Ashley Store Hutchinson, MN

Absolutely love going into Ashley's furniture and getting assistance from my go to girl Airy! She always willing to help and is very informative, especially when helping me pick out a new bed! It was so nice to get her honest opinion of the different beds and have a better understanding of the difference of the mattresses. I liked that I even got hear her own experience shopping for a bed! Deb and Airy are always polite and willing to get things done for you! Highly recommend!

We originally came in a week earlier and spoke with Stephanie, and on our return, we were greeted by Deb. Deb had excellent customer service and even brought us some water when she noticed my wife coughing. She let us wander, and when Stephanie was free, she checked in with us to see if we had questions or needed anything. Both ladies gave us the space we needed to discuss our unique furniture needs, but were available to answer our questions and give suggestions when we wanted them. No high-pressure sales, just comfortable shopping with pleasant sales people. We can't wait to get our new furniture delivered for free!

The staff was very welcoming! Stephanie took excellent care of me! In a matter of 30 minutes, she had me taken care of with a couch, love seat, recliner & an area rug! Couldn't ask for better customer service! Highly recommend shopping here!!

Would've been 5 stars but 2 screws in the butterfly leaf on the table were stripped out of the wood and just fell out...the delivery guys tried to fix it but it was too bad(they left it)....I wood glued them back in....not great considering it's a new table...I bought new to avoid this problem

I recently purchased the mahoney sofa and a coffee table set in store. Customer service was nice and helpful. The sofa was in stock in their warehouse but the coffee table set needed to be ordered so we waited for atleast a week for the shipping but once it arrived, Im so happy with my choice. Its incredibly plush and supportive making it perfect for lounging.

Great place to shop for furniture and good quality products. The only negative thing I have to say is that the customer service could've been a little better.

We recently purchased a Tempurpedic split king mattress and adjustable base at the Ashley store in Hutchinson, MN. The entire experience was excellent. Deb and Airy were a pure joy to work with. They fully answered our questions and spent all the time we needed without being pushy. We made this purchase in hopes of improving my sleep apnea issues. It has been life changing due to the ability to elevate the upper torso which in turn improves respiration. If you are a C-PAP user, I guarantee an adjustable bed will improve your therapy results. Our purchase arrived exactly as we were promised and the delivery/setup was scheduled within 2 days. Delivery was seamless. We determined (after the first night) we had asked the delivery guys to set the bed too low. They came back the following day and raised it. No questions asked! I must admit we were dreading the whole sales experience. We couldn't have been more wrong. It was painless all the way. Beautiful store.... Great people! Love that it is local and they really want the customer to be satisfied.

This is the second time we have gotten furniture from Ashley in Hutchinson. Airy our sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sofa chase we were buying. Happened to see it was on sale the next week and they gladly refunded the difference. These are the type of people that I am proud to do business with. The next time my wife and I need furniture we will ask for Airy to help us.

We purchased a mattress, and when it came, it was faulty. One side of it came completely collapsed, and we are unable to use it. I called, and they told us to email pictures, which I did, and explained again in the email what was wrong with it. We just wanted to exchange it for one that we could use properly. No one ever responded to the email, so I emailed again. Instead, in the mail, we got a thank you card for our business. I will never be returning to this overpriced store again. I would not recommend going here. There are far better stores that will assist you in purchasing a good mattress and items.

I'm so disappointed with Ashley Furniture, we bought a full sectional couch, and reclining chair, just about a year later the chair broke, it was under warranty and I had someone out to take a look at it, was told the parts need to be ordered for repair. Didn't hear back for another month or so, I called the store and they couldn't find my order, and didn't know who was out on my repair call. Fast forward 3 more weeks, and I call and leave a voicemail on Monday of last week, and Wednesday of last week, still no return call. I finally call again on Thursday and ask to speak to the manager, the manager had the audacity to tell the sales clerk to tell me they were working on it, I said no I want to talk to the manager, her response was "I still have no idea where the parts are and will call you next week" here we sit, almost Wednesday and still no return call. This place is managed horribly. Just awful customer service.

