truck and said it got keyed. Very disappointed how they treated me, basically accused me of lying and wouldn’t take any responsibility for their mistake. I sent these photos to the BBB and Ashley never responded. I will never do business with them again!

I was recently searching for furniture for my new boutique, and Terrie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Terrie stayed in contact with me and proactively checked on my furniture delivery to ensure everything arrived in time for my grand opening. I am truly grateful for her support and dedication. She went above and beyond!

Gilbert was sooo nice and helped me when I called about a warranty that was 2 years ago that I lost the paper for.

I was talked into purchasing a warranty on my couch from this store through a plan called Guardian. Four years later my couch started splitting apart at the seams between the cushions, this insurance immediately declined my claim without even coming out to look at it, they go by photos only. Please read the second page of these warranties that says WHAT’S NOT COVERED they actually don’t cover much at all and will decline your claim. These warranties are very expensive and are useless, my couch was obviously not made very well to be coming apart at the seams when it’s only four years old. Very disappointed in quality, don’t buy these expensive warranties as it’s a waste of money. I wish I could get back the money I spent for this scam insurance. This is what I found online about them: Guardian furniture protection plan reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with many customers calling it a scam due to denied claims and poor service. Common complaints include claims being denied for technicalities like "at the seam" tears or damage categorized as "wear and tear," and technicians failing to show up or leaving issues unresolved.

I would love to give 5 stars because our sales person was the absolute best however I hate my bed. I wake up sore every day some days it’s hard to even start walking because my hips hurt so bad. However if I would have bought the bed from Purple I would be able to return it. That is not the case with Ashley Furniture, you can exchange it for a different mattress that the same price or more at my cost of delivery. Great salesman horrible mattress and return policy

We bought a sectional and it came damaged. We were told a tech was going to fix it in 3 weeks. They cancelled that without any notice and want to send another tech out in another 3 weeks. Horrible communication and customer service.

We had such a positive experience in the mattress department with Nick. It was a stark difference from our previous experience at slumberland furniture where we were told we weren’t allowed to loiter despite genuinely looking at mattresses. Nick guided us based on our budget and showed us all the features of the beds without trying to oversell us. He also did not make us feel uncomfortable for being a same-sex couple which we cannot say for slumberland.

Nick was the best! We now have a new bedframe finally! 13/10 recommend

So thankful to meet Mr. Rico and gain some knowledge about beds and wood. If you looking for a nice bed, Mr. Rico has exactly what you need! If you worried about price, do not! He will be honest and let you know what is best for your price range and the wood quality!

Mattress department is not honest. Any mattress you buy can only be exchanged but one of the same or higher value if you get a mattress protector. This was not made clear and they don't believe you if you say that. So don't make a mistake and go on the word of the in store representative that the expensive mattress is worth it, or if they tell you that it can be returned. You cannot return it, only exchange it for a mattress that is the same or higher price. Should have gone with a highly rated online only option that was not through Ashley Furniture as I originally planned.

Riley was so helpful ever since I walked in, I called in earlier and complained about how bad my service was at HOM Furniture and Riley made my experience so easy. Update: While staff at Ashley Furniture were pleasant to work with, delivery is not as smooth. The initial date of our delivery ended up being re-scheduled due to us missing the text for the delivery team being near. Thankfully, we were able to reschedule for the following week. Unfortunately, we were not aware the truck would be unmarked. With living in an apartment complex, we were unsure as to whether they were associated with Ashley Furniture or were for other tenants. We stayed at home all day, not wanting to miss anything this time and we peered out our window to see if we could get a better idea of what was going on. We have a directory at the front entryway of the apartment for people to contact tenants. I also have the app associated with the directory to communicate with anyone who calls and to unlock the door. There was no call. There was no contact made to us by those delivering in the unmarked vehicle. We didn't know if this was the one or if there was another vehicle coming that would clearly indicate it was associated with Ashley Furniture. Calls were made by us to those in the delivery department (not those in the truck, as we do not have anyway to reach them directly). The person spoken to said they tried to contact us, but I checked the app and saw no missed calls via the directory. There were no calls or texts to the cell number given to the delivery department either. Ashley Furniture was called but there were limitations to what they could do as well (though I thank them for their help). Delivery was contacted again (by us) and after 19 minutes of being on hold, a lady answered the phone, and within five seconds, stated she could not hear us, said a number to call back just once and hung up. Unfortunately, things are unable to be handled from home so we'll try to visit in person today and see what can be done. ~~~ We went around to a few furniture places to look at different items and we ended up finding different pieces at different locations. Nez was incredibly helpful during our first stop at Ashley and he honestly won my Mom and I over with his continual insight and helpful personality. We were not planning on buying a couch when we first came in, but not only did we buy a three-sitter, we bought a love seat and three bar stools! We didn't feel pressured as he encouraged us to look around and showed us various items at different price points-items that we knew we needed for our move-in to our new home. He's absolutely fantastic and I don't know if I can recommend him enough :) . We went back for another visit and we met with Nez again who gave us a warm welcome and directed us to our next stop for mattresses (within the store). He introduced us to the mattress specialist, Nick and Nick helped us to narrow down our choices. He let us know what was popular, but also invited us to choose what was comfortable for us within our price point (especially with the the amount of purchases we are making). He let us know how to navigate our delivery dates with our initial purchases with Nez and the purchase of a new mattress as well. All in all, we enjoyed the help from both and are looking forward to seeing what we got! Thank you both!

