Kalvin did a grate job at help me get a better deal on a sofa that I had to cancel and go with him he is funomenal and a great guy!
Great customer service, no inventory in stock. Most of the couches, I was looking at, out of stock.!! Like, can’t keep people business if most of the furniture is out of stock. At least put a sign on every furniture that is not available. I felt in love with some good options and everything is 0’s. The guy Kelvin was super helpful and going above and beyond. But, unfortunately his own store fail him for not having anything.
Today, we worked with Kalvin H. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We looked at living room and dining collections. He was generous with his time and pointed out many features that we had not considered that helped us make our decisions.
Kalvin has great customer service, he acknowledged me, he listened to my needs and showed me a variety of couches that matched my needs. I felt very comfortable to converse with him. Thank You for the warm welcoming to Minnesota as I am from Chicago.
