Went looking to find new furniture for whole home. Brooke P gave me a rundown of where things were and let me browse for a while. When I found something I liked she checked to see if they had it in stock with no pressure to buy something else. Fortunately for me everything was in stock and available for delivery except the living room set in the color I wanted but she was able to get it ordered for me with no problems. Overall, I had a great experience shopping here. I found the furniture to be of good quality and I look forward to its delivery and assembly in my home. Though prices may be higher on some items compared to big box stores, I think the quality of the furniture is far above what you could get for those cheaper prices. By far one of the worst experiences we've had with a retailer. My wife and i wenent in to purchase a modular couch after getting qoutes and price verification. This should have been a simple transaction but the sales associate and manager blamed a colleague for misqouting and mispromoting the offer and told us "We don't like customers like you" Needless to say we purchased the peice we wanted at a different store. Be wary when dealing with the sales staff in this location, folks.

Poor experience thus far. I purchased a media console in mid January and was told it would be ready for pickup within 2 weeks at the latest. I called to check on the status in mid February after not hearing anything and was told it was pushed back but would be in by the end of the month. Called back in early March, was told it would now be in by the end of March. Called back at the end of March and was told the shipment is coming sometime in April. Called back today and now am being told it will be May before it arrives. Since I purchased this media console I have made 3 separate purchases from HOM and Royal Star, including an entire custom living room set, and have already received them all. I would look elsewhere if you want furniture within the next several months, or communication regarding order delays.

Elizabeth A Vargas was by far the best Assistant Manager/sales floor rep we’ve work with in the last month of shopping for our new home. And we’ve gone to 4 different Ashley’s furniture, 3 bobs furniture, 3 slumberland’s, and 2 beckets. She was so patient and willing to take the extra step in helping us find what we wanted. I never felt rushed or expected to make a purchase. She even encouraged if we found something at another Ashley location that we can purchase it through the sales person there, where other Ashley’s when asked where we live they would say they could order it though their location and ship to our house. It's rare that you walk out of a furniture store, or really ANY store, raving with your wife about the customer service. And this is despite the fact that they were so busy (30 minutes from closing on a Friday) that we had to wait a bit. When the Store Manager, Mike, was able to help us, we joked that we had a really unique need that might be a challenging one and Mike grinned. He seemed to really enjoy a challenge and went very much above and beyond to meet our needs. The Assistant Manager, Elizabeth, also kept us entertained as Mike worked through our issue. I can't express enough how phenomenal the service is at this store. We went to several other Ashley stores before this and got nowhere near the service. Had a wonderful experience at Ashley. I was looking for a living room set and a family room reclining sofa and loveseat or sectional. Brooke greeted myself and my mother-in-law. She was friendly and had very good knowledge of the store and where everything was. She helped us with the locations of the items we were looking for and then left us to look at the furniture if we had questions she was not far but we were allowed to look around and try out the different styles and such of the furniture. We had a couple of questions and Brooke helped us with those and gave us a quote on the items we liked. It was only the first place we went. So we told her we just wanted to check out a few other places. We did and were not as impressed with the selection or the professionalism as were were given at Ashley. So we decided to go back to Ashley and purchase all my items. Brooke again helped us with the final sale as well as setting up delivery. I can not wait to get my new furniture and thankful for all the help and patience we got at Ashley. Thank you Brooke! Keep up the good work!

I bought a sectional from Ashley a little less than 3 years ago and 3 out of the 5 cushions have already torn and aren’t usable. When I tried to speak with the online chat they told me there was nothing they could do as the model had been discontinued. So the $1500 couch they sold me only lasted less than 3 years and they have no way to remedy it.

OMG! I am so excited for our new furniture! We had our whole house planned with furniture with Sams Club because usually they have the best price and a really good product. Although, we were leery to buy a couch we hadn’t sit on before we bought it. Just imaging trying to return a couch was too stressful for me lol. Went in for mattresses. Specifically for mattresses that came in a box. I was surprised by their assorted price range regarding mattresses. We are so fortunate to have made Ashley our first stop. I had a wonderful experience buying my furniture at Ashley! Elizabeth Vargas was my consultant and she was friendly, patient knowledgeable and fun! There was NEVER any pressure and I loved that! From my first visit where she answered all my questions and provided a quote, but then didn’t hover while I looked. She understood I was just there to look and gather some information. At other stores I was literally followed around and it’s frustrating when you just want to look. It took me a while to make my final decision because it was a large expense for me and she was understanding and just patiently kept in touch and never rushed me. We had a great experience purchasing our first sectional. Walking into the store one sales person looked us in the face and didn’t say a word turned and walked away. Walking some distance another sales person asked if anyone had asked if they could help us. I said no and this sales person welcomed us and introduced to us as Elizabeth, and instantly started asking if she could help us. Elizabeth answered all of our questions, walked with us around the store, and helped us get our purchases to our car. The weather was very cold. I've had such a great experience at Ashley in Maplewood... they have a great selection of furniture at affordable prices, and the staff are excellent. I've been able to browse without feeling pressured or interrupted constantly, but they are definitely there and helpful when you need them. We have ordered several rooms of furniture from the Maplewood store and have always had great service. We recently worked with Jolene Brown when we purchased a living room chair and lift top coffee table. She was so fun and very knowledgeable. Hopefully we can work with her again. I would highly recommend her. Also, Courtney Hahn-Puline helped with our paperwork and was a pleasure to work with. Both women definitely made our experience a positive one!!

Jolene has helped me for multiple days now and has nothing but amazing! I’ve been coming in for the past few weeks just to look around since I knew I would be moving in a few weeks and desperately needed furniture. Jolene was there and brought me to patterns and styles that I didn’t even knew that I wanted! Each time that I came in wanting something different, she remembered what we looked at last time so she was able to compare prices and my previous thoughts of the item as well, never have had that service before. Finally, today I went out and bought the piece that we wanted after saving some money for it, just to find out that Jolene was able to knock a few dollars off because of a sale going on that we did not know about previously. Nothing but thankful for that woman, and very glad to have worked with her the multiple times I stopped by.