While the store has a decent selection of furniture on display, my overall experience was incredibly infuriating and disappointing. When I was making my purchase, the salesperson assured me they offer a 30-day price match if I find the same item cheaper elsewhere. Based on that verbal promise, I went ahead and placed an order worth over $4,000. Before the purchase, they were extremely pleasant — saying things like “You’re the customer, and we’ll do everything to make sure you’re satisfied.” But once the order was placed and I actually tried to follow up on the price match (after finding the same items significantly cheaper elsewhere), their attitude completely changed. When I asked for a price match again — still within the 30-day window — the sales person became rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He reluctantly agreed to the match but told me this would be the “last price match” they’d honor, and even threatened to cancel my entire order if I asked for a price match again. It became clear that once they secured the sale, customer satisfaction no longer mattered — especially if it meant cutting into their margins. The way I was treated for simply expecting them to honor their own word was unacceptable. For a store selling Ashley furniture — which is widely available at lower prices through many other retailers — the least they can do is uphold their commitments and treat customers with basic respect. Because of this experience, I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. Don’t be fooled by the polite talk during the sale — it disappears the moment you hold them to their word

False advertisement, saw a product online, went to the store and they said it’s wrong even though I showed them the screen shot.

I went into the store to look at options for sofas. I am furnishing a brand new apartment and Brady was amazing! All I had was a picture of the floorplan with dimensions and a vague idea of what I wanted. He showed me multiple options for the space and answered all of my questions. He gave me all my options for protection plans, different delivery services and helped me through the process of getting financing for my new living room set. Everything about the experience was great and I am looking forward to finding other great furniture for my new home!

Tom and Terri gave my mom and I fabulous service in selecting a couch, two livingroom chairs, a bed frame, nightstand, and excellent mattress for my parents moving into senior living. They were so kind and caring with my mother and really helped us all make great decisions. Ashley’s prices were extremely competitive and we were able to also get free delivery to my parents’ new home. I highly recommend shopping for furniture here.

I purchased a few couches from Ashley a couple years ago and bought the warranty program. Unfortunately, we had a small damage on one and Ashley covered it to their warranty as promised. I worked with Rico J as a Salesman, and his customer service was outstanding. He texted, called with updates on when our new items were going to be in stock, helped with an exchange and was all around excellent to work with. Ally in the front the of the store was amazing as well, extremely kind and customer oriented. The furniture quality at Ashley is great, but I’d choose to go back because of the customer experience I had. Highly would recommend to anyone, and I stole a few business cards from Rico to give to a couple family members. :)

They charged me extra for a return even after calling 10 times (not exaggerating). Please save your time and money and go for a better store.

Ashely's extended warranty is a scam. Paid hundreds of dollars for an extended warranty, and when we needed to file the claim they rejected the claim because the damage was over 30 days old, and told us to refer to the fine print of the contract. I assumed a five year warranty covered the product for 5 years, but only if you report the damage within 30 days. Since it was a piece of furniture in a room rarely used it was not on our priority list to get to. When we contacted the store manager he said he would look into it, and a week went by and we heard nothing. We called and left several messages for him, only to never get a return call. Finally we got him on the phone, an he opened a ticket with customer service. About a week later customer service sold us the needed replacement part that should have been covered under warranty. All this hassle for a part that was less than $25.00. When I expressed my frustration with situation to every employee they all sympathized, and apologized, and reminded me it is in the fine print of the contract. Congrats Ashley. You found a way to lose a customer over less than $25.00, and earn a 1-star review.