Went to the store to look for a mattress. The salesperson was wonderful. Gave us all the information we needed then left for us to lay in the beds to chat about it. Did not hover or have any awkward silence. We left and came back with more questions and needed up purchasing one on that trip.

It's not like Arizona Ashley stores fully stocked. Same as Cali. This is a big empty place with very little furniture, not the real Ashley home store and of course way over priced for a stool or love seat etc.

Sales person was great, Delivery was bad. I bought a couch to be delivered outside my door and I was told the backrests of the couch would be disconnected so it would fit though my doorway and up the stairs... they were not disconnected. I ended up having to undo all the wrapping outside in the slush and snow to take the backs off myself.

I had a great experience here today. Came in nearly at closing time, and Steph helped me out right away. The team went the extra mile to make sure I could pick up my item from the warehouse without having to make another trip to town. Excellent, thanks!

My husband and I purchased some livingroom furniture a few months ago from Ashley in Hutchinson. Airy was so wonderful and helpful! The store is set up very nicely.

They answered all my questions, were very personable and treated me with respect. I felt no pressure to buy and was given the time and space I needed to make the right decision for me!

We came to Ashley to buy new furniture and Airy helped us find everything we needed and wanted! She made it all so easy. She was really friendly and it was like hanging out with my best friend all day. We purchased a dining room set, sectional couch with a coffee table, end table, and an entertainment center with a fireplace!! We love everything!!

Have visited the store in Hutchinson several times; Airy and David are the mainstays at this location. Blocked the door to the house with the delivery. Called to advise the manager and was highly disrespected. Will not be doing further business here.

Was not informed of the short return policy timeframe (5days) and now stuck with a second set of nightstands.

The customer service here was non existent which is sad considering we bought our last couch from this company. The prices are on the higher end for some things but the quality is nice. I really wish an associate would of talked to us as we are about to move to Glencoe and fully furnish our house which would of been a couple thousand of dollars and most likely a couple hundred of dollars of commission if they get that. Due to the service we just left and didn’t purchase anything.

Horrible customer service. Deb gave me the run around for over a year before saying there’s “nothing she can do for me” even after several attempts by me to follow up on the matter. What a waste of time and money. I’m not done trying to get my money back for a damaged product they had delivered.

Wish I could leave 0 stars! HORRIBLE customer service. Better hope you don’t have any issues. We ordered a bedroom set. The first dresser arrived with a giant hole through the back. They did end up delivery a new one a week or two later. When they delivered the new one they scratched our walls/wood work and again damaged the dresser. Been trying to contact customer services for a month now. No one either returns calls/emails or if they do they state they need to talk to their higher ups and will call us back......which they don’t. We will never purchase from them again. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Don't give these con men your money. This place has very poor customer service. I was told my purchases were to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. It took 6 months. There was a real lack of proactive communincation. Every deadline they give was missed and when you do talk to someone that have a poor attitude. I would recommend Hennen Furniture out of Willmar, MN.

Couch was great, people there were friendly and helpful however when I got home and looked at the receipt I noticed they spelled our last name including the “B” word. The couch was delivered early but the two gentlemen who removed our old couches were absolutely disgusting when it came to personal hygiene, unprofessional and put a hole in our wall. My husband said something to them and they got in their truck and left. Have not received a response from Ashley regarding our experience.

Reasonable prices

This store is very good. They r very nice to work with. Really couldn't be better. The products have been of very good quality. Only thing is, I think it's this way all over, we have several items on order. That is taking awhile to get. But I would recommend this place to anybody looking for furniture.

