Was shown easy chair's by Kelvin and purchased one that was not real comfortable. It was delivered and after 2 days I wanted to return it. I went to a different area and found one that seemed a lot more comfortable.

What an awesome experience. Needing some new furniture this was my first stop to get some ideas. After I walked into the store I was greeted by a very polite gentlemen named 'Kalvin". I was so impressed with how helpful and the value he placed on me as a customer. He took the time to get to know my lifestyle and what I possibly would like in my next living room furniture. He wasn't pushy at all and that's what drew me to liking him so well. I told him I was just swinging in to get some ideas and come back later after thinking about it at home. Thats when he gave me his business card to later reach out to him. The following day I wanted to check some other stores out before pulling the trigger at the first store. After shopping around I couldn't stop thinking of how impressed I was by "Kalvin" every store I was in I was remembering how kind and thoughtful he was with helping me shop for something I'll have in my home for the years to come. Even though I was at these other furniture stores I had my mind made up already I wanted to do business with him. He helped me picked out the perfect set and delivery was done in just a few days after the sale. I had great service at Ashley Furniture with Kaci Dalton our sales person. Kaci was very knowledgeable about all the different types of bed frames and was able to answer all of my questions. Kaci went over and beyond trying to help me find a new bed frame that would go great with the new adjustable Tempur-Pedic I also purchased. Matthew Buecksler was fabulous help with my search for a Tempur-Pedic bed. Matt was able to answer all of my questions about the different brands of mattresses and the technology behind them. They have very little to choose from now in the way of children's furniture. They used to have quite a selection, and they've now got only a vastly disappointing and very small section.

Ashley Homestore sent out a technician (Aaron or Erin) right away when I had a concern about a bed frame I purchased & let me tell you… he was AMAZING. They sent out a message a couples days before letting me know an estimated time he’d arrive & day of- he arrived right on time. He was super nice, respectful and informative. I’m super pleased knowing that Aaron/Erin took care of our issue with the bed frame even when I had to leave back to work. Thank you so much!! Awesome customer service!

Rude... 3 women sitting on the sofa as I walked in the store, nobody bothered to greet me or ask if I needed help. When I spoke everyone decided to get up and try to assist, I walked out the store...my thought was I'm the customer entering your business and didn't receive a greeting from anyone sitting on the sofas by the entrance I'll just take my money else. If I could've post this without giving it a star I would have.... POOR SERVICE

Worst buying experience from beginning to end! Purchased an oversized chair didn't receive it till 2 months after ETA. Put it in our sitting room had minimual use no kids no dogs. Went to move it to put up our Xmas tree and the back came off it even cut my hand.I purchased the insurance and it was under 6 months since we received it.So it was covered for repair. Called customer service they said they would need permission to service my area (14 min from the store) didn't get a call back ,called again a week later talked to the same girl who told me the person I talked didn't take down my information??Fast forward a week later I get approval for service for a month out need to take a Monday off of work because they don't do off times...At this point I say I would just like a refund.Basically got laughed at for suggesting it..

If you ever want to be promised your order been delivered to a certain time and never been fulfilled then this is your store. we waited 3 weeks for order that was supposed to take 2 days. No explanation and never come till we canceled the whole thing I explained this situation to my neighbor who confirmed she had the same problem I'm just wondering whether this is a problem everyone has it or the store is discriminating a certain community

I had to wait a month to have a tech come out and assess the tables - all he did was take photos, which had already been done. I have had to call at least twice weekly to motivate staff to get a plan together. It has now been two months and no one has called to update me, not do they have any information regarding the techs visit. Professional sales people work here

We were assisted by Veron Thomas-Williams in finding a quality yet affordable bedroom set for our son who was moving to Minneapolis. She was very patient, kind and helpful in assisting us to make a purchase and set up delivery to his new home. Great experience in working with this business!

Sales person was very pleasant, customer service is Iowa was very helpful. The reason I had to get customer service involved was because the warehouse and delivery completely dropped the ball. I have absolutely nothing good to say about them. Do not purchase the delivery. My couches showed up not wrapped like I was told and they were dirty but the delivery people had no idea how to get them into my house. They didn't know how to take them apart. That's their job. I ended up putting them in my house myself because delivery would not come out and fix their mistake.

If I could rate a zero I would! This has been an AWFUL experience. First time Delivery people broke a window and left it open in the WINTER(month later hasn’t been resolved with no communication) Didn’t put in the notes to remove the Old mattresses so they left them. Second time to my house the forgot to put in their notes to add the bags for the mattresses to they were left AGAIN. The best they can do is in 2 weeks send the truck with the bags to pick up the mattresses finally. Hopefully there is no further miscommunication between the store and the delivery drivers. Over a month we have been dealing with this and trying to get them to do the correct things we paid for and it is a constant “I forgot, I am sorry” when I call. Unacceptable!!!!

Please do yourself a favor and ask for Veron! I’m sure everyone else I’m staff is wonderful too, but She is such a delight to work with. My wife and I walked in looking for several items that we found online, but wanted to see in person. Veron immediately made us feel welcome by greeting us with a great big smile and a warm introduction. We explained our wants and needs. She gave us an overall layout of the store and pointed out a few of our items I had questions about and then let us do our thing. She checked in with us as she felt necessary. It was the perfect shopping experience. She was not there to “sell” me something I didn’t need or want. Veron recommended a few items based on my needs that I didn’t see online and I was happy she allowed my wife and I to browse freely and then ask her any questions or share concerns. She helped me with financing options and delivery service. My next purchase will be a king bed set and I’ve already made a commitment to stop back and see Veron when that time comes.

Overpriced with rather rude staff. I left and made a purchase elsewhere..same item but much cheaper. The man who waited on us was rude and didnt seem to care if we were taken care of or not..to be clear this was a sister store that was hooked on to Ashley.