Extremely lackluster and bizarre experience. Not sure if I wasn’t taken seriously because I’m young and was there alone, but I went in hoping to make a purchase and the employee who greeted me genuinely could not have been more unhelpful. I mentioned I wanted a pet friendly performance fabric on a small sectional or sofa/ottoman combo and showed a few models I saw online that I liked. He spent most of the time trying to track down the exact models I showed him which ultimately weren’t on the floor yet - ok, no problem. Not dead set on those specific models at all, just wanted to show examples. But instead of showing me similar models, fabric swatches, literally offering ANY alternative options whatsoever, he told me to come back later in the week for the exact models I was looking for and then told me I should just get a 5 year stain warranty instead of a performance fabric. Which, judging by the visibly dirty sofas on the display floor, might be necessary. Regardless, I wanted a performance fabric for durability, not because it’s stain proof, and if he had asked me any questions at all he would have known that. He also vaguely pointed in the direction of one half of the store and told me to “look over there” and then just stood around as I aimlessly wandered around. I went next door to Furniture Mart and had a fantastic experience with outstanding customer service. Since they are owned by the same company, maybe they should teach each other lessons on how and how not to make a sale.

I bought 3 bedrooms, lower and upper level lounge furniture from Ashley Fridley Location and experience was excellent. Nermin took care of us and provided the best service that we were hoping for. He was always available to answer any questions and also went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. I visited other furniture stores/outlets in twin cities area and found this one to be the best. I will recommend this store to anyone who is looking to purchase a furniture.

Just purchased a mattress couple of Month ago.the one i purchased is medium firm and when i checked it, i didn't like so i asked an ashley customer care for the exchange to the firmer one. They did exchange but it is not what i asked that they brought in. The softest mattress than the old one i used to had I told ashley home store that the one they sent me is not what i wanted. They sent me the technician to take a look at the mattress and after one week thay told me that it is the company standard. That is all they can say. Please don't get scammed take your business somewhere else if you can.

My first time ever at Ashley Furniture was last Saturday. Where have I been?? We went to the Maple Grove location to look at recliners for my son. We did a bit of pre shopping and hunted down a beautiful dual power recliner in chocolate faux leather—the Warnerton. It has most of the important bells and whistles like separate power foot rest and power head rest, cup holders, a usb port and suitable man cave storage in the armrests for snacks. (Unfortunately, we could find no models that had a microwave under the seat for quick meals…) I guess that’s still my job. I like the style of this chair: it’s comfy and plush enough to be a real recliner without looking overstuffed. (Mom doesn’t go for that overstuffed look…) In any case, we retired Sam’s second-hand, LazyBoy high leg recliner which looked like a toy chair when Sam poured his 6’2” frame into it. (I never meant to keep that chair as long as I did, but he made it work!) The chair is being delivered on Wednesday which is perfect. Also, I must mention store manager, Mercedes, who helped us when we needed help and kept us smiling through the entire experience. It was fun! I mean, it’s not every day that a mom gets to buy her son his first, new recliner—not for any special reason other than he just deserves it! Hope he lets me sneak in and watch movies… Highly recommend Ashley Furniture—as many stars as I can give them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been waiting 5 months for a couch that we were told would take 6-8 weeks. We have been strung along by workers multiple times with no answer. After speaking with the store and customer service, there is nothing being done for this issue and we were told hopefully it will be here in a few weeks. Horrible experience.

My in-store experience was typical, but after I left the store nothing went smoothly. I was told deliveries started at 8am but my delivery came closer to 7am. My furniture arrived with one piece badly damaged, the entire frame was messed up with wood and nails sticking out. They did replace the item but I had to wait and hold onto the busted furniture in the meantime. Delivery of the replacement went well, but they did not leave me with the felt floor protectors that came with the original and when I called to ask for those to be sent, I was given a difficult time and told I was welcome to go buy some at Walmart. Very disappointed in this treatment after I spent good money on a new couch, to not even be able to send me the floor protectors they forgot. I Won’t buy from here again.