My husband and I were shopping for a recliner chair. We stopped at two other local furniture stores in the area. After waiting quite awhile for an employee to help us, we inquired about a chair in the "clearance" area. The female employee seemed to be bothered by having to help us. When my husband asked about delivery charges, she said, without asking where, that delivery was $59.99. My husband said, oh, Slumberland offers free delivery. This employee said, well, you should go there then and walked away. No discussion, no courtesy, nothing but attitude. Needless to say, we went to Slumberland and got very friendly and courteous service. In a time that we all need to be kind to each other, shame on you Ashley. Never will we walk into your store again, lost sales and word of mouth can hurt.

Been here a couple of times and had ordered a mattress. Around august 20th and had been told we should receive it around September 16. Had called a quite a few times only to get a voice mail. Out of probably 20 times calling only 3 other times someone was able to answer. I only wish i was exaggerating these numbers. And every time i had called i got the response its on its way its on its way. So i wait til around October 1st and personally go to the store and ask about the mattress and was told it was still in processing and lost in the system that had just noticed there was something wrong with the delivery and they would get back to me later in the week and i leave another 2 weeks go by and still waiting to hear a response. So i go there again and ask about it a couple days later and its still in improssing. Definitely would not recommend they have done nothing to improve this situation or give me dates as to expect my delivery. Just kind would expect not to wait over 2 months for a mattress when i personally have had 3 other friends get theres within a few weeks

I have to update my review...I had purchase many pieces of furniture from Ashley in Hutchinson before all good experiences until now..on 8/7/23, the former sales associate David Berger told us there will be free shipping inside our home..I called on Saturday and I was told for the delivery will be $149 I told them the delivery was suppose to be free into my house she said no if you want free has to be left outside. She told me to call manager Deb (which she is a b...I called Deb today 9/18/23 I told her the situation And pretty much told me " I don't care what you were told, if you want the delivery guys to deliver into your house it will be $149 otherwise is outside for free" any way .is a dinning set that is assembled and only takes /less than 5 min to get it into the house just be ware Ashley is not the same I told the I had a sale item delivered and was brought into my house for free. It is ridiculous

On 8/20/16 my husband and I went to Ashley Furniture (St. Cloud) in hopes of finding furniture for our home. We were introduced to Patrick Hinks. He told us if we found furniture that we liked he could offer us 2 years interest free, that initially sold us. We sat down and got approved for the credit. I opened our bill today and noticed that we got interest on bill, I questioned and called bank. What Patrick Hinks told us and what we got signed up for were two different things. His dishonesty ruined my experience with Ashley Furniture. I will NEVER shop Ashley Furniture ever again. Patrick Hinks now works in Maplewood MN at Ashley Furniture. I dont want anyone else to have to go thru that. My lesson is learned and know I will be sharing my experience.

The people at the store are very helpful and friendly. Disappointed that it has taken almost three months to receive my full order and at the time I was not aware a part was on back order until they came to deliver the rest of my order. Very frustrating.

We were able to get our couch, loveseat and chair super quickly. The delivery guys were amazing. They did such a professional job fitting the furniture through the door, making sure it stayed clean and setting it up for me. I am impressed and would recommend the Hutchinson location to anyone. We purchased a couch from them. It took over 3 weeks to get it in. When I went to pick it up from the “Factory Direct Furniture” warehouse, the employee at the warehouse slammed the couch down and had an attitude the whole time we were there. When we got home the end of the couch was broken. We called Ashley and they stated they have to come out and look at it and decide if we were going to get a new couch or if they were going to fix it. This is brand new out of the package broken, I do not want a “fixed” couch. So the couch sat in the middle of my living room for days waiting for “their person” to look at it. In the meantime, I went to Ashley to speak to the manager and stated if your person says to fix it then they can take it back with them and give me my money back. I wanted a new couch. She said they would order a new one. She called the next day and said that if I choose for them to take the couch, I would be charged $50 for them to do that. They gave me a broken couch and then going to have me jump through hoops to get a new one or have it fixed. I am taking it back to the “warehouse” and taking my business elsewhere!

Nice products for sale and the sales staff are happy to answer any questions and are not pressuring
