Victor was incredibly inappropriate trying to quiz why I choose to wear a mask in public. Only to continue to criticize choices for my body. Would not recommend this location what so ever.

By far the worst customer service ever. Do not buy anything from them. They reschedule my delivery three times and each time they are almost two weeks out. I'm still waiting for my furniture! I actually want my money back

Mattress Sale Today brought me into the store as I was curious if Ashley carried the Purple mattress. Another sales person directed me back to the mattress specialist Victor. Victor enthusiastically greeted me in the mattress area & the education began. Victor was super friendly, super knowledgeable, really knows mattresses, how to achieve a good night sleep & how important it is to sleep well each night. Most enjoyable mattress purchase experience ever. If you’re interested in purchasing a new mattress I highly recommend Victor, he’s your guy. Trust me you’ll leave with a smile & know you made the right purchase for you. 😊

We worked with Mercedes L. The store manager, and she was lovely. She asked immediately what we were looking for, led us to the area with the desired items, and then let us have the time needed to take everything in. The perfect amount of checking in for questions but the ability to try anything without the constant hovering other stores have pestered us with. Please come to see Mercedes at this location. Just wonderful. We left with a purchase.

DO NOT buy from Ashley!! My wife and I were expecting a baby and went shopping for a recliner/ glider. We probably went to 10 different stores. We settled for the leather type material rocker/glider from Ashley as it seemed to be very sturdy! (Seemed....). It was definitely out of our price range but we went with it anyways as it was all mechanical and no electronic components and they offered what we thought was the best warranty!!. After we had our baby, the chair was now being used everyday! Until 2 months of use and it started squeaking very bad while rocking and would wake up the baby and make for a very long night....we had purchased the extra warranty that supposedly would even cover a dog chewing the thing apart!! BUT when I called they said that squeaks are normal and wouldn't be covered and to try using a white lithium grease to see if that helped...it did! For 30 min....we would spray the frame pivot points everytime before rocking after that until the spraying didn't help anymore...so I called again and they still told is it is not covered under warranty. So I took the bottom of chair swivel plate off and found that the frame was sooooo bent it was rubbing metal on metal!! I called AGAIN and told them what i had found and she said ok let me transfer you but since you have tried to fix it yourself this may have voided the warranty...WHAT????? But my dog chewing the thing apart wouldn't have???? She said she transfered me but instead just HUNGUP!! Terrible customer service!! And obviously they do not stand by their products OR warranty for a malfunctioning product.....leason learned and I tell everyone I know who asks us about our baby and rocking chair to NOT buy from Ashley!! I guess I should've just let my dog rip the thing apart!

Victor is a legend! He helped my girlfriend pick out a mattress, made sure we got free shipping, and demonstrated the mattress protectors for us. Made sure we knew our best options, and had us laughing as well. Stop in just to say hi to Victor or maybe bring him a coffee or something. He rocks!

We stepped in on a hot hot hot day on a mission to buy a new couch. Mercedes greeted us all smiles and jokes, making us feel immediately comfortable. Sometimes you walk into a furniture store and you feel like you’re followed around and pressured to buy something to the point where you want to get out of there immediately. Not this time. It was the perfect blend of leaving us be and helping us decide what we could potentially get. What a great experience and honestly it makes us want to come back and buy other pieces there in the future! Thanks so much Mercedes and team!

Gotta shout out our incredible salesman Victor-without him, we would still be on our seemingly impossible quest to find the world’s softest mattress. Not only did we find that, but Victor also helped us find the perfect headboard/storage platform. AND THE PILLOWS. Don’t get me started on the PILLOWS! I’ve been with my partner for many years and he has been on a quixotic quest to find the perfect pillow. And we have purchased SO MANY PILLOWS. They were either too thick or thin, too hard or too soft. I had given up hope of ever finding the perfect pillow; didn’t believe they existed. However, Victor had my partner try three different options and I feel we may have found it. The holy grail of pillows. Even as more and more purchases are made online, I’m thankful for salespeople like Victor in real brick and mortar stores. Amazon might have led us astray but he never would.

I had a very good experience while searching for mattresses with my boyfriend and the guy victor was very kind and helped us find a mattress we love in our price range and never went higher than our price range and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our mattress choice, thank you victor. My experience with Ashley Furniture started great. Sales staff at the Maple Grove store were helpful, making me feel valued—until I paid. After payment, their entire demeanor shifted. Politeness vanished, replaced by a shocking lack of concern for my schedule. Delivery was a nightmare: a ridiculously broad window, no specific time, and rude indifference when I asked for one. They expected me to wait all day, showing no consideration for my time. Ashley Furniture clearly prioritizes getting your money. Once they have it, customer service disappears. If you want a furniture store that values you after the sale, look elsewhere. Their initial pleasantness is a deceptive front; they don't care about customers once the transaction is complete.

He also helped my apply and get approved for a credit line. Carsten Eylmann was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as far as the mattress and bedding area. He was very upbeat, friendly and enthusiastic about his job and we really enjoyed the short time we spent talking with him. This maple grove location is the absolute best! The staff is really pro active and get things done in a timely manner without it affecting the quality of costumer service they’re providing!

We recently bought a big mattress from this store and found that after delivery home it was very soft. When we went back to the store, Victor while smiling showed us some fine prints on the receipt that we didn't even see before. We were technically not allowed to return the mattress after a couple of days. Watch out. Read those fine prints. They scam their customers without blinking an eye. That was an awful experience lacking transparency. All we wanted was to exchange for a better one and pay for it more. We lost 1200 dollars just like that and have to pay for another one. Be warned.

I love Ashley and usually shop at the Fridley location. I had a horrible expired there the last time and decided I would no longer shop there. Then Maple Grove opened a store. It was amazing. No pressure, they allowed me to look until I found what furniture spoke to me [not literally 🙃]. Mercedes was the best. Come to find out she's the store manager, makes total sense to me she would be.