So, imagine you lose your keys in your house. Now, imagine your house has about 200 pieces of furniture between couches/arm chairs/beds. That's a lot of cushions to dig through. When I asked the staff member who had already been helping me if I had left my keys on the counter, I expected a yes or a no. I did not expect a small army of team members to comb through the entire store for sake. The couch that I received is fantastic. I love it. The delivery was great. I'm looking forward to enjoying it for years. The staff is amazing and I'm very grateful to them for helping me conduct a very successful scavenger hunt!

We were shopping for living room furniture and he let us wonder around for quite a long time and was available if we had questions. Riley was knowledgeable and friendly. We went to several more stores and came back to Ashley because we found furniture we liked there. Riley wrote up our sale. It only took a few minutes. He explained the financing, how the protection plan worked, when the furniture would be delivered to their location and when we could set up a delivery date. Everything went smoothly. No complaints.

My experience at Ashley Furniture was great! Walked in on a Thursday night and Riley was quick to answer questions and help me look through the options. He was very patient, didn’t pressure me to make a decision - a very good salesperson! I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for (I have an oddly shaped living room), so I didn’t buy anything then. I came back on Saturday with a different vision and Evelyn was able to see what I was going for an immediately showed me the PERFECT set. I bought it immediately! Free delivery to my sidewalk and a protection plan that is refundable. Love it!

I Bought $2378 of furniture on 1/10/24 One piece was to big so I returned it on 1/11/23 for a total of $648. Because I paid with cash it took them two weeks to mail me the refund and the post office 5 days to deliver the check. Almost 3 weeks to get a refund is WAY to long. They said it always take 3 weeks for a refund.

Honestly, we came into this location simply to test out a couch I wanted from a friend who's the manager at a competitor who was going to get me a good deal on it but they didn't carry that couch in their store and these guys did. We were greeted by Tomas who was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions about the couch despite the fact I even informed him that we were there just to simply try it out and I was getting from said competitor. We ended up buying the couch through Tomas and Ashley Furniture instead! Would easily and highly recommend these guys. Thank you Ashley and an even bigger thank you to Tomas

Don’t buy their protection package!!! It’s a waste of money. When you need it, they won’t approve it and say that whatever the damage is, isn’t covered.

Just came out of Ashley in Fridley with a great experience! I was looking to replace a recliner and I asked the sales associate, Riley, who approached me where they were. Riley quickly showed me where they were and then let me actually go try them out by myself, without him following me around like you would expect. It was refreshing! I had just come from from a competitor store in which the sales associate did just that. Trying to strike up conversation the entire time. I'll I wanted was to listen to my music while I sat, got up, sat in another, stood up, etc. Riley let me experience each chair within my natural comfort level. After a bit he checked up on me in a very non-pushy manor, and I actually responded well to this style. I asked a few simple questions which led into a great conversation. I found 3 chairs I liked that I WILL be bringing my wife back to show her. Thank you Riley and thank you Ashley Homestore for having an inviting atmosphere.

Decent selection but it’s very chaotically laid out with different items strewn about the store. We were looking for a kitchen table but none of them had dimensions listed on the price placard which is a massive oversight to me unless everyone is expected to bring in tape measures.

Top 3 worst experience in the last 25 years. Waited 1hour 10min to get 3 lightweight outdoor wicker items off the showroom floor into my truck…..and this is after we already told the sales lady we will be back in an hour to pick them up…..just completely ridiculous. There were 7 sales people standing around doing NOTHING(3 sitting on their phones talking about fantasy football) and nobody was smart enough to have the things we bought ready for pickup? 6 other cars showed up AFTER we did and got their items while we waited….and waited. So after 30min I go back in the showroom and more standing around doing nothing. “Hey can one of you 7 people help to get those items in my truck? They are 30ft from the front door and weight about 20lbs. I’ve been waiting 30min already” “Nope…you have to wait for it to go through customer pickup cause it’s a federal crime to allow it to go out the front door”. What?! Bottom line….I was the next person in line and watched 6 other cars drive up, hand them paper and get there stuff and drive away. You don’t just keep getting the items that are closer/faster while a customer is waiting for over an hour.

Had to go here to get the chairs we purchased in Woodbury. Or wait for them to remember to put them on a truck.

They have good values but you have to find them. What's on the floor is not necessarily what they have in the distribution center values. Better than many furniture stores though.

Better off calling the store first if you see something online you like. Drove all the way there because we saw 2 futons we liked for a dorm room and those 2 did not say online only like the others did. They asked which store did we want to shop at and chose this location and they showed up for this location. Go to the store and the guy at the door was rude and said they were online only and said let me see your phone to show you that. If they are online only then it should say that on them like the others did not ask you which store to buy them at.

When shopping for furniture for my son’s relocation from TN to MN, we reached out to Tom Smaby because he had good sales reviews. He was exceptional!! We ordered everything by phone having never met him or been in his place of business. He was personal, caring, helpful and trustworthy. He was very responsive to all texts and emails, helped us with delivery coordination with a move in date and even followed up after delivery. When we finally made it to MN we went by to meet him at his store and he assisted us in one last purchase. He definitely understands the meaning of costumer service and went the extra mile for us. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ashley furniture was the first place out of 6 or 8 places that we shopped. Immediately we were greeted at the door and given the info that we needed for what sales were going on and where everything 2as located throughout the store. The prices were clear and fairly reasonable with the sales they had going on. We weren't hounded or bothered and we were able to shop in peace. After we price shopped around, we decided that Ashley was the bang for the buck. When we went back to finalize our purchase, Tom Smaby greeted us and allowed us to do what we needed to do before sitting down with him. He was helpful and professional throughout th3 process. We are very satisfied with that shopping experience. The other stores had sales people bother us and try to push sales onto us, and some places had sales and price tags that weren't clear. 10/10 would recommend Ashley furniture.

I am beyond happy with our purchase. We could not have picked what was perfect for us if it wasn’t for Tom Smaby. There was no pressure & he let us just roam. When we were done looking and ready to purchase our things I told him I was looking for something that I saw but wasn’t sure about the color. Low & behold he led us to exactly what I was looking for. Whatever you do DO NOT PURCHASE the Guardian Protection Plan. I purchased furniture 14 month's ago along with the pet protection plan, long story short my newborn puppy bit a hole in the fabric I submitted a claim over a month ago and I'm still getting the run around on getting it repaired or replaced. The staff at the Fridley location is of no help and didn't show any type of compassion or interest in helping me but thought I would find comfort in saying that this is not the first complaint they received about Guardian. So either stop selling the protection plan or work with a company that will actuality honor the warranty what waste of money

Yes Indeed, Ashley is the Largest Furniture Brand in the World🙂 Great collection, friendly sales executives and the BeST Price is Guaranteed, ALWAYS!!! I wish they handled the delivery too and not outsourced it to vendors who at times can be rude and not helpful during the setup which is the actual step where we realize the value of the furniture purchased.

My partner and I recently purchased some furniture from the Ashley store in Fridley, MN. We were helped by a sales associate named Brady. We had to make 2 trips to Ashley because we didn't measure properly, couldn't fit our first order down our stairs, and had to return it. Brady handled it a champ! We were very impressed with him, and very satisfied with the help he provided. I never thought I'd be recommending a furniture store, but I do recommend this one!

I had a good experience with the sales person, and I liked their selection but the customer service has been abysmal. The motor in my couch broke about 2 months after purchase. Almost a year and a dozen calls later, my tickets have been closed or forgotten about multiple times and I still have a broken couch. It was also the second time the same motor broke, so I don't trust the quality much either.

Tom was an excellent sales consultant. Treated us with dignity and respect. He was very knowledgable and gave impeccable suggestions. We will be back!!!!

I put furniture on layaway there and it’s been almost 2 months and these people don’t wanna give my money back I advise people not to put stuff on layaway because they don’t want to give your money back it don’t take two months to send no check in the mail……

My review isn’t to this location but to their online ordering. I ordered online got my shipment in a few days which was perfect. I started putting together my dresser and multiple things were chipped. I got sent the wrong night stand and was told to send it to goodwill taking time and money out of my day . If I order thousands worth of stuff I l expect it to be perfect.

My boyfriend and I went in to purchase a mattress and ended up working with Moe. He was great! He had so much info to give us and made sure we had room to discuss and try the beds as many times as we needed to make a good decision. Waited over 30 mins to be help, and when I did, I felt rushed. It was a little concerning and confusing as to why I needed to provide my home address, photo driver license with my number, phone number, license plate number and make model and year of my vehicle for a mattress I literally just paid for and picked up within 10 mins... if I had known it took so much personal information to get a mattress, I definitely would have chosen a different store
